If there were any real terrorists, Jose Rodriguez would be dead.

Who is Jose Rodriguez? He is the criminal who ran the CIA torture program. Most of his victims were not terrorists or even insurgents. Most were hapless individuals kidnapped by warlords and sold to the Americans as “terrorists” for the bounty paid.

If Rodriguez’s identity was previously a secret, it is no more. He has been on CBS “60 Minutes” taking credit for torturing Muslims and using the information allegedly gained to kill leaders of al Qaeda. If terrorists were really the problem that Homeland Security, the FBI and CIA claim, Rodriguez’s name would be a struck through item on the terrorists’ hit list. He would be in his grave.

So, also, would be John Yoo, who wrote the Justice (sic) Department memos giving the green light to torture, despite US and International laws prohibiting torture. Apparently, Yoo, a professor at the Boalt School of Law at the University of California, Berkeley, was ignorant of US and international law. And so was the US Department of Justice (sic).

Notice that Rodriguez, “The Torturer of the Muslims,” does’t have to hide. He can go on national television, reveal his identity, and revel in his success in torturing and murdering Muslims. Rodriguez has no Secret Service protection and would be an easy mark for assassination by terrorists so capable as to have, allegedly, pulled off 9/11.

Another easy mark for assassination would be former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld, who staffed up the Pentagon with neoconservative warmongers such as Paul Wolfowitz and Douglas Feith, who in turn concocted the false information used to justify the invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. Rumsfeld himself declared members of al Qaeda to be the most vicious and dangerous killers on earth. Yet Rumsfeld, Wolfowitz, Feith, Richard Perle, together with neoconservative media propagandists, such as William Kristol and Max Boot, have been walking around safe for years unmolested by terrorists seeking revenge or bringing retribution to those responsible for as many as 1,000,000 Muslim deaths.

Condi Rice, Colin Powell, who delivered the Speech of Lies to the UN inaugurating the invasion of Iraq, and Dick Cheney, whose minimal Secret Service protection could not withstand a determined assassination attempt, also enjoy lives unmolested by terrorists.

Remember the deck of cards that the Bush regime had with Iraqi faces? If terrorists had a similar deck, all of those named above would be “high value targets.” Yet, there has not been a single attempt on any one of them.

Strange, isn’t it, that none of the above are faced with a terrorist threat. Yet, the tough, macho Navy Seals who allegedly killed Osama bin Laden must have their identity kept hidden so that they don’t become terrorist targets. These American supermen, highly trained killers themselves, don’t dare show their faces, but Rodriguez, Rumsfeld, and Condi Rice can walk around unmolested.

Indeed, the Seals’ lives are so endangered that President Obama gave up the enormous public relations political benefit of a White House ceremony with the heroic Navy Seals. Very strange behavior for a politician. A couple of weeks after the alleged bin Laden killing, the Seals unit, or most of it, was wiped out in a helicopter crash in Afghanistan.

If you were a Muslim terrorist seeking retribution for Washington’s crimes, would you try to smuggle aboard an airliner a bomb in your underwear or shoe in order to blow up people whose only responsibility for Washington’s war against Muslims is that they fell for Washington’s propaganda? If you wanted to blow up the innocent, wouldn’t you instead place your bomb in the middle of the mass of humanity waiting to clear airport security and take out TSA personnel along with passengers? Terrorists could coordinate their attacks, hitting a number of large airports across the US at the same minute. This would be real terror. Moreover, it would present TSA with an insolvable problem: how can people be screened before they are screened?

Or coordinated attacks on shopping malls and sports events?

Why should terrorists, if they exist, bother to kill people when it is easy to cause mayhem by not killing them? There are a large number of unguarded electric power substations. Entire regions of the country could be shut down. The simplest disruptive act would be to release large quantities of roofing nails in the midst of rush hour traffic in Boston, New York, Washington DC, Atlanta, Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco. You get the picture: thousands and thousands of cars disabled with flat tires blocking the main arteries for days.

Before some reader accuses me of giving terrorists ideas, ask yourself if you really think people so clever as to have allegedly planned and carried out 9/11 couldn’t think of such simple tactics, plots that could be carried out without having to defeat security or kill innocent people? My point isn’t what terrorists, if they exist, should do. The point is that the absence of easy-to-do acts of terrorism suggests that the terrorist threat is more hype than reality. Yet, we have an expensive, intrusive security apparatus that seems to have no real function except to exercise power over American citizens.

In place of real terrorists carrying out easy plots, we have “terrorist” plots dreamed up by FBI and CIA agents, who then recruit some hapless or demented dupes, bribing them with money and heroic images of themselves, and supplying them with the plot and fake explosives. These are called “sting operations,” but they are not. They are orchestrations by our own security agencies that produce fake terrorist plots that are then “foiled” by the security agencies that hatched the plots.

Washington’s announcement is always: “The public was never in danger.” Some terrorist plot! We have never been endangered by one, but the airports have been on orange alert for 11.5 years.

The federal judiciary and brainwashed juries actually treat these concocted plots as real threats to American security despite the government’s announcements that the public was never in danger.

The announcements of the “foiled” plots keep the brainwashed public docile and amenable to intrusive searches, warrantless spying, the growth of an unaccountable police state, and endless wars.

The “War on Terror” is a hoax, one that has been successfully used to destroy the US Constitution and to complete the transformation of law from a shield of the people into a weapon in the hands of the state. By destroying habeas corpus, due process, and the presumption of innocence, the “War on Terror” has destroyed our security.

FBI Raids “Domestic Terrorist” Camp in Florida - Tuesday, May 08, 2012

A raid conducted by federal authorities and local law enforcement in Florida is being used to portray anti-government sentiment as dangerous and potentially violent.

“Hate crime” suspects appear to have been produced by central casting at the FBI.

The FBI raided what it describes as a paramilitary camp in Osceola County over the weekend. Investigators told the media ten people were arrested on hate crime charges. The suspects are said to be members of the American Front, a white supremacist group. According to WFTV in Orlando, the group “is known as a domestic terrorist organization.”

“WFTV learned that investigators believe the group was involved in paramilitary training that included weapons like AK-47′s and they also trained in hand-to-hand combat for a coming race war,” the news station reports.

The group figures prominently in A Homeland Security Model for Assessing US Domestic Threats and is described by the ADL as a “racist skinhead group that is active in several states around the country.”

The federal government has a documented history of creating racist groups. In 1991, the FBI invented a group called the Veterans Aryan Movement. It was part of PATCON, the code-name for “Patriot Conspiracy,” a government operation that targeted not only racist groups but also “ultra-libertarian” and Second Amendment activists who “have found common cause in their suspicion and fear of the federal government,” according to J. M. Berger.

Under COINTELPRO, the FBI infiltrated the Ku Klux Klan, Minutemen, Nazis, and other racist groups. In the mid-1970s, the Senate’s Church Committee revealed that during the 1960s more than a quarter of all Klan members were FBI agents or informants and many of them acted as provocateurs and actively engaged in violence.

During the trial of the racist radio talk show host Hal Turner it was revealed that he was a prized “national security intelligence” asset who attempted to incite and goad others into racist and violent activity. His code name was “Valhalla” and “he received thousands of dollars from the FBI to report on such groups as the Aryan Nations and the white supremacist National Alliance, and even a member of the Blue Eyed Devils skinhead punk band,” according to The Record.

It is entirely possible American Front will be revealed as another government operation designed to demonize the growing patriot movement, Second Amendment activists, and “ultra-libertarians” calling for the federal government to follow and obey the Constitution.

The raid in Florida coincides with efforts by the government to exploit the Treyvon Martin case and inflame racial tensions as the election approaches. It also represents an escalation of the effort to characterize “right-wing extremists” as domestic terrorists.

The road to World War III was paved with an epic act of deception by the internationalist U.S. government against Iran and the world. That act was not the false flag September 11 events, but the overthrow of the Shah of Iran and the installment of an militant and totalitarian Islamic regime in Iran headed by Ayatollah Khomeini.

James Perloff, author of, “The Shadows of Power: The Council on Foreign Relations and the American Decline,” says in his article, “Iran and the Shah: What Really Happened,” that, “at the height of Iran’s prosperity, the Shah suddenly became the target of an ignoble campaign led by U.S. and British foreign policy makers.” Perloff continues:

“Bolstered by slander in the Western press, these forces, along with Soviet-inspired communist insurgents, and mullahs opposing the Shah’s progressiveness, combined to face him with overwhelming opposition. In three years he went from vibrant monarch to exile (on January 16, 1979), and ultimately death, while Iran fell to Ayatollah Khomeini’s terror.
Houchang Nahavandi, one of the Shah’s ministers and closest advisers, reveals in his book The Last Shah of Iran: “We now know that the idea of deposing the Shah was broached continually, from the mid-seventies on, in the National Security Council in Washington, by Henry Kissinger, whom the Shah thought of as a firm friend.”
Kissinger virtually epitomized the American establishment: before acting as Secretary of State under Republicans Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford, he had been chief foreign-affairs adviser to Nelson Rockefeller, whom he called “the single most influential person in my life.” Jimmy Carter defeated Ford in the 1976 presidential election, but the switch to a Democratic administration did not change the new foreign policy tilt against the Shah. Every presidential administration since Franklin D. Roosevelt’s has been dominated by members of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the most visible manifestation of the establishment that dictates U.S. foreign policy along internationalist lines. The Carter administration was no exception.
Nahavandi writes:
The alternation of parties does not change the diplomatic orientation of the United States that much. The process of toppling the Shah had been envisaged and initiated in 1974, under a certain Republican administration…. Numerous, published documents and studies bear witness to the fact, even if it was not until the beginning of the Carter administration that the decision was made to take concerted action by evoking problems related to human rights.
The Shah’s destruction required assembling a team of diplomatic “hit men.” Du Berrier commented:
When the situation was deemed ripe, U.S. Ambassador William Sullivan — the man reputed to have toppled the pro-American government of General Phoumi Nosavan in Laos — was sent to urge the Shah to get out. In December Mr. George Ball, an instant “authority on Iran,” was sent as a follow-up with the same message.
Sullivan (CFR), a career diplomat with no Middle East experience, became our ambassador to Iran in 1977. The Shah recalled:
Whenever I met Sullivan and asked him to confirm these official statements [of American support], he promised he would. But a day or two later he would return, gravely shake his head, and say that he had received “no instructions” and therefore could not comment…. His answer was always the same: I have received no instructions…. This rote answer had been given me since early September [1978] and I would continue to hear it until the day I left the country.
The other key player du Berrier named, George Ball, was a quintessential establishment man: CFR member, Bilderberger, and banker with Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb. The Shah commented: “What was I to make, for example, of the Administration’s sudden decision to call former Under Secretary of State George Ball to the White House as an advisor on Iran? I knew that Ball was no friend.”

The official narrative of Iran’s Islamic Revolution paints the U.S. administration as the stalwart ally of the Shah and a foe of the fundamentalist clerics. But the facts, as recounted by Perloff and others, prove otherwise. The reverse is true. America and the West hated the Shah, and favoured the Ayatollah, whose regime it now decries as a rogue state and the biggest source of instability in the Middle East.

One of the reasons the U.S.-British financial oligarchy removed the Shah from power was because he was against the opium trade. Other reasons are listed in this article.

II. The U.S. Government’s War Against Iran Began When The Shah Was On The Throne

The words “sinister” “hateful” and “evil” best explain U.S. and British policy towards Iran. First they overthrew Iran’s democratically elected prime minister Mohammad Mosaddegh in 1953, then they overthrew the Shah in 1979, and now they’re looking to overthrow the Ayatollahs in 2012.

Whereas the U.S. government is pursuing a policy of full-blown war against the Ayatollahs, it practiced a policy of silent psychological warfare, political betrayal, and secret sabotage against the Shah. The globalist oligarchy in Washington and London outmaneuvered the Shah politically, bombarded the Iranian nation with anti-Shah and pro-Khomeini propaganda, and later imposed an eight-year war upon Iran via Saddam’s Iraq in which 500,000 Iranian fighters died needlessly. The war allowed Ayatollah Khomeini to consolidate his power, militarize Iranian society, and Islamize Iran’s political, cultural, and educational institutions.

The deception by America and England was possible because both governments fully embrace the powers of deception, trickery, and dishonesty. As Satan’s minions, they cornered Iran, driving it into ruin, chaos, terror, desolation, slavery, and war. But the grand deceiver is not to blame for everything. The Iranian people made a catastrophic mistake by throwing out the lion and running into the arms of the Islamic fox, while under the delusion that freedom would be gained by their act of disobedience towards their King.

Was there a chance for Iran to defeat Khomeini’s two-faced gang and the sinister Anglo-American plot? Could it overcome the powers of hell? Perloff explains how the Iranian military couldn’t act against Khomeini’s foreign-sponsored insurrection against the Shah because its close partnership to the U.S. military made it vulnerable to Washington’s extreme demands. He writes:

Iran’s last hope: its well-trained military could still restore order. The Carter administration realized this. Du Berrier noted: “Air Force General Robert Huyser, deputy commander of U.S. forces in Europe, was sent to pressure Iran’s generals into giving in without a fight.” “Huyser directly threatened the military with a break in diplomatic relations and a cutoff of arms if they moved to support their monarch.”
“It was therefore necessary,” the Shah wrote, “to neutralize the Iranian army. It was clearly for this reason that General Huyser had come to Teheran.”
Huyser only paid the Shah a cursory visit, but had three meetings with Iran’s revolutionary leaders — one lasting 10 hours. Huyser, of course, had no authority to interfere with a foreign nation’s sovereign affairs.
Prior to execution later by Khomeini, General Amir Hossein Rabbi, commander-in-chief of the Iranian Air Force, stated: “General Huyser threw the Shah out of the country like a dead mouse.”

U.S. officials pressed the Shah to leave Iran. He reflected:
You cannot imagine the pressure the Americans were putting on me, and in the end it became an order…. How could I stay when the Americans had sent a general, Huyser, to force me out? How could I stand alone against Henry Precht [the State Department Director for Iran] and the entire State Department?
He finally accepted exile, clinging to the belief that America was still Iran’s ally, and that leaving would avert greater bloodshed. These hopes proved illusions.

Some say that the Shah’s error was that he did not stand his ground and put up a fight. But how can a King go to war against sections of his own country, while a global empire is breathing down his neck? It would be madness and folly. The tragedy is that the Shah avoided blood, while Ayatollah Khomeini and his powerful Western backers desired it like nothing else. Khomeini infamously stated to his brainwashed slaves: “Destroy, destroy, destroy. There cannot be enough destruction.”

III. The Creation of An Islamic Caliphate By The Luciferian Globalist Terrorists And Shadowy Bilderbergers

The Western-sponsored Arab Spring in countries like Egypt, Libya, and Syria is in a lot of ways a continuation of the Islamic spring in Iran that was engineered by the artful political manipulators of the Anglo-American empire, who crave a clash of civilizations between the Islamic world and the Western world.

As the historian F. William Engdahl said in November 2011 on Russia Today, “The events, the so-called Arab Spring, have been planned years back. And the instigators of those so-called spontaneous protests, these twitter revolts in Cairo, and Tunisia, and so forth, over the last months, have all been pre-organized assiduously. Some of the leaders of the protests have been trained in Belgrade in Serbia by Otpor activists financed by the State Department. This thing has State Department and U.S. intelligence all over it.”

As events unfolds in the Middle East, we will witness the rise of an Islamic Caliphate stretching from Libya to Iran to Pakistan. The CIA and Western intelligence agencies have already made Tripoli an Islamist stronghold and Cairo and Damascus are tilting towards the same direction.

Extremist Islamic leaders across the region fool their constituencies by claiming to be against Western domination, but they never publicize the fact that the same Western powers they’re railing against put them on the throne. Which begs the question: why deceive people into war? The answer stares us in the face: to create a massive global crisis out of which an authoritarian global government will emerge as a shining city on the rubble of time.

IV. The Planned Grand Destruction of The World

The plot to start World War III by the evil manipulators in Washington, London, Tel Aviv, and Tehran cannot be stopped if it is not exposed. The roots of the 9/11 mythology must be pulled out, as well as the deception that the Islamic Republic of Iran grew out of a spontaneous revolution against the US-backed dictatorship of the Shah.

The facts clearly prove that the U.S. government abandoned the Shah in the mid 1970s because he was taking Iran on an independent, progressive, and prosperous path. They hated that he was a modernizer, liberalizer, and nationalist, so they stabbed him in the back and replaced him with a transnationalist and anti-development Islamist radical whose policies of terror and destruction were supported by the U.S. and British governments.

All the evidence shows that the Luciferian globalist terrorists in Washington and elsewhere are initiating a third world war to radically shape the political fate of the world, drastically reduce the global population, and transform the psychic and spiritual life of humanity.

Their secret plan is to reduce the West and the Middle East to ashes by a global war and a global economic depression, and then roll out a one world government as a solution to both invented crises. America, Israel, Iran, and every other nation involved in World War III are all being set up to be sacrificed.

The grand acts of deception — from the U.S.-backed Iranian Islamic Revolution to the false flag 9/11 events and the recent Arab Spring movements – all point to a time of grand destruction that is near at hand.

Russia Threatens Preemptive Strike on NATO Facilities - Thursday, May 03, 2012

Russia will take out NATO’s missile defense system in Eastern Europe if the U.S. implements a missile shield, Chief of General Staff Nikolai Makarov warned on Thursday.

“A decision to use destructive force pre-emptively will be taken if the situation worsens,” he said at an international conference attended by senior U.S. and NATO officials, according to the Associated Press.

“When the Americans begin constructing the third stage of their missile defense plans in Europe and the effectiveness of our strategic nuclear forces is jeopardized, serious issues will arise regarding Russia’s appropriate reaction,” Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov said in an interview published in the Wednesday edition of Rossiyskaya Gazeta, according to Russia Today.

Russia recently commissioned a radar in Kaliningrad, its western outpost situated near the Polish border. The radar is capable of monitoring missile launches from Europe and the North Atlantic.

Last year Russian president Dmitry Medvedev said his country will retaliate if an agreement on the missile defense system is not reached. “I have ordered the Armed Forces to develop a set of measures that will enable Russia, if necessary, to destroy the data exchange and control centers of the missile defense system,” Medvedev said in November, 2011.

On April 5, 2009, Obama pledged to install a missile defense system in Eastern Europe to counter Iranian missiles. “The Czech Republic and Poland have been courageous in agreeing to host a defense against these missiles,” Obama said from Prague. “As long as the threat from Iran persists, we will go forward with a missile defense system that is cost-effective and proven.”

On Thursday, France’s Director for Strategy Affairs and Defense Policy, Michel Miraillet, said Iran’s missiles do not threaten Europe. “Firstly Iran’s ballistic missile program threatens neither Europe or the United States,” he said at a missile defense conference held in Moscow prior to a forthcoming NATO summit to be hosted in Chicago. “Secondly, the Iranian nuclear program is developed for civil applications only.”

NATO and the United States reacted to the Russian promise to take out the facilities. Alexander Vershbow, NATO’s deputy secretary general, said the planned system will not be aimed at Russia and added that Russia’s intercontinental ballistic missiles are “too fast and too sophisticated” for the planned system to intercept.

Senator John McCain, speaking from Lithuania, said the Russians are exploiting the planned missile defense system as an “excuse to have a military buildup in this part of the world, which is at peace, is really an egregious example of what might be even viewed as paranoia on the part of Vladimir Putin.”

In March, presidential contender Mitt Romney characterized Russia as an enemy. “Russia, this is, without question, our number one geopolitical foe. They — they fight every cause for the world’s worst actors,” he told CNN’s Wolf Blitzer.

A photo showing fully armed U.S. National Guard troops patrolling a quiet residential street in Crookston, Minnesota has gone viral, once again underscoring concerns that Americans are being conditioned to accept the gradual imposition of martial law.

Although the photo is undated, Guard troops from the local Crookston Armory routinely take part in off-base exercises which train the local population to accept the sight of armed soldiers patrolling their neighborhoods as normal.

One such exercise in February 2011 dubbed “Urban Operations Training” involved military Humvees and 27 armed soldiers conducting a drill around the Bridge Street area of Crookston.

According to “Maggie,” the woman who took the photograph, when she started taking pictures of the troops one of them told her, “Just training Ma’am. Joining up with another patrol at the rally point.”

When Maggie asked why they were training on the streets of a quiet residential area, a younger soldier responded, “To be honest ma’am, I don’t know.”

Members of the same Guard unit shown on the photograph – Minnesota National Guard, Unit 2-136 CAB / B Company – have been deployed to Iraq where their duties would potentially have included rounding up alleged insurgents and taking them to prison camps, a frightening prospect given that the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act allows for American citizens to be similarly kidnapped and detained without trial.

National Guard troops are routinely involved in ‘urban warfare training’ drills but they usually take place within the confines of military bases. Many fear that the increasing presence of armed soldiers patrolling residential neighborhoods is a precursor to martial law.

Indeed, back in 2008 the Washington Post reported how 20,000 U.S. troops returning from Iraq would be stationed inside America under Northcom for purposes of “domestic security” from September 2011 onwards.

Northcom officials were forced to subsequently issue a denial after the Army Times initially reported that the troops would be used to deal “with civil unrest and crowd control.”

The use of U.S. troops in law enforcement duties is a complete violation of the Posse Comitatus Act and the Insurrection Act, which substantially limit the powers of the federal government to use the military for law enforcement unless under precise and extreme circumstances.

Section 1385 of the Posse Comitatus Act states, “Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

As Alex Jones exposed back in the late 1990’s, U.S. troops have been training to impose martial law for a considerable amount of time. During numerous urban warfare drills that Jones attended and reported on, troops were trained to raid, arrest and imprison U.S. citizens in detention camps as well as taking over public buildings and running checkpoints. During role playing exercises, actors playing prisoners would scream “I’m an American citizen, I have rights” as they were being dragged away by troops.

The fact that such drills are now set to involve Russian soldiers training on U.S. soil to hunt “terrorists” has also caused consternation.

Federal authorities in the United States have clearly been preparing for domestic civil unrest for a number of years. The Department of Homeland Security recently purchased a staggering 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets as well as bullet-proof checkpoint booths that include ‘stop and go’ lights.

Reality does not have a liberal bias; it has a conspiracy bias. Liberals and conservatives deny reality when they deny the validity of falsely labeled “conspiracy theories.”

But the denial camp is running out of steam. The documented deception about the Osama Bin Laden assassination provides the proof of reality’s conspiracy bias. These three articles destroy the credibility of the official mythic story of Obama’s takedown of Osama in Abbottabad: ’10 Facts That Prove The Bin Laden Fable Is a Contrived Hoax’ by Paul Joseph Watson; ‘Osama bin Laden’s Second Death’ and‘How Many SEALs Died?’ both by Paul Craig Roberts.

To date, the U.S. government has offered zero evidence that a) Osama Bin Laden was killed on the night of May 1st, 2011, and b) Osama Bin Laden was responsible for the September 11 events. They have not presented to the global public neither photos or videos related to the capture and killing of Osama not because of national security reasons but because they are lying about the story of his death. On top of not providing any evidence to back up their claims, they gave the lame excuse that they buried Osama’s body in the sea. Only fools believe this nonsense.

All the facts that have been gathered about Osama Bin Laden’s mysterious death and the 9/11 events point to two obvious conclusions: a) Osama Bin Laden died of natural causes in late 2001/early 2002, and b) The governments United States, Israel, Saudi Arabia, and England created the phantom enemy of Al-Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden, and are responsible for the majority of international terrorist events, including 9/11 and 7/7.

On the first anniversary of the mythic tale of the death of Osama Bin Laden, we must put to death the legend of Osama Bin Laden once and for all. It is not enough that the man died, regardless of when, how, and why he died. It is more important that his legend is destroyed so that stupid Jihadists around the world will not take up his cause against America, which was invented by the CIA itself.

Along with putting to death the legend of Osama Bin Laden with the weapon of truth, the brand of Barack Obama must also be destroyed. In the Obama era, Washington’s fascist oligarchical government has continued to systematically eliminate the constitutional laws of the United States, protect the banksters, impoverish the American people, and wage illegal wars abroad.

The Obama administration has made Hollywood-inspired political ads, including one narrated by a Hollywood actor, in order to reinforce the fake image of President Obama as a courageous gunslinger and wild wild west dragon-slayer. Obama is being portrayed as a Clint Eastwood-type figure who brings pain to the bad guys who got away from the Republicans. It is complete fantasy.

Glenn Greenwald highlighted the hypocrisy of the Democratic party’s new political theme in his article, Celebrating our “Warrior President,”writing:

“After years of being mocked by the Right as Terrorist-coddling weaklings, Obama — strutting around touting his own strength— lets them feel strong and powerful in exactly the way that Bush and Cheney’s swaggering let conservatives prance around as tough-guy, play-acting warriors. Rather than ignore this aggression, Democratic think tanks point with beaming pride to the corpses piled up by the Democratic Commander-in-Chief to argue that he’s been such a resounding foreign policy “success,” while Democratic pundits celebrate and defend the political value of his majestic kills.”

There is no doubt that Obama’s kill sheet in the Drone Wars is impressive–if killing innocent people in their homes is your thing.

But what would be infinitely more impressive is if President Obama cleared the record with the American people and the world about the farcical War on Terrorism and the false stories of 9/11 and the killing of Osama Bin Laden in May, 2011.

The lies of the War on Terror have deprived Western political culture of integrity and alienated a vast majority of people. This rotten state of affairs cannot be allowed to drag on and on. The age of fantasy politics must be brought to a close with as little pain as possible. Politics must become real again.

Western politicians like Obama, Bush, Clinton, Blair, Harper, Netanyahu, and Sarkozy have done serious damage to the reputation of Western democracy and Western civilization by lying to the global public and suppressing dissenting voices.

In order to save the reputations of America, Israel, and the West, citizens and independent journalists must destroy the reputations of politicians like Obama, Sarkozy, and Netanyahu. Obama’s image must be changed from the graceful gunslinger who killed the Enemy to one that is more accurate and truthful: the diabolical lie-slinger who killed the Constitution. Netanyahu’s image as the heroic defender of the Jewish people must be changed to the greedy devourer of Jewish values.

The substance of truth must supplant the fabricated images and illusions of politics. Reality must overcome fantasy. The Obama administration has spent the last three years building the infrastructure of a totalitarian police state, that “has surpassed the Bush administration’s attempts to expand executive power by crushing the civil liberties of US citizens.” At the center of the repressive edifice is preventive detention without trial, buttressed by various measures that, effectively, criminalize dissent. Clearly, and methodically, “the US government is preparing for domestic insurrection.”

“The NDAA’S dangerous detention provisions would authorize the president – and all future presidents – to order the military to pick up and indefinitely imprison people captured anywhere in the world, far from any battlefield.”

George W. Bush would blush. Joseph McCarthy would be proud. And COINTELPRO now seems like child’s play. In only three years, the Obama administration and its enablers have established, legitimized, and normalized a national security state apparatus that removes any doubt that domestic policing is a prelude to a totalitarian police state. This apparatus has surpassed the Bush administration’s attempts to expand executive power by crushing the civil liberties of US citizens. And it has done so boldly, with only a few prominent critics, and without so much as a whimper from so-called leftists.

What we urgently need is a compilation of the various acts, presidential signing statements, domestic surveillance programs, secret military and police operations, censorships, and other administrative measures that affect not only our civil liberties, but also our human rights and human dignity. For now, I will focus on two of the more recent congressionally approved draconian laws passed by the Obama administration.

On New Year’s Eve, 2011, away from the glitter and swoon of the media, Obama signed into law the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012 (or NDAA). The law states that based on suspicion alone, the military can indefinitely detain anyone who is considered a “terrorist” or deemed an accessory to terrorism. This includes US citizens. According to the ACLU, this law codifies “indefinite military detention without charge or trial into law for the first time in American history.” “The NDAA’S dangerous detention provisions,” the ACLU continues, “would authorize the president – and all future presidents – to order the military to pick up and indefinitely imprison people captured anywhere in the world, far from any battlefield.”

What is most dangerous about this law, according to its many critics, is its broad language about who can be considered a target. In his column describing why he is suing the Obama administration over NDAA, journalist Chris Hedges points particularly to Section 1031 defining a potential target as a person who is either a member of, or substantially supported, al-Qaeda, the Taliban, or “associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners.” This also includes “any person who has committed a belligerent act or has directly supported such hostilities in aid of such enemy forces.” The law doesn’t define what “associated forces” are, or what “engaging in hostilities” against the US means. And because the definition of a “terrorist” shifts according to political necessity, all of us – all over the world – are potential targets and eventual victims. Historically, we have seen how the US government has labeled “domestic terrorist” any persons or groups, particularly those on the left, who have dared challenge inequality and state oppression (clear examples are the American Indian Movement and the Black Power Movement). Most recently, we have seen the brutal suppression of domestic dissent through the militarized dismantling of Occupy Wall Street encampments – which brings us to the next worrisome law, HR 347.

The Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011 or the “Trespass Bill” (HR 347 and its companion Senate bill, S. 1794) was signed into law by Obama on March 9, 2012. This law, according to a Business Insider article, “potentially makes peaceable protest anywhere in the U.S. a federal felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.” What it says, specifically, is that anyone can be charged with a federal felony for “trespassing” on property or grounds that is under Secret Service protection, even if the supposed “trespasser” is not aware that the area is under such protection. One can also be charged if he or she “impede[s] or disrupt[s] the orderly conduct of Government business or official functions.” This law effectively criminalizes any form of protest. This means that any place or event can, at any time and under any circumstance, be designated a “trespass” area and, anyone protesting any event can potentially be arrested. Knowing also that under NDAA, once arrested, a person can be detained indefinitely and extradited if he or she is deemed a threat, should give us all pause.

Along with these new laws, there is the recent Executive Order signed by Obama on March 16, 2012: National Defense Resource Preparedness (EO 8248). This order allows the executive branch – through various federal authorities such as the Secretaries of Energy, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Defense, and Commerce – to take control of all food, all energy, all health resources and all transportation resources in the service of “national defense,” even in times of declared peace. It is true that this latest executive order is an update to the one signed by Bill Clinton in 1994. But in the context of the growing number of laws that expand executive and military power to stifle dissent along with the rapidly expanding national security enterprise, we should be wary.

Since the passing of the Patriot Act in 2001 and its reauthorization by Obama last year, we have seen assaults on our dignity, our human rights and ability to protest. These assaults now come from multiple fronts and contain diverse tactics. And they affect us all. We see examples in the local and federal militarized response to the Occupy Wall Street movements, the deployment of drones domestically by city governments, universities, private contractors, and local police (see domestic drone authorization map here), and we see how the Obama administration has waged an all out war against whistleblowers by using the archaic World War I era Espionage Act, prosecuting more people than all other presidents combined. More importantly, there is what the Washington Post last year called the “National Security Enterprise” that depends on “854,000 civil servants, military personnel and private contractors with top-security clearances,” and whose major work is domestic surveillance to curtail dissent. The unprecedented $1.5 billion, almost 1 million square feet National Security Agency data center (or “Spy Center”) that is being built in Utah, is to work both as a bottomless database for all information on all Americans, and as a remote interrogation center.

With all of this, it is clear that, even though it seems to only be concerned with international wars and other misadventures, the US government is preparing for domestic insurrection. And it has done so by unleashing the structures of totalitarianism, as it seeks to regulate our actions through mass surveillance, fear, and threats of repression. (For how else can we understand the recent purchase by the Department of Homeland Security of nearly 500 million rounds of ultra-deadly hollow-point bullets and 40 caliber ammo, as well as a large number of semi-portable steel checkpoint guardhouses, complete with high-impact bulletproof glass windows and doors?)

And why not? The political order is being shaken, the Western financial infrastructure is collapsing, and empire is imploding. They know it and they are ready.

In February, 2004, Iranian state radio claimed Osama bin Laden had been captured in Pakistan’s border region with Afghanistan “a long time ago.” Pentagon and Pakistani officials denied the report. “Osama bin Laden has been arrested a long time ago, but Bush is intending to use it for propaganda maneuvering in the presidential election,” the radio report said.

Osama bin Laden died of kidney failure soon after the September 11, 2001, attacks. In May of last year, the US killing of Osama bin Laden was immediately followed by debate over the disposal of his corpse. The Obama Administration claimed bin Laden was put in a bag and hurled into the sea, which it insisted was “in keeping with Islamic practices,” whereas some were calling for his body to be kept around so it could be overtly desecrated.

WikiLeaks’s release of Stratfor emails, however, shows that the company’s Vice President Fred Burton did not believe that was the case, and told members of the company’s mailing list that bin Laden’s corpse was “Dover bound,” referring to the Dover Air Force Base which is also the site to which US soldiers slain overseas are brought.

The wiping out of 30 US special forces in the Chinook helicopter crash in Afghanistan comes at a time when Washington’s official version of how it carried out the assassination of Osama bin Laden was falling apart from incredulity.

Among the 38 dead in the helicopter disaster – the biggest single loss of American lives in the 10-year Afghanistan war of occupation – are believed to have been several of the 17 US Navy Seals involved in the execution of Osama bin Laden in early May. The dead also include other members of US special forces and Afghan commandos.

Three years ago, President Obama cynically sold hope and change to get elected. He promised to initiate diplomatic talks with Iran, bring an end to the Iraq war, undo Bush-era laws, and create millions of new jobs.

This time around, President Obama is copying Bush by selling fear and war to keep his job.

The Bush administration did this on purpose. They released fake Bin Laden videotapes created by the CIA just in time to help Bush get re-elected.

And the only political tactic that can achieve such a miracle is an act of state terror and mass murder. The evildoers in the White House and Israel need to stage another event like 9/11. Or probably an even bigger event that will shift global public opinion towards supporting a war with either Iran, or Pakistan, or both.

An amendment introduced to the controversial CISPA bill by perennial big government advocate Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee would empower the Department of Homeland Security to intercept online IRS tax returns and any other Internet traffic deemed to transit networks owned by the federal government or operated on its behalf.

“Jackson Lee’s amendment (PDF) is broad enough to sweep in government contractors and university networks such as Internet2 and CENIC, said a telecommunications attorney who did not want to be identified because of client sensitivity. It also appears to cover open Wi-Fi networks run by federal agencies and networks in government-provided housing,” reports CNet’s Declan McCullagh.

Not only would the amendment give Big Sis the power to monitor all government networks, it could also, according to McCullagh and Ryan Radia, associate director of technology studies at the Competitive Enterprise Institute, “allow Homeland Security to monitor the communications of the federal courts and Congress, and intercept tax returns sent to the IRS.”

Given the fact that the Department of Homeland Security has already identified all kinds of mundane behavior as “suspicious activity” possibly indicative of terrorism, the prospect of the federal agency trawling through Americans’ 1040 forms is nothing less than chilling.

The CISPA bill has already come under attack from all sides of the political spectrum because it states that “notwithstanding any other provision of law,” companies may share information with the government, demolishing fourth amendment privacy protections.

Earlier this week Congressman Ron Paul slammed the legislation as a “Big Brother writ,” writing, “CISPA is essentially an Internet monitoring bill that permits both the federal government and private companies to view your private online communications with no judicial oversight, provided, of course, that they do so in the name of cyber security.”

Targeting Americans for spying and punitive measures through their relationship with the IRS has been a common theme in recent weeks, with a separate bill, the ‘Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act’ (MAP-21), giving the IRS the power to revoke passports of Americans merely accused of owing $50,000 or more in back taxes.

Texas Democrat Jackson Lee has aggressively pushed for extra powers for the DHS on a number of different fronts, most recently when she promoted a program that places TSA agents on Houston buses as undercover spies tasked with interrogating passengers and searching bags.

Jackson-Lee also savaged a newly passed law that enables airports to evict TSA screeners and replace them with private security, ludicrously claiming that such changes would cause a new 9/11-style attack.

Jackson-Lee’s amendment will be debated during a House floor hearing tomorrow, with the full CISPA bill expected to face a vote on Friday amidst a crescendo of vocal opposition.

Nancy Pelosi wants to amend the First Amendment. She thinks corporations have too much speech and she wants to limit it.

When Pelosi says “special interests,” she means the interests of those opposed to establishment Democrats. Clear Channel is a corporation. So is Fox News. There are thousands of websites, newspapers, think tanks and political action committees that Pelosi and the Democrats consider corporations.

In Citizens v. Federal Election Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that the free speech of corporations is protected by the First Amendment. Corporations that produce political books, documentaries, and other materials have the same freedom of speech rights as individuals.

Pelosi and the Democrats want a constitutional amendment to overturn the Supreme Court’s ruling. It is part of a “three-pronged strategy that also includes promoting the DISCLOSE Act, which would increase disclosure requirements for organizations running political ads,” writes Terence P. Jeffrey of CNSNews.

In order to sell the scheme, Pelosi and the Democrats have tied it to campaign finance reform.

“We have a clear agenda in this regard: Disclose, reform the system reducing the roll of money in campaigns, and amend the Constitution to rid it of this ability for special interests to use secret, unlimited, huge amounts of money flowing to campaigns,” Pelosi said on Thursday.

In ruling in favor if a First Amendment right for corporations, the “Supreme Court had unleashed a predator that was oozing slime into the political system, and that, indeed, is not an exaggeration,” said Pelosi. “Our Founders had an idea. It was called democracy. It said elections are determined by the people, the voice and the vote of the people, not by the bankrolls of the privileged few. This Supreme Court decision flies in the face of our Founders’ vision and we want to reverse it.”

Pelosi was joined by the usual suspects, including People for the American Way and Common Cause.

Both are globalist assets: People for the American Way is funded by the Rockfeller Brothers and Common Cause is a Soros operation.

Democrats Push for Constitutional Amendment to Roll Back First Amendment - Friday, April 20, 2012

Nancy Pelosi’s tirade against the First Amendment coincides with an effort by Free Speech for People to push a “People’s Rights Amendment” it wants added to the Constitution. The amendment reads as follows:

Section 1. We the people who ordain and establish this Constitution intend the rights protected by this Constitution to be the rights of natural persons.
Section 2. People, person, or persons as used in this Constitution does not include corporations, limited liability companies or other corporate entities established by the laws of any state, the United States, or any foreign state, and such corporate entities are subject to such regulation as the people, through their elected state and federal representatives, deem reasonable and are otherwise consistent with the powers of Congress and the States under this Constitution.
Section 3. Nothing contained herein shall be construed to limit the people’s rights of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, free exercise of religion, and such other rights of the people, which rights are inalienable.

As the Volokh Conspiracy blog notes, this proposed amendment might be used to shut down the political speech of people and organizations the government wants to silence. Eugene Volokh writes today that

…just as Congress could therefore ban the speech of nonmedia business corporations, it could ban publications by corporate-run newspapers and magazines — which I think includes nearly all such newspapers and magazines in the country (and for good reason, since organizing a major publications as a partnership or sole proprietorship would make it much harder for it to get investors and to operate). Nor does this proposal leave room for the possibility, in my view dubious, that the Free Press Clause would protect newspapers organized by corporations but not other corporations that want to use mass communications technology. Section 3 makes clear that the preservation of the “freedom of the press” applies only to “the people,” and section 2 expressly provides that corporations aren’t protected as “the people.”

Rep. Jim McGovern of Massachusetts, the original sponsor of the amendment, confirmed this on Wednesday.

“My ‘People’s Rights Amendment’ is simple and straightforward,” he told the Congressional Summit on Overturning Citizens United. “It would make clear that all corporate entities — for-profit and non-profit alike — are not people with constitutional rights. It treats all corporations, including incorporated unions and non-profits, in the same way: as artificial creatures of the state that we the people govern, not the other way around.”

If you think this amendment will only be used to shut down large corporations during national elections, think again. Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats have waged a relentless battle against the First Amendment for years.

In 2008, Pelosi and senator Richard Durbin expressed a desire to limit the constitutional rights of broadcasters. Pelosi told John Gizzi of Human Events she supports the doctrine and the Democrats would deal with it after the election.

The following year, Democrat senator Debbie Stabenow said she would call for McCarthy-like hearings in Washington to have the government impose “balance” in talk radio.

Democrats were defeated in 2011, however, when the FCC formally voted to repeal the language that implemented the Fairness Doctrine from the Federal Register.

Earlier this year, Democrats, including Obama, went after talk show host Rush Limbaugh for insensitive comments he made about Sandra Fluke, who told congressional Democrats that contraception should be paid for in health plans. The Soros operation Media Matters spent $100,000 dollars on radio advertisements in an effort to get Limbaugh thrown off the air. A Daily Caller exposé posted in January revealed that Media Matters works closely with the White House.

Although several advertisers dropped his show and Limbaugh apologized for the comments, his radio show remains on the air. Limbaugh’s show is the most popular talk radio broadcast in the country with an estimated 15 million plus listeners per week.

Having failed to reanimate the Fairness Doctrine and motivate a boycott against Limbaugh, Democrats have set their sights on the Constitution.

The current occupant of the White House will likely go down in history as the most corrupt president in history, and that is really saying something. He is a con man that deserves to be impeached for a whole host of reasons, but that will never happen because we have a Congress that is also deeply corrupt. But it is not just our politicians that are corrupt. Even the men that are supposed to be in charge of protecting the president are corrupt. A whole bunch of them were recently discovered sleeping with prostitutes in Colombia. We also find very deep and very pervasive corruption in our financial institutions, in our judicial system, in our police departments and in our religious institutions. It is almost as if nearly the entire nation is saturated with filth and depravity. It is becoming harder and harder to find men and women of integrity, and our young people have very few positive role models to look up to. How long is our society going to be able to continue to function normally if all of this corruption gets even worse?

#1 The men and women of the Secret Service are supposed to be the best of the best. Instead, they have become a national embarrassment. 11 members of the U.S. Secret Service are under investigation for consorting with prostitutesin Colombia. Reportedly, several of the Secret Service agents that hired prostitutes were married.

#2 Our financial institutions are filled with cheats and liars. 2011 and 2012 have been absolutely horrible years for natural disasters in the United States. At a time when homeowners need their insurance companies more than ever, many insurance companies are systematically trying to weasel out of payouts and are trying to shift as much liability over to homeowners as possible. The following is from a recent Reuters article….

Insurance companies are raising rates, cutting coverage, balking at some payouts and generally shifting more expense and liability to homeowners, according to reports from the industry and its critics.
“Insurance companies have significantly and methodically decreased their financial responsibility for weather catastrophes like hurricanes, tornados and floods in recent years,” the Consumer Federation of America said in a statement after studying industry data.
The industry concedes that it is trying to avoid getting trounced by those same punishing weather patterns.

#3 Identity theft for the purpose of stealing tax refunds has reached epidemic proportions in America. The following is one shocking example that made the news recently up in New York….

Authorities say a former manager at a nonprofit Long Island health agency stole the IDs of more than 50 brain injury patients to get their tax refunds.

#4 The filth on television continues to get worse and worse. As WorldNetDaily recently reported, one new HBO series is going way over the line….

HBO’s irreverent mockumentary “Angry Boys” is under fire for combining child actors and phallic humor, including one scene in the series’ 12th episode, where a little girl drinks from a water bottle shaped like a giant, pink penis.

#5 All over the country, violent crime is getting worse. For example, there were 60 percent more homicides in Chicago during the first three months of 2012 than there were during the first three months of 2011.

#6 Some of the violent crimes committed recently in cities such as Chicago appear to be absolutely senseless. The following is one recent example from the Chicago Tribune….

A woman was shot in the face while driving in the Gresham neighborhood on the Far South Side late Wednesday.
The woman, 38, was driving west in the 2000 block of West 84^th Street about 11:30 p.m. when a light colored car pulled alongside her and someone inside fired shots, according to police News Affairs Officer Hector Alfaro.

#7 It isn’t just in the big cities where these kinds of senseless crimes are being committed either. One crime that happened in Tulsa, Oklahoma recently is almost too horrifying to describe. The following is from a recent Daily Mail report….

An 85-year-old woman was sexually assaulted and battered to death by a home invader who also shot her 90-year-old husband in the face with a BB gun.
Nancy and Bob Strait, who had celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary in December, were discovered by their daughter at their home in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Both the pensioners were rushed to hospital where Mrs Strait, who was nearly blind, died from her injuries.

#8 The flash mob epidemic that made headlines all over the nation last year is continuing in 2012. For example, several dozen young people recently stormed into a gas station in the Portland, Oregon area and took off with whatever they could carry.

#9 Thieves all over the nation are becoming incredibly bold. Up in New York, thieves recently stole brass plaques and bronze vases from a cemetery.

How desperate and corrupt do you have to be to desecrate the graves of the dead?

#10 These days thieves will steal anything that they can sell easily on the streets. For example, Tide detergent has become extremely popular to steal because it is being used as an alternative form of currency on the streets of many American cities. The following is from a recent article in The Daily….

Theft of Tide detergent has become so rampant that authorities from New York to Oregon are keeping tabs on the soap spree, and some cities are setting up special task forces to stop it. And retailers like CVS are taking special security precautions to lock down the liquid.
One Tide taker in West St. Paul, Minn., made off with $25,000 in the product over 15 months before he was busted last year.
“That was unique that he stole so much soap,” said West St. Paul Police Chief Bud Shaver. “The name brand is [all] Tide. Amazing, huh?”
Tide has become a form of currency on the streets. The retail price is steadily high — roughly $10 to $20 a bottle — and it’s a staple in households across socioeconomic classes.

#11 In Baltimore, a man was recently knocked to the ground, stripped naked and had his car keys, watch, money and cell phone taken. In itself, that is not much of a story. But what made it a story was that instead of helping the man, the crowd of onlookers watching all of this happen laughed hysterically while recording the incident with their cell phone cameras for YouTube.

#12 The number of Americans that are willing to become permanently dependent on the government is absolutely astounding. At this point, there are approximately 67 million Americans that get some form of financial assistance from the federal government.

#13 Government dependence is increasingly being glamorized in popular culture. For example, one nightclub down in Alabama recently held a “Food Stamp Friday” party.

#14 As I have written about previously, employees of the federal government are living the high life at the expense of hard working American taxpayers. In fact, one federal employee recently made an outrageous rap video about it.

#15 Recently, I reported on the “Obama flag” that was flying above a Democratic Party headquarters down in Florida. Well, now another one has been spotted flying above a home in New Jersey. During the 2012 election season will we see American flags that have had the stars replaced with the face of Barack Obama flying over homes and businesses from coast to coast?

#16 In the United States today, the use of sexual humiliation by security officials has become normalized. If you are not convinced of this yet, you should check out this video of a woman sobbing as the TSA touches her private areas as they pat her down.

#17 Sadly, TSA officials have shown over and over that they are deeply corrupt and cannot be trusted. For example, one TSA manager at Dulles International Airport was recently discovered to be running a prostitution ring out of a local hotel room.

#18 According to the U.S. Supreme Court, police in the United States can now strip search you any time that they want. All they need to do is to make up some reason to arrest you. Needless to say, police all over the country are now going to be looking for any reason that they can think of to arrest very attractive women.

#19 In the United States, it has become regular practice for young couples to “live together” before marriage. In fact, in America today more than half of all couples now move in together before they get married. Sadly, the divorce rate for couples that live together first is also significantly higher than for those that do not. At this point, America has thehighest divorce rate on the globe by a wide margin.

#20 The United States has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the world by far. In fact, the United States has a teen pregnancy rate that is more than twice as high as Canada, more than three times as high as France and more than seven times as high as Japan.

#21 Unfortunately, there are dramatic consequences for all of the loose sexuality going on in America. The CDC says that there are approximately 19 million new cases of syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia in America every single year.

#22 Most Americans have no idea this is happening, but the truth is that abortion clinics all over the country are sellingaborted baby parts to scientists for medical research. If we keep cheapening human life like this, eventually it will mean next to nothing to us.

#23 According to the results of one recent investigation, an astounding 30 percent of all Internet traffic goes to pornography websites. A different survey found that 25 percent of all employees that have Internet access in the United States visit pornography websites while they are at work.

#24 There is a right way and a wrong way to do things. This is especially true when it comes to notifying military wives that their husbands are dead. Sadly, some women are now being notified about the deaths of their husbands in the militarythrough Facebook.

#25 Our politicians are stealing 150 million dollars an hour from future generations so that we can live more comfortably right now. The American people participate in this theft by voting these politicians back into office over and over again. The crime that we are committing against future generations is almost too horrible for words.

By passing the 2012 NDAA Act and renewing the 2001 Patriot Act, Congress and the White House separated themselves from the United States of America. The bond between the governors and the governed is totally broken. Washington has become the greatest and most dangerous enemy of the American people in American history.

The federal government is literally an alien government. From the day it was hijacked by the privately owned Federal Reserve System until now, the federal government has waged an endless war against the American nation, American constitution, and American people. Ninety-nine percent of the war has been a psychological war against the American mind. But that is now changing. The Beast no longer needs to use a silent strategy of warfare to have its way with America.

As America approaches the 100th year anniversary of the creation of the illegitimate and illegal Federal Reserve System, the fascist and totalitarian hijackers are turning to violence and naked force to oppress the American people, preserve the rotten status quo, and extend the global dominance of the diseased American empire.

1. Consolidate economic, military, and political power in a fascist and authoritarian global government that will strengthen the rule of corporate power over the governments and peoples of America, Canada, and Mexico. This will be a government of, by, and for the 0.1 percent.

2. Create a two-tiered society, where there is no rule of law, and no sense of security for the common citizens.

3. Control and regulate the flow of movement of the general public across the continent so as to regiment society and make it easier for the rulers to dominate their mindless prey.

4. Disarm the American and Canadian people as part of the larger program to pacify pockets of resistance to the illegitimate rule of the regional and global governmental authorities.

5. Destroy the wealth of the middle class, and restratify society. Turn the people into serfs, and keep their attention on day-to-day survival strategies and mindless distractions as opposed to big picture political solutions.

6. Exploit social, class, ethnic, and political divisions for the political benefit of the tyrannical rulers. Weaken the unity of the American people and of American society. Demonize honest wealthy people, rouse anti-rich sentiments with the intent to raise taxes, and promote a class war through the media as a way to create fear, distrust, and disunity.

7. Rewrite the laws of the United States and Canada, and justify the radical changes by using the invented threat of terrorism. Pass nonsensical counter-terrorism legislation with the ultimate goal of creating a new global legal and political order that is authoritarian in nature.

8. Empower the executive at the expense of Congress and Parliament.

9. Turn the planet into a state-sanctioned deity and make the people worship Earth instead of God.

10. Completely destroy the foundations of the American constitutional republic. Guide the motivations and habits of the people, and crush their loyalty to the former republic and its founding fathers.

Ten Tactics:

1. False flag terrorism.

2. Control the credit of the United States.

3. Totalitarian propaganda, mass mind control and political brainwashing.

4. Dumbing down of mainstream culture.

5. Introduction of new state myths and political orthodoxies.

6. Blockading information, and blacking out reality.

7. Divide and conquer: rich vs. poor, minorities vs. white, immigrants vs. non-immigrants.

III. A Long War For The Hearts and Minds of North America

Freedom in North America should be non-negotiable. Many men sacrificed their lives to keep this continent free and this world safe from fascists. We cannot just watch the laws and traditions that they fought for go down the toilet. It is a betrayal of the WWI and WWII martyrs of America and Canada. They were told to go over to Europe to stop the Nazis and free Europe from European fascists. But they were duped. The threat to the American people and Canadian people has always been the international financial oligarchy and their agents in government, media, and academia.

9/11 was an act of war against the democratic principles and individual freedoms that made America and Canada so great. Now, nothing guarantees that peaceful protesters and political activists in North America won’t be driven to detention camps similar to the dungeons of the Soviet Union and other totalitarian hellholes.

Our best defense against a transnational dictatorship is education. We are in a long war for the hearts and minds of North America. The rotten establishment no longer has the consent of the governed. The era of persuading the people that truth-tellers are just crazy and paranoid conspiracy theorists is over. They have to rely on terror and force to control the will of the people.

The international insurgent President Barack Obama hosted Mexican President Felipe Calderon and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper for talks on transnational trade and security Monday. This is a blatant display of an international socialist cabal, intent on further destroying the sovereignty of our republic and our individual states.

Mexican President Calderon proudly stated that his socialist government had confiscated 140,000 firearms in Mexico and then tried to imply that every one of them was bought in a gun store in the United States. He blamed the rash of violence in Mexico on the sunsetting of our unconstitutional assault weapons ban, suggesting new gun restrictions and confiscations in the United States as a necessity for Mexico’s security.

There was of course no mention of the fact that our southern border is being deliberately left wide open. And of course no mention of the fact that US Attorney General Eric Holder, acting as representative for the insurgent Obama and in correlation with the Mexican government, has been running guns to Mexico and drugs back into the United States for years now.

This communist parley was immediately followed by the announcement that the FBI had arrived in Florida to begin investigating the death of Trayvon Martin. It looks like what this whole thing is building into is an attempt at gun confiscation in the United States.

The US government has begun buying up millions of rounds of ammunition, in fact to the point that it has driven up prices and availability for we the people here at home. What we are about to see is a coordinated attack on US nationality and our sovereignty.

Considering the duplicit acts the US government has been caught in in the past three years, using our own military to disarm us is not feasible. In fact what is left of our military in this country is now being considered the enemy as our troops are themselves preparing to stop the socialist insurgency in the United States.

This transnational cabal that has been formed is in preparation for Mexican and Canadian troops to be brought into the United States to disarm the American people in the name of safety and, as psychotic as it sounds, justice for Trayvon Martin.

The Martin case has been latched onto by the socialists in an attempt to put forth the illusion of racial disunity to the extent that the federal government has now had to step in. We must realize that 90% of the killings in the United States are blacks killing blacks and this is a direct result of inner city poverty and the $40 billion per year drug war, which cannot be won because the insurgents in our government are the cartel making billions from the prohibitions to our freedom to smoke or ingest whatever we please.

There are no words to describe the extent of the duplicity and treason we are seeing occur right before our eyes. We must wrap our arms around our 2^nd Amendment and prepare to drive the invaders from our borders. We cannot tolerate even the smallest further infringement upon our 2^nd Amendment, having the realization that in the end game, these international soviets intend to exterminate us after we are disarmed.

The Obama administration, its supporters, and the establishment media are engaged in a transparent effort to whip up racial tension over the Trayvon Martin shooting in a bid to chill second amendment rights and polarize the American people as part of an election stunt.

In doing so they are manufacturing a race-baiting myth that threatens to cause genuine racial unrest – the notion that white on black hate crimes are a problem of epidemic proportion when in reality federal crime statistics prove that the opposite is true.

Despite a witness telling Sanford police that he saw Martin attacking George Zimmerman before the fatal shot was fired, clearly suggesting Zimmerman was acting in self-defense, along with new video showing that Zimmerman was injured during the confrontation, the administration has exploited the tragedy to create momentum for the right to self-defense to be abolished altogether.

During a CBS News interview which aired yesterday, Vice-President Joe Biden said the incident would re-open debate on the “Stand Your Ground” self-defense law, while also flagrantly lying about the second amendment.

“The idea that there’s this overwhelming additional security in the ownership and carrying concealed and deadly weapons… I think it’s the premise, not the constitutional right, but the premise that it makes people safer is one that I’m not so sure of,” Biden said.

In reality, as Gun Owners of America documents, firearms are used 2.5 million times a year in self-defense. “Law-abiding citizens use guns to defend themselves against criminals as many as 2.5 million times every year — or about 6,850 times a day,” a GOA factsheet notes. “This means that each year, firearms are used more than 80 times more often to protect the lives of honest citizens than to take lives.” In the vast majority of cases, brandishing a firearm prevented an attack of crime, the statistics reveal.

In light of the NRA’s recent warning that Obama would use his second term to ban firearms, in addition to newly uncovered footage in which Attorney General Eric Holder calls for Americans to be “brainwashed” out of their support for gun rights, the administration is clearly invoking the Trayvon incident to prepare the groundwork for Obama to clamp down on the second amendment if he is re-elected.

While Obama waded into the controversy by proclaiming Trayvon to be the son he never had, his supporters have played on race to generate hysteria and a lynch mob mentality. Al Sharpton’s call for civil disobedience threatens to stimulate racially-fueled clashes, while Spike Lee’s decision to tweet what he believed to be Zimmerman’s home address, only for it to be the home of an elderly couple who had to go into hiding, illustrates how far beyond the pale the entire situation has been hyped.

Meanwhile, despite a week of intense media scrutiny, Twitter has still failed to delete an account entitled ‘Kill Zimmerman’ which incites readers to murder the accused shooter in cold blood. Imagine if white supremacists reacted to a white man being shot by a black man by setting up a twitter account calling for the black man to be hunted down and killed lynch-mob style. Do you think Twitter would delete the profile?

The fact that the establishment media, at the direction of race-baiting Obama supporters like Al Sharpton and Obama himself have artificially manufactured racial controversy around the Trayvon Martin shooting is manifestly provable.

NBC News had to admit that they had deliberately edited a call between George Zimmerman and a 911 dispatcher prior to Martin’s death in order to make Zimmerman appear racist, by removing the part of the call where the dispatcher directly asks Zimmerman if Martin is white, hispanic or black.

Despite making up only 8 per cent of the population of the United States, black on white violence is seven times more likely to happen than the converse. Whether people like that or not, it is a fact, but you will never see the establishment media even acknowledge it, never mind start a public debate on the root causes of why it is happening.

These statistics come from a New Century Foundation analysis of federal crime statistics.

You will also never hear a discussion about why, “blacks are 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against whites then vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit a robbery,” as Ken LaRive documents.

In addition, you will never witness a national debate over a spate of incidents that have occurred over the last two years in which gangs of black flash mobs go on violent rampages targeting non-blacks.

If Jesse Jackson, Spike Lee and their ilk showed half as much concern for the fact that black culture, particularly in the form of rap music, promotes and glorifies violence, which undoubtedly is one of the major causal factors behind these statistics, as they are showing in their efforts to whip up racial tension over the Trayvon shooting, America would be a much more harmonious place.

But this isn’t really about representing black people or highlighting genuine concerns over racism, it’s about firming up Obama’s support base with the election just over six months away. If the administration can exploit enough tragic incidents like the Trayvon shooting to polarize the American people and rally recalcitrant liberals into re-affirming their support for Obama, another four years in White House can still be obtained.

Former president Bill Clinton has joined the Obama administration in exploiting the Taryvon Martin case in what is now obviously a concerted effort to roll back the Second Amendment.

Clinton told ABC News that Stand Your Ground Laws – the right of a person to defend himself with deadly force when there is reasonable belief of a threat – should be struck down.

He said “the American people should re-examine their position on [Stand Your Ground] and ask: Is this really worth it? Are we really all that much safer taking the chance that this kind of thing could happen over and over and over again?”

In other words, according to Clinton, the American people do not have a right to defend themselves.

Clinton’s comments can be viewed in a video on the ABC News website.

Gun control – rolling back the Second Amendment – was an important domestic issue during the Clinton presidency. He lobbied Congress to pass and eventually signed two pieces of legislation that negatively impacted the right of the American people to own and possess firearms – the Brady Bill and the so-called Assault Weapons Ban.

The Assault Weapons Ban expired on September 13, 2004, as part of the law’s sunset provision, and Democrats have tried in vain since to renew it. The Brady Bill was later determined to be unconstitutional as the result of a Supreme Court ruling in 1997, Printz v. United States.

Attacking the Second Amendment is not a partisan affair. Clinton’s predecessor, George H. W. Bush, signed an unconstitutional executive order in 1989 outlawing the importation of various semi-automatic assault weapons.

Clinton’s effort to enforce his gun laws resulted in massacre after the ATF invaded the Branch Davidian ranch at Mount Carmel, outside of Waco, Texas, in 1993.

New guidelines put forth by the Obama administration will allow US spy agencies to keep records on innocent Americans without oversight for up to five years.

As the AP reports, previously the National Counterterrorism Center, was legally obliged to immediately destroy information that it gathered about American citizens if it found no clear links to terrorism.

Following the 2009 Christmas day underpants bomber debacle, US representatives immediately called for the NCTC’s authority to be expanded, saying that there was not enough communication between intelligence agencies.

“Following the failed terrorist attack in December 2009, representatives of the counter-terrorism community concluded it is vital for NCTC to be provided with a variety of data sets from various agencies that contain terrorism information,” National Intelligence Director James R. Clapper Jr. said in a statement late Thursday.

“The ability to search against these data sets for up to five years on a continuing basis as these updated guidelines permit will enable NCTC to accomplish its mission more practically and effectively.”

The NCTC, made up of a combination of intelligence agencies and the Pentagon, was created in the wake of the 9/11 attacks and has drawn criticism ever since for infringement on the Fourth Amendment and basic privacy rights.

“It is a vast expansion of the government’s surveillance authority,” Marc Rotenberg, executive director of the Electronic Privacy Information Center said of the new guidelines.

Noting that the new rules contravene the Federal Privacy Act, Rotenberg added “The fact that this data can be retained for five years on U.S. citizens for whom there’s no evidence of criminal conduct is very disturbing.”

An Obama administration official said that privacy will be safeguarded because there are strict measures in place to ensure that any intelligence gathered on American citizens “is likely to contain significant terrorism information.”

However, given that the Department of Homeland Security now considers banal bodily activities such as yawning, staring and goose pumps as “suspicious activity” indicative of terrorism, those assurances are unlikely to appease concerned Americans.

On Monday, Obama for America released preview footage from The Road We’ve Traveled, election season propaganda about Obama’s presidency. The video features Bill Clinton commending Obama’s supposed decision to take out Osama bin Laden, who died in December of 2001.

“He took the harder, and the more honorable path. When I saw what had happened, I thought to myself, ‘I hope that’s the call I would’ve made,’” says the consummate actor Clinton. The clip also features vice president Joe Biden fancifully recounting the day Obama allegedly gave the order to kill Osama in Pakistan.

“As he walked out the room, it dawned on me: He’s all alone,” Biden says. “This is his decision.”

In fact, the government did not bother to provide evidence that Osama bin Laden lived in Pakistan or that he was killed on May 2, 2011, by U.S. special forces. The U.S. claimed Osama was buried at sea in accordance with Muslim burial practices and therefore argue it was unable to produce evidence.

A Wikileaks dump of Stratfor emails later claimed that Osama was not buried at sea. Stratfor’s vice president for intelligence Fred Burton urged the U.S. government to show photos of Osama Bin Laden’s corpse in order to silence “lunatics like Alex Jones and Glenn Beck” who had questioned the government’s official narrative.

Despite a complete lack of evidence, the government and the corporate media now state as an undisputed fact Obama made the “tough decision” to kill Osama.

Evidence from numerous sources reveal Osama bin Laden died from natural causes in December, 2001, shortly after the invasion of Afghanistan.

The mini-documentary with “requisite evocative music and still footage” pushing the election season Osama takeout myth is directed by Davis Guggenheim – who also directed Al Gore’s discredited An Inconvenient Truth – and is narrated by Tom Hanks, who uploaded a video to MySpace in 2008 voicing his support for Obama.

The crisis of public trust and confidence in national governments is shaking the foundations of illegitimate power and authority in the West and in the East.

Over the weekend, elections will be held in Iran and Russia that will either cement the authority of the current regimes or expose further cracks in their infrastructure. The symbolic value of these elections are recognized by the leaders of both states, their domestic political opposition, and foreign intruders.

If any kind of shenanigans occur in Moscow and Tehran, the jackals of the West and Israel will pounce on the anti-West regimes with desperation and try to grab a leg in the hopes that they might devour the body later on with the claws of war.

In Iran, millions are planning to boycott the parliamentary elections on Saturday, March 2nd, in order to send an overwhelming message that the country has no confidence in the clerical leadership. They hope to shatter the legitimacy of the Islamic Republic of Iran with the power of the non-vote. But it looks like a sizable majority will once again trump the anti-regime voices in the urban areas, and instill new democratic faith in the government.

It is likely that we won’t see a repeat of the mayhem that happened in the aftermath of the presidential election in June 2009, partly because, as journalist Pepe Escobar points out in his article “What’s at stake in Iran’s elections,” the regime has systematically locked up young organizers and influential voices.

“Virtually all key opposition leaders,” writes Escobar, “including university activists, almost 1,000 people, are in jail; not because they’re criminals but because they’re very canny organizers of popular anger.”

Given the long history of Western interference in Iran’s political affairs, it is understandable why the regime has taken extreme precautions to avoid domestic unrest in response to the elections on Saturday. Obama’s Middle East advisers are looking for every excuse to further isolate Iran from the international community and force the Islamic Republic of Iran into a corner, from which the course of war will be the only way out for the regime’s hardliners.

Nothing restores a regime’s legitimacy and public confidence like war. War is a gift from the gods to the managers of the state. For tyrants, regardless of their ideological cloaks and political beliefs, war is a saving grace.

The tyrants of Israel and America gave themselves the gift of war on September 11, 2001, so, in a way, they are more like gods than tyrants. But they too are facing a crisis of public confidence and popular legitimacy. Only 9% of the American people have faith in Congress.

America’s unprecedented crisis of public confidence derives from several different factors. The two most important are an illegitimate war on terror whose end remains far off in the future, and an escalating economic crisis that is causing massive anger and resentment against the corrupt economic and political elite. The same crisis is developing in Canada. The Harper government’s legitimacy is being undressed with scandal after scandal.

There is no immediate solution to the transnational political crisis of public confidence in national governments besides going to war on a global scale, and establishing a global government upon its conclusion.

The totalitarian regimes in the United States, Israel, and Iran will politically benefit in the near term from a large-scale confrontation. In the long term, however, all three governments along with national governments around the world will collapse and global political chaos will reign. Washington may be gone from the map. And several Iranian and Israeli cities will be permanently ruined.

A West-Iran War will destroy the foundations of the current world order. During this war, any semblance of democracy and freedom in Western civilization will be gone. The hijacking of the West by the Zionists and Globalists will ultimately end in the destruction of the West, and all that it stands for: freedom, individual rights, and democratic participation in society.

Israel’s state terrorists are planning to engineer a false flag attack to blame Iran for the upcoming world war and re-energize the public to get behind the mythic Clash of Civilizations. Israel and the United States will most definitely use nuclear weapons in the grand finale of the epic struggle between a rising East and a declining West.

The maniacs in Tel Aviv badly need a major false flag event to destroy the image of Iran and quell Western doubts about the “Evil Persians.” Up to now, even a vast majority of the people of Israel are not persuaded by their war-possessed leaders that Iran represents an existential threat to the state of Israel. On February 29, 2012, a poll publicized by the Jerusalem Post revealed that only 19% support an Israeli strike on Iran without U.S. help, while twice as many would support a strike if the U.S. does the heavy lifting.

It turns out that a sustained worldwide media campaign of fear and paranoia about the manufactured Iranian nuclear crisis by the Israeli government has failed to convince the people who will be most impacted by a decision to attack Iran: the people of Israel. They clearly do not desire a war.

Most Israelis are not frightened by the perceived Iranian nuclear threat to Israel. What they fear more is a rash preemptive military strike by their lunatic right-wing government against Iran which would isolate Israel from the international community and trigger a mighty response, involving massive missile attacks from all directions in the Middle East.

II. The Spiritual Crisis of Mankind: World War III, And The Divine Battle For The Souls of This World

Israel would become a sea of blood and fire if its crazy and monstrous leaders decide to attack Iran for no good reason. The state of Israel will not survive world war three. The Zionist project will be history. And so too will the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the National Secrecy State in America. All three totalitarian regimes are already dead. The outcome of World War III has already been decided.

The obvious question, then, is why fight it? Why fight a third world war? The answer is that the secret power holders need a ritualized bloodletting before they can sell their authoritarian world government to the nations of the world. Without massive bloodletting and millions of death, their new world order cannot be born.

War is not a solution to mankind’s problems, but a cancer that has plagued mankind since the beginning of civilization. But it is a cancer that both gives and takes. It takes old life, and gives new life. War has always served as a catalyst for technological, social, cultural, economic, spiritual, and political change.

The armies of the third world war will decide nothing on the battlefield because they are nothing more than robots going through the motions of a ritualistic blood sacrifice to the god of war and god of change. The planners, intellectuals, and high priests of secret societies wrote the script for this new world war, from its beginning to its end.

How can there be a real war if one side has nuclear weapons and the other side has none? As many people have said, what took place in Iraq was not a war but something closer to genocide. For America to go to war with a third-world country like Iraq would be like an elephant going to war with an ant colony.

Now that the British government has dusted off previously shelved plans to create huge databases, enabling spy agencies to monitor every phone call, email and text message as well as websites visited by everyone in the country. The plans, the government will force every communications network to store the data for one year. The plans also extend to social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter, and gaming sites.

The plans, drawn up by MI5, MI6 and GCHQ, the government’s secret eavesdropping agency, may be officially announced as soon as May, according to details seen by the Telegraph. Those agencies would have real time access to the records kept by companies such as Vodafone and British Telecom. The records would allow the spy agencies to monitor the “who, when and where” of every phone call, text message and email sent, while also allowing for internet browsing histories to be matched to IP addresses.

Unassumingly titled the Communications Capabilities Development Programme (CCDP), the new scheme is set to be implemented under anti-terrorism laws. “And if communications providers have a government mandate to start collecting this information they will be incredibly tempted to start monitoring this data themselves so they can compete with Google and Facebook.”. Even if you believe GCHQ’s denial that it has any plans to create a huge monitoring system, the current law under the RIPA (the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act) allows hundreds of government agencies access to the records of every internet provider in the country.

Facebook pays low-wage foreign workers to delete certain content based upon a censorship list. For example, Facebook deletes accounts created by Palestinian resistance groups.

Digg was caught censoring stories which were controversial or too critical of the government. See this andthis.

Now, even social media site Reddit – which helped launch the anti-Sopa Internet blackout and publicize GoDaddy’s slimy Sopa support – is doing the same thing.

As just one example, posts from this website are being censored by Reddit. Specifically, a friend of this site who has submitted stories to Reddit has received the following messages of rejection from a Reddit moderator named davidreiss666:

Well, censorship is rampant in America … and social media has grown so big that it has become a target as well.

The Pentagon is looking to build a tool to sniff out social media propaganda campaigns and spit some counter-spin right back at it.
On Thursday, Defense Department extreme technology arm Darpa unveiled its Social Media in Strategic Communication (SMISC) program. It’s an attempt to get better at both detecting and conducting propaganda campaigns on social media. SMISC has two goals. First, the program needs to help the military better understand what’s going on in social media in real time — particularly in areas where troops are deployed. Second, Darpa wants SMISC to help the military play the social media propaganda game itself.
This is more than just checking the trending topics on Twitter. The Defense Department wants to deeply grok social media dynamics. So SMISC algorithms will be aimed at discovering and tracking the “formation, development and spread of ideas and concepts (memes)” on social media, according to Darpa’s announcement.

SMISC needs to be able to seek out “persuasion campaign structures and influence operations” developing across the social sphere. SMISC is supposed to quickly flag rumors and emerging themes on social media, figure out who’s behind it and what. Moreover, Darpa wants SMISC to be able to actually figure out whether this is a random product of the hivemind or a propaganda operation by an adversary nation or group.
Of course, SMISC won’t be content to just to hang back and monitor social media trends in strategic locations. It’s about building a better spin machine for Uncle Sam, too. Once SMISC’s latches on to an influence operation being launched, it’s supposed to help out in “countermessaging.”

SMISC is yet another example of how the military is becoming very interested in what’s going on in the social media sphere.

“Information intended for foreign audiences, including public diplomacy and Psyops, is increasingly consumed by our domestic audience,” it reads.
“Psyops messages will often be replayed by the news media for much larger audiences, including the American public,” it goes on.

Indeed, the Pentagon publicly announced years ago that it was considering using “black propaganda” – in other words, knowing lies.
CENTCOM announced in 2008 that a team of employees would be“[engaging] bloggers who are posting inaccurate or untrue information, as well as bloggers who are posting incomplete information.”
The Air Force is now also engaging bloggers. Indeed, an Air Force spokesman said:
“We obviously have many more concerns regarding cyberspace than a typical Social Media user,” Capt. Faggard says. “I am concerned with how insurgents or potential enemies can use Social Media to their advantage. It’s our role to provide a clear and accurate, completely truthful and transparent picture for any audience.”
In other words, the government is targeting “social media”, including popular user-ranked news sites.
In addition, when you look at what the Israeli lobby has done with Megaphone software to automatically vote stories questioning Israel down and to send pro-Israel letters to politicians and media (see this, this andthis), you can start to see how the U.S. military – an even larger and better-funded organization – could substantially influence voting on social news sites with very little effort.
Moreover,the military has outsourced many projects to private contractors. For example, in Iraq, much of the fighting has been outsourced to Blackwater. And governmental intelligence functions have largely been outsourced to private companies.
It is therefore not impossible that the government is hiring cheap labor to downvote stories on the social media sites which question the government, and to post pro-government comments.

One free, simple scripting program to create automatic downvotes of certain topics or news posters is called “Greasemonkey”, which is commonly used on large social news sites such as Reddit.
For example, there are some 2,480 hits … for the google search site:reddit.com greasemonkey downvote. This is some 2,480 times that Reddit users are publicly admitting to using greasemonkey (see also this).
Propaganda agents obviously aren’t going to publicly brag about what they are doing, and you can bet that their use of downvote bots is much greater. Moreover, they probably have more sophisticated software than Greasemonkey.
Today, Raw Story reports that the Air Force ordered software to manage army of fake virtual people:

In the continuing saga of data security firm HBGary, a new caveat has come to light: not only did they plot to help destroy secrets outlet WikiLeaks and discredit progressive bloggers, they also crafted detailed proposals for software that manages online “personas,” allowing a single human to assume the identities of as many fake people as they’d like.
The revelation was among those contained in the company’s emails, which were dumped onto bittorrent networks after hackers with cyber protest group “Anonymous” broke into their systems.
In another document unearthed by “Anonymous,” one of HBGary’s employees also mentioned gaming geolocation services to make it appear as though selected fake persons were at actual events.
“There are a variety of social media tricks we can use to add a level of realness to all fictitious personas,” it said.
Government involvement
Eerie as that may be, more perplexing, however, is a federal contract from the 6th Contracting Squadron at MacDill Air Force Base, located south of Tampa, Florida, that solicits providers of “persona management software.”
While there are certainly legitimate applications for such software, such as managing multiple “official” social media accounts from a single input, the more nefarious potential is clear.
Unfortunately, the Air Force’s contract description doesn’t help dispel their suspicions either. As the text explains, the software would require licenses for 50 users with 10 personas each, for a total of 500. These personas would have to be “replete with background , history, supporting details, and cyber presences that are technically, culturally and geographacilly consistent.”
It continues, noting the need for secure virtual private networks thatrandomize the operator’s Internet protocol (IP) address, making it impossible to detect that it’s a single person orchestrating all these posts. Another entry calls for static IP address management for each persona, making it appear as though each fake person was consistently accessing from the same computer each time.
The contract also sought methods to anonymously establish virtual private servers with private hosting firms in specific geographic locations. This would allow that server’s “geosite” to be integrated with their social media profiles, effectively gaming geolocation services.
The Air Force added that the “place of performance” for the contract would be at MacDill Air Force Base, along with Kabul, Afghanistan and Baghdad. The contract was offered on June 22, 2010.
It was not clear exactly what the Air Force was doing with this software, or even if it had been procured.
Manufacturing consent
Though many questions remain about how the military would apply such technology, the reasonable fear should be perfectly clear. “Persona management software” can be used to manipulate public opinion on key information, such as news reports. An unlimited number of virtual “people” could be marshaled by only a few real individuals, empowering them to create the illusion of consensus.

That’s precisely what got DailyKos blogger Happy Rockefeller in a snit: the potential for military-run armies of fake people manipulating and, in some cases, even manufacturing the appearance of public opinion.
“I don’t know about you, but it matters to me what fellow progressives think,” the blogger wrote. “I consider all views. And if there appears to be a consensus that some reporter isn’t credible, for example, or some candidate for congress in another state can’t be trusted, I won’t base my entire judgment on it, but it carries some weight.
“That’s me. I believe there are many people though who will base their judgment on rumors and mob attacks. And for those people, a fake mob can be really effective.”

“Team Themis” [tasked by the Chamber of Commerce to come up with strategies for responding to progressive bloggers and others] also includeda proposal to use malware hacks against progressive organizations, and the submission of fake documents in an effort to discredit established groups.
HBGary was also behind a plot by Bank of America to destroy WikiLeaks’ technology platform, other emails revealed. The company was humiliated by members of “Anonymous” after CEO Aaron Barr bragged that he’d “infiltrated” the group.

“Analysts for a Department of Homeland Security program that monitors social networks like Twitter and Facebook have been instructed to produce reports on policy debates related to the department, a newly disclosed manual shows,” reports the New York Times.

The manual, entitled Department of Homeland Security National Operations Center Media Monitoring Capability Desktop Reference Binder, was obtained by the Electronic Privacy Information Center via a FOIA request.

The controversy over DHS spying on social media erupted last month following the release of 300 documents which detailed how DHS had hired an outside contractor, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, to monitor social media outlets along with a list of websites, on a “24/7/365 basis,” in order to uncover “any media reports that reflect adversely on the U.S. Government and the Department of Homeland Security.”

During a subsequent Congressional hearing on the matter, DHS representatives Mary Callahan and Richard Chávez denied the fact that tracking criticism of government agencies formed any part of the program, and that the effort was merely aimed at developing “situational awareness” of potential threats, mostly related to extreme weather events.

However, the 2011 manual makes it abundantly clear that the program was a backdoor effort to keep tabs on what the American people were saying about not just the DHS, but a whole host of federal agencies, including the CIA, the ATF, the TSA, FEMA, as well as organizations outside of the U.S. government such as the United Nations and the Red Cross.

The ‘items of interest’ listed in the document which require monitoring of social media include, “policy directives, debates and implementations related to DHS.”

In addition, the list of keywords the DHS is tasked with monitoring include terms that have little to do with “situational awareness.”

During last week’s hearing, Callaham claimed that such keywords were restricted to “you know, flood, tornado and things like that.” In reality, the manual also directs DHS analysts to search for terms such as “China, cops, hacking, illegal immigrants, Iran, Iraq, marijuana, organized crime, police, pork and radicals.”

The words “militia,” “riot,” “body scanner,” and “nationalist” are also included in the list of keywords the DHS is tasked with monitoring.

The fact that Homeland Security is monitoring what people say about airport body scanners, in the aftermath of a wider national basklash against the TSA as a whole, dovetails with how the TSA has subjected people who refuse to use them to undue suspicion and questioning.

“The D.H.S. continues to monitor the Internet for criticism of the government,” EPIC’s Ginger McCall said in reference to the document. “This suspicionless, overbroad monitoring quells legitimate First Amendment activity and exceeds the agency’s legal authority.”

Popular outrage over SOPA and PIPA has forced the globalists to seek a new line of attack in their effort to control the internet. On February 27, they will engage in a “diplomatic process” that will hand over to the United Nations unprecedented control over a free and open internet.

The defeat of SOPA and PIPA marked the first battle in a war to control the internet.

Numerous countries are pushing for United Nations governance over the internet by the end of the year, including Russia and China. Russian PM Vladimir Putin said last year his goal is to impose “international control over the Internet” through the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), a treaty-based organization under the auspices of the UN.

The ITU is working to globalize the radio spectrum, latest-generation wireless technologies, aeronautical and maritime navigation, radio astronomy, satellite-based meteorology along with the internet. It is positioning itself to control next-generation networks, the technology that will replace the current free and open internet.

Authoritarian China and Russia want to renegotiate the 1988 treaty that deregulated and decentralized the internet and paved the way for its fantastic success and popularity. The 1988 treaty, the Wall Street Journal notes, “insulated the Internet from economic and technical regulation and quickly became the greatest deregulatory success story of all time.”

The ITU treaty negotiated at the behest of the United Nations will radically modify the internet and bring it under control of the global elite. In addition to imposing cyber security mandates, it will outlaw peer-to-peer technologies and impose unprecedented economic regulations such as mandates for rates, terms and conditions. It will allow transnational corporations to charge fees for “international” internet traffic possibly on a “per-click” basis for certain web destinations.

The ITU will also end the nonprofit status of multi-stakeholder internet governance entities such as the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers – in other words, UN bureaucrats answering to the globalists will control who is allowed to establish a presence on the internet. They will also control the Internet Engineering Task Force, the Internet Society and other multi-stakeholder groups that develop and configure engineering and technical standards for the internet.

The Wall Street Journal notes that governments are “threatened by popular outcries for political freedom that are empowered by unfettered Internet connectivity. They have formed impressive coalitions, and their efforts have progressed significantly.”

In addition to political activism, the internet allows for the free dissemination of information and alternative news that effectively counters the dinosaur establishment media. In order to realize their one-world authoritarian agenda, the global elite will need to make sure websites like Infowars.com do not have a presence on a next-generation internet now under development.

Following overwhelming opposition to SOPA and PIPA, the globalists will now push the ITU. They understand that it will much more difficult for people to oppose and defeat an international treaty beyond the reach of their national governments and politicians and this is how they will eventually implement their control freak agenda over the internet.

An article for Wall Street Journal subscribers reveals that NSA boss Gen. Keith Alexander believes the hacktavist collective Anonymous may soon have the capability to take down the power grid in the United States through a cyberattack.

Alexander has peddled his theory at White House meetings and in other private sessions, according to people familiar with the gatherings, WSJ reports. “While he hasn’t publicly expressed his concerns about the potential for Anonymous to disrupt power supplies, he has warned publicly about an emerging ability by cyberattackers to disable or even damage computer networks,” writes Siobhan Gorman.

It’s not easy to disrupt the power grid in the United States. Most systems use proprietary operating systems and applications that are “not readily available for study by your average hacker,” writes Michael Tanj. Power grid or drinking-water systems and networks are not connected to the public internet.

In other words, it would take more than the efforts of an internet meme scattered across imageboards and forums to disrupt this complex system. It would take the concerted resources of a nation-state like China or Russia – or more likely the NSA itself.

“Even in places like the United States, where there isn’t much you cannot find online, you’re not going to be able to get the depth and detail you need to turn off the lights with a simple network connection. You’re going to have to deploy national-level resources,” writes Tanj.

The NSA knows this. It is exploiting the minimal threat poised by Anonymous as part of a propaganda campaign designed to extend the reach of its “Perfect Citizen” program. Perfect Citizen is being developed by defense contractor Raytheon and consists of sensors that would report public utility anomalies to the NSA via a partnership with Homeland Security, according to Ryan Singel. A Raytheon employee described it as a “Big Brother” system.

The NSA has over the years specialized is slurping up mega-amounts of private data in violation of the Fourth Amendment. The resultant database is the largest in the world. It only makes sense the NSA will do the same with the data it will now collect from utilities and the public infrastructure.

Anonymous is being used as an excuse by the government as it rolls out increasingly draconian surveillance programs under the aegis of “cyber security” and terror prevention.

Anonymous’ “electronic civil disobedience” – primarily consisting of denial service attacks on government and corporate websites – and sensationalistic media coverage feed into the plan to not only lockdown and eventually modify the free-wheeling character of the internet, but turn the medium into the most pervasive and effective surveillance apparatus on the planet.

It is becoming increasingly obvious that Anonymous itself is either an NSA op or functioning as a useful idiot.

“The power of this group is unprecedented,” Rob Johnson wrote on January 24. “On the day that the feds shut down MegaUpload.com, Anonymous responded by bringing down the websites of the US Department of Justice and the FBI, as well as the sites of the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA), Warner Music Group, Universal Music and the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) in the largest-ever cyber attack. Anonymous went on another spree Monday morning, assuming control of Senator Chuck Grassley’s Twitter account and shutting down the websites of CBS and Universal Music. Who could do all of this more effectively than the cyber special ops already in place within the government? It’s called United States Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM), led by General Keith B. Alexander.”

Police will get much easier access to the web-surfing habits and personal information of all Canadians if a new law – expected to be introduced in the House of Commons next week – passes.

Privacy watchdogs caution if the so-called Lawful Access law is passed, it would give police access to webbrowsing history and sensitive personal information, and would grant greater permission to track the cellular phones of suspects – much of it without the requirement of a warrant.

The bill, which is on the order paper for this week, would require Internet service providers and cellular phone companies to install equipment that would monitor users’ activities so that the information could be turned over to police when requested.

It would also grant greater permission to law enforcement authorities to activate tracking mechanisms within cellphones so they can follow the whereabouts of suspected criminals. If there is a suspicion of terrorist activity, the law would allow such tracking to go on for a year, rather than the current 60-day limit.

This isn’t the first time this law has been introduced. The most recent incarnation of the Lawful Access bill died on the order paper when the federal election was called last year.

There are 72 Threat Fusion Centers. 50 state based and 22 urban centers set up during the Bush presidency in cooperation between the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Justice. They collect information from all 16 US intelligence agencies, the CIA, FBI, the military, state and local police agencies and privately owned corporations and organizations like the ADL and SPLC which some say should be registered as agents of a foreign power Israel.

A lot of their information comes from contractors. So just how many contractors does DHS employ? Senator McCaskill said DHS doesn’t even know how many contractors there are working for them. Some estimate at one time there was as many as 200,000. If you understand bureaucracies and contractors, you will realize that these people need to justify their paychecks by finding terrorists. And that probably already includes you because you are on the Internet and have opinions.

The See Something Say Something program has expanded the source and unreliability of informants to include anyone in certain occupations that brings them into contact with the public. These include garbage collectors, cable TV installers and repairmen, carpet cleaners, dentists, doctors, truck drivers, cab drivers, clergymen, teachers, nurses and anyone with a phone who can call one of many hotlines. Callers can be motivated by an argument, a dispute over a bill or angered by a divorce. Millions of people are spying on us. And I guarantee one of them does not like you.

Some people just do not care what others say about them. One woman even wrote a book entitled ‘What You Think Of Me Is None Of My Business.’ The problem with that attitude is that the DHS wants to require security clearances to work in certain occupations. As that list of occupations grows, the possibility of losing a job increases exponentially. An intended consequence of your inability to find work without the approval of DHS will be the stifling of dissent.

The information DHS collects on you includes the opinions of your garbage collector who might not like you based upon what your neighbor puts in your trash after you left for work in the morning. Or what a local minister says he thinks he heard you or someone with a similar name say at a wedding or a funeral.

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania had a contract with an Israeli intelligence firm linked to the Mossad that listed environmentalists worried about pollution in a local lake as potential terrorists. At the time I first reported this, I said the Israelis were worried that people active enough to get dressed and go across town to demonstrate over a threat against their health would also be the first or possibly the second ones to hit the streets after the dollar collapses and everything they have is taken from them by the banks.

Once you are listed as a potential threat to the community there does not seem to be any way to remove you from the list. Please note that you do not have to do anything or to threaten anyone to get on a list of potential terrorists. All you have to do is to become active in an organization that someone somewhere feels threatened by. This includes those private partners, the military and Israel. Obviously, anti-war activists will threaten the jobs of people selling weapons. But people worried about water and air pollution could also be considered as threats to corporations fracking (hydraulic fracturing) for oil as this process causes earthquakes and releases carcinogens into the drinking water. But you do not have to join any groups as the federal government has access to every one of your emails and phone calls. This includes other people in your house. And do not forget human error. As Mike Adams said, no IQ is too low to work for the TSA.

The following organizations have been listed as potential threats.

Both pro- and anti-abortion activists have been considered threats. It seems only those who have no opinions on abortion are safe.

Environmentalist, Tea Party and Second Amendment activists are suspect. Of course you would expect anti-war people on any list with input from the military but they also included those in the anti-death penalty movement. The most well known case for abuse was the inclusion of all Ron Paul supporters and Libertarians. But the list also includes all Third party members which covers the Reform, Labor, Socialist, Constitutional and American parties.

The lists have been expanded to include conspiracy theorists and critics of the government. Now we are talking about a large mass of potential terrorists. House Speaker John Boehner recently said that nobody likes the Congress. I would tell him why if I had access. The FBI has said that any supporter of the gold standard or has more than a two week supply of food is a potential terrorist. I know for a fact that every Chinese businessman in the world would rather have gold than dollars. Does that mean DHS has to include every Chinese restaurant on its list of terrorist suspects?

In Virginia plans for a mega fusion center run by the US Joint Special Operations Command came to light. JSOC was headed at one time by four-star General Stanley McChrystal and was accused of being used as an assassination bureau by Dick Cheney. This mega fusion center was to use Internet data mining to select potential targets. The Tennessee Fusion Center received the “Fusion Center of the Year” award from Janet Napolitano, head of DHS. This is the fusion center that went door to door demanding to know how much food people had stored. There are 7 fusion centers in California. I have a link to the addresses of all 72 threat fusion center in the references below.

Of course fusion centers have another function. They are supposed to prevent you from doing anything once you have been identified as a threat. I will have to deal with what plans they have for Enemies of the State in the future. I do want to comment on one possible abuse by quoting from a fictional piece I wrote about a conversation between Naomi Wolf and the American President-elect in 2016.

“Our new program to remove obstructionists was a real money maker for our campaign. All of the corporations lined up to donate money to us in exchange for promising to take certain specified people off the streets. What we plan to do is give a Notice Of Separation to about 10,000 people in our first trial run of the program. A Notice Of Separation does not take away your right to vote because we are in a one party state now so voting is useless anyway. What it does is to separate you from the Bill of Rights. You will be forbidden to participate in politics, protests or even discussions thereof. Nor will you be allowed to associate in political groups. Oh. Our donors insist that is to include consumer rights activities as well. Any violation of the Notice Of Separation will result in a one year confinement. No need for a trial. A second violation will have permanent consequences. Any questions or comments, Naomi?”

Do you doubt that this is possible given the changes in America since 1980?

“The Constitution has seen better days,” declares Adam Liptak, the Supreme Court correspondent of The New York Times, in his new piece called: ‘We the People’ Loses Appeal With People Around the World.

Liptak won’t tell you, but the Constitution is dead thanks in large part to the fact that the New York Times has judiciously covered up the Bush administration’s crimes against the Constitution, beginning on day one when G. W. and company stole the White House.

The article seems mild and tame on the surface, but once you scratch away the sugar-coated propaganda you see the total contempt for the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It is obvious why the “paper of record” is not interested in sticking up for the foundation of the United States of America: it wants to destroy the United States of America.

Indeed, the New York Times is an anti-American paper in the most clear sense of the term. It has let administration after administration chip away at the Constitution with the chisel of globalist and CIA propaganda, so why stop now? In these last days of the American empire, the shadow CIA is scattering the Constitution to the wind. So it would be backward and stupid for the Times to turn back the clock this late in the game and restore what it has tried to destroy for the last fifty years.

After the CIA’s assassination of JFK and the CIA-Mossad attacks on 9/11, how can any propaganda outlet like the New York Times save face and say sorry? The editorial staff of the New York Times, as well as the editorial staff of most other American and Western papers, have given up on America and on the rule of law. They are part of a treasonous globalist plot to force America and all nations to obey a global dictatorship run by criminal banks and fascist corporations.

In the past, these fascist globalist revolutionaries waged a covert and psychological war against the U.S. Constitution and the American people. But they have grown tired of pretending. 9/11 was their coming out party. A nuclear 9/11 may be finish off America for good.

The media traitors and globalist revolutionaries may be out of touch with reality and the common people, but that isn’t stopping them from showing their true fascist and authoritarian colours. Snakes like to show skin and stick out their tongue at their unassuming prey. That’s what they do.

If you think the Globalist and Zionist snakes have had fun raping the laws of America and plundering public treasuries from Washington to Baghdad, just wait for the next round of wars and bailouts. Pretty soon it will be 99%. Members of Congress have lost the people and the military. The only support they have is from an evil gang of international banksters who steal trillions of dollars from American taxpayers to pay their bills and keep them in office.

But the globalist crooks have an escape plan: global genocide and an authoritarian world government. They want to build a Global North Korea on the ashes of the American flag and the flags of other nations such as Iraq, Iran, Israel, Canada, and England. Nothing stands in their way but the truth of history and the good people of Earth.

Why are Washington’s planetary terrorists so hostile to the U.S. Constitution and the American people? Because they are deathly afraid of the power of both.

In other words, it is the right of the people to revolt against government – preferably through peaceful means, but by violent revolution if need be, as Thomas Jefferson argued – when it becomes an oppressive tyranny, as it now is.”

On his radio broadcast on Wednesday, February 8, Alex said that the globalist criminals “have got to openly say ‘get rid of the Constitution’ in front of everybody because they’ve basically already gotten rid of it, and their criminals and they know it indicts them.”

We will find out the weight of the Constitution once the weight of the Dollar falls. G. W. called the Constitution “a piece of paper.” The paper of record agrees him, as does the current deranged and sociopathic President.

The question we should be asking is does an eighteenth century political document written by enlightened and liberty oriented philosophers apply to bloodthirsty and genocidal psychopaths in the 21st century who murder innocent people in a global game of terror? Can any law restrain lawless, shameless, amoral, and ruthless power brokers? If they don’t follow the golden rule, then how can we expect them to follow the U.S. Constitution and international law?

In my eyes, the Constitution can’t be destroyed by criminals who don’t recognize any laws. The Constitution and Bill of Rights can come alive again if a new generation of brave men are willing to pour their blood into these dead documents and sacrifice their lives for the cause of freedom.

The values of freedom, personal responsibility, and individual conscience that have raised America to the status of a global empire and enriched Western Civilization above every other civilization must be preserved in our time. Why despoil the sacred ground of liberty that produced such a rich and glorious civilization?

The mean-spirited fascist globalist revolutionaries want the people to live in poverty and ignorance, and accept permanent slavery as a fact of 21st century life. But there is another, more brighter future, if we can only see it.

Instead of degrading man, and trashing America and the West, as the globalist terrorists want us to do, we should preserve the best of the West and leave the rest behind. The U.S. Constitution, Bill of Rights, and Declaration of Independence are among the treasures of Western civilization and must be preserved, both in spirit and in form. If they are just meaningless pieces of aged paper then what does that make America? Nothing but a pile of dirt.

America must not settle for dirt. It can aim higher.

Freedom is the heart and soul of America and Western man. The New York Times aka the globalist paper of misinformation needs to relearn this basic truth, and stop bashing the very thing that made America great in the first place.

The global elite will not rest until they have revoked the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, and the Declaration of Independence. Over the last few years, they have engaged in a concerted attack on our founding documents and time-honored ideals. On Tuesday, the New York Times continued this trend with an article on the front page of its print edition.

Entitled ‘We the People’ Lose Appeal With People Around the World, the article by Adam Liptak argues that the Constitution is outdated, inflexible and no longer trendy. It cites an article published in June in The New York University Law Review that explains how America’s Constitution is “losing its appeal as a model for constitutional drafters elsewhere” as statists, bureaucrats and autocrats turn to examples presented by more malleable documents such as the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms and those produced by India, South Africa, New Zealand and the United Nations.

The problem, Liptak notes, is that “rights guaranteed by the American Constitution are parsimonious by international standards, and they are frozen in amber.” In other words, the “problem” with the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence is that the rights enumerated there are not open for interpretation and cannot be changed by government.

But what really irks the elite is the idea that government only exists by the consent of the governed and “whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends [of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness], it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,” as the Declaration of Independence states. In other words, it is the right of the people to revolt against government – preferably through peaceful means, but by violent revolution if need be, as Thomas Jefferson argued – when it becomes an oppressive tyranny, as it now is.

The very idea that the people have the right to abolish government scares the hell out of the ruling elite. The Second Amendment is under persistent attack not because guns are a danger to school children, but because guns and people well trained in their proper use are often required to resist and overthrow government tyranny. Control freaks never surrender power willingly.

The establishment is now openly assaulting the Constitution and the very idea of innate and god-given individual rights going back to the Magna Carta, the Habeas Corpus Act, the Petition of Right and English common law. The Constitution and the Declaration of Independence encapsulate and enumerate into law liberties that are the birthright of humanity. Government is not required to bestow them as the New York Times would have use believe. We are born with them despite trendiness or the dictates of commissars at the United Nations.

Obama has continued unabated the concerted attack on the Constitution initiated under his predecessors. Efforts to undermine the Constitution began in earnest with FDR, although earlier presidents – most notably Lincoln – set important precedents.

Obama’s task is to undermine due process and the separation of powers. From the NDAA to Obamacare and violating the will of Congress and the American people through signing statements and waging illegal wars without declaration or congressional consultation, Obama has amplified and expanded what George Bush and Bill Clinton before him began.

Obama’s letter to Congress claiming U.S. military power used with devastating result against the people of Libya was “legitimized” by the United Nations Security Council represents a watershed moment in the effort to trample the Constitution and transfer authority from the people to autocratic globalists. It is a modern version of the “long train of abuses and usurpations” mentioned by the founders in the Declaration of Independence.

It is up to the American people to prevent the destruction of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It probably cannot be accomplished from within the system. Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum, Newt Gingrich, Obama – these are the corrupted minions of globalists who fear the Rights of Man the same as vampires fear sunlight. They will further the destruction of liberty, not impede it and stop the solemn march to slavery and ultimately the destruction of civilization.

Ron Paul represented the best chance to restore the Constitution and rebuild our republic. He was plowed under by the establishment and its corporate media propaganda machine. Patriotic Americans must continue at all cost to oppose the efforts of the elite as they work to methodically turn the planet into a slave labor gulag with a high-tech police state control grid overlay. The effort must transcend any particular political candidate and live in the hearts of men and women as they resist tyranny.

Feds Label Bulk Buying of Food a Potential Terrorist Activity

As part of its effort to encourage business owners to spy on their customers, the FBI has labeled the bulk purchase of food as a potential indication of terrorist activity, despite the fact that FEMA itself last year purchased $1 billion dollars worth of storable food.

A flyer aimed at Military Surplus stores produced under the auspices of the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism project, encourages owners to report people who “make bulk purchases of items to include….meals ready to eat”.

According to the flyer, the FBI advises store owners to demand ID’s from all new customers, as well as asking them questions about their purchase and being aware of “suspicious statements”.

The flyer also characterizes paying with cash or “demanding identity privacy” as an indication of terrorism.

The characterization by the feds of those who choose to protect themselves against rising food prices or a potential interruption in the food supply by purchasing storable food as potential terrorists is not only chilling – it is also completely hypocritical.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) itself ordered $1 billion dollars worth of dehydrated food in just one instance last year, purchasing a total of 420 million meals.

Are we to follow the FBI’s advice and treat this as a suspicious activity? Should FEMA be reported to other law enforcement agencies as a potential terrorist threat?

Indeed, the Department of Homeland Security is also busy stockpiling storable food and seed varieties in underground bunkers as part of preparations for domestic emergencies. Under its Resolve to be Ready program, the DHS even encouraged Americans to store food as part of a “basic emergency supply kit”.

Should we all be reporting Janet Napolitano to the See Something, Say Something hotline as a potential Al-Qaeda radical?

The federal government has gone completely overboard and is now educating the public to report fellow Americans for engaging in mundane behavior performed by millions of people routinely.

This flyer is just one of 25 being provided to businesses from across the spectrum, everything from Internet Cafes to tattoo parlors. Yesterday we highlighted how paying for a cup of coffee with cash is also a potential indicator of terrorist activity in the eyes of the FBI.

Even more chilling, the feds have also begun to characterize perfectly legitimate political and economic beliefs as those held by terrorists, effectively denouncing them as thought crimes.

As Reuters reported on Monday, authorities are now treating those who “believe the United States went bankrupt by going off the gold standard” as extremists who are a potential violent threat to law enforcement.

Well, according to a law school professor, pursuant to the Military Commissions Act, “Anyone who … speaks out against the government’s policies could be declared an ‘unlawful enemy combatant’ and imprisoned indefinitely. That includes American citizens.”

And according to an FBI memo, peace protesters are being labeled as “terrorists”.

Anyone who disagrees with the “acceptable” way of looking at things is a terrorist.

How is this different from Stalin or Mao’s use of labels such as “enemy of the state”?

This may have seemed over-the-top to some, but events have proven it true.

For example, the following is considered terrorism or suspected terrorism in modern America:

Protesting anything

Questioning war (even though war reduces our national security; and see this)

Criticizing the government’s targeting of innocent civilians with drones (although killing innocent civilians with drones is one of the main things which increases terrorism. And see this)

Asking questions about pollution (even at a public Congressional hearing?)

Liking online privacy

Paying cash at an Internet cafe

Asking questions about Wall Street shenanigans

Supporting Ron Paul or being a libertarian

Being anti-tax, anti-regulation or for the gold standard

Holding gold

Creating alternative currencies

Stocking up on more than 7 days of food

Investigating factory farming

Of course, the vast majority of people who visit Internet Cafes use cash to pay their bill. Who uses a credit card to buy a $2 dollar cup of coffee? A lot of smaller establishments don’t even accept credit cards for amounts less than $10 dollars.

Other examples of suspicious behavior include using a “residential based Internet provider” such as AOL or Comcast, the use of “anonymizers, portals, or other means to shield IP address” (these are routinely used by mobile web users to bypass public Internet filters), “Suspicious communications using VOIP,” and “Preoccupation with press coverage of terrorist attack” (this would apply to the vast majority of people who work in the news or political blogging industry).

Searching for information about “police” or “government” is also listed as a potential indication of terrorism, as is using a computer to “obtain photos, maps or diagrams of transportation, sporting venues, or populated locations,” which would apply to virtually anyone who uses Google Maps or Google Earth.

People who may wish to keep private the contents of a personal email or an online credit card purchase by attempting to”shield the screen from view of others” are also characterized as potential terrorists.

Business owners who spot patrons engaging in these types of activities are encouraged to call the FBI’s Joint Regional Intelligence Center (JRIC), after first gathering information on license plates, names, ethnicity, and languages spoken.

In total, there are 25 different CAT flyers aimed at businesses from across the spectrum – everything from hobby shops to tattoo parlors.

As we have documented on numerous occasions, the federal government routinely characterizes mundane behavior as extremist activity or a potential indicator of terrorist intent. As part of its ‘See Something, Say Something’ campaign, the Department of Homeland Security educates the public that generic activities performed by millions of people every day, including using a video camera, talking to police officers, wearing hoodies, driving vans, writing on a piece of paper, and using a cell phone recording application,” are potential signs of terrorist activity.

Note: Some also claim that copyright infringers are terrorists, and swat teams have been deployed against them. See this, this, this and this. I’m not condoning copyright infringement, but merely citing to the all-pervasiveness of the “terror” label. And given that even grandmas and children might innocently and unwittingly download copyrighted content, any tendency to use the terror label is troubling.

Do you love America? Are you against a one world economy and a one world government? Do you deeply love individual liberty? Do you believe in conspiracy theories? If you answered any of those questions affirmatively, then you are a potential terrorist according to a brand new Department of Homeland Security report that was just released in January 2012.

The report is entitled “Hot Spots of Terrorism and Other Crimes in the United States, 1970 to 2008“, and it was produced by the “National Consortium for the Study of Terrorism and Responses to Terrorism” for the Department of Homeland Security. As you will see detailed later on in this article, the most shocking part of this report is when it discusses the “ideological motivations” of potential terrorists. The report shamelessly attempts to portray red-blooded Americans that love liberty and that love their country as the enemy. Once upon a time, deeply patriotic Americans were considered to be the backbone of America, but today they are considered to be potential terrorists.

And this report is yet another example of how the definition of “terrorism” has changed. A decade ago, the entire focus of the “war on terror” was on radical Muslims and we were told that we had to send our boys and girls to the other side of the world to defeat them.

Well, in this new report there is barely any mention of Islam at all. Instead, the report identifies patriots, conspiracy theorists, evangelical Christians, anti-abortion activists, survivalists and those that are against globalism as the real threats.

The focus of the “war on terror” has fundamentally shifted. The “enemy” is now those that love freedom and those that love America.

According to the new DHS report, the following are some of the beliefs and ideologies of American terrorists….

-”fiercely nationalistic (as opposed to universal and international in orientation)”

-”anti-global”

-”suspicious of centralized federal authority”

-”reverent of individual liberty”

-”believe in conspiracy theories”

-”a belief that one’s personal and/or national “way of life” is under attack”

-”a belief in the need to be prepared for an attack either by participating in paramilitary preparations and training or survivalism”

-”impose strict religious tenets or laws on society (fundamentalists)”

-”insert religion into the political sphere”

-”those who seek to politicize religion”

-”supported political movements for autonomy”

-”anti-abortion”

-”anti-Catholic”

-”anti-nuclear”

All of the above are direct quotes from the report.

Do any of those beliefs apply to you?

Does your own government now believe that you are a potential terrorist?

There seems to be a concerted effort to demonize certain groups of people in this country. In the past, those that loved America, those that loved God, and those that loved freedom were considered to be role models. Now they are considered to be dangers.

The funny thing is that according to the report, terrorism in the United States has actually been declining over the past several decades. On page 13 of the new DHS report, you will find a chart that shows that the number of “terrorist attacks” in the United States has decreased steadily since 1970.

And on page 18 of the report, we find that “extreme left-wing” groups such as radical communists were responsible for 5 times more terror attacks in the U.S. between 1970 and 2008 than all “extreme right-wing” groups and religious groups combined.

The truth is that the vast majority of Americans that are patriotic, religious or that believe in conspiracy theories are very peaceful and only want the best for this country.

But the mainstream media is making it seem like there is an epidemic of “anti-government extremists” that needs to be dealt with.

For example, the following comes from a recent USA Today article entitled “FBI: More locals seek help with anti-government extremists“….

The FBI is being inundated with calls from local government officials asking for assistance in dealing with anti-government extremists, officials said.

And as I wrote about the other day, the FBI has broadened the definition of “suspicious activity” so much that literally anyone could fall under it.

In 2012, the following activities are considered to be “suspicious” by the FBI….

-shielding your computer screen from others

-paying with cash

-acting “nervous”

-using multiple cell phones

-requesting a specific room at a hotel

-traveling with a large amount of luggage

-refusing maid service at a hotel

-staying in your room for too long

-changing your appearance

In fact, if you see any of these things you are supposed to contact the feds right away.

Was the federal government ever this paranoid during the days of McCarthyism?

If America is going to have any kind of a future, we are going to need people who deeply love liberty and who deeply love this country.

Unfortunately, there are many in the federal government that hate the beliefs that this nation was founded upon.

Our founding fathers were fiercely nationalistic, suspicious of centralized authority and were reverent of individual liberty. So according to the Department of Homeland Security, they would very clearly fit the definition of potential terrorists.

How did America ever get so far off track?

If nobody challenges this kind of propaganda, we will go down the dark road of totalitarianism that so many other societies have gone down in the past.

It is a good thing to love your country.

It is a good thing to love individual liberty.

It is a good thing to question the government.

Unfortunately, what the federal government wants today is blind faith and blind obedience. If the federal government tells us that patriotism, religion and nationalism are bad, we are just supposed to go along with it.

According to the Department of Homeland Security, the ideal American would be someone that embraces centralized authority, someone that is “universal and international in orientation”, someone that believes in the idea of a one world government, someone that is anti-religion, someone that is pro-genocide, someone that believes that nobody should ever question leadership, and someone that has disdain for individual liberty.

Where could we ever find someone like that?

Wait, I’ve got it!

The New York Times‘ Scott Shane reported this morning on the Bureau of Investigative Journalism study I wrote about yesterday, detailing that the U.S. drone program, as the NYT put it, “repeatedly targeted rescuers who responded to the scene of a strike, as well as mourners at subsequent funerals.” Shane’s article contains this paragraph:

A senior American counterterrorism official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, questioned the report’s findings, saying “targeting decisions are the product of intensive intelligence collection and observation.” The official added: “One must wonder why an effort that has so carefully gone after terrorists who plot to kill civilians has been subjected to so much misinformation. Let’s be under no illusions — there are a number of elements who would like nothing more than to malign these efforts and help Al Qaeda succeed.”

Note that the “senior counterrorism official” did not deny the findings, at least not in the quotes provided, but there are two lessons to take from this paragraph. Whether you like it or not, if you promote the ownership of gold, reject the notion that forced taxation is your patriotic duty and prefer to live in a country with limited government interference, you have now been stereotyped and grouped in with the handful of criminals who have recently turned violent against law enforcement officials. And, chances are that those close to you, who may not necessarily share your views, have now been alerted to your volatile nature and potential for violence against local law enforcement officials and the free people of the United States.

Routine encounters with police can turn violent “at the drop of a hat,” said Stuart McArthur, deputy assistant director in the FBI’s counterterrorism division.
“We thought it was important to increase the visibility of the threat with state and local law enforcement,” he said.
In May 2010, two West Memphis, Arkansas, police officers were shot and killed in an argument that developed after they pulled over a “sovereign citizen” in traffic.
Last year, an extremist in Texas opened fire on a police officer during a traffic stop. The officer was not hit.

The narrative is clear: If you share the same ideas as someone who has made a personal choice to turn to violence in the past, then you too must be an equal threat. Furthermore, the FBI is actively instructing businesses in your local area to be on the look-out for suspicious activity which may be precursors to anti-government activities. Of course, the vast majority of people who visit Internet Cafes use cash to pay their bill. Who uses a credit card to buy a $2 dollar cup of coffee? A lot of smaller establishments don’t even accept credit cards for amounts less than $10 dollars.
Other examples of suspicious behavior include using a “residential based Internet provider” such as AOL or Comcast, the use of “anonymizers, portals, or other means to shield IP address” (these are routinely used by mobile web users to bypass public Internet filters), “Suspicious communications using VOIP,” and “Preoccupation with press coverage of terrorist attack” (this would apply to the vast majority of people who work in the news or political blogging industry).

In a coincidental stroke of good luck and timing for the national security apparatus of the United States, the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) allows for the rounding up and detainment of of these potential extremists without charge or trial, because the last thing we need is for courts, juries, and evidence to be involved in ensuring the security of American citizens.

As the definition of a domestic extremist continues to expand to include activists for peace, animal rights, currency, natural health, liberty and other noble causes, the FBI is ready to make an example out of one group in particular: Libertarians.

The FBI held a press conference Monday to “increase the visibility of the threat” that people who oppose taxes and regulations, government intrusions into their private property, and the desire for sound money allegedly pose to local authorities.

Although the FBI vaguely attempts to label this group as ”sometimes known as ‘sovereign citizens’”, the description sounds an awful lot like me, and millions of other liberty-minded people in America that don’t associate with any group.

They also sound like Ron Paul supporters.

According to Reuters:

These extremists, sometimes known as ‘sovereign citizens,’ believe they can live outside any type of government authority, FBI agents said at a news conference.

Notice the resolute use of the word “extremists” but the vague description “sometimes known as sovereign citizens.” Yet the description that these “extremists may refuse to pay taxes and defy government environmental regulations” sounds more like General Electric than average liberty activists who the FBI clearly seems hellbent on demonizing.

Additionally, the official mission for Sovereign Citizens is to “Protect Property Rights and American Civil Liberties.” As fierce protectors of property rights, they take environmental damage quite seriously. Many would argue that an environmental policy governed by property rights is far more effective than the bloated EPA which is wholly owned by corporate polluters.

“Sovereign members often express particular outrage at tax collection, putting Internal Revenue Service employees at risk,” Reuters assumes. Yet, choosing not to pay taxes is by definition a form of non-violent civil disobedience. And no credible threats against individual IRS agents were cited.

Opposing taxes only seems dangerous to those who wish to perpetuate this prison society. I would even suggest that it’s far more dangerous to continue to fund an organization who wages murderous wars abroad based on lies, who builds a militarized police state at home, who removes all individual liberty in the name of safety, and who bails out criminal cartels while the innocent suffer. The real extremists would seem to be the ones who support such a blood-thirsty organization, not the people who oppose its wicked ways.

But the FBI does their best to convince us that that sovereign citizens are dangerous extremists by warning us they can turn violent “at the drop of a hat,” as Stuart McArthur, assistant director in the FBI’s counterterrorism division, said at the press conference.

As evidence, McArthur refers to one incident where two men claiming to be Sovereign Citizens killed two Arkansas policemen after an argument. Because this isolated and highly suspect incident is hardly worthy of labeling an entire philosophical group as violent, McArthur desperately tries to dignify the reason for the FBI’s alert with other, even more vague examples:

Last year, an extremist in Texas opened fire on a police officer during a traffic stop. The officer was not hit.

Legal convictions of such extremists, mostly for white-collar crimes such as fraud, have increased from 10 in 2009 to 18 each in 2010 and 2011, FBI agents said.

Eighteen “such extremists” convicted of white collar fraud! That’s all you can produce with an $8 billion FBI budget? And you wonder why people think their taxes may be better spent elsewhere?

The FBI and the Reuter’s reporter must have forgotten to check the Sovereign Citizens’ own website to see their very clear statement in complete disagreement to all allegations made in this article:

We do NOT endorse non-payment of taxes or violence to achieve these changes. We do NOT endorse giving up a social security number and we do NOT endorse violence against the police or the government.

But recently, the feds somehow excused the use of a domestic drone of all things in the arrest of farmers accused of stealing a handful of cattle because the farmers were said to be Sovereign Citizens.

It appears the federal government is trying to make an enemy out of non-violent activists, especially liberty activists. Imagine, people concerned with peace and liberty are the enemy of the FBI. What’s the opposite of peace and liberty? War and tyranny. Which side are you on?

An FBI advisory aimed at Internet Cafe owners instructs businesses to report people who regularly use cash to pay for their coffee as potential terrorists.

The flyer, issued under the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism (CAT) program, lists examples of “suspicious activity” and then encourages businesses to gather information about individuals and report them to the authorities.

“Each flyer is designed for a particular kind of business,” writes Linda Lewis, a former policy analyst and planner for the U.S. government. “For example, this list was prepared for owners of internet cafes. Unquestionably, someone planning a terrorist attack has engaged in one or more of the “suspicious” activities on that list. But so, too, have most of the estimated 289 million computer users in this country.”

Indeed, the flyer aimed at Internet Cafe owners characterizes customers who “always pay cash” as potential terrorists.

In total, there are 25 different CAT flyers aimed at businesses from across the spectrum – everything from hobby shops to tattoo parlors.

The CAT program again underscores how federal authorities are empowering poorly trained citizens to become terrorist hunters, stoking fears that America is sinking deeper into a Stasi-style informant society. Last week we reported on how the DHS had trained hot dog sellers and other vendors to spot terrorists at this past weekend’s Super Bowl event.

Why Conspiracy Theorists Are Being Rebranded As Domestic Terrorists

Glenn Greenwald points out that U.S. government officials are twisting reality again, but this time in a very bizarre and blatant manner, in his latest article, “Top official: drone critics are Al Qaeda enablers.” Greenwald writes:

“The New York Times‘ Scott Shane reported this morning on the Bureau of Investigative Journalism study I wrote about yesterday, detailing that the U.S. drone program, as the NYTput it, “repeatedly targeted rescuers who responded to the scene of a strike, as well as mourners at subsequent funerals.” Shane’s article contains this paragraph:
A senior American counterterrorism official, speaking on the condition of anonymity, questioned the report’s findings, saying “targeting decisions are the product of intensive intelligence collection and observation.” The official added: “One must wonder why an effort that has so carefully gone after terrorists who plot to kill civilians has been subjected to so much misinformation. Let’s be under no illusions — there are a number of elements who would like nothing more than to malign these efforts and help Al Qaeda succeed.”
Note that the “senior counterrorism official” did not deny the findings, at least not in the quotes provided, but there are two lessons to take from this paragraph. First, at least according to some “senior” Obama official, those who report critically on the civilian-killing, rescuer-and-funeral-targeting American drone attacks (i.e., those who “malign these efforts”) are either supporters of or useful idiots for Al Qaeda; it sure is a good thing the Bush era is over when those who questioned the President’s national security policies were accused of helping the Terrorists.Second, if you’re a cowardly senior government official who wants to smear critics as Al Qaeda enablers or supporters, TheNew York Times will grant you anonymity to do it, all while violating multiple provisions of its own policy on anonymityadopted after its historically shameful performance in the run-up to the Iraq War.”

Plainly put, the U.S. “counterterrorism official,” who is quoted in the New York Times article is a murderer and a liar. He is falsely accusing journalists and human rights activists who investigate U.S. drone killings of helping “Al Qaeda succeed,” which he damn well knows is a big lie. It is actually the job of the CIA, which invented Al Qaeda and its mythical face, Osama Bin Laden, to help Al Qaeda succeed.

And the CIA did an outstanding job of helping Al Qaeda succeed in Libya, where Al Qaeda terrorists were brought over from Afghanistanand other battlefields in the illegitimate global war on terror. Those same dirty terrorists were then shipped to Syria by the CIA and other Western intelligence agencies.

If Al-Qaeda is the plague, then the CIA, MI6, and Mossad are the evil doctors who sliced the genes, developed it in the laboratories, and then released it to the world.

If we want America and the world to succeed in the 21st century, then we must put the Al-Qaeda plague back in the CIA-MI6-Mossad laboratories, shut them down, and bring the spy wizards at these government-run terrorist laboratories to justice.

In order to achieve this great political and moral victory for mankind, the world must first drop the term “conspiracy theory” from the public vocabulary. This is a stupid and meaningless term that is only used to smear truth-tellers and brainwash the global public. This act of “language defiance” will transform public thinking about the tragic 9/11 events and the war on terror, and help the Middle East gain peace and security.

Why are conspiracy theorists not listened to by the general public? Because conspiracy theorists are thought criminals. We are guilty of thinking for ourselves and speaking the truth about 9/11, which are inexcusable crimes in the eyes of the totalitarian terrorist states in Washington, London, and Tel Aviv.

But we are doing a lot more than just thinking for ourselves. We are defending the victims of state terrorism and reasserting the truth in public life by showing that the shadow CIA and the shadow Mossad were responsible for the tragic 9/11 events.

For a lot of people, speaking the truth about 9/11 means social, financial, political, and professional suicide. But it can also mean real death at the hands of the state.

We are no longer just “thought criminals” who are trying to restore the foundations of government and civilization in the wilderness. We are now classified as “domestic terrorists,” by the planetary terrorists in Washington.

Terror threatens us from above. And the ground below us has collapsed so we’re suspended in air. Death hangs over us like a dry mist. Evil stalks our shadows, while Darkness disguises itself as light.

What has changed? Why are conspiracy theorists being rebranded as “domestic terrorists.” The answer is simple. The war criminals in Washington and Tel Aviv are beginning to fear 9/11 truth-tellers and the great democratic force that we embody.

They want to get rid of us. But our numbers have grown beyond anything they imagined. And they’re scared of this new reality. Remember: all tyrants are cowards at heart. Government power is not the only force in society. The truth of history is a force to be reckoned with. It is a force that can send the state terrorists behind 9/11 to the prison yard and the graveyard. And they know it. On Friday, February 3, the website Public Intelligence reported that the FBI and the Department of Justice have secretly dispatched propaganda flyers to private businesses across America that say individuals who express opinions about 9/11 that are different from the official version are potential terrorists. Here is an excerpt from Public Intelligence’s article called, “Do You Believe in Conspiracy Theories? You May Be a Terrorist”:

A flyer from a series created by the FBI and Department of Justice to promote suspicious activity reporting states that espousing conspiracy theories or anti-US rhetoric should be considered a potential indicator of terrorist activity. The document, part of a collection published yesterday by Public Intelligence, indicates that individuals who discuss “conspiracy theories about Westerners” or display “fury at the West for reasons ranging from personal problems to global policies of the U.S.” are to be considered as potentially engaging in terrorist activity. For an example of the kinds of conspiracy theories that are to be considered suspicious, the flyer specifically lists the belief that the “CIA arranged for 9/11 to legitimize the invasion of foreign lands.”

The FBI’s propaganda flyers are part of a larger program by Homeland Security that is designed to put fear in the hearts of citizens, business owners, and critical areas of civil society.

Make no mistake. This is an act of war on America and the American people by the globalist terrorists who usurped power in Washington.

When the war against Iran enters the next gear, the cold war on democratic dissent in America by the FBI, CIA, and Homeland Security will turn hot. Indefinite secret prisons will be activated in the United States to deal with dissidents, mass protests, and popular uprisings.

Protesters and activists will be demonized as “domestic terrorists” by the state-run media and shot in the head with bullets by the police and military.

All authoritarian governments operate against reformers and revolutionaries with deadly accuracy. Blood and lies are to tyrants what the sun and water are to life on Earth.

The government in Washington is a failed terrorist state. It can no longer manage American public opinion, its violations of international law are resented by many nations, and it has failed to psychologically dominate the world by unleashing terror at home and abroad.

To put it simply, nations are not afraid of America because it has military strength combined with political vision, rather, they are afraid because America’s leaders are insane and self-destructive. In other words, they are afraid of a failed terrorist state, not a global superpower.

US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta likes to speak about “red lines.” An example he gives is Iran closing the Straits of Hormuz. That’s a red line in the eyes of the managers of Washington’s failed terrorist state.

In an alternative universe, one in which America was not the global bully, red lines in relation with foreign enemies would be reasonable and necessary. Red lines are needed in international relations. They establish boundaries and help antagonistic nations to keep the peace.

In history, aggressive nations led by despots and thugs have not recognized red lines, whether political or moral, artificial or natural. Nazi Germany crossed many red lines before it was finally pushed back and defeated. Israel has crossed one red line after another vis-à-vis the Palestinians and the Arabs.

Israel’s failed terrorist state crossed the ultimate red line along with Washington’s failed terrorist state on September 11, 2001. By murdering three thousand Americans in an act of cold blood, both terrorist states erased all red lines and proceeded to spread terror and tyranny across the Middle East and the West.

Below, I list ten red lines that Washington’s failed totalitarian terrorist state has crossed vis-à-vis the American people.

1. Killing three thousand American citizens on September 11, 2001 in one of the biggest acts of state terror and mass murder by any state in the history of mankind.

2. Assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Senator Robert F. Kennedy, and Nobel Peace Prize winner Martin Luther King Jr by the shadow CIA, shadow FBI, and other tentacles of the illegitimate National Security State.

3. Political parties stealing elections and mainstream media outlets engaging in election fraud by using perception management techniques to dismiss the popularity of anti-Establishment candidates like Ron Paul.

4. Destruction of the U.S. Constitution and Bill of Rights by the NWO traitors, who are full of hate and venom towards the American people and the human race.

5. Destruction of the U.S. economy by the private Federal Reserve System, multinational corporations, and government regulations designed by NWO traitors. The Federal Reserve’s financial crimes and cover-ups from 1913 to 2012 reveals a legacy of fraud, deception, and high treason.

6. The cover-up of Barack Obama’s CIA background by U.S. government authorities and the establishment media.

White House bypasses Senate to ink agreement that could allow Chinese companies to demand ISPs remove web content in US with no legal oversight

Months before the debate about Internet censorship raged as SOPA and PIPA dominated the concerns of web users, President Obama signed an international treaty that would allow companies in China or any other country in the world to demand ISPs remove web content in the US with no legal oversight whatsoever.

The Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement was signed by Obama on October 1 2011, yet is currently the subject of a White House petition demanding Senators be forced to ratify the treaty. The White House has circumvented the necessity to have the treaty confirmed by lawmakers by presenting it an as “executive agreement,” although legal scholars have highlighted the dubious nature of this characterization.

The hacktivist group Anonymous attacked and took offline the Federal Trade Commission’s website yesterday in protest against the treaty, which was also the subject of demonstrations across major cities in Poland, a country set to sign the agreement today.

Under the provisions of ACTA, copyright holders will be granted sweeping direct powers to demand ISPs remove material from the Internet on a whim. Whereas ISPs normally are only forced to remove content after a court order, all legal oversight will be abolished, a precedent that will apply globally, rendering the treaty worse in its potential scope for abuse than SOPA or PIPA.

A country known for its enforcement of harsh Internet censorship policies like China could demand under the treaty that an ISP in the United States remove content or terminate a website on its server altogether. As we have seen from the enforcement of similar copyright policies in the US, websites are sometimes targeted for no justifiable reason.

The groups pushing the treaty also want to empower copyright holders with the ability to demand that users who violate intellectual property rights (with no legal process) have their Internet connections terminated, a punishment that could only ever be properly enforced by the creation of an individual Internet ID card for every web user, a system that is already in the works.

“The same industry rightsholder groups that support the creation of ACTA have also called for mandatory network-level filtering by Internet Service Providers and for Internet Service Providers to terminate citizens’ Internet connection on repeat allegation of copyright infringement (the “Three Strikes” /Graduated Response) so there is reason to believe that ACTA will seek to increase intermediary liability and require these things of Internet Service Providers,” reports the Electronic Frontier Foundation.

The treaty will also mandate that ISPs disclose personal user information to the copyright holder, while providing authorities across the globe with broader powers to search laptops and Internet-capable devices at border checkpoints.

In presenting ACTA as an “international agreement” rather than a treaty, the Obama administration managed to circumvent the legislative process and avoid having to get Senate approval, a method questioned by Senator Wyden.

“That said, even if Obama has declared ACTA an executive agreement (while those in Europe insist that it’s a binding treaty), there is a very real Constitutional question here: can it actually be an executive agreement?” asks TechDirt. “The law is clear that the only things that can be covered by executive agreements are things that involve items that are solely under the President’s mandate. That is, you can’t sign an executive agreement that impacts the things Congress has control over. But here’s the thing: intellectual property, in Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution, is an issue given to Congress, not the President. Thus, there’s a pretty strong argument that the president legally cannot sign any intellectual property agreements as an executive agreement and, instead, must submit them to the Senate.”.

26 European Union member states along with the EU itself are set to sign the treaty at a ceremony today in Tokyo. Other countries wishing to sign the agreement have until May 2013 to do so.

Critics are urging those concerned about Obama’s decision to sign the document with no legislative oversight to demand the Senate be forced to ratify the treaty.

Significantly, it puts on paper and into the Congressional record a proposed transition from outwardly dealing with the threats posed by terrorism towards intelligence gathering “focused on more specific homeward-focused areas.” That is, the homegrown, domestic threats we’ve heard so much about from Big Sis already.

In short, it confirms the intentions of key insiders– including former NSA/CIA head Michael Hayden, former Rep. Jane Harmon, former Secretary of State Madeline Albright, 9/11 Commissioners Philip Zelikow and Richard Ben-Viniste, former National Security Advisor Samuel Berger and others– to flesh out a plan we have already seen developing from an outside perspective– namely, to build a domestic Stasi-like force to takeover, monitor and control the population.

Moreover, the media has reported on this changed mission– towards the full spectrum domination of the people under a patently-fascist framework– with the same calm as the weekly weather forecast.

LOCALIZED INTELLIGENCE: HIRING POLICE & BOWING TO PRIVATE INTERESTS

Achieving this new aim includes co-opting local law enforcement and other regional agencies.

“As the threat grows more localized,” the report reads, “the federal government’s need to train, and even staff, local agencies, such as major city police departments, will grow.”

That’s right, the feds want to oversee the hiring of your local police.

Fusion Centers, now spread across the nation, have already infected police agencies and local governments with a federalization takeover mentality. A Dec. 2010 Aspen Homeland Security Group report, quoting the Superintendent of the New Orleans Police Department, recommends that “every mayor and governor of a major city in the country should have to attend a DHS-sponsored emergency management course where various scenarios – like hurricanes, levy breaks, and explosions – are exercised.”

But directing local police departments, mayors and governors is only the beginning. Indeed, the Aspen group envisions the ‘foundation for a separate DHS intelligence mission’ by building upon ‘decentralized’ partnerships with the private sector as well.

Homeland Security Should Re-Orient Its Mission, Aspen Panel Says

The bloated umbrella agency aims to lean on its ties with the hospitality (hotel), security and transportation industries, among others, as well. Already, Homeland Security conducts background checks on many security guards working with ‘critical infrastructure,’ and clearly, it aims to expand the use of quasi-government groups like InfraGard and other private snitch networks. Ultimately, all employment would be subject to federal background checks and security clearances.

Private interests should even shape Homeland Security priorities, according to the report: “different private sectors in the United States, from the hospitality industry to transportation, should drive requirements for DHS.”

ABANDONING THE FIGHT AGAINST TERRORISM

As unbelievable as it sounds, DHS says other agencies can handle the all-encompassing threat of terrorism that was used to justify the super-agency’s own existence and powers.

Abandoning specific focus on tracking terrorist cells and organizations, DHS instead plans to shift into broad coverage of border protection, integrating travel data, cyber defense, critical infrastructure protection and other areas.

“There are enough agencies pursuing the terrorist adversary to allow DHS to build a new analytic foundation that emphasizes data, analytic questions, and customer groups that are not the focus for other agencies,” the report states.

And funding should be cut from terrorism-focused areas:

“Analysis that helps private-sector partners better understand how to mitigate threats to infrastructure, for example, should win more resourcing than a focus on all-source analysis of general threats, such as work on assessing the perpetrators of attacks. Conversely, all-source analysis of terrorist groups and general terrorist trends should remain the domain of other intelligence agencies.”

Instead, the “national security experts” who’ve brought us naked body scanners, checkpoints on highways, streets, airports, bus & train stations, and who have projected the homegrown terror threat into the theaters of private hotels, shopping malls and sports stadiums, are again expanding the bureaucratic growth of tyranny by infiltrating areas traditionally spared from federal intrusion.

A promotional article at the Homeland Security News Wire blog highlights the shift: “With a slew of intelligence agencies with similar missions safeguarding the United States, the report posits that DHS should avoid competing with other agencies and overlapping responsibilities, instead focusing on its areas of core strengths – analysis and the dissemination of critical intelligence to local law enforcement agency, the private sector, and critical infrastructure operators.”

“THE NEW, GROWING WORLD OF HOMELAND SECURITY INTELLIGENCE”

Further the Aspen report recommends “an entirely new enterprise,” stating that “DHS might consider the development of a homeland security training institute.” It hails the security-complex workforce that has been fostered by Homeland Security in the decade since 9/11, now seeking to influence and train its future recruits as well.

The report verifies previous information suggesting that DHS wants to comb the American homeland with private security contractors, trained and overseen by Homeland Security– a giant army of enforcers and snitches, brainwashed by propaganda scaremongering about terrorism, who could respond to crime as a whole with an atmosphere of universal preemptive suspicion that targets anyone who appears out of place.

“Working with state/local/private sector partners to draw their intelligence capabilities into a national picture” is a stated aim of this redirection of Homeland Security’s core mission. Installing and training individual members of these partner groups- from local police departments to the eyes and ears it would tap in the security, transportation and infrastructure industries- would facilitate the kind of over-arching homeland security infrastructure the document aims to construct over society.

DOMESTIC EXTREMISM: TARGETING AMERICAN SOCIETY

Doing so would put greater emphasis on the kind of politically-slanted domestic profiling (read: “intelligence product“) that has already drawn criticism and forced the agency to disavow one of its own reports, which targeted ‘right-wing extremism’:

The numerous federal and other officials familiar with the matter Homeland Security Today interviewed frankly said the April 7, 2009 DHS report that generated so much outrage, Right-wing Extremism: Current Economic and Political Climate Fueling Resurgence in Radicalization and Recruitment, was the most “poorly constructed” analytical “product in DHS history,” and that numerous reports dealing with rightwing extremists have in fact been produced by DHS since it disavowed that one report.

The Department of Homeland Security was sold to public on a wave of fear in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, under the promise of keeping America safe from terrorism. Instead, the Homeland Stasi agency is solidifying its role as a secret police over the United States. Not only have local police agencies been instructed that non-violent protesters, returning veterans and supporters of third party candidates are potential domestic terrorists, but Federal Protective Service (FPS) agents- dispatched with Homeland Security oversight- have been caught arresting photographers and spying on dissenters (in this case during an Occupy Wall Street protest in Portland).

Recent Homeland Security-related documents have already revealed that the American people have been designated as an enemy under emergency plans and that the feds are contracting and activating FEMA relocation centers for use during a crisis or catastrophe.

MISSION CREEP: HANDING OVER UNACCOUNTABLE POWER

Sadly, this warped mission creep is nothing new to the United States’ intelligence agencies.

Former President Harry Truman lamented the CIA’s extreme power grab some 16 years after he signed the bill ushering it– and the entire national security infrastructure– into existence. One month after the JFK assassination in 1963, he stated:

“For some time I have been disturbed by the way the CIA has been diverted from its original assignment. It has become an operational and at times a policy-making arm of the government… I never had any thought that when I set up the CIA that it would be injected into peacetime cloak and dagger operations.”

Behind the scenes, it was former CIA director Allen Dulles, along with a number of fellow travelers, who crafted the CIA’s transformation under a limited, intelligence gathering mandate into the unaccountable monster it became. During a decade as head of the CIA, Dulles utilized the Jackson-Correa white paper he helped write to usher in black ops and other operational aspects never intended to be, from assassinations, to coups, to revolutions, and more (see Col. Fletcher Prouty’s The Secret Team). Suddenly, the CIA was operating from the shadows, a virtual government-within-government, with no clear path towards reigning in its power.

Will the already-controversial Department of Homeland Security be allowed, too, to creep so far into our lives that we can never look back?

TSA Directly Violated US Constitution By Detaining Senator Rand Paul - Monday, January 23, 2012

In preventing Kentucky Senator Rand Paul from flying to Washington this morning, the TSA directly violated the law as written in the US Constitution.

The Constitution specifically protects federal lawmakers from being detained while en route to Washington DC.

Article I, Section 6 states:

“The Senators and Representatives…shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same….”

Rand Paul was travelling from his home in Louisville to attend a session in the Senate today.

This is the reason that TSA officials have since put out the talking point in the media that Rand Paul was never officially detained, despite the fact that the Senator himself confirmed that he was told to sit in a cubicle and wait without any indication of when he would be allowed to leave.

The Senate is back in session at 2 p.m., and votes are scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Senator Paul was allowed to board a second flight after a separate screening by TSA agents, however, it remains to be seen whether he will make it to the capital in time.

Rand Paul was not the only member of his family to be targeted by the TSA. In 2010, his father told Alex Jones that he was also molested by the TSA.

“I have to go through that all the time because I have metal in my knees,” he told Jones. “I get prodded all the time and it is disgusting and I tell them so.”

When asked by Alex Jones if the TSA had subjected him to an “enhanced” screening, Ron Paul answered yes.

“Specifically,” Alex asked, “have you had the enhanced pat down, sir? Have they touched your crotch?”

Yes. Absolutely, and like I said, absolutely disgusting,” Paul responded.

Editor’s note: Rand Paul’s sources tell us there was an anomaly or a “blip” in the scanner reading and Rand was called aside for a second screening. He offered to re-scan but was only given the option of a pat-down. He refused the pat-down and was taken aside and detained. He has recently been released and is currently on a plane to DC. We are in contact with his staff and should be speaking with him soon.

Ron Paul’s Facebook page reports that his son, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul, is being held by authorities at the airport in Nashville.

“My son Rand is currently being detained by the TSA at the Nashville Airport. I’ll share more details as the situation unfolds,” Ron Paul posted this morning on his Facebook page.

Paul has called for an investigation of the Department of Homeland Security. The Transportation Security Administration is part of the Department of Homeland Security.

In June of 2011, in response to the apprehension of two suspected terrorists in his hometown of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Rand Paul insisted on an investigation into what procedures and safeguards broke down, allowing the men into the United States.

Update: 9:45 AM CST

According to WLWT New 5 in Cincinnati, Ohio, CNN has reported that Paul was detained after refusing to allow a patdown after a body scanner went off.

Ron Paul has tweeted about the incident. He said that there had been an “anomaly” with a body scanner.

“I spoke with him five minutes ago and he was being detained indefinitely,” Rand Paul spokesperson Moira Bagley said, according to Politico. “The image scan went off, he refused patdown.”

The establishment media is now chiming in on the story.

ABC News reports that a “spokesman for TSA said the agency was looking into the matter but could not immediately comment.”

Paul staffer said TSA agents would not let Paul walk back through the body scanner and were demanding, according to the staffer, a full body pat-down.
The Paul spokesman said his office had called TSA administrator John Pistole about the incident this morning.
The Senate is back in session today at 2 p.m., with votes scheduled at 4:30 p.m.
The issue of pat-downs has been an important one to Paul, the son of libertarian-leaning Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul. Sen. Paul brought this issue up at a hearing earlier this year.

Senator misses flight to Washington after refusing to be groped by federal agents

Kentucky Senator Rand Paul was briefly detained this morning after a standoff incident with TSA officers In Nashville.

In a telephone interview with AP, Rand Paul confirmed that an “anomaly” on his knee was picked up by a full body scanner. Paul said he asked for another scan, but the TSA insisted he submit to a pat down by airport security.

After refusing the pat-down on the grounds that it was an infringement on his rights and “private property”, Paul said he was then “detained” in a small cubicle and consequently missed a flight to Washington for a Senate session. Paul was also due to speak at the March for Life later today in DC.

Paul also said that the incident highlights how the TSA should not be “spending so much time with people who wouldn’t attack us.”

The Senator expressed confusion over why his knee would set off an alarm on the body scanner, adding that he rolled up his trouser leg, showing his knee to the security agents. Paul also confirmed that he does not have any metal plates or screws in his knee joint.

“There is no problem. It was just a problem with their machine. But this is getting more frequent, and because everybody has to have a pat down it’s a problem,” Paul said.

The Senator also told reporters that when he was in Denver earlier this week, a similar alarm went off, however, TSA agents had allowed Paul to walk back through the screener a second time, negating the need for a pat down.

Paul added that he did not expect to be treated any different to everyday Americans by the TSA just because he is a Senator. ”I think we need to treat everybody with dignity.” Paul said.

Paul’s office elaborated on the incident, explaining that a TSA official told the senator to wait in the security area without giving an indication of when he would be allowed to leave. Security then escorted him out of the area but let him remain in the airport.

Reports suggest that TSA officials and law enforcement officials have told the media that Paul was not officially detained.

An anonymous TSA official told the AP that Paul “refused to complete the screening process in order to resolve the issue.”

“Passengers, as in this case, who refuse to comply with security procedures are denied access to the secure gate area. He was escorted out of the screening area by local law enforcement.” the official added.

The TSA official also confirmed that Paul was allowed to board another flight to Washington after passing through a separate screening.

The story broke when Paul’s communications director tweeted that the Senator was asked to walk through a full body scanner and set off an alarm “on a glitch”.

The Paul staffer wrote “Just got a call from @senrandpaul. He’s currently being detained by TSA in Nashville.”

“I spoke with him five minutes ago and he was being detained indefinitely,” Paul staffer Moira Bagley elaborated Monday morning. “The image scan went off, he refused patdown.”

Ms. Bagley said that Paul’s office had been in contact with TSA head John Pistole regarding the incident.

Paul’s father, GOP presidential candidate Ron Paul also tweeted out news of the incident, saying that there had been an “anomaly” with a body scanner.

“My son @SenRandPaul being detained by TSA for refusing full body pat-down after anomaly in body scanner in Nashville.” the tweet stated.

Indeed, Ron Paul has had run ins with the TSA in the past specifically regarding his knees. In a 2010 interview the Congressman told Alex Jones that he is subjected to pat downs “all the time because I have metal in my knees… it is disgusting and I tell them so.”

Rand Paul and his father have been ardent critics of the TSA and the heavy handed security tactics the agency employs within the nations airports and beyond.

During a congressional hearing last year, Rand Paul tore into the TSA, exclaiming “You’ve gone overboard and you’re missing the boat on terrorism because you’re doing these invasive searches on six-year-old girls.”

“I think you oughta get rid of the random pat-downs. The American public is unhappy with them. They’re unhappy with the invasiveness of them.” Paul said following an incident in his State where a young girl became distressed after being forced to undergo a pat-down.

The incident became a national story when it was captured on video by the girl’s parents.

The legislation authorizes the President of the United States to take unilateral military action against all nations, organizations, and persons — both domestically and abroad — who are alleged to be currently, (or in the past) engaged in hostilities, or who have provided aid in support of hostilities against the United States or any of its coalition allies.

The legislation removes the requirement of Congressional approval for the use of military force and instead gives the President totalitarian dictatorial authority to engage in any and all military actions for an indefinite period of time.

It even authorizes the President the authority to launch attacks against American citizens inside the United States with no Congressional oversight whatsoever.

Just to recap, because that was a mouthful:

Endless War – The war will continue until all hostilities are terminated, which will never happen.
No Borders – The president will have the full authority to launch military strikes against any country, organization or person, including against U.S citizens on U.S soil.
Unilateral Military Action – Full authority to invade any nation at any time with no congressional approval required.
No Clearly Defined Enemy – The US can declare or allege anyone a terrorist or allege they are or have been supporting “hostilities” against the US and attack at will.
Authorization To Invade Several Countries – The president would have full authority to invade Iran, Syria, North Korea, along with several other nations in Africa and the Middle East and even Russia and China under the legislation all of which are “known” to have supported and aided hostilities against the United States.

The American Civil Liberties Union writes:

New Authorization of Worldwide War Without End?
Congress may soon vote on a new declaration of worldwide war without end, and without clear enemies. A “sleeper provision” deep inside defense bills pending before Congress could become the single biggest hand-over of unchecked war authority from Congress to the executive branch in modern American history.

President Obama has not sought new war authority. In fact, his administration has made clear that it believes it already has all of the authority that it needs to fight terrorism.

But Congress is considering monumental new legislation that would grant the president – and all presidents after him – sweeping new power to make war almost anywhere and everywhere. Unlike previous grants of authority for the Afghanistan and Iraq wars, the proposed legislation would allow a president to use military force wherever terrorism suspects are present in the world, regardless of whether there has been any harm to U.S. citizens, or any attack on the United States, or any imminent threat of an attack. The legislation is broad enough to permit a president to use military force within the United States and against American citizens. The legislation contains no expiration date, and no criteria to determine when a president’s authority to use military force would end.

Of all of the powers that the Constitution assigns to Congress, no power is more fundamental or important than the power “to declare War.” That is why, in 2002, when Congress was considering whether to authorize war in Iraq, it held fifteen hearings, and passed legislation that cited specific harms, set limits, and defined a clear objective. Now, Congress is poised to give unchecked authority to the executive branch to use military force worldwide, with profoundly negative consequences for our fundamental democratic system of checks and balances. Once Congress expands the president’s war power, it will be nearly impossible to rein it back in. The ACLU strongly opposes a wholesale turnover of war power from Congress to the president – and all of his successors.

The offending text uses doublespeak to declare perpetual war.

Specifically, the text uses the phrase “affirms” armed conflict which is the terminology used by congress to declare war in every instance since World War 2.

Congress affirms that —
(1) the United States is engaged in an armed conflict with al-Qaeda, the Taliban, and associated forces and that those entities continue to pose a threat to the United States and its citizens, both domestically and abroad;

(2) the President has the authority to use all necessary and appropriate force during the current armed conflict with al-Qaeda, the Taliban, and associated forces pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note);

(3) the current armed conflict includes nations, organization, and persons who—
(A) are part of, or are substantially supporting, al‐Qaeda, the Taliban, or associated forces that are engaged in hostilities against the United States or its coalition partners; or
(B) have engaged in hostilities or have directly supported hostilities in aid of a nation, organization, or person described in subparagraph (A); and
(4) the President’s authority pursuant to the Authorization for Use of Military Force (Public Law 107–40; 50 U.S.C. 1541 note) includes the authority to detain belligerents, including persons described in paragraph (3), until the termination of hostilities.

Indeed, the moment we all feared has come before us, as Congress is set to give the President absolute power over the military, including the authority to launch military strikes within the United States against U.S. citizens.

With the assassination of Osama Bin Laden on Pakistan soil many were naive enough to believe that the War on Terror would come to an end.

Instead, the reported success of the raid to kill Osama bin Laden is being used as a crutch to push through new legislation in the defense bills which literally authorize World War 3, an endless war with no defined enemies and no borders.

The whole Osama Bin Laden staged media spectacle was put forward not only in order to install TSA in train stations, malls, and all major public events; it is also being used to convince the public to support endless war all in the name of security.

Short of committing genocide, the termination of the hostilities will never come and as such the war will never come to end.

We have already learned that officials falsified reports that Saddam Hussein had weapons of mass destruction to justify the invasion of Iraq for the “prize” of oil.

If a whole government of top officials can not be trusted, then surely a single president cannot be trusted either.

We have seen the U.S Government turn Nazi and buy and burn every copy of a book that had evidence of a 9/11 cover up. The Department of Justice has already published a memo calling constitutionalists and survivalists potential terrorists.

Is it not bad enough that U.S courts have already legalized the abduction of U.S citizens along with their indefinite detention and torture in overseas prison camps? Or that the U.S Government openly admits to gunning down, kidnapping and torturing American college students?

Under the definition of the legislation, the president could authorize the military to attack the ACLU building because they have supported the “terrorists” by arguing for their civil rights.

How long will it take before this moves towards assassinating activists?

The have already labeled conspiracy theories as “dangerous thoughts that could lead to violence” and have even specifically called The Intel Hub, which routinely publishes my articles, an echo chamber pushing out “dangerous thoughts that could lead to violence”.

Uncle Sam openly admits to turning its multi-billion dollar espionage network against U.S citizens which has produced such great fruits as innocent activists exercising their first amendment rights being placed on the terrorist watch list by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security.

Just remember that as long as we are in a state of war your civil liberties and constitutional rights are pretty much null and void, only enforceable if the Government allows you to have them.

Even then, they can declare you a terrorist, an enemy combatant, or a threat to national security to revoke your constitutional rights immediately. They then can play the national security card when they are asked to explain their allegations.

This is rotten all around, and the first step to getting our rights back is to end the perpetual wars.
