Here in Canada, the Canadian government signed agreements with the US Miltary.

And for almost fifty years, scientists from the Department of National Defence have been as busy as beavers expanding their knowledge of, and testing agents for, chemical and biological warfare (CBW) in southern Alberta.

Secrecy, as well as public and media apathy, have surrounded this research into agents of mass destruction. Between 1980 and 1985, U.S. funding for research, development, evaluation, and testing in CBW increased an astonishing 365 per cent, to $421 million.

FEARS OF CANADA'S MILITARY INTEGRATION with the U.S. in CBW research are reinforced in a 1987 "Executive Summary" of a Canadian task force made up of members of External Affairs, DND and International Trade, who called for increased U.S./ Canadian military integration. The report holds that, by many existing agreements, the countries have "signalled a requirement for the elimination of their international borders as they pertain to defence, either military or economic."

The report also strongly recommends expanding the Canada/ U.S. Defence Development and Defence Sharing Agreements. One recommendation is to expand DND's role by improving its institutional linkages with the U.S. relating to defence cooperation. Another disturbing part of this report reads like an introduction to the Free Trade Agreement. It begins with the assumption that there's a "common understanding between Canada and the U.S. that further integration of the North American Defence Industrial Base is essential and desirable." This report and other developments such as the Canadian acceptance of binary chemical weapons suggest that Canadian government intends to tie us ever more closely to the United States in CBW research.

At the NATO meeting, Canada didn't refuse deployment of binary chemical weapons on our soil even though some of the other countries did so. By continuing a research-sharing relationship with the United States, Canada apparently has been compelled to increase her own CBW research. By no coincidence, a DND booklet on Suffield was able to boast that "the 1980s will be remembered at DRES as one of renewal in the areas of chemical, biological, and biomedical research" and that DRES was "no longer a remote testing station, but an establishment with two major integrated laboratory-based programs supported by extensive facilities."

At the same time, B.W. research in the U.S. has been vastly expanded through the "Biological Defence Program." Many scientists in the U.S. are particularly distubed by one increasing emphasis of this program: genetic engineering techniques.

The work is aimed at a variety of uses. These include the production of organisms designed to overcome vaccines or the human immune system, and the development of vaccines and antidotes against specific bacteria, viruses and chemical warfare agents.

But as were seeing today in Canada, the US, and other parts of the world, this so called geo-engineering program, has and is being carried out for some time now, without the public even realizing what is going on and how it is going to effect their health and safety, in what is being dubbed as "Project Planet TerraForm". Everyone has seen the criss-crossing streaks of white clouds trailing behind jet aircraft, stretching from horizon to horizon, eventually turning the sky into a murky haze. Our innate intelligence tells us these are not mere vapor trails from jet engines, but no one yet has bothered to probed the questions:  Who is doing this and Why?

So What is Geoengineering?

According to Climate Change researcher's, Scientists, and our own governments, Geoengineering is the intentional, large-scale intervention in the Earth’s oceans, soils and/or the atmosphere with the aim of combating climate change. Geoengineering includes a wide range of schemes, including: blasting sulfate particles into the stratosphere to reflect the sun’s rays; dumping iron particles in the oceans to nurture CO2- absorbing plankton; firing silver iodide into clouds to produce rain; genetically engineering crops to have reflective leaves. University of Calgary physicist, David Keith, describes geoengineering as “an expedient solution that uses additional technology to counteract unwanted effects without eliminating their root cause.”

This is how they want to do it:

Ten new ways to geoengineer the planet:

• Create vast monoculture tree plantations for biochar, biofuels & CO2 sequestration;

• Contaminate Centres of Genetic Diversity with DNA from genetically engineered crops;

• “Fertilize” the ocean with iron nanoparticles to increase phytoplankton that theoretically sequester CO2;

• Proliferate nuclear power plants;

• Build 16 trillion space sunshades to deflect sunlight 1.5 million km from Earth;

• Launch 5,000-30,000 ships with turbines to propel salt spray to whiten clouds to deflect sunlight;

• Drop limestone into the ocean to change its acidity so that it can soak up extra CO2;

• Store compressed CO2 in abandoned mines and active oil wells;

• Biannually, blast sulfate-based aerosols into the stratosphere to deflect sunlight;

• Cover deserts with white plastic to reflect sunlight.

As people look into this climate change for themselves, it is really about Profit, Power and Greed by those who gain the most off this, like the global elite who have gone out of their way to mislead people as is their cult on Climate Change. 

So Let's take a look at some of the things they say will be good for us.

According to Climate beleivers, Solar radiation management technologies aim at countering the effects of the greenhouse gases by increasing the radiation of sunlight back into space. Some of these technologies intend to do this by altering conditions at the surface of the Earth by covering deserts with reflective plastic material; other technologies aim to modify the atmosphere by adding reflective ‘pollution’, while some technologies even try to block some of the incoming sunlight by installing shades in space. Common to all these technologies is that they do not influence the concentration of greenhouse gases; they are only intended to counter some of their effects. A removal or malfunctioning of these technologies would thus lead to drastic temperature increases very quickly.

 What are the Implications:

“Solar radiation management” (blocking or reflecting sunlight) has the potential to cause significant environmental damage, including releasing additional greenhouse gases into the atmosphere, changing weather patterns and reducing rainfall, damaging the ozone layer, diminishing biodiversity, making solar cells less effective by reducing the amount of received sunlight, and risking sudden climatic jumps if the efforts are stopped. SRM will not address the poblem of atmospheric GHGs or ocean acidification. Even more critically: who controls the Earth’s thermostat? Who will make the decision to deploy if such drastic measures are considered technically feasible?

What’s wrong with ocean fertilization?

Phytoplankton are the foundation of the marine food chain. Iron may well stimulate the growth of algae blooms but its potential to capture and eliminate any significant amount of carbon is doubtful at best.52 The list of potential side-effects is long: oxygen depletion (anoxia) in the deep sea; disruption of marine ecosystems, particularly the food chain; a strong likelihood of increased releases of other GHGs such as nitrous oxide and methane as well as gases such as DMS that form clouds altering weather; potential toxicological impacts such as dinoflagellates in the case of urea fertilization; potential worsening of the problem of ocean acidification. Ocean fertilization could also have devastating impacts on the livelihoods of people who depend on healthy marine systems, most notably fisher folk.

What’s wrong with artificial volcanoes?

Slowing down or stopping the rate of warming via solar radiation management does nothing to change the levels of CO2 in the atmosphere, so symptoms are addressed but not causes. Even advocates admit that stratospheric sulfates have many unknown impacts, but there is research already suggesting:

• There will be damage to the ozone as sulfate particles in the stratosphere provide additional surfaces for chlorinated gases such as CFC’s and HFC’s to react.

• The ability to target particles in the specific areas where sunlight needs to be reduced (i.e., Arctic or Greenland) is highly speculative and it is likely the particles would be diffused elsewhere.

• It is likely that precipitation levels will be decreased in some regions. Large volcanic emissions of sulfate particles have in the past been accompanied by failed monsoons and extended drought in tropical latitudes.

• Preliminary modeling suggests a rapid rise in temperature if the programme were to be started and then stopped. Such a rapid rise would be more dangerous to life on Earth than a gradual rise.

• Reduced sunlight could undermine the amount of direct solar energy available and disturb natural

processes such as photosynthesis by altering the wavelength of incoming sunlight.

• What goes up still (usually) comes down. The tonnes of particles that would need to be regularly blasted into the stratosphere will find their way back to Earth again. All the issues related to environmental health and safety associated with particulate pollution, including novel manufactured nanoparticles, remain relevant for intentional polluting schemes.

• Geoengineering the stratosphere makes it easier for industry to continue its own atmospheric pollution.

What’s wrong with cloud whitening?

As recently noted by the American Meteorological Society in its draft statement on geoengineering, proposals that reduce the sunlight reaching the Earth would not only cool the temperature, but “could also change global circulation with potentially serious consequences such as changing storm tracks and precipitation patterns throughout the world.”62 Altering the composition of the clouds over a quarter to a half of the Earth’s surface will affect whether pattern and could disrupt marine ecosystems, including bird and plant life. The technique is also inherently transboundary and should require international agreement. For example, models show that one of the most effective areas to target would be off the coast of California and Peru but this may adversely effect coastal rainfall and hence agriculture.

Although there have been well-founded rumours regarding plans to experiment with this technology in the Faroes Islands, located between the Norwegian Sea and the North Atlantic, these have not been confirmed and public queries from ETC Group have not provided clarification.

Yes, as you woke up in the morning to clear blue skies . . . and three hours later, the entire sky is criss-crossed with chemtrails, and there are three or four planes up there continuing to lay them down, as
the patterns have no relationship to the flight paths in or out of city airports, but literally cover the entire sky until it get dark, and overcast for the rest of the day.

Today Scientists at the Carnegie Institution are using taxpayer money to lay the groundwork for injecting the atmosphere with materials they believe will artificially cool the planet, in a bid to stave off what we are told is modern civilization’s greatest threat to date, anthropogenic global warming.

Even if you buy into the as yet unproven theory, that human produced carbon emissions are voluminous enough to significantly alter the planet’s climate, you should still be extremely wary. Playing God with the atmosphere may have severe consequences, particularly given that the compounds these scientists are testing are known to cause debilitating health problems and could lead to massive droughts and famines.

Based around the madcap method of “injecting aerosols of sulfate into the stratosphere” to produce “a global sunshade,” researchers at the Carnegie Institution’s Department of Global Ecology have been running advanced trials on how to distribute artificially added sulfates to the atmosphere in the name of cooling the planet.

“The Carnegie scientists ran five simulations using a global climate model with different sulfate aerosol concentrations depending on latitude. They then used the results from these simulations in an optimization model to determine what distribution of sulfates would come closest to achieving specified climate goals. They then tested these distributions in the global climate model to assess how well the climate goals were met,” states a recent press release about the study.

One of the main authors of the study was Ken Caldeira, the man who told a conference of fellow warmists earlier this year that it would be a good idea to make the emission of CO2 an illegal act.

Presumably, that would include the very process of breathing since all humans exhale carbon dioxide. That’s right – the man tasked with playing God with the environment thinks breathing should be criminalized.

Caldeira also promoted the idea of dispersing sulphur dioxide into the skies in an attempt to reflect sunlight in a September 2008 London Guardian article entitled, Geoengineering: The radical ideas to combat global warming.

“One approach is to insert “scatterers” into the stratosphere,” states the article. “Caldeira cites an idea to deploy jumbo jets into the upper atmosphere and deposit clouds of tiny particles there, such as sulphur dioxide. Dispersing around 1m tonnes of sulphur dioxide per year across 10m square kilometres of the atmosphere would be enough to reflect away sufficient amounts of sunlight.”

 But it gets worse as – Caldeira is an advisor for and is being funded by Bill Gates – the man who thinks that old people should be killed to save teaching jobs, and the man who says that vaccines which his foundation bankrolls to the tune of billions should be used to lower population and bring CO2 emissions down to a level approaching zero.

The Carnegie study is just one recent example of a research program that has been ongoing for up to 20 years, as is another propaganda group in the UK called 10-10. Who recently thought it was in the children best interest in putting out a propaganda film, blowing up children would scare people into buying their brand of brainwashing for the Global warming scam.

Experiments similar to Caldeira’s proposal are already being carried out by U.S. government -backed scientists, such as those at the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Savannah River National Laboratory in Aiken, S.C, who last year began conducting studies which involved shooting huge amounts of particulate matter, in this case “porous-walled glass microspheres,” into the stratosphere.

The project is closely tied to an idea by Nobel Prize winner Paul Crutzen, who “proposed sending aircraft 747s to dump huge quantities of sulfur particles into the far-reaches of the stratosphere to cool down the atmosphere.”

The science of geoengineering through chemtrails is also vehemently backed by John P. Holdren, the White House science czar, who in his 1977 book Ecoscience advocated poisoning the water supply to involuntarily sterilize humans as part of a “planetary regime” that would control every aspect of our existence. The fact that such eugenicists are now in control of geo-engineering programs that will have a direct impact on our health is alarming.

Would you let Ted Bundy take your teenage daughter out on a date? Would you allow Ian Brady and Myra Hindley to baby sit your children? And yet here we have a gang of elitists who have publicly stated their intent to use the threat of global warming and overpopulation as a justification for killing and sterilizing people, and we’re giving them free reign with taxpayer money to play God with planet Earth? Can you start to see what is wrong with this picture?

Geo-engineering programs have also been promoted by the Council on Foreign Relations, which is one of the main steering committees behind the implementation of global governance.

In a document entitled Geoengineering: Workshop on Unilateral Planetary Scale Geoengineering, the CFR proposes different methods of “reflecting sunlight back into space,” which include adding “small reflecting particles in the upper part of the atmosphere,” adding “more clouds in the lower part of the atmosphere,” and placing “various kinds of reflecting objects in space either near the earth or at a stable location between the earth and the sun.”

The proposals in the CFR document match exactly the atmospheric effects observed in the aftermath of chemtrail spraying.

A recent report issued by the UK government also calls for the UN to exclusively regulate world wide geoengineering of the planet in order to stave off man made global warming.

Discussion of geoengineering technology is often framed as a future consideration, yet governments are already conducting such programs at an advanced stage.

The Atmospheric Radiation Measurement (ARM) Program was created in 1989 with funding from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and is sponsored by the DOE’s Office of Science and managed by the Office of Biological and Environmental Research.

One of ARM’s programs, entitled Indirect and Semi-Direct Aerosol Campaign (ISDAC), is aimed at measuring “cloud simulations” and “aerosol retrievals”.

Another program under the Department of Energy’s Atmospheric Science Program is directed towards, “developing comprehensive understanding of the atmospheric processes that control the transport, transformation, and fate of energy related trace chemicals and particulate matter.”

The DOE website states that, “The current focus of the program is aerosol radiative forcing of climate: aerosol formation and evolution and aerosol properties that affect direct and indirect influences on climate and climate change.”

U.S. government scientists are already bombarding the skies with the acid-rain causing pollutant sulphur dioxide in an attempt to fight global warming by “geo-engineering” the planet, despite the fact that injecting aerosols into the upper atmosphere carries with it a host of both known and unknown dangers.

Such programs merely scratch the surface of what is likely to be a gargantuan and overarching black-budget funded project to geo-engineer the planet, with little or no care for the unknown environmental consequences this could engender.

Injecting the atmosphere with sulfate aerosols is a completely insane, untested and dangerous proposal.

Rutgers University professor Alan Robock has warned that such experiments “could create disasters,” damaging the ozone layer and potentially altering the stratosphere by eliminating weather patterns such as the annual Asian monsoon rain season, which 2 billion people rely upon to water their crops and feed the population.

“Imagine if we triggered a drought and famine while trying to cool the planet,” Robock told a geo-engineering conference last year.

However, when you consider the fact that the global warming mantra is a thin veil for eugenics and population control, it’s unlikely that the world’s elite care about one third of the planet’s population being unable to eat, in fact they would probably see that as a bonus.

The known facts about what happens when the environment is loaded with sulphur dioxide are bad enough, since the compound is the main component of acid rain, which according to the EPA “Causes acidification of lakes and streams and contributes to the damage of trees at high elevations (for example, red spruce trees above 2,000 feet) and many sensitive forest soils. In addition, acid rain accelerates the decay of building materials and paints, including irreplaceable buildings, statues, and sculptures that are part of our nation’s cultural heritage.”

The health effects of bombarding the skies with sulphur dioxide alone are enough to raise serious questions about whether such programs should even be allowed to proceed.

- Effects on eyes and eyesight
- Reproductive failure
- Damage to immune systems
- Stomach and gastrointestinal disorder
- Damage to liver and kidney functions

- Disturbance of the hormonal metabolism
- Dermatological effects
- Suffocation and lung embolism

According to the LennTech website, “Laboratory tests with test animals have indicated that sulfur can cause serious vascular damage in veins of the brains, the heart and the kidneys. These tests have also indicated that certain forms of sulfur can cause foetal damage and congenital effects. Mothers can even carry sulfur poisoning over to their children through mother milk. Finally, sulfur can damage the internal enzyme systems of animals.”

Fred Singer, president of the Science Environmental Policy Project and a skeptic of man-made global warming theories, warns that the consequences of tinkering with the planet’s delicate eco-system could have far-reaching dangers.

“If you do this on a continuous basis, you would depress the ozone layer and cause all kinds of other problems that people would rather avoid,” said Singer.

Even Greenpeace’s chief UK scientist – a staunch advocate of the man-made global warming explanation – Doug Parr has slammed attempts to geo-engineer the planet as “outlandish” and “dangerous”.

Stephen Schneider of Stanford University, who recently proposed a bizarre plan to send spaceships into the upper atmosphere that would be used to block out the Sun, admits that geo-engineering could cause “conflicts between nations if geoengineering projects go wrong.”

Given all the immediate dangers associated with bombarding the atmosphere with sulphur dioxide, along with the unknown dangers of other geo-engineering projects, many people are concerned that “chemtrails” are a secret component of the same agenda to alter the Earth’s eco-system.

The fact that chemtrails are blocking out the sun, which is precisely what the geoengineering advocates call for, strongly indicates that they are an integral part of this dangerous and wide-reaching program.

Reports of chemtrails have increased dramatically over the last 10 years. Many have speculated that they are part of a government program to alter climate, inoculate humans against certain pathogens, or even to toxify humans as part of a population reduction agenda.

In conducting Google searches, one finds discussion, such as this example, of using sulphur dioxide as a jet fuel additive to be dispersed over the world during routine commercial flights.

“I suggest that both the sulphur dioxide and the silica particles could be delivered into the stratosphere by dissolving an additive in jet aviation fuel,” writes engineer John Gorman, who has conducted experiments to test the feasibility of such a scenario.

“We would want to burn fuel containing the additive specifically when the aircraft was cruising in the lower stratosphere,” he adds.

In 2008, a KSLA news investigation found that a substance that fell to earth from a high altitude chemtrail contained high levels of Barium (6.8 ppm) and Lead (8.2 ppm) as well as trace amounts of other chemicals including arsenic, chromium, cadmium, selenium and silver. Of these, all but one are metals, some are toxic while several are rarely or never found in nature.



The newscast focuses on Barium, which its research shows is a “hallmark of chemtrails.” KSLA found Barium levels in its samples at 6.8 ppm or “more than six times the toxic level set by the EPA.” The Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality confirmed that the high levels of Barium were “very unusual,” but commented that “proving the source was a whole other matter” in its discussion with KSLA.

KSLA also asked Mark Ryan, Director of the Poison Control Center, about the effects of Barium on the human body. Ryan commented that “short term exposure can lead to anything from stomach to chest pains and that long term exposure causes blood pressure problems.” The Poison Control Center further reported that long-term exposure, as with any harmful substance, would contribute to weakening the immune system, which many speculate is the purpose of such man-made chemical trails.

Indeed, barium oxide has cropped up repeatedly as a contaminant from suspected geoengineering experimentation.

KSLA also put aerosolized-chemical testing in its historical context, citing a voluminous number of unclassified tests exposed in 1977 Senate hearings. The tests included experimenting with biochemical compounds on the public. KSLA reports that “239 populated areas were contaminated with biological agents between 1949 and 1969.”

One of the accepted truisms of scientific study is the fact that if scientists are proposing an idea, then those scientists with access to the bottomless pit of black-budget secret government funding are already doing it.

It is highly likely that chemtrails are merely one manifestation of “geo-engineering” that is taking place without proper debate, notification or any form of legality, and with a callous disregard for the potential dangers to both our health and our environment.

On the face of it, the idea of artificially poisoning the atmosphere with a substance known to cause massive health problems and one that many environmentalists say will lead to crippling droughts and famines, is a complete over-reaction to combating climate change which has naturally occurred for eons before man ever set foot on the planet. Add to that the fact that the people proposing, funding, and researching the issue are all avowed eugenicists who have been vocal in their mission to enact draconian measures of population control and the true scope of what we’re dealing with is clear – an effort by control freaks whose sole interest is not about caring for the planet but hijacking well-placed concerns about the environment as a vehicle through which to enforce their putrid cocktail of death and tyranny

With the release of this video, all of that has changed. Here is the story of a rapidly developing industry called geo-engineering, driven by scientists, corporations, and governments intent on changing global climate, controlling the weather, and altering the chemical composition of soil and water — all supposedly for the betterment of mankind.

Although officials insist that these programs are only in the discussion phase, evidence is abundant that they have been underway since about 1990 — and the effect has been devastating to crops, wildlife, and human health. We are being sprayed with toxic substances without our consent and, to add insult to injury, they are lying to us about it.

This picture (Santa Fe, Nov 30 1999) is positive proof that all is not right. Aircraft in picture is unquestionably that of a twin engine DC-9 aircraft, which is configured with fuselage mounted engines (as opposed to wing mounted) which are visible in photo, just ahead of rudder and elevators on tail. However we can also see clearly that trails do NOT originate at engines (as conventional condensation trails ALL do), but are coming from nearly the entire wing area.

This less enlarged photo of same DC-9 aircraft also gives us a clear indication that aircraft is operating well below cirrus cloud base, where condensation trails do not normally occur.

Note how much more light is reflected by chem-trail than clouds at much higher elevation.

Truly bizarre trail indicates pulsing of chemical ejection mechanism, possibly from faulty sprayer or pressure regulator. Such a trail from a normal commercial aircraft turbine engine is not possible, as turbine engines eject continuous laminar streams of high velocity, super-heated gases.

Photos taken before 1996 do not appear to show this phenomenon, and normal "condensation trails" do not behave in this manner. Normal condensation trails generally appear at altitudes above thirty thousand feet, and usually dissipate in a few minutes, though under conditions of high humidity they may last more than 10 minutes. Winter is the peak period for normal contrail development, due to the increased size of the layer needed for their formation.

These trails can be seen by satellite, and give a clearer perspective of the size of the alleged program. Below image shows northern Florida, Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina.

  Within minutes, the “fallout” had all disappeared! Outside, it had all melted, evaporated, or just dissipated. Very curious. I have never seen anything like this event before, but had heard of it on the Internet.
 
We put the collected samples into a small jar with a snap-on cap and left it in my office over night. The thought was to get the sample to Mr. Clifford Carnicom, as I believed he could have it analyzed in a laboratory.
 

On Wednesday, 16 November, Mr. Carnicom and I had a very pleasant and productive conversation regarding the events of Sunday 13 November.
 
It was most disappointing to learn that there was no chance of having a chemical analysis done on the material. Imagine my surprise to find out that the Federal Environmental Protection Agency has no interest in dealing with samples like my son had collected. This is the US government agency chartered to protect citizens from hazardous chemicals in the air, water, and land! One has to wonder why this tax-supported “agency representing the interests of the people” refuses to investigate allegations, from tax-paying citizens, that SOMEONE is spraying the skies with chemicals DETRIMENTAL to the environment we all live in. Adding insult to injury, they flatly refuse to even examine physical samples of the alleged chemicals! WHO DO THESE PEOPLE THINK THEY WORK FOR??

Mr. Carnicom therefore suggested that I do what I could with the sample on my own. Naturally, he urged the utmost care in dealing with the unknown material.

So, per Mr. Carnicom’s suggestions, I worked with the sample myself on Thursday 17 November. I connected my Intel QX3 USB microscope to my main work PC. My wife set up a “safe as possible” work area for me, with good ventilation and plenty of light. I took one last set of pictures of the jar, and removed the sealing tape.
