Is it safe to call 911, for fear of being shot to death by police officers who beleive they can use excessive force and act like terrorists. Keep in mind..the police themselves protect there own so if you get shot, they will defend their own officers actions....
A) Dont call 911 over an argument,. the cops that show up, although they APPEAR calm are really prepared to take extreme measures, because they have a mandate about domestic disputes, which can mean anything.!
B) Realize that for some Odd reason people think that wearing a uniform and badge give them the right to do whatever the hell they like.
Most cops today believe they are here to “control” everybody, rather than to enforce the law. What has happen to the police themselves these days.

In another example of police getting out of control and acting like jack boot brown shirts you see an officer ready to shoot a person all because of a burnt out tail light.
