Salvatore Cino has lied to everyone, including you people.  He has conducted  his motions for your purposes in an effort to take the focus off his guilt. He has shown documents that prove only half the truth.  The truth is, Salvatore Cino is guilty of abusing his daughter, in more ways than one.

Yes, I was held in contempt of court.  But not for the reasons he has depicted.  I was held in contempt of court because I was not in court to defend myself due to the fact that I only picked up my mail on weekends and did not receive the documentation in time.  Furthermore, the incident with my daughter is not an isolated incident.  Mr. Cino lived with a woman in Kelowna while these proceedings were going on and the woman kicked him out because she was concerned with his conduct around "her" then two year old daughter.
 
Also be advised that our daughter was not examined until some 10 days after the incident.  I ask, "if a man asks his daughter to give him oral sex, or if he does the same to her, will there be physical evidence?  Of course not.

But the reality of the situation would not serve "Sal's" purposes. With regard to Judge Burnyeat, in the document it was said that Salvatore would be allowed to provide his own diary to court.  If Salvatore was such an honourable person, why did he have no witnesses.  There were people who went along with him on previous visits, but yet there was know one there willing to testify on his behalf.  The only person there was one of your members, an he did not stay long.
 
As far as his interest in his daughter goes, there is none.  He told the judge that if he did not get what he wanted, he would walk away from his daughter.  The judge repeated this back to him and asked him if that was what he really said.  Sal said "yes".
 
Salvatore lies to everyone, his family, his daughter, and especially to you. But I doubt you really care.  His hostility is food to your purposes. Truth is not your endeavor.

Salvatore Cino needs intense psychological counselling in order to better
the relationship between him and his daughter.  You are the people who are
standing in the way of that, therefore you are the people preventing him
from a relationship with his daughter.

You people are really sick.  You prey on these men who are mentally
unstable, weak and create hostility in them for your own purposes.  You
brainwash them into thinking what you want them too and then feed them to
the wolves (media).  Salvatore Cino is just another of your puppets.  In all
honesty, I do not hate him, I feel sorry for him and as his daughter gets
older, I hope one day they may have a healthy relationship.  However, his
involvement with you people prevents him from getting the professional help
that he needs so he can have a good relationship with his daughter.  You
people seem to need him more than you think his daughter does.  You pit
fathers against mothers and the cost is to the children.  

You are a bunch of sickos!  Nobody cares about your cause except other sickos like you or some moron who in the media who is at a loss for a story and will grab at anything.  Normal people let other people manage their own lives and really do not care.  They may read something stupid you people have had a hand in, but it fades with yesterday's news.  Everyone knows you are just a bunch of angry, rejected, woman haters.  That is common knowledge.  I couldn't care less what becomes of any of you, but I do hope someday Salvatore will seperate himself from your aggressions and pull his life together.  Only then will he be functional enough to realize what is necessary to establish a healthy relationship with his daughter.  However, you people have put him into a corner that will be hard for him to escape from without lossing face.

I know what he has done, and he knows what he has done.  His conscience eats aways at him and fuels your venues, but how long can he live with a guilty
conscience untreated?  It will forever interefere in his life until he faces
his weakeness, gets the help he needs and gets away from his puppetmasters
(you).

I have to ask, is it not a bit odd that this women now states that, You are the people who are standing in the way of that, therefore you are the people preventing him from a relationship with his daughter.",?

Didn't Elizabeth Cino and the MCF accuse Salvatore Cino for years; deny him access to his child; accuse him of a crime against his child? Is it not true that Elizabeth Cino made claims to MCF, Police, Doctors, and many others that the father is guilty of a crime without proof? I must ask, do you not think it strange that this women is placing blame now at *our* doorstep, and is making false statements about us?

She states: Salvatore is "Brainwashed" by us. If pointing out the truth on this matter is brainwashing, then one has to ask what is "falsely accusing a person" then? Is that not a crime?

I have to say Elizabeth Cino is getting a bit slanderous. If she knew myself, she would know that some of my best friends are women, and strongly support what I am doing on this this web site. Those women friends have taken a great offense to her comments about myself.

Personally, I believe that it is the ramblings of a woman who doesn't like the truth being exposed. I could have been more harsh in my response, but I do feel this woman needs some serious help with all the anger, and in making false statements.

Final Comment from Dick Freeman in response to Mrs. Cino

After going through all the court documents and police reports, including the police's interview with Sal Cino's daughter and witnesses reports, medical records, ect. I believe that Mrs. Cino has not told the truth, along with MCF. They will continue with their agenda to make Sal out as guilty of a crime he didn't commit. The real truth in this matter seems to be everyone that has opposed Sal seeing his child has only come forward with heresay information, and no matter what Mrs. Cino wants to say, the documentation speaks for itself. Unless Mrs. Cino or the Government, or anyone else, can provide real proof, and not biased heresay, then the facts will remain that Sal was falsely accused of a crime he didn't commit. I will not debate with Mrs. Cino on this issue but I will post her E-mail on this site, as other people I known and have spoken with. She has in turn made false comments about those people too, as well as myself.

 I will Add more documents to this section, and in response to her E-mail, only to show once again Mrs. Cino is not telling the Truth on this matter. Stay tuned.
