Seven hundred National Guard members from the Northeast and Caribbean will be in central New York this week for disaster preparedness training. They will train for certification as a regional disaster response force capable of assisting responders following a chemical, biological, nuclear or high-explosive incident, according to the Associated Press.

They are part of the National Guard Homeland Response Force (HRF) controlled by the Department of Defense. There are currently ten HRF units hosted by one state in each FEMA region, according to the Pentagon.

In February, it was reported that FEMA plans to move National Guard troops from one FEMA district to another during natural disasters and other emergencies. FEMA administrator Craig Fugate made the announcement after Obama signed Presidential Policy Directive 8 on March 30, 2011.

“PPD-8 reflects the Obama Administration’s belief that the whole community – including all levels of government, the private and nonprofit sectors, and individual citizens – plays a key role in preparedness efforts,” the National Guard website reported.

PPD-8 allows FEMA to “facilitate an integrated, all-of-nation/whole community, capabilities-based approach to preparedness” that involves “federal partners, state, local and tribal leaders, the private sector, non-governmental organizations, faith based and community organizations ─ and most importantly the general public” in the effort, according to the FEMA website.

“HRFs will increase the focus of DoD Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and High explosive (CBRNE) Consequence Management Response forces on life-saving objectives and increase operational flexibility while recognizing the primary role that the governors play in controlling the response to CBRNE incidents that occur in their states,” a DoD PDF explains.

In 2008, it was announced that Northcom 1st Brigade Combat Team of the 3rd Infantry, at the time recently home from deployment in Iraq, would be assigned within the United States to “deal with catastrophes in the U.S., including terrorist attacks and natural disasters,” CNN reported on October 3, 2008.

Based at Fort Stewart, Georgia, the Army said the combat unit would concentrate “primarily on logistics and support for local police and rescue personnel,” which is a direct violation of the Posse Comtatus Act forbidding collaboration between the U.S. military and domestic law enforcement.

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 strictly forbids federal troops from being deployed on American soil for the purpose of law enforcement. The one exception is provided by the Insurrection Act of 1807, which lets the president use the military only for the purpose of preventing rebellions.

CNN reported that the plan drew criticism after it was reported that the combat unit had trained with equipment “generally used in law enforcement, including beanbag bullets, Tasers, spike strips and roadblocks… That kind of training seems a bit out of line for the unit’s designated role as Northern Command’s CCMRF (Sea Smurf), or CBRNE Consequence Management Response Force.”

On September 18, 2008, the Army Times reported that the 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team had trained how to use “nonlethal weapons designed to subdue unruly or dangerous individuals without killing them” in the United States and also how to set-up “hasty” roadblocks with “spike strips for slowing, stopping or controlling traffic.”

In 2010, Wikileaks released nearly 400,000 U.S. Army documents on the Iraq War. A number of the documents describe how U.S. troops killed approximately 700 civilians for coming too close to checkpoints, including pregnant women and the mentally ill. At least a half-dozen incidents involved Iraqi men transporting pregnant family members to hospitals.

The 3rd Infantry Division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team spent 35 months in a combat role in Iraq.

The National Guard training in New York represents a further blurring of important lines of distinction between the federal government, the Pentagon, state and local government, corporate entities, “and most importantly the general public.”

Since the National Defense Act (or Militia Act) of 1903, the federal government has worked tirelessly to absorb the National Guard and take control of it away from the states. In 2007, the John Warner Defense Authorization Act moved to remove state governors as sole commanders in chief of their state’s National Guard during emergencies within the state, a move that angered a number of state governors.

Public Affairs Director falsely claims document does not apply within U.S.

Fort Leonard Wood Public Affairs director Tiffany Wood has provided the first official response to the shocking U.S. Army document that outlines the implementation of re-education camps, admitting that the manual was “not intended for public release” and claiming that its provisions only apply outside the United States, a contention completely disproved by the language contained in the document itself.

After a reader sent Wood a link to where the manual, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF), can be downloaded on the army.mil website (but only by military employees with special credentials), Wood responded by stating that the document should not be in the public domain.

“The document was not intended for public release,” said Wood, adding, “Any other questions regarding the
document, you will need to file a FOIA request.”

This means that either hackers have obtained access to a secure military website and downloaded the manual or it was leaked by a military employee concerned about the content of the document.

As we have exhaustively illustrated, the document is a training manual for U.S. Army personnel that details how to treat detainees incarcerated in prison camps both abroad and inside the United States.

The manual outlines how officers will develop programs to “indoctrinate” “political activists” incarcerated in detention camps into developing an “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.” The document also explains how “reeducating the I/R facility population or setting the stage for acceptance of future operations,” is the responsibility of ‘PSYOP’ personnel within the camp.

The document also makes clear that the internment facility is not only a re-education camp but also a forced labor camp. Page 277 of the manual states, “Detainees constitute a significant labor force of skilled and unskilled individuals. These individuals should be employed to the fullest extent possible in work that is needed to construct, manage, perform administrative functions for, and maintain the internment facility.”

The manual also directs that political activists be confined to isolation and that prisoners be silenced using by “muffling them with a soft, clean cloth tied around their mouths and fastened at the backs of their heads.”

In her email response, Wood falsely claims that, “The document is intended for operations outside of the continental United States. Depending on the nature and magnitude of an event will determine the level of U.S. military involvement.”

As we have proven using only direct quotations and screenshots from the manual, it is clearly designed to be applied both abroad and “within U.S. territory,” including against “civilian detainees” incarcerated for “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power,” as part of “domestic civil support operations” involving FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.

The manual also details how prisoners will be identified by their “social security number,” another glaring confirmation that the rules apply to U.S. citizens.

The document makes it clear on page 193 that the rules apply to processing American detainees on U.S. soil so long as the President passes an executive order to nullify Posse Comitatus, the law that forbids the U.S. military from engaging in domestic law enforcement.

It is clear from Wood’s response that she has either not read the documents properly or has been directed to downplay their significance by asserting they do not apply within the United States, a claim clearly disproved by the numerous references within the manual to how its instructions can be applied as part of “domestic civil support operations.”

We’ve known for years that the U.S. Military has been preparing for civil unrest and riot response within the continental United States. Likewise, the Pentagon, Department of Homeland Security and various other government alphabet agencies have been actively preparing for how to handle natural and man-made crises that include everything fromlarge scale economic collapse to war and asteroid strikes.

As a part of the national security apparatus’ continuity of government and emergency response plans it has been theorized for years that any emergency or event of national significance would be met with Presidentially decreed martial law which would call for the deployment of the National Guard and other armed forces assets on the streets of America. Up until recently these ideas have floated in the realm of conspiracy theory. The notion that the U.S. military would patrol American streets, or that the Federal Emergency Management Agency has established scores of refugee relocation facilities capable of housing tens of thousands of inmates, or that Americans could be detained without charge or trial indefinitely, has for some time been reserved for those on the fringe – the tin foil wearing lunatics who spend their free time dissecting covert government activities and mainstream media propaganda.

“Put on your tin foil hat,” has been the general response from the broader American public when faced with the idea that we are progressively moving in the direction of a police state, and that the US government, despite Constitutional protections, can do anything they want, at any time, and to anybody.

It turns out that the tin foilers of the world have slowly, but surely, been piecing together a puzzle over the last decade that seems to be near completion.

Now, a leaked U.S. Army document outlining the processes and procedures for Internment and Resettlement Operations indicates that not only are the now infamous FEMA detainment and refugee relocation camps real, but that government, military and private sector organizations are actively taking steps to deal with mass incarcerations when they happen:

A leaked U.S. Army document prepared for the Department of Defense contains shocking plans for “political activists” to be pacified by “PSYOP officers” into developing an “appreciation of U.S. policies” while detained in prison camps inside the United States.

The document, entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF) was originally released on a restricted basis to the DoD in February 2010, but has now been leaked online.

The manual outlines policies for processing detainees into internment camps both globally and inside the United States. International agencies like the UN and the Red Cross are named as partners in addition to domestic federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA.

The document makes it clear that the policies apply “within U.S. territory” and involve, “DOD support to U.S. civil authorities for domestic emergencies, and for designated law enforcement and other activities,” including “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.”

The manual states, “These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,” and adds that “The authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,” would require a “special exception” to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via “the President invoking his executive authority.” The document also makes reference to identifying detainees using their “social security number.”

Aside from enemy combatants and other classifications of detainees, the manual includes the designation of “civilian internees,” in other words citizens who are detained for, “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

Though often rejected as completely ridiculous, the existence of FEMA camps becomes undeniable in light of this latest training manual from the U.S. military. If the military is actively training personnel to respond to riots, to detain and arrest individuals en masse, and to manage the incarceration of these individuals, then it stands to reason that they must already have established detainment zones – aka FEMA Camps.

Jesse Ventura and Alex Jones have detailed the existence of these camps, and all of the existing evidence – the thousands of pages of ‘laws’ and regulations that have become available since the advent of the internet – are indicative of a government preparing for a complete and total lock down of this nation.

We’re seeing it on a micro-scale in the city of Chicago for the upcoming May 20 NATO summit, where officials have literally locked down the entire city, set up security red zones, reserved a large amount of space outside of the city for the detainment of protesters, and deployed heavily armed military and law enforcement personnel.

As was opined recently, the control grid is being put into place for what they know is coming. They can listen to and read any phone call we make, any text message we send, or any email we share. They can criminally charge us for assembling peaceably to protest. They can detain us indefinitely without charge. They can seize our food, our land and our very labor by a single order from the President.

A shocking U.S. Army manual that describes how “political activists,” including American citizens, are to be indoctrinated in re-education camps also includes rules on forced labor and separating political prisoners by confining them in isolation.

Aside from detailing how PSYOP teams will use “indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes,” as well as targeting “political activists” with indoctrination programs to provide “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions,” the manual directs political prisoners to be separated from the rest of the camp population.

On page 284, the manual (PDF) describes how “Malcontents, rabble-rousers, trained agitators, and political officers who may attempt to organize resistance or create disturbances within the I/R facility,” are to be confined “in isolated enclosures to deny them access to the general population.”

The document also makes clear that the internment facility is not only a re-education camp but also a forced labor camp. Page 277 of the manual states, “Detainees constitute a significant labor force of skilled and unskilled individuals. These individuals should be employed to the fullest extent possible in work that is needed to construct, manage, perform administrative functions for, and maintain the internment facility.”

Page 69 of the manual notes in a section called ‘Detainee Processing Technique’ that prisoners should first have their weapons confiscated before “silence” is guaranteed by methods to, “Prevent detainees from communicating with one another or making audible clamor….Silence uncooperative detainees by muffling them with a soft, clean cloth tied around their mouths and fastened at the backs of their heads.”

As we have exhaustively documented, all these provisions apply not only to prisoners in places like Afghanistan and Iraq, but also to American citizens domestically, including “civilian detainees” incarcerated for “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power,” as part of “domestic civil support operations” involving FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.

The manual details how prisoners will be identified by their “social security number,” another glaring confirmation that the rules apply to U.S. citizens.

Although this story has gone viral amongst independent media outlets, the only mainstream news operations to cover it have been Russia Today and Digital Journal. Corporate press blacklists chilling revelations

A couple of months ago, the mainstream media got all excited about leaked emails from Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and ‘bombshell’ revelations such as the fact that Assad’s wife likes to spend a lot of money on expensive furniture.

Would that same corporate press be interested if documents were leaked showing that Assad’s military forces had set up detention camps in which they planned to incarcerate political activists and subject them to re-education programs and slave labor?

Of course it would, the story would be all over CNN, ABC and Fox News. The documents would be heralded as chilling evidence that Assad is in charge of a dictatorial regime that plans to kidnap demonstrators and imprison them in North Korean-style gulags.

The documents would be held up as solid justification for a swift NATO military action in the name of ‘humanitarian intervention’.

And yet last week we had the release of documents which prove the existence of re-education forced labor camps for political dissidents not only abroad but inside the United States itself! An even more shocking story you would imagine?

And the reaction from the mainstream media? You could hear a pin drop.

We have now exhaustively proven in a series of articles that the U.S. Army is training its personnel, through the policies outlined in a manual entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations (PDF), to “indoctrinate” “political activists” incarcerated in detention camps into developing an “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.”

On page 281 of the manual we even see the use of the term itself when we learn that the role of camp personnel is focused around, “reorienting or reeducating the I/R facility population or setting the stage for acceptance of future operations.”

These camp prisoners are to include “civilian internees” detained “within U.S. territory” as part of “civil support operations” in the aftermath of “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories” involving FEMA and the Department of Homeland Security.

The manual also directs such prisoners to be used for slave labor “In work that is needed to construct, manage, perform administrative functions for, and maintain the internment facility,” in other words building and maintaining their own detention camp.

The manual also directs that political activists be confined to isolation and that prisoners be silenced using by “muffling them with a soft, clean cloth tied around their mouths and fastened at the backs of their heads.”

To reiterate – all of these policies outlined in the Army’s manual can be applied to U.S. citizens on American soil so long as the President passes an executive order to nullify Posse Comitatus, the law that forbids the U.S. military from engaging in domestic law enforcement.

If President Bashar al-Assad was directing his military forces to round-up political activists and use them for slave labor in re-education camps, the international outcry would be deafening, the media circus would be off the charts.

Yet all this is already in black and white, already on the books, ready and waiting to be used domestically in the aftermath of the next major terrorist attack or natural disaster – and the mainstream media has completely ignored it.

The story has been blacklisted.

Weather Underground terrorist planned to incarcerate 25 million U.S. citizens

In light of a newly uncovered U.S. Army document that outlines plans for prisoners, including U.S. citizens, to be re-educated in detention camps, it’s worth reminding ourselves of the fact that Barack Obama’s political mentor, Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers, once called for precisely the same thing.

According to former FBI agent Larry Grathwohl, who was assigned to infiltrate the Weather Underground’s Central Committee, the organization run by Bill Ayers carried out bombings targeting the Pentagon, the State Department, as well as police stations and federal buildings, in an attempt to cause the collapse of the United States government and open the door for Cuban, North Vietnamese, Chinese and Russian troops to occupy the country.

Grathwohl stated that Ayers and his group planned to deal with Americans who would try to resist this takeover by “establishing re-education centers in the south-west”. Asked what he would do with those who still refused to convert to communism, Ayers said that they would have to be “eliminated,” as in 25 million Americans would be killed in concentration camps.

Grathwohl said the Weathermen told him the camps would be used to “re-educate people into the new way of thinking.”

This provides yet more historical context to underscore the point that using detention centers to “re-educate” prisoners into a new way of political thinking is the hallmark of a tyrannical regime.

The U.S. Army document that we highlighted yesterday targets “political activists” for “indoctrination programs” once they are incarcerated inside the prison camps. The document is a how-to manual on treatment of detainees, including “civilian internees” interned for “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

The document makes it clear in numerous instances that the re-education program, designed to “remove antagonistic attitudes” and enforce “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions,” is not just limited to prisoners in foreign countries like Afghanistan and Iraq.

The rules also apply “within U.S. territory” as part of “civil support operations” in conjunction with FEMA and Homeland Security in the aftermath of “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.” So long as the President passes an executive order bypassing Posse Comitatus, the manual says the indoctrination program “may be performed as domestic civil support operations.”

The fact that Bill Ayers and the Weather Underground also planned for re-education camps to be used to incarcerate American citizens is alarming given President Barack Obama’s relationship with Ayers, who helped launch Obama’s political career.

“In 1995, State Senator Alice Palmer introduced her chosen successor, Barack Obama, to a few of the district’s influential liberals at the home of two well known figures on the local left: William Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn,” reported Politico’s Ben Smith.

Maria Warren, an Obama-supporting liberal who attended the Chicago meeting, also confirmed Ayers’ presence and his role in launching Obama’s political dynasty.

“When I first met Barack Obama, he was giving a standard, innocuous little talk in the living room of those two legends-in-their-own-minds, Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn. They were launching him–introducing him to the Hyde Park community as the best thing since sliced bread,” wrote Warren.

According to retired Illinois postman Allen Hulton, Ayers’ parents also bragged about how they paid to put a “foreign student,” almost certainly Obama, through school.

The connection between Ayers’ advocacy for re-education camps, his relationship with Barack Obama, and an Army document which clearly states that such “indoctrination programs” can be used against Americans so long as the President passes an executive order, represents a chilling triumvirate.

A shocking U.S. Army manual that describes how political activists in prison camps will be indoctrinated by specially assigned psychological operations officers contains numerous clear references to the fact that the policies do apply domestically to U.S. citizens.

Despite the fact that the manual is well over 300 pages long and would take hours to read properly, within minutes of posting our story yesterday a minority of commenters were claiming that the policies outlined in the document only pertained to foreign combat operations and did not apply domestically to U.S. citizens.

This is similar to the denial witnessed prior to the passage of the NDAA when some argued that the indefinite detention provisions did not apply to American citizens despite numerous legal analysts asserting they did and President Barack Obama himself acknowledging they did when he signed the bill.

The most alarming portion of the document appears on page 56 and makes it clear that detention camps will have PSYOP teams whose responsibility will be to use “indoctrination programs to reduce or remove antagonistic attitudes,” as well as targeting “political activists” with such indoctrination programs to provide “understanding and appreciation of U.S. policies and actions.”

Let’s make one thing clear – the manual primarily deals with enemy combatants captured and detained in foreign prison camps run by the U.S. Military. However, another thing that is just as clear from reading the manual in full is the fact that it also applies to citizens detained within the United States, whether they be DCs (displaced citizens) or “civilian internees,” in other words citizens who are detained for, “security reasons, for protection, or because he or she committed an offense against the detaining power.”

Firstly, throughout the manual there are scores of references to how the U.S. Army would work together with the DHS, ICE and FEMA (page 24) to implement the policies “within U.S. territory” as part of “civil support operations” in the aftermath of “man-made disasters, accidents, terrorist attacks and incidents in the U.S. and its territories.” (page 38).

“The handling of DCs (displaced citizens) is also a mission that may be performed in support of disaster relief or other emergencies within the United States or U.S. territories during civil support operations,” states page 33. Page 56 also states that it is the responsibility of the PSYOP officer to “control detainee and DC populations during emergencies.”

“Resettlement conducted as a part of civil support operations will always be conducted in support of another lead agency (Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security)” states page 37.

All these passages make it clear that the policies outlined on page 56 are also applicable within U.S. territory as part of “civil support operations” conducted in partnership with domestic federal agencies like the DHS and ICE. The U.S. Immigration authorities have no role in detaining prisoners in Afghanistan and Iraq and neither do other U.S. agencies also listed in the document such as the Public Health Service (page 224).

The document also contains numerous references to U.S. citizens (notably pages 13, 41). Page 13 notes how “U.S. citizens will be confined separately from detainees,” meaning they will be separated from foreign prisoners in the camps

On page 146 of the manual, we learn how prisoners in the camps are to be identified.

“The prisoner’s last name, first name, and middle initial are placed on the first line of a name board, and the prisoner’s social security number is placed on the second line.”

Last time I checked, the United States Social Security Administration was not responsible for handing out social security numbers to people in Afghanistan or Iraq.

On page 193 of the document, we learn that the policies outlined in the manual can be applied domestically. The language makes it clear that so long as the President passes an executive order to nullify Posse Comitatus, the law that forbids the military from engaging in domestic law enforcement, the policies “may be performed as domestic civil support operations.”

The manual states, “These operations may be performed as domestic civil support operations,” and adds that “The authority to approve resettlement such operations within U.S. territories,” would require a “special exception” to The Posse Comitatus Act, which can be obtained via “the President invoking his executive authority.”

These examples are just a handful of a plethora contained in the 326 page ‘Internment and Resettlement’ document which prove that the policies in the manual apply not only to foreign prisoners abroad, but also to American citizens within the United States.

On top of this, we have the 2009 story about how the National Guard posted a number of job listings looking for “Internment/Resettlement Specialists” to work in “civilian internee camps” within the United States.

The time for denial is over. People spent weeks arguing over the ‘indefinite detention’ provisions of the National Defense Authorization Act, ignoring assertions by top scholars and legal experts that the kidnapping provisions did apply to U.S. citizens.

It appears as though cognitive dissonance is causing some people to desperately search for any way of denying the shocking truth contained in these Army documents. This is particularly prevalent amongst Democrats and liberals, whose support for the cult of Barack Obama has blinded them to the fact that his administration is passing legislation which in many cases is far more draconian than anything Bush signed into law.

Take this comment for example from the Democratic Underground forum. Linking to our article from yesterday, a user writes, “A friend of mine just posted (as he usually does) a ridiculous article from InfoWars and it’s pissing me off to no end. I’m trying to find stuff to continuously disprove this drivel, and I’m probably wasting my time. Anyone able to help on this particular “story”?”

The individual does not even have the inclination to look at the source document to find out if the story is true, they would rather just throw out ad hominem insults like “ridiculous” and “drivel”. Rather than being “pissed off” at the frightening language contained in the U.S. Army manual, the individual is “pissed off” at Infowars for reporting on it.

Yes, the U.S. Army has really written a manual which details re-education camps. Yes, the manual does apply to U.S. citizens domestically. Denying these manifestly provable facts will not make the threat go away. This is not an imaginary monster under the bed.

The time for denial is over.

Senator Barbara Boxer’s MAP-21 (Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act) is headed to the House after clearing the Senate last month. Boxer’s bill allows the federal government to revoke the passports of citizens the IRS claims owe taxes.

“There is no requirement that the tax payer be guilty of or even charged with tax evasion, fraud, or any criminal offense — only that the citizen is alleged to owe the IRS back taxes of $50,000 or more,” reports The Daily Economist.

In other words, the Fourth Amendment will become irrelevant in many taxes cases if this legislation makes it through the House. MAP-21 does, however, face opposition by some Republicans.

In order to blunt criticism, Boxer’s bill is being portrayed in standard class warfare fashion – according to CBS and others, the law will be used to go after wealthy tax scofflaws who owe the IRS $50,000 or more, so the average citizen need not worry.

In fact, the IRS routinely leans on the little guy and small business owners. For instance, in 2010 the owner of a car wash in Sacramento, California, was harassed by the IRS after the government said he owed four cents in back taxes (which became $200 after three years of penalties and fees).

The IRS is also used by the establishment as a political weapon, as various Tea Party organizations around the country recently learned.

“In January and February of this year, the Internal Revenue Service began sending out letters to various local Tea Parties across the country,” writes Colleen Owens. The federal wealth confiscation agency asked the political groups to identify their volunteers and donors. “What possible reason would the IRS have for Tea Parties to ‘name your donors’ when said donations are non-deductible?” Owens notes (most Tea Party organizations are nonprofit 501(c)(4) and donations are not deductible).

Chief Justice John Marshall once observed that “the power to tax involves the power to destroy” and that is precisely what the government often attempts to do, as former Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio discovered in 2010.

The IRS is no longer strictly about taxes. “Top IRS officials have been working with Democrats on Capitol Hill to determine how the agency will enforce President Obama’s new health care law. Republican lawmakers estimate the legislation will require the hiring of many thousands of new (and armed) tax enforcement agents,” Fox News reported last month. “Under the new law, the IRS is required to fine taxpayers thousands of dollars if they do not purchase health insurance. In order for the government to enforce compliance, tax authorities will need information, for the first time, about people’s health care. Collecting that data will require more IRS personnel.”

In short, the IRS will act as an enforcer – armed to the teeth – for Obamacare, that is if it is not ruled to be unconstitutional by the Supreme Court in June.

The IRS is but one component of an increasingly tyrannical and militarized federal government.

“The Department of Homeland Security recently stoked concern by contracting a company to provide them with 450 million rounds of hollow point bullets. Now the federal agency is also purchasing bullet-proof checkpoint booths that include ‘stop and go’ lights,” writes Paul Joseph Watson today. “The purpose behind the bullet proof booths is unknown, but the DHS has publicly announced that it plans to increase the number of unannounced checkpoints manned by TSA VIPR teams and other federal agents beyond the 9,300 that were set up last year alone.”

The IRS move on supposed tax scofflaws by denying them the ability to travel abroad is part of a larger effort to control the movement of citizens in the same way citizens in the Soviet Union were forced under propiska laws to ask the government for permission to travel – and exiled dissidents were forced to live in isolated far-flung towns under virtual house arrest.

As we noted in 2011, an internal passport for Americans is codified under the December 2004 Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act. If fully implemented, Ron Paul has warned, it will allow “the government to establish a Soviet-style internal passport system” that would subject “every citizen to surveillance and screening points” of the sort the DHS is now expanding across America.

In case you missed it this week, an Afghan War veteran and one other active duty serviceman – along with multiple accomplices, were indicted for their involvement in a year-long federal agency sting. This particular story reads like a supermarket aisle fantasy novel… if only it were.

A gang which included US soldiers allegedly offered ‘wet-work’ murder-for-hire services, narcotics trafficking and stolen US military weapons to undercover Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agents… posing as foot soldiers for Mexico’s notorious Los Zetas drug cartel.

Following the conclusion of a year long sting which ended in Laredo Texas, Kevin Corley, a 29 year old formerly active US Army Drill Seargent and Afghan veteran from Fort Carson, active duty soldier Samuel Walker, 28, both of Colorado Springs, CO, and Shavar Davis, 29, of Denver, CO, while two other men – Marcus Mickle, 20, and Calvin Epps, 26 have been arrested and charged in a conspiracy related to drug trafficking and attempted murder. A sixth man, Mario Corley, 40, from Saginaw, Texas, was also arrested in Charleston, S.C. as part of the same investigation.

During the arrest on last Saturday, another man, Jerome Corley was fatally shot.

The federal sting started back in January 2011, when Mr. Mickle entered negotiations with what he thought were members of the Lot Zetas Cartel, in order to purchase marijuana in return for stolen weapons.

Mickle and Epps, first tried to organize the drugs shipment with the undercover agents, but are said to have brought Kevin Corley in after agents inquired about arms.

Kevin Corley traveled to Laredo on Jan. 7, to meet with undercover DEA agents and discuss the murder-for-hire scheme, where, according to the official complaint filing (PDF), “Kevin Corley proposed a $50,000 fee to perform the contract killing and retrieve the 20 kilograms of cocaine, and Kevin Corley offered to refund the money if the victim survived… also told the agents he would accept cocaine in lieu of the fee for his service, but ultimately agreed to accept $50,000 and five kilograms of cocaine for a full team.”

So we have Kevin Corley leading a US Military hit-squad for the DEA’s faux Zetas, and later conspiring to supplying drugs to these same Zetas.

A few interesting questions remain regarding this latest bizarre operation:

One of the unanswered questions here is why Kevin Corley and Walker was discharged from duty right before their unit were due to be deployed to Afghanistan in February? According to an earlier AP/Huff Post report:

Kevin Corley was discharged from the Army on March 13, according to the Army Human Resources Command. Fort Carson officials said Walker is on active duty, and that both men were assigned to the 4th Brigade Combat Team, part of the 4th Infantry Division.

Fort Carson didn’t know the circumstances of Corley’s discharge, and the Army Human Resources Command declined to provide details. The 4th Brigade began deploying to Afghanistan in mid-February, though it wasn’t immediately known whether Walker or Corley had been expected to be part of that deployment.

More importantly, however, is the question of how Sgt. Corley and his gang were able to organize a 500 lb truck load of marijuana for his undercover DEA associates. The gang’s truck load containing their consignment of marijuana was pulled over and seized by federal agents in mid-January. Kevin Corley, Jerome Corley and Epps were driving in the vehicle ahead of the shipment, but were not pulled over.

Faster and More Furious?

It is within these very kind of operations where Congress has raised the same concern over a gun-smuggling operation known as Fast and Furious, in which agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives(under the direction of the US Department of Justice) allowed suspected smugglers to buy and transport some 30,000 guns across the Mexican border- an operation which eventually led to the death of at least one American Border Patrol agent who was shot to death by Mexican drug cartel gunman, but who really knows how many lives those 30,000+ guns claimed after they were shipped into Mexico via the US federal government.

Corley’s initial truck load of marijuana is said to have been apprehended in South Carolina, but oddly, this set-back which would normally amount to a huge loss in terms of the street value of the drugs lost, did not seem to deter Corley and his gang from continuing to be strung along by the DEA as their sting continued. Despite the seizure, the official complaint alleges that Kevin Corley continued trying to arrange for marijuana shipments in February and March to his accomplice Mario Corley in South Carolina.

One might ask: how could a couple of Afghan soldiers might get a hold of 500 lbs haul of drugs? Possibly Mexico. But Mexico is one of the world’s top marijuana producers…

It might be worth some consideration here that according to the UN Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), Afghanistan is now the world’s largest cannabis producer, surpassing Morocco. It’s well known already that Afghanistan is the world’s largest opium poppy producer as well, supplying more than 90% of the illicit global market for opium and heroin – and that the US military and the CIA, are known to play a pivotal role in facilitating both the production and export side of this lucrative product.

Not that the war zone drug cultivation business is any real surprise to readers who have been following developments in Afghanistan. Still though, it remains one of the most hush-hush subjects, and one which will rarely appear in the spotlight.

Opium production used to be down to almost zero under the Taliban, pre-2001. After the U.S. and UK forces invaded, production picked up exponentially from around 700 tons in 2001, to about 8,000 tons in 2008, for a profit in the region of $500 billion. So by now, in 2012, few can argue against the reality that there exists a genuine link between the War on Terror and the War on Drugs.

U.S. Army soldiers have been growers and guards of the poppy fields in Afghanistan, assisting banks who launder billions and support war lords like Whalid Karzai maintain control of the business there.

As author Michel Chossudovsky explains in his 2007 article on the drugs trade,“The Golden Crescent drug trade, launched by the CIA in the early 1980s, continues to be protected by US intelligence, in liaison with NATO occupation forces and the British military. In recent developments, British occupation forces have promoted opium cultivation through paid radio advertisements.”

Only last month, national reports exposed the likelihood that US forces have recently handed over much of this regional drug-mule work to the Afghan Air Force (AAF), which was established largely with American funds, using their airplanes to transport drugs and arm around the region.

The other protagonist disguised as Los Zetas, the DEA, are by no means above the fray here, as they also have a history of profiting from the very drug trade they are meant to be curtailing, as the New York Times reported in as recently as last year:

“Undercover American narcotics agents have laundered or smuggled millions of dollars in drug proceeds as part of Washington’s expanding role in Mexico’s fight against drug cartels, according to current and former federal law enforcement officials.”

Corley’s 4th Brigade Combat Team is part of the 4th Infantry Division – a unique division where unit are organized in 3-year life cycles, designed to enhance ’predictability’ for members of the unit. Certainly, it would be within this very environment that soldiers inclined towards entrepreneurship could forge strong relationship, and links – even illicit ones.

Far-fetched? Perhaps. But on its face, this federal case involving arms, drugs and active duty US soldiers - is no ordinary one.

But neither are the black operations currently being conducted by the DEA and the CIA.

And neither is the decade-long war in Afghanistan.

“I don’t care about no damn lawsuit” officer yells at media

Two NBC journalists were handcuffed and threatened by Chicago police after attempting to report on the murder of a 6-year-old girl yesterday, NBC Chicago reports.

Another NBC journalist was also detained by police outside Mt. Sinai Hospital, where the girl had been taken following a fatal shooting during city wide violence over the weekend.

Police were called to the hospital shortly after reporters arrived on the scene. The journalists said they has already moved away from a public sidewalk and across the street at the request of the police.

One police officer was then caught on camera telling other members of the media “Your First Amendment right can be terminated if you’re creating a scene or whatever. Your First Amendment right has got limitations.”

When the reporters asked for clarification on how they were creating a scene, the officer replied, “Your presence is creating a scene.”

“This is what we do for a living!” one reporter replied, before another added“You’ve got a lawsuit coming.”

“I don’t care about no damn lawsuit!” the officer fired back. “F*ck a lawsuit. Just ’cause you sue doesn’t mean you’re going to win.”

Photographer Donte Williams and WGN Reporter Dan Ponce were then handcuffed and briefly detained by the officer, who threatened them with trespassing charges.

The police say they acted following claims that the reporters had attempted to enter a secure area of the hospital.

The two reporters, along with NBC Chicago Reporter Christian Farr deny that they attempted to go inside the hospital. The two were released without charge.

Later appearing on WLS Radio, Dan Ponce said “This is in front of a hospital. The reporters and photographers were standing on the median sidewalk when the officer started yelling at us, telling us to get further away. We decided to take a stand.”

The Chicago Police Department released the following statement on the incident:

The Chicago Police Department did not charge anyone with criminal trespass in connection with yesterday’s incident, which involved the unfortunate and senseless loss of a young child. We removed two individuals from the hospital at the request of hospital security guards, who asserted that the individuals had tried to go past them into secure and private areas of the hospital. The security guards declined to press charges and the individuals were released.

Our members were attempting to protect and respect both the grieving family members of the child, and the memory of the child herself during a very stressful time for all parties involved.

As always, we will carefully review the allegations in the event further action is warranted.

The First Amendment right to assemble and protest is going to get a black eye in 2012—as it has every time there has been an upsurge in America’s social justice movements.

Already in city after city, protesters and civil rights lawyers are troubled by proposed and newly enacted anti-protest rules, many of which are likely to be found unconstitutional if they have their day in court. In the meantime mayors, police and in some cases federal agencies are making detailed plans to thwart protests at local and national events.

In many cities, ordinances aimed at Occupy protesters are emerging to restrict protests and anything resembling camping on sidewalks, streets and parks. New fees are being drawn up to discourage large demonstrations. Anti-leafleting and postering rules are also muzzling people trying to spread the word about events. And all of that is being shepherded with a new pretext for using paramilitary tactics, replacing last year’s “health and safety” excuse for sweeping away Occupy sites with the rationale of protecting “national security” in a presidential election year.

The establishment media has characterized the leader of LulzSec ratting out his hacktivist comrades as betrayal, but the incident reveals something far more sinister – government is responsible for creating and unleashing computer hacker groups.

Hector Xavier Monsegur, said to be the leader of LulzSec, worked for the FBI, according to news reports. He was reportedly arrested in Puerto Rico last June, pleaded guilty to hacking charges, and then began working with the FBI – or so the cover story would have it.

Monsequr, aka Sabu, decided what targets to attack and who would participate in the attacks, more than likely at the direction of this FBI handlers. It is believed he participated in the Anonymous effort to hack HBGary, the security firm that works closely with the CIA, NSA, FBI, and the Pentagon.

Sabu’s Lulz Security, commonly abbreviated as LulzSec, claimed responsibility for taking the CIA website offline. It also attacked Fox News, PBS, Sony, and a number of gamer sites. LulzSec claims to have hacked local InfraGard chapter sites, the organization affiliated with the FBI, and released the emails and passwords of a number of users of senate.gov.

LulzSec and Anonymous attacks have provided the government with an excuse to push their cyber security agenda and propaganda campaign, including the proposal for a “kill switch” that would have allowed Obama to shut down the internet (due to public outrage, the proposal was dropped from a House bill in February).

Government and corporate groups cited LulzSec and Anonymous lawlessness last June to push the so-called Protect IP Act (known as PIPA). The introduction of a House version of the bill, dubbed SOPA (Stop Online Privacy Act), was met with public outrage and widespread activism that forced Congress to reconsider the legislation.

In October, Mother Jones revealed that the FBI is notorious for creating supposed terrorist groups from scratch and then framing patsies in order to claim the government is protecting the United States from terrorists and also breathe life into an otherwise moribund war on mostly nonexistent terrorism.

Sabu’s role as an FBI provocateur working inside LulzSec reveals the government is attempting to do the same in order to push its so-called cybersecurity agenda. The establishment is eager to pass a raft of legislation to closely regulate the internet, strip the medium of its anonymity, and close it down as an activism and alternative media tool.

With the sudden death of Andrew Breitbart immediately prior his plans to release footage damning of Obama, the recent firings of Judge Napolitano and Patrick Buchanan, and the IRS harassment of anti-war critic Cindy Sheehan (notably alone in left-leaning protests of Obama in the post-Bush era), we have the suggestion of a great purging of critics in the lead-up to the 2012 elections.

Breitbart, in particular, was reportedly meeting with Sheriff Joe Arpaio and others in his final days, signaling a possible resurgence of challenges to Obama’s eligibility and re-electability. Meanwhile, an admitted secret media war has been taking place against the Ron Paul campaign.

“Right,” wrong, or in between, several prominent critics of President Obama, or of the controlled, staged elections & left-right paradigm in general, have been targeted in recent months (or, alternately, fallen on bad luck). With respect to the fact that the full picture is still obscured, something is brewing here.

FLASHBACK: Reported Obama Enemies List

Breitbart, Napolitano, Buchanan and Sheehan weren’t on the list reported by the Globe in September 2009, released well within Obama’s first year in office. But at least some of those who’ve come under fire lately were listed on the reported “enemies list” tied to the Obama White House. Among those are Glenn Beck, Rupert Murdoch and country music legend Hank Williams, Jr. Whatever their own issues, baggage, or integrity in reporting, all have been targeted in a larger suppression of free speech.

While most of those on this list are typical neo-con rightwing critics, some like Jesse Jackson were anything but. Others, like Larry Sinclair, were leveling allegations at the time, but have since failed to gain significant traction or larger media attention.

But does the list, which also included Alex Jones shortly after the release of his film The Obama Deception, prove accurate in highlighting the vindictiveness and methodical targeting of the Obama team or its allies? Does it paint a picture of media targets yet to come as the 2012 vote approaches?

• #1 Glenn Beck was pressured off of Fox News, according to analysis, due to over-reporting on George Soros, including a great deal of legitimate and damning info. Undoubtedly, the Soros network of operations was hitting back.

• #11 Rupert Murdoch, a veritable media Don, has been targeted via the News of the World scandal, with the various roles of he and his staff and family still under investigation. Reports of behind the scenes threats of blackmail or compromise have circulated, while fresh attempts at lawsuits are underway.

• #17 Hank Williams, Jr. was booted from the NFL’s Monday Night Football after comments he made on Fox News comparing Obama to Hitler. Bizarrely, Williams was an obscure and infrequently outspoken critic, not nearly in the same limelight or spheres of political influence as the others mentioned here.

Certainly, the Globe’s 2009 report is not the only account of an Obama enemies list or of the embrace of such tactics.

In February 2012, only a few weeks ago, the Washington Times reported on a separate element in Barack Obama’s counter-opposition enemies list phenomenon that it argued as critical to the re-election strategy:

While he may not have an official “enemies list” in writing like Richard Nixon did, he certainly has spent far too much time demonizing private citizens for a sin no greater than disagreeing with him.

He tried demonizing Fox News. They were derided as not being a real news network. Everything Mr. Obama does is poll-tested, and the bashing of Fox News stopped once the polls showed that the strategy was failing. Fox News has a larger audience than its competitors combined, and attacking over half the news watching public was not smart.

He tried demonizing talk radio, starting with Rush Limbaugh. This strategy failed miserably because Rush thrives on such criticism. If Bill Clinton was the best thing that ever happened to Rush Limbaugh, Barack Obama was a close second. Attacking Rush allows him to rally his supporters, energizing them in a way Mr. Obama does not want. This is like stoking the bear, and Mr. Obama quickly surrendered that fight.

[...] He wanted to demonize Congress, but for the first two years of his presidency the Democrats controlled everything. The Republicans held a majority on the Supreme Court, so he attacked the High Court. That failed.

 

The Wall Street Journal, like this Washington Post article, also reported on the heated and sustained targeting of the Koch Brothers, in describing the Obama White House’s use of an enemies list.

Back in the 2008 presidential campaign, the Obama campaign concerted under the color of law to intimidate critics against telling “lies,” threatening to arrest those trying to portray the then-aspiring candidate in a manner counter to the image the O-team projected. Now, with a total dedication to war, fronting for Wall Street’s record looting and very real questions about the sitting president’s providence and qualifications for office, it is clear the projected image was itself the real “lie.”

The fact Mitt couldn’t address a short question about the NDAA and the Patriot Act is telling enough. I certainly don’t want a president whose Secret Service detail removes voters who voice their opinions, this is still America and dissent should be considered patriotism.

Mitt Romney clearly aims to aid the bankers looting of the taxpayer. He favors central banking over free markets, and meddles in the economy by supporting bailouts over bankruptcy. This man may seem well rounded in the economic department but he works for Wall Street and receives the same support as Mr. Obama from the same banks. A vote for Romney in 2012 is a vote for the status quo, the big banks, and likely higher taxes as well.

During the latest “debate” in South Carolina, Mitt Romney said that if he were president he would sign the the National Defense Authorization Act.

Prior to his recent assertion that it is perfectly normal to dispense with the Fourth Amendment and suspend habeas corpus, Romney said he wasn’t up to speed on the law and promised to post an analysis on his website, which he never did.

Romney said you don’t have the “right to join a group that has challenged America” and then mentioned al-Qaeda, the terror group that the FBI admits poses little threat to the nation.

The NDAA, however, is not about indefinitely detaining Muslim cave dwellers. It’s about disappearing American citizens who oppose the bankster cartel now in control of the government.

The law is a “violent and sudden usurpation” of the Constitution of the sort James Madison warned about. The founders considered habeas corpus the most fundamental of rights because it insured that the executive branch could not hold people without cause. It was so important the founders included it in Article 1, Section 9, Clause 2 of the Constitution.

Truman tried to veto the Internal Security Act of 1950 that codified indefinite detention without trial but he was overturned by Congress.Truman said it was “the greatest danger to freedom of speech, press, and assembly” since the Alien and Sedition Laws of 1798 and represented a “mockery of the Bill of Rights” and was a “long step toward totalitarianism.”

As Sherwood Ross notes, with the passage of the NDAA, we have returned “to the disgraceful Korematsu Era, when President Roosevelt ordered the military to round up law-abiding Japanese-American citizens and stick them in concentration camps for the duration of World War II.”

World War II, however, had an end, whereas the bogus war on terrorism is designed to last forever, as our leaders have stated on a number of occasions.

Romney has no opinion on the Constitution, Magna Carta, and centuries of common law. He is an empty vessel filled up with nonsense produced by the global elite who run the disgusting dog and pony shows that now pass as elections in the United States.

The ruling elite behind the curtain have worked slowly and methodically to dismantle the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. It stands in the way of their plan to implement world government and a global banking and economic system. Habeas corpus is a thorn in the side that prevents them from sending out the military to disappear those of us opposed to their plan for a global totalitarian future now under construction. They now have that power.

As the tyranny of destructive government envelops our once-free society, have you noticed how oppression, censorship and government aggression against the people is always defended as somehow protecting public safety?

Consider these astonishing contradictions:

• The government claims that every single air traveler must be intimately searched and confirmed harmless in order to protect the safety of a few hundred passengers on the plane, but that very same government conducts no safety testing whatsoever on each batch of toxic fluoride chemicals dumped into municipal water supplies that threaten the health of tens of millions!

• The government aggressively attacks raw milk farmers and food cooperatives who sell fresh milk to a few hundred people, claiming raw milk is extremely dangerous to the public, yet that same government does absolutely nothing to protect the public from MSG (obesity), aspartame (seizures and blindness), high fructose corn syrup (diabetes), sodium nitrite (cancer) and artificial food colors (behavioral disorders) that impact virtually the entire population! (At least a million times as many people eat MSG than drink raw dairy…)

• The government claims that it has the right to force all children to be forcibly vaccinated because it “protects society,” yet this is by definition an open admission that vaccines don’t work because otherwise all the vaccinated children would be 100% protected against unvaccinated children in the first place (and having unvaccinated children running around wouldn’t matter).

• The FDA is now proposing that long-time nutritional supplement ingredients like vitamin C, ginger root and Echinacea must undergo a lengthy new safety review and approval process, yet the USDA openly approves the widespread experimental planting of genetically modified crops (GMOs) with absolutely no safety testing whatsoever — all under the absurd presumption that GMOs are essentially “identical” to non-GMO crops. Except they aren’t identical, otherwise they couldn’t be patented, could they? What part of the word “modified” does the USDA not grasp?

• In many cities, the government says all children must wear helmets when riding their bicycles while adults are required to wear helmets when they ride motorcycles. But all those same people are openly allowed to go break their legs and crack their skulls wide open on a ski slope without even signing a waiver! Why is bicycling down the sidewalk so dangerous while barreling down a 3,000-foot mountain on a snowboard is acceptably safe? (Hint: because it’s not about safety, it’s about tourism money.)

• The federal government says that private citizens should only prepare for a maximum of a 3-day event such as a hurricane or storm. But the federal government itself has spent tens of billions of dollars building massive underground cave networks where decades of supplies are stockpiled: Food, water, guns, ammunition, medical supplies, communications equipment, non-hybrid seeds and much more. The message? YOU don’t need to be safe, but WE do!

• City police departments claim they can roll their video cameras 24/7, filming you and your actions that happen in public spaces because it’s all part of “public safety.” But what happens when YOU try to film the police in those same public spaces? So who is keeping the People safe from crooked cops, then?

• The government says its War on Drugs protects the public from all the danger and criminality of the underground drug market. But it’s the government that forced the drug market to go underground by criminalizing it! By choosing to decriminalize all recreational drug use, the government could end the criminality, suck all the profits out of street dealing, end the drug gang violence, collapse the Mexican drug cartels and halt the DEA’s drug war violence which frequently results in rogue agents breaking down the wrong guy’s door in the middle of the night and then shooting the family dog.

If the government really cared about public safety, they would protect the citizens from the DEA!

• You’re supposed to be scared of using nasal irrigation devices which the CDC now warns may cause you to die from “brain-eating amoeba!” (http://denver.cbslocal.com/2012/02/28/cdc-issues-warning-about-nasal-…) But at the same time, when the Fukushima nuclear facility went into a total meltdown and unleashed radioactive fallout across North America, Americans were all told there was nothing to worry about (while the EPA quietly raised the “allowable limits” of radiation exposure by literally 50,000 times or more for some isotopes).

• The CDC and WHO declared a “stage 6 pandemic” over the H5N1 flu scare, setting off a worldwide fear campaign focused on public safety. Yet when evidence continues to surface about all the tens of thousands of children who are stricken with autism each year — mere hours after receiving multiple vaccine shots — the government abandons any thought of safety and quietly pays off the parents of the autistic children through a secret vaccine injury compensation court whose cash payouts require total silence on the part of parents. Other government experiments conducted under the banner of public safety

No matter what the government is trying to pull — banning public protests, stealing an election, starting a war, disarming the nation or pushing a crazy new medical agenda — it’s always framed in the context of “public safety.” Because the government never does anything wrong or abusive to people, does it?

Then what about these true facts of history?

• 1932 – The U.S. Public Health Service in Tuskegee, Ala. diagnoses 400 poor, black sharecroppers with syphilis but never tells them of their illness nor treats them; instead researchers use the men as human guinea pigs to follow the symptoms and progression of the disease. They all eventually die from syphilis and their families are never told that they could have been treated (Goliszek, University of Virginia Health System Health Sciences Library). • 1945 – The U.S. State Department, Army intelligence and the CIA begin Operation Paperclip, offering Nazi scientists immunity and secret identities in exchange for work on top-secret government projects on aerodynamics and chemical warfare medicine in the United States (“Project Paperclip”).

• 1946 – The U.S. government knowingly funded and deliberately engaged in criminal medical experiments against Guatemalan prisoners, and the scientists engaged in these crimes were then promoted to high levels of influence in the medical community. At least 5,500 people were drafted into the experiments, including children, women and the mentally ill. The number deliberately infected with sexually-transmitted diseases (STDs) exceeded 1,300. Many died.

• 1947 – Col. E.E. Kirkpatrick of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission (AEC) issues a top-secret document (707075) dated Jan. 8. In it, he writes that “certain radioactive substances are being prepared for intravenous administration to human subjects as a part of the work of the contract” (Goliszek).

A secret AEC document dated April 17 reads, “It is desired that no document be released which refers to experiments with humans that might have an adverse reaction on public opinion or result in legal suits,” revealing that the U.S. government was aware of the health risks its nuclear tests posed to military personnel conducting the tests or nearby civilians (Goliszek).

• 1978 – The CDC begins experimental hepatitis B vaccine trials in New York. Its ads for research subjects specifically ask for promiscuous homosexual men. Professor Wolf Szmuness of the Columbia University School of Public Health had made the vaccine’s infective serum from the pooled blood serum of hepatitis-infected homosexuals and then developed it in chimpanzees, the only animal susceptible to hepatitis B, leading to the theory that HIV originated in chimpanzees before being transferred over to humans via this vaccine. A few months after 1,083 homosexual men receive the vaccine, New York physicians begin noticing cases of Kaposi’s sarcoma, Mycoplasma penetrans and a new strain of herpes virus among New York’s homosexual community — diseases not usually seen among young, American men, but that would later be known as common opportunistic diseases associated with AIDS (Goliszek). • 1996 – Professor Adil E. Shamoo of the University of Maryland and the organization Citizens for Responsible Care and Research sends a written testimony on the unethical use of veterans in medical research to the U.S. Senate’s Committee on Governmental Affairs, stating: “This type of research is on-going nationwide in medical centers and VA hospitals supported by tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money. These experiments are high risk and are abusive, causing not only physical and psychic harm to the most vulnerable groups but also degrading our society’s system of basic human values. Probably tens of thousands of patients are being subjected to such experiments” (“Testimony of Adil E. Shamoo, Ph.D.”).

• 1997 – In an experiment sponsored by the U.S. government, researchers withhold medical treatment from HIV-positive African-American pregnant women, giving them a placebo rather than AIDS medication.

Far from protecting public safety, Big Government is the greatest threat to your safety

Question: Which institution is responsible for the most human suffering, genocide and murder across human history? Is it some terrorist group? Some band of evil rebels?

Nope, it’s government. Government is the single most dangerous entity across human history, responsible for the mass murder of hundreds of millions of people (and growing daily).

Think about it: Government is what puts fluoride poison in your water. Government allows mad scientists to plant GM crops containing death poisons. We live in a funny world.

In Iran and the East, anti-government dissidents look to the West for news and analysis. In America and the West, anti-government dissidents look to the East for news and analysis.

Channels like Iran’s Press TV and Russia’s Russia Today are big hits with the truth-tellers of the West. But they’re not offering their media services out of a sense of responsibility to the truth and a genuine interest in journalism. State media propagandists, whether in the West or the East, don’t care about truth-telling, but protecting the interests of their state right or wrong.

The despotic governments of Iran and Russia are waging an information war against the despotic governments of America, Israel, and England, which, in turn, are waging an information war against them. All the totalitarian governments involved in the global information war are benefiting from the stupid and counter-productive war between the West and the East.

But not all sides are equally guilty. The totalitarian fascists in America, Israel, and the West are the criminal aggressors in this clash of civilizations. Their mass murder of innocent Americans on September 11, 2001, is a monstrous crime that they have gotten away with because of their vast media warfare and state propaganda operations.

There has been a planet-wide resistance movement against the mind invaders and truth destroyers in the Pentagon, CIA, Mossad, and MI6. The biggest heart of this civil society movement is in the heart of America–Austin, Texas, the Alex Jones show. But that is only one heart. There are many other hearts around the world that are pumping much-needed truth and knowledge into the global intelligence nervous system.

The global mainstream media has been blocking the flow of information and facts into the global intelligence nervous system since the September 11 state-terror attacks. But they have failed, especially in North America and the West, where most educated citizens are demanding a new investigation into the events of 9/11.

In Canada, courageous citizens have signed a petition that calls for the Canadian Parliament to review and reexamine the September 11 events. Wayne Coste has more information about this positive development in his article, “Pivotal 9/11 Petition Confronts Canadian Parliament”:

“On November 11, 2011, the petition for a parliamentary review of the destruction of the three WTC skyscrapers on 9/11 was submitted to the Government of Canada by members of the Canadian 9/11 truth movement. The petition will soon be formally read in Parliament.

It was signed by 1,405 Canadians, and under long standing protocols, a formal response is required within 45 days.”

This act by Canadian citizens is a great victory for the 9/11 truth and justice movement. It is further proof that the bad guys in Washington, Tel Aviv, London, and Ottawa are losing their hypnotic hold on the global public.

Last year, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said that the U.S. is losing in the global infowar. Speaking in Washington on March 2nd, 2011 at the Senate Appropriations Committee, the witch of war declared: “We are in an information war, and we are losing that war.” The bloodthirsty demon added:

“I’ll be very blunt in my assessment. Al Jazeera is winning. The Chinese have opened up a global English language and multi-language television network. The Russians have opened up an English-language network. I’ve seen it in a few countries, and it is quite instructive.”

Washington and Israel are losing the global infowar because the force of truth and justice is not on their side. They have turned their backs on reality and on democracy. They have decided to go in Satan’s corner, and spit on the creations of God. These totalitarian fascists have deified the State, sacrificed innocent human beings on the mountain of war, and destroyed the creative forces of society.

First and foremost, the Totalitarian State is a mind-killer and a truth-destroyer. It spreads intellectual poison and contaminates civil society with foolish beliefs and illogical hatred towards the Other in distant and foreign lands. The totalitarian and deified states in America, Israel, and Iran should all be destroyed. These Machiavellian and devilish governments are wasting our youth, our hopes, our energy, our potential, and our future.

The totalitarian leaders of America, Israel, and Iran brainwash heroic soldiers and treat them like cannon fodder. They are all committing crimes against the rule of law and human rights. They exploit public grief and anger for their own selfish political purposes. They are spitting on the blood of our forefathers and our ancestors. They wage war in the name of our countries and our religions. They lay siege to our lands and our cultures with totalitarian ideologies, and call it freedom.

They burn our flags and destroy our cultures in the name of world government and “global harmony.” They are creating a global hell, while posing as the enlightened ones who will save us from annihilation by imprisoning our nations in a fascist and despotic world government. They believe we are stupid slaves and that we will fall for their big lies, historical frauds, and grand deceptions.

But the global 9/11 truth and justice movement is proving them wrong. We are putting our priorities in perspective.

Instead of chanting “Death to America,” “Death to Israel,” “Death to the West,” “Death to Iran,” and “Death to Islam,” we should chant “Death to the Totalitarian State,” “Death to Fascism,” “Death to Psychopathic War Criminals,” and “Death To A Despotic World Government.”

May all the totalitarian fascist leaders of America, Israel, England, and Iran burn in hell. And may we all come together as one and send them there before they begin World War III and send us all to early graves.

The authoritarian and despotic leaders of America, Israel, and England want a world war. Fine. Good. I want war too. But let it be a war of ideas, information, facts, and truths against these totalitarian governments and their media puppets, not a manufactured clash of civilizations between the West and the East.

We should not stand in perpetual shock like lambs and watch America, Iran, Israel, Syria, Pakistan, Lebanon and other nations fight an unnecessary world war only to be sacrificedon the altar of world government by satanic psychopaths. That is not fate, that is spiritual madness.

Federal agency seeks to track “effectiveness of public affairs messaging”

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has followed in the footsteps of the DHS in looking to hire a private contractor that will monitor news coverage of the agency’s activities on a 24/7 basis.

“FEMA is planning to award a 100% small business set-aside contract to a media monitoring firm that can monitor, archive and measure all local news in “major Nielsen markets,” all nationally broadcast news and all cable outlets for their news coverage of FEMA activities in the field across the U.S.,” reports Government Security News.

The program is similar in nature to a Department of Homeland Security monitoring effort that stoked controversy and a congressional hearing after it emerged that the DHS had hired an outside contractor, General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems, to monitor social media outlets along with a list of websites, on a “24/7/365 basis,” in order to uncover “any media reports that reflect adversely on the U.S. Government and the Department.”

This included monitoring remarks by residents of Standish, Michigan in “newspaper comment talkbacks, local blogs, Twitter posts, and publicly available Facebook posts,” to gage the response to a plan to bring Guantanamo Bay detainees to a local prison.

Although the FEMA contract does not specifically mention the monitoring of blogs and comments made by Internet users, it does call for the program to “Monitor the effectiveness of public affairs messaging,” which implies that feedback from citizens regarding FEMA’s activities will be part of the process.

The FEMA contract for the monitoring service explains that the agency is looking for information on “media statistics including the audience exposure and publicity value” for news items related to FEMA.

Concerned about its reputation in the eyes of American citizens who are growing increasingly wary of big government, this is not the first time FEMA has reached out to try and massage its image following the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, which “evoked some of the harshest criticism the agency has ever faced.”

As we exclusively reported in 2006, a story that was later confirmed by KSLA news agency the following year, FEMA has created ‘Clergy Response Teams’ trained by the federal government to “quell dissent” and pacify citizens to obey the government in the event of a declaration of martial law.

The program recruited pastors and other religious representatives to become secret police enforcers who teach their congregations to “obey the government” in preparation for the implementation of martial law, property and firearm seizures, mass vaccination programs and forced relocation.

Even in the absence of such emergencies, the federal government has already announced that it is actively monitoring social media for signs of “social unrest”, in a bid to pre-empt any sign of civil dislocation within the United States.

Representatives from the Department of Homeland Security yesterday stonewalled a Congressional hearing into the DHS’ monitoring of news and social media by refusing to give specific answers on what measures were being taken to prevent the program creating a “chilling effect” whereby people would be afraid to leave negative comments in online forums for fear of retribution.

The Electronic Privacy Information Center, who obtained 300 documents via a FOIA request detailing how the DHS was tracking websites like the Drudge Report, Huffington Post, Facebook and Twitter, submitted a statement to the Subcommittee Hearing arguing that “The DHS monitoring of social networks and media organizations is entirely without legal basis and threatens important free speech and expression rights.”

An anonymous source has sent photos to Infowars.com of a FEMA training camp located at Ford Leonard, Missouri. Sam will talk with Alex Jones on his nationally syndicated radio show today.

The FEMA camp whistleblower was contracted to work at the camp. He describes it as a “civilian inmate training camp” and told Infowars.com he has spotted foreign troops in maroon and purple uniforms instructing troops in the use of baton tactics and crowd control techniques.

He said there has been “incredible activity” at the camp since the passage of NDAA.

Prior to Obama’s signing the NDAA bill into law on January 1 of this year, we reported on a push to outfit FEMA and Army camps around the United States. Documents on the effort were forwarded to us by a state government employee who wanted to remain anonymous.

In January, witnesses came forward with evidence of a FEMA rendition facility located at the airport in Los Angeles.

FEMA camps are a touchy subject for the government. In December 2010, an episode of Jesse Ventura’s Conspiracy Theory covering FEMA camps, fusion centers and the police state did not re-air on TruTV after the government put pressure on the network.

On the Thursday evening edition of Infowars Nightly News, Alex Jones featured photo evidence of a FEMA rendition facility located at the airport in Los Angeles.

The photos and an interview with an eyewitness who described the facility and its inward facing barbed wire fence and one-way turnstiles add more compelling evidence to the indisputable fact that FEMA operates as a modern version of the Gestapo.

FEMA CAMPS EXPOSED: Alex presents newly exposed footage filmed at LAX airport in Los Angeles confirming a 'rendition hub' capable of processing thousands of people per hour from straight off the tarmac and other transportation points. Further, Alex dredges up video clips of other facilities used in the past for mass containment of dissenters- from Pier 57 in New York City used to detain those rounded-up during mass arrests at the 2004 Republican National Convention to the former Mueller Airport facility in Austin which news clips exposed had been converted to hold mass arrestees to the Sand Point Naval Station in Seattle used for 1999 WTO protesters. This is, of course, only the tip of the iceberg, yet demonstrates the growing apparatus aimed at American dissenters in the Homeland.

FEMA Camps for the American People

Numerous FEMA camps scattered across the country are not designed to temporarily hold displaced citizens during natural disasters as the government would have us believe. Despite the denial and dismissal of the corporate media – most notably Glenn Beck – the camps are intended for the real enemy of the government and its banker overlords: the American people.

In the above video, Alex also spotlights rendition facilities located at the Robert Mueller Airport in Austin, Texas, the Sand Point FEMA rendition hub in Washington state, and the notorious site at Pier 57 in New York City.

The LAX hub is especially pertinent as the military and LA cops engage in Posse Comitatus busting exercises this week. “The LAPD said the purpose of the training was in part to ensure the military’s ability to operate in urban environments,” CBS Los Angeles reported on Wednesday.

CBS, of course, did not draw any conclusions after it reported that military helicopters staged from Dodgers Stadium and ferried back and forth from local parks in the city. Sports stadiums have historically served as impromptu prisons for military dictatorships. (Editor’s note: see this article. Miami is attempting to use stadiums to house the homeless, thus setting a precedent.)

The government has conducted a number of beta tests over the years in preparation for mass arrests and ultimately extraordinary renditions to black site torture dungeons.

In addition to an alarming number of high profile military exercises, the government has worked in tandem with local police during events such as the the Republican and Democrat national conventions and periodic gatherings of the globalist elite in Pittsburgh and elsewhere. During the events, they have beta tested and honed their ability to arrest large numbers of people and hold them in squalid detention centers.

Legal Precedents and Police State Preparations

The NDAA, National Defense Authorization Act, and the Enemy Expatriation Act are recent efforts to build a legal – if entirely unconstitutional – foundation for the police state and its semi-secret network of gulags and rendition camps under the auspices of FEMA.

Prior to the NDAA, the government established important precedents through the Patriot Act and the Military Commissions Act, the latter a direct effort to nullify habeas corpus and allow the government to disappear suspected citizens.

The Constitution-busting Patriot Act emerged from the hysteria following the attacks of September 11, 2001, and spawned a raft of proposed “anti-terror” legislation, including The Universal National Service Act of 2003 and Patriot Act II, an earlier effort to trash habeas corpus. NDAA allows for the wholesale kidnapping and disappearance of American citizens into the above mentioned FEMA camps. The legislation was paraded before the American people under the guise of fighting phantom terrorists, but as a large number of legal experts, civil libertarians and commentators have noted, it is designed for the American people, not al-Qaeda miscreants.

The National Emergency Centers Act or HR 645 was established to provide a legal context for the camps covered above. The bill mandates that six separate facilities be established in different Federal Emergency Management Agency Regions (FEMA) throughout the country. In December, we covered a push by KBR to outfit FEMA and U.S. Army camps around the United States under federal government contract. KBR’s call for FEMA camp service bids arrived soon after the NDAA was passed in the Senate.

Contingency plans to suspend the Constitution and abduct enemies of the state go back to at least the 1980s. Rex 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984, was established under the pretext of a “mass exodus” of illegal aliens crossing the Mexican/US border, the same pretense used in the language of the KBR request for services.

During the Iran-Contra hearings in 1987, however, it was revealed that the program was a secretive “scenario and drill” developed by the federal government to suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, assign military commanders to take over state and local governments, and detain large numbers of American citizens determined by the government to be “national security threats.”

FEMA Rendition Camps: The Emergent Face of Fascism in America

Rex 84, Operation Cable Splicer, and Garden Plot are programs specifically designed to facilitate the recently enacted NDAA and the above mentioned legislation and more going back to Clinton in the wake of the OKC bombing and the Waco massacre in the 1990s.

The effort to turn America into a military police state where free-thinkers not drinking the government’s kool-aid can easily be disappeared into a nightmare world of secret CIA rendition flights to eastern European torture centers grew serious legs following the September 11 attacks and has entered a hyper state now that the NDAA is law.

Startling details on the rendition center at LAX adds more credence to the indisputable fact that the government is working to establish a network of camps for its political enemies. It underscores the fact that the controllers are hellbent on fully realizing fascism in America, complete with concentration camps where those opposed to the quest for global domination disappear, never to be seen again.
