| “Satisfied” and “Well Pleased” With Totalitarianism - Monday, March 18, 2013Becky Akers The LRC Blog March 18, 2013 Not content with bullying and sexually assaulting aviation’s passengers, the TSA also fields what it risibly calls “VIPR teams.” These thugs invade other forms of transportation to intimidate-sorry, convince the serfs that Big Brother bosses busses and ferries, too, not just airplanes. Some VIPRs in Chicago hit the city’s Metra (alas, not literally) last week. They carried — get this — “hand-held nuclear-detection devices.” Hmmm. I guess the CIA and FBI have progressed beyond blow-torches for bridges when ginning up “terrorist” plots. At any rate, these bozos “picked up a reading. … Jerry Jones, a Chicago lawyer, was heading home on that train. He says the federal officers narrowed the trouble to the area where he was sitting. … Little did he know a nuclear stress test he had at a hospital earlier in the day had set off silent alarms and sent security scurrying. … The tests can leave patients emitting radiation for some time. After showing identification and proof of the nuclear test, Jones and the other passengers were allowed to go on their way.” Here we have the Thieves and Sexual Assailants doing what they do best: interfering with and hassling innocent people going about their business. But ol’ Jerr — a lawyer, remember, who presumably understands and prizes due process — “says he’s satisfied with the way authorities acted, ‘knowing there are people on the lookout for this type of thing,’ and was pleased with the way officers and passengers behaved.” Like sheeple everywhere, Jerr either doesn’t know or care that the Constitution never empowers the Feds to impede or harass us as we travel. Nor has he any apprehension that such abuse is the hallmark of totalitarian regimes. (Thanks to Travis Holte for the link.)
‘Fake bomb’ heat on TSA Gerry Shields and Dan Mangan NY Post March 15, 2013 Politicians on Capitol Hill yesterday blasted the head of the TSA over a fake bomb slipped past Newark Airport screeners — and he defended the lapse by suggesting that other agencies “would have given us a heads-up” if the undercover agent carrying the device had been a real terrorist. TSA Administrator John Pistole was called before the House Homeland Security Committee to explain his recent decision to allow travelers to carry small knives onto aircraft, but the conversation soon turned to the Feb. 25 breach. “One of the planes that emanated on 9/11 came out of Newark, and the reason that this committee exists now is because of that tragic event,” said Rep. Donald Payne, (D-NJ), whose district includes the airport. | TSA Apologizes For Traumatizing 3-Year-Old in Wheelchair - Thursday, February 21, 2013“I don’t want to go to Disney World” Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
February 21, 2013 The TSA has offered a terse apology for traumatizing a 3-year-old girl in a wheelchair with spina bifida who was on her way to Walt Disney World, after a TSA agent claimed the girl’s mother was committing a criminal act for filming the incident.
Nathan and Annie Forck, along with their three children, were traveling through Lambert-St. Louis International Airport on their way to a family holiday in Orlando, Fla. on February 8. 3-year-old Lucy Forck was pulled aside for extra screening as TSA agents told her mother they needed to swab the wheelchair and subject her daughter to a pat down. Annie Forck began filming the incident on her cellphone, telling the screener, “You can’t do touch my daughter unless I record it,” to which the screener responded by telling Forck to stop recording because such activity was illegal. 3-year-old Lucy began to cry uncontrollably during the incident before saying, “I don’t want to go to Disney World.” After the incident garnered viral attention on the Internet, the TSA was forced to issue a terse apology. “TSA regrets inaccurate guidance was provided to this family during screening and offers its apology,” the agency said. “We are committed to maintaining the security of the traveling public and strive to treat all passengers with dignity and respect. While no pat-down was performed, we will address specific concerns with our workforce.” This is yet another example of how poorly trained TSA workers are not even familiar with the federal agency’s policy on filming at security checkpoints. The TSA website makes clear that the, “TSA does not prohibit the public, passengers or press from photographing, videotaping or filming at security checkpoints, as long as the screening process is not interfered with or slowed down.” The TSA has made a habit of harassing people with disabilities and particularly children in wheelchairs. Last year, a 3-year-old boy with a broken leg was subjected to a pat down at O’Hare Airport in Chicago. The clip shows a TSA agent lifting up the boy’s shirt as he reaches out for support from his parents, who are told they cannot comfort the visibly upset child.

TSA Apologizes For Harassing ANOTHER Wheelchair Bound ToddlerVideo: Agents confiscate stuffed toy, LIE about limits on filming
Steve Watson
Infowars.com
Feb 21, 2013 The Transport Security Administration has apologized following yet another incident involving a wheelchair bound child who became distressed when screeners stopped her and confiscated her stuffed toy. Three-year-old Lucy’s parents questioned the screening procedure and were told, wrongly, by TSA workers that it was illegal to film at checkpoints. The Missouri couple took exception to TSA screeners at Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, on what should have been a trip of a lifetime to Disney World for the young girl, who has Spina bifida. When the child’s mother, Annie Schulte, told agents that they could not touch her daughter unless she was filming the incident on her mobile phone, the TSA screeners said “it’s illegal to do that.” That comment was caught on the camera and the subsequent footage uploaded to YouTube by the parents, creating yet another viral TSA infringement video, as Lucy is seen weeping and saying “I don’t want to go to Disney World any more.” “To me it was pretty offensive because I was really tuned in when she said that, immediately I’m like, ‘OK, hold on, something doesn’t seem right.’” Schulte told ABC News. The girl’s father, Nathan Forck, said “They are specifically singling out disabled people for this special scrutiny. It’s rather offensive to me as a father of a disabled child.” “We are not unreasonable people,” Mr Forck said. “But to say you are going to do a bodily search with no probable cause whatsoever – just because she is in a wheelchair – that was offensive.” Being an attorney, Forck also knew that it is completely legal to film the TSA. “It’s your worst nightmare,” he said. “It’s bad enough they are demanding they want to pat down my child and didn’t want me to videotape it. That set off alarm bells.” To make matters worse, TSA agents refused to return Lucy’s stuffed toy lamb, named Lamby, after it had already been screened. This just made her cry even more. Yesterday, almost two weeks after the incident occurred, the TSA issued an apology (of sorts). The statement read: “TSA regrets inaccurate guidance was provided to this family during screening and offers its apology,” the agency said. “We are committed to maintaining the security of the traveling public and strive to treat all passengers with dignity and respect. While no pat-down was performed, we will address specific concerns with our workforce.” Mr Forck said he accepts the apology but stated “Just because you slap a TSA badge on – I don’t know this person – and they’re going to be putting their hands on my child,” adding that if someone had attempted to frisk his daughter outside the airport, they would be facing a criminal law suit. “But you put a TSA badge on and now all of a sudden it’s okay,” he said. As Mr Forck indicated, this harassment by the TSA of people, and even children, in wheelchairs is commonplace. The justification is that explosives can be hidden in the chairs. In December, a similar video of a wheelchair bound child crying her eyes out appeared online. Twelve-year-old Shelbi Walser, who has a genetic bone disorder, was detained for over an hour by TSA agents at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. Agents even called in the bomb squad when they found traces of “explosives” on her hands. In this case the TSA agents were too stupid to even check the wheelchair, which was most likely the source of the material on the child’s hands. Clearly the agents have been told by superiors that people in wheelchairs are a potential threat, but apparently some agents do not fully understand why, only that they should subject the disabled to “enhanced screening” procedures. In March of last year, another small wheelchair bound child was filmed being touched up by a TSA screener, prompting a deluge of criticism and complaints. Of course, in between targeting kids on their way to Disney World, the TSA is engaged in humiliating cancer victims, or removing diapers from sick grannies. Rest assured that the government is keeping you safe America. Keeping you safe from the dangerous terrorists that hate your freedoms. - TSA Apologizes For Traumatizing 3-Year-Old in Wheelchair

Keeping America safe from evil terrorists
Steve Watson
Infowars.com
Dec 14, 2012 The TSA continues to keep Americans safe from terrorists, once again thwarting a dangerous threat, this time from a wheelchair bound twelve-year-old girl with a genetic bone disorder. Video of young Shelbi Walser crying her eyes out was shot by her mother, Tammy Daniels, earlier this week as she was detained for over an hour by TSA agents at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
The girl, who suffers from brittle bone disease, and is confined to a wheelchair, was “randomly” selected for an explosives test while traveling to Florida for specialist medical treatment. “I was just scared, because I didn’t know what they were going to do,” Walser told KHOU News 8. A screener swabbed the girl’s hands and was no doubt delighted that she tested positive for “explosive material”. “It could have come off fertilizer, because we have chickens. I could have run through something from them,” little Shelbi bravely told reporters. “It could have just come off the ground, because I roll through everything.” The screeners then called for bomb specialists to come to the terminal to assess the situation. Ms Daniels said that she was physically restrained by TSA agents and not allowed to comfort her daughter during the ordeal. “I am by no means undermining our safety in the air. After 9/11, by no means am I doing that,” Daniels added. “But when it comes to children, common sense is not in a textbook.”
http://www.myfoxdfw.com/video?autoStart=true&topVideoCatNo=default&clipId=8066135 To top it all off, the TSA failed to check the wheelchair, which was most likely the source of the material that found its way onto the girl’s hands. One positive note from the incident was reportedly in the reaction of onlooking travelers who took issue with the TSA’s actions. “There were people saying, ‘Really? You’re going to do this to her? Y’all have to take her somewhere private where she’s not out in the public and everyone can see her,’” Shelbi said. Eventually mother and daughter were told they were free to go, without being offered an explanation by TSA screeners. In a statement regarding the incident, the TSA wrote: “We are sensitive to the concerns of passengers who were not satisfied with their screening experience and we invite those individuals to provide feedback to TSA through a variety of channels.” “We work to balance those concerns with the very real threat that our adversaries will attempt to use explosives to carry out attacks on planes.”

| ‘First Amendment Cop’ Becomes Internet Icon - Thursday, November 29, 2012“I am supposed to protect the Constitution,” says Deputy Sheriff Lenic Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
November 29, 2012 Deputy Sheriff Stan Lenic, the cop who stood up for the First Amendment by refusing to impede the free speech rights of activists at Albany International Airport, has become an Internet icon, with messages of support flooding in to the Albany County Sheriff’s Office and Lenic being honored with a commendation.
A video that has now gone viral on You Tube shows Lenic refusing to follow the demands of Albany Airport’s PR director Doug Myers in having activists Jason Bermas and Ashley Jessica identified, detained or removed for handing out flyers warning travelers about the dangers of airport body scanners as part of the Opt Out and Film campaign. “Obviously this is your constitutional right, OK? As far as you’re concerned, you’re not breaking any laws. That’s what we want to get across to you guys,” Lenic told the activists, dismissing efforts by Myers to have the two kicked out of the airport. When Myers attempted to have the activists identify themselves, winking at Deputy Lenic as he demanded Lenic take their IDs, Lenic fired back, stating, “If I was to ask for his identification he does not have to give it to me because he’s not doing anything wrong.” The Albany County Sheriff’s Office has since been bombarded with hundreds of positive emails and calls from liberty lovers championing Lenic for his fine work in defending the First Amendment against petty enforcers like Doug Myers. Comments on YouTube were also overwhelmingly supportive of Deputy Lenic. “Finally a cop that does his job properly. Makes a change from all of the bad cop films we’ve seen lately. Hats off to the man,” wrote one. “This Sheriff is an absolute paragon for justice,” added another. Lenic already has his own Facebook page where people are reposting the video and urging Lenic to run for Mayor. “That’s a little overwhelming. I mean, I was doing my job I felt I was doing the right thing protecting people’s First Amendment rights,” Lenic told NewsChannel 13. Lenic later emailed Jason Bermas the following message; “I am overwhelmed by the support your viewers have given me. I hope other fellow officers will see this and not view the freedom of speech as a threat, but an opportunity to show the professionalism that law enforcement should be held to. I remember the day I was sworn in, and I remember that I am supposed to protect the constitution of the United States. I am proud to be a Deputy Sheriff, and try to do my job to the best of my ability so help me God.” Lenic also told Bermas that his superiors were considering giving him an official commendation for his exemplary actions in defending the constitutional rights he swore to uphold. Sheriff defends free speech rights against airport official during opt out campaign
Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet.com
November 27, 2012 A shocking video has emerged of a police officer who abides by the oath he swore to uphold the constitution by defending the free speech rights of activists who were targeted by airport officials during the opt out and film campaign.
The clip shows activists Ashley Jessica and Jason Bermas handing out flyers warning travelers about the dangers of x-ray body scanners at Albany International Airport in New York. Almost as soon as the activists begin to hand out the flyers, they are confronted by an aggressive airport official later named as Douglas I. Myers, the airport’s Director of Public Affairs. Myers orders the activists to leave the top floor and later takes the unprecedented step of closing off the entire level and preventing families from meeting their loved ones. He subsequently claims the activists need a permit and a $1 million dollar insurance liability merely to film inside the airport, despite the fact that the TSA’s own website clearly states that TSA checkpoints can be filmed at any airport. Myers’ attempts to get the activists in trouble with police are derailed when Sheriff Stan Lenic steps in to handle the situation, pointing out to Myers that they have a right to film under the First Amendment. “Obviously this is your constitutional right, as far as we’re concerned you’re not breaking any laws,” Lenic tells Bermas. When Myers asks the Sheriff to detain the activists, Lenic responds, “I can’t do that.” Myers then asks for Bermas’ identification, to which Sheriff Lenic responds, “He doesn’t have to show you his identification.” “I need to get it from you,” Myers tells the Sheriff as he winks at him, to which Sheriff Lenic responds “I can’t give you that.” “Just so you know, he’s not doing anything wrong,” Deputy Lenic forcefully tells Myers, before quoting the New York penal law code. “If I was to ask for his identification he does not have to give it to me because he’s not doing anything wrong,” adds Lenic. Myers’ claim that Jessica is blocking the escalator is also dismissed by Lenic. Myers then claims the filming is illegal because it is “commercial” and could appear on the Drudge Report – which is a news aggregator and not a commercial website. Lenic should obviously be commended for his fine job in upholding constitutional rights. If there’s an award for cop of the year, he should win it hands down. He is a shining example to other police officers who have completely failed to apply the law in similar situations. Consider the actions of police at both Reagan Airport and John F. Kennedy Airport, where activists Derrick Broze and Infowars reporter David Ortiz were both threatened with arrest and forced to leave the airport merely for filming and handing out the exact same flyers.

| Time Warner Kills TV Show Critical of TSA - Tuesday, October 30, 2012Episode exposed how body scanners were a major cancer threat Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
October 30, 2012 Former Governor Jesse Ventura exclusively revealed to Infowars that a show set to air as part of Ventura’s popularConspiracy Theory series that exposed how TSA body scanners were a major cancer threat was canceled by Time Warner-owned TruTV.
Skip forward to 49:30 to hear Ventura’s comments about the TSA show being canceled. “This year we did eight of them but they’re only going to air seven, they won’t do the one we did on the TSA – that one apparently ain’t gonna make show time,” said Ventura, speaking to the Alex Jones Show. The former Governor of Minnesota refused to be drawn on who exactly was responsible for killing the show. “I don’t know who killed it, I can only say that TruTV killed it,” said Ventura. Pointing out how radiation-firing body scanners had recently been removed from larger airports, Ventura explained how the censored show was an investigation of the safety and money motivation behind the body scanners. “They’re still not admitting that they’re not safe, well then why are they replacing them?” asked Ventura. “We exposed that these things are not safe, we exposed that the radiation levels are at an unsafe level, we exposed the fact that TSA employees aren’t allowed to wear radiation badges for the own protection,” added Ventura, explaining that the government was trying to avoid lawsuits by avoiding having any system in place that monitor radiation levels. Alex Jones, who acted as a consultant for the show, confirmed that the program was a serious investigation of the financial motive behind the body scanners and how they posed a significant cancer risk. Numerous prestigious health bodies have warned that the radiation-firing body scanners will cause cancer. Was the show axed because it could reflect badly on the Obama administration, which has overseen an expansion of the TSA to the point where its employees now litter highways, political events, music concerts and even high school prom nights? TruTV is owned by Turner Broadcasting, which is a subsidiary of Time Warner. Time Warner has contributed $191,834 to Barack Obama in the 2012 election cycle. CNN, another Time Warner-owned company, has proven adept at hushing up stories deemed embarrassing to the Obama administration, notably by censoring its own reporter Amber Lyon when she attempted to report on atrocities being committed by the US-backed regime in Bahrain. Is this another example of Time Warner playing the role of state media? Other TV networks have also recently thrown their weight behind the administration by vowing to push pro-Obamacare propaganda in plots of shows like Modern Family and Grey’s Anatomy. This is by no means the first time Ventura’s show has been targeted for censorship. An episode from the previous series of the show entitled “Police State” was pulled from being re-aired after pressure from the Department of Homeland Security. The episode exposed the continuity of government agenda including plans for the mass internment of American citizens in prison camps. The show caused so much consternation amongst high circles that it was even remotely erased from viewer’s private TiVO recording boxes. - Warner Bros. | Government Hypes Airport Hoax After TSA Liquid Testing Video Goes Viral - Thursday, September 06, 2012A psychological operation to legitimize ever-increasing and absurd TSA demands on passengers.
Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
September 6, 2012 A few days after a video revealing the latest TSA outrage went viral on the internet – agents testing drinks after passengers had gone through intrusive pat-downs and porno scanning – a sensationalistic event mysteriously unfolded: the TSA reported a “suspicious item” on a plane in Philadelphia that required a “law enforcement situation” and hysterical news coverage.
The FBI, cops, a bomb squad and a bevy of federal agents swooped down on the airport after an anonymous tip of the suspicious man on board a US Airways was reported. Television news footage showed a person being escorted off the plane by law enforcement officialdom with police dogs waiting on the tarmac, according to Fox News. Despite the televised melodrama and heavy police response, the Philadelphia police said the man removed from US Airways Flight 1267 at Philadelphia International Airport is not a suspect and did nothing wrong. Somebody had placed a call to the airport naming the passenger who was supposedly in “possession of a dangerous substance.” “US Airways flight 1267 from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) to Dallas Fort-Worth International Airport, returned to PHL this morning due to a report of a suspicious item on board. The flight landed safely at approximately 8:40 a.m., Eastern time and out of abundance of caution, was taken to remote area of the airport. Law enforcement representatives, including the FBI, have met the flight,” the TSA said in a statement. NBC10 crews were told the man removed from the flight in handcuffs was Christopher Shell. “He was obviously very alarmed as I would be if heavily armed police officers entered a plane to take me off, he was certainly stunned,” said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Joe Sullivan. Shell was not charged with a crime, although the investigation is on-going. The latest incidence of melodramatic theater played out over national corporate media should be considered a psychological operation used by the government to legitimize ever-increasing and absurd TSA demands on passengers as the national security state with its police state mandate and apparatus tightens its grip. “Whats next,” asks the blogger who posted the TSA liquid testing video below, “perhaps the TSA will come to your home prior to your drive to the airport? FOIA Letters Reveal Shocking Cases Of TSA Groping Genitals“Sexually abused by a government official” Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Thursday, September 6, 2012 Hundreds of letters of complaint about the TSA’s invasive security procedures released this week under the Freedom of Information Act include numerous horror stories about TSA screeners directly touching people’s genitals during pat downs. Following a FOIA request in 2010, the non-profit website Governmentattic.org has released the files after a two year battle with the TSA to make them public. The letters can be viewed here. The letters confirm what we first reported back in 2010, that the TSA’s new security procedures for “advanced pat downs” include literally touching and in some cases groping the genitals of travelers. In one incident which occurred on October 29, 2010 at Hobby Airport, Houston, a woman reveals how a TSA screener “putting her hand on my vagina,” caused the woman to “have traumatic reaction that lasted for days.” In another letter, a woman complains to Congressman Mike Turner about an incident that happened on November 12, 2010 at Dayton International AIrport. The woman explains how a TSA screener, “felt my inner thighs and my vagina area, touching both of my labia.” The woman relates how she stood for a minute holding her baby without being able to move having been “sexually assaulted by a government official.” “I began shaking and felt completely violated, abused and assaulted by the TSA agent. I shook for several hours and woke up the next day shaking,” she writes. Another woman traveling through LAX on November 10, 2010 complains of how she was “sexually assaulted” after a TSA screener touched her vagina. The files are also replete which cases of TSA screeners fondling men’s genitals. A veteran of the 10th Special Forces from Bradenton, Florida, who had metal parts in his body as a result of combat injuries reveals how he was subjected to an aggressive pat down “so rough he injured my testicles and (I) was nauseated for hours.” In another incident which occurred at Phoenix airport, a man with an enlarged prostate reveals how a TSA screener used a metal detecting wand to poke “my penis and my testicles very hard,” despite the fact that the man warned the TSA screener in advance that he suffered pain in his genitals. In another letter, a former U.S. Air Force officer complains to his Congressman about an experience at Orlando AIrport during which a TSA agent shoved his genitals to one side in order to ensure “it really is your crotch.” More incidents of TSA agents causing urostomy bags to break are also documented in the files. As Texas Watchdog reports, “A woman flying out of Detroit Metro Airport tried to explain that after a rather serious cancer surgery she had been fitted with a urostomy bag for the collection of urine. Her searchers ignored her pleas that their rough grabbing and patting would break the seal of the bag and when it did, she wrote, “urine started dribbling down my shirt and into my pants.” Rape counselors have warned that women who have been sexually assaulted face treatment metered out by TSA screeners that can be “extremely re-traumatizing to someone who has already experienced an invasion of their privacy and their body.” An estimated one in six women in the United States have been the victim of an attempted or completed rape. In an article published last month, we highlighted a number of other cases where TSA screeners have touched people’s genitals in addition to the ones highlighted in the complaint letters. The TSA routinely claims that millions of travelers pass through the federal agency’s security procedures every year without complaint. However, when complaints are made, the agency is loathe to make them public. It took a staggering four years for the TSA to acquiesce to a Freedom of Information Act request filed by ProPublica’s Michael Grabell back in 2008 which asked the agency to reveal details of passenger complaints. The TSA has also failed to act on a year-old federal appeals court decision demanding the agency hold public hearings about the privacy and health concerns of the naked body scanner program.

The lawsuit alleges that Barr demanded a male ICE Special Agent engage in oral sex with her and that she relocated three top male ICE agents’ offices to the men’s bathroom at ICE headquarters. All of the alleged misconduct was the behavior of Barack Obama’s hand-picked people running the Department of Homeland Security, who’ve created a hostile work environment for straight male agents, a story I recently broke on this site.
Schlussel pours it on: The lawsuit further elucidates several stories reported on this site about discrimination against straight male Homeland Security officials in favor gay officials, including Napolitano’s girlfriend, Dora Schriro. As I noted, Schriro had zero experience in law enforcement, and yet, she was appointed ICE Policy Director and set the current Obama immigration enforcement policy of not enforcing immigration laws. (Schriro, who made a mess of Arizona’s prisons and empowered violent prisoners against prison guards, is now making a mess of New York’s prisons, a cushy job Napolitano got her so she could be close to a sick relative in New York.

| DHS Funded Video Suggests Fighting “Active Shooters” With “Improvised Weapons” - Friday, July 27, 2012Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
July 27, 2012 In the wake of the shooting in Aurora, Colorado, the Department of Homeland Security and the city of Houston, Texas, have released a instructional video on what to do during an “active shooter” event.
Entitled “Run, Hide, Fight,” the video depicts a fictional shooting incident at an office building. It tells citizens they should try to escape a shooter by running, hiding, or as a last resort fighting. “As a last resort, working together or alone, act with aggression, use improvised weapons and fight,” the City of Houston Mayor’s Office of Public Safety and Homeland Security instruct. If potential victims, however, were armed and trained in the proper use of firearms, ineffectual “improvised weapons” would not be necessary. Currently, 43 states allow the open carry of handguns. According to the Armed Citizens League (ACL), of those states, only 14 require a citizen to possess a concealed carry permit to legally participate in open carry while other states, like Virginia, have no permit requirements. “Let’s remember, the heinous crimes committed at Columbine, Virginia Tech and most recently in Arizona were all committed with legally purchased guns. Let’s ask ourselves, if a carry permit issued by a state, or denial thereof, would have changed anything in the hearts and minds of the criminals who committed these violent acts,” the ACL noted prior to the event in Colorado. “Gun ownership isn’t about duck hunting, it’s about saving your life and defending all the civil liberties we enjoy in this country,” said Dick Heller following the Aurora shooting. Heller is the plaintiff in the landmark gun rights Supreme Court decision, District of Columbia v. Heller. “In Colorado, I am surprised someone wasn’t armed to be able to defend themselves or to shoot back,” he said. Heller told Human Events a community armed and trained in the use of firearms is a strong deterrent to a potential shooter. “Because the shooter does not know what their risk level is.” We shouldn’t expect, however, the Department of Homeland Security to call for armed citizens to fight back. Government is opposed to citizens taking on the responsibility of their own defense and are actively working to disarm the people, as a blizzard of gun laws and other restrictions on the Second Amendment reveal. Instead, they would have us fight against shooters armed with 12-gauge pump shotguns – as depicted in the above video – with fire extinguishers. - US Businessman: Blackwater Paid Me to Buy Steroids and Weapons on Black Market for its Shooters

| TSA: Filming Checkpoints is ‘Terrorism’ - Thursday, July 26, 2012Aaron Dykes
Infowars.com
July 26, 2012 Evidently, TSA isn’t looking for press coverage in its new roll out of checkpoints at train stations. Citizen journalist Julio Rausseo, a roaming correspondent for WeAreChange.org, was labeled a “terrorist” and threatened with arrest for filming a TSA checkpoint at the Union train station in Chicago. An Amtrack police official confronted Rausseo, telling him that the government had sent them video of him filming the checkpoints, warning them to look out for people filming the station. A week after Rausseo filmed the TSA, Amtrack identified the reporter eating at restaurant inside Union Station and confronted him. That conversation is recorded in the following video:
Luke Rudkowski of WeAreChange breaks down WRC Correspondent Julio Rausseo's experience at the Chicago Union Station, 1 week after releasing a video exposing TSA checkpoints being setup there.
“I’m telling you to your face, do not video tape us,” the Amtrack officer can be heard telling Rausseo in the video. “If you come beyond that point… if you come like you did before, you’re going to jail, Sir. Because it could be used for terrorist activity. Right now, you’re in violation.” When Rausseo objected that he was a reporter and not a terrorist, the employee asked: “Did you approach us and ask to take video?” When the reporter responded, “I didn’t think I had to. I thought this was America,” the Amtrack police official told him, “No, America nothing. You know better.” The incident continued, with the employee demanding his ID and claiming that illegal activity had taken place, before admitting, incredibly, that the company had been sent video of Rausseo filming the checkpoint. Clearly, the company keeping tabs on such “trouble makers.” “And the video didn’t even come… it came from the government. They sent it to us because now somebody is taking pictures of us doing our activity,” the Amtrack officer finally admitted. These checkpoints are a violation of the 4th Amendment, and as such blatantly unconstitutional, yet they have seamlessly expanded from airports to train stations, and will soon be pervasive in all public life, unless the TSA is stopped politically and the fear of terrorism checked by the exercise of American rights and the return of common sense. Here is Julio Rausseo’s previous video of the train station checkpoint run jointly by TSA and Amtrack in Chicago. He defends his first amendment right to film the checkpoint and report it to the world:
Journalist Filming TSA at Train Stations Termed ‘Terrorist’; Tracked by Government
Luke Rudkowski We Are Change.org July 26, 2012 Amtrack employees admit the government sent video to them of a journalists who’d been filming TSA activity– which was classified as “terrorist” activity. This is admitted in the conversation that follows, including classically tyrannical lines like “America nothing. You know better [than to record video].” These checkpoints are outside of law, and those trying to hold this ever-expanding power grab accountable are being intimidated into silence. Luke Rudkowski of WeAreChange breaks down WRC Correspondent Julio Rausseo’s experience at the Chicago Union Station, 1 week after releasing a video exposing TSA checkpoints being setup there.
As I entered Chicago's Union Station back on July 5th, I noticed 3 Fully Uniform TSA Agents sitting inside the office of Amtrak Police. I took out my cell phone and started to follow these TSA agents, and it appeared to me that they were setting up a Check Point for Amtrak Riders. This is just another example of how TSA expanding their operations and entering Train Stations, Bus terminals, and major sporting and concert events. | New TSA Policy: Ordering Travelers To “Freeze” On Command? - Friday, July 06, 2012Bizarre power trip behavior of federal agency reaches new level of craziness Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Friday, July 6, 2012 If you thought the bizarre power trip behavior of the TSA couldn’t get any crazier – think again. According to a friend of political commentator Lew Rockwell, the federal agency is now ordering travelers passing through security to “freeze” on command.
Explaining how he had arranged with his family to split up as they were passing through airport security, the correspondent, whose story is posted at LewRockwell.com, explains how he heard a commotion from a different security lane. We heard a “freeze, freeze” or something like this coming from the output side of (false) security (where my wife was), followed by further barking of commands. From where I was, I couldn’t see much.” “It turns out they were doing a new drill. They want all passengers to freeze on command. My wife told me later that she didn’t follow this order fast enough, so the subsequent barks I heard were directed at her.”
TSA supervisors expressed little other than disinterest when the man’s wife complained at being ordered around in such an overbearing manner. “I think back to when I was a child, playing and wrestling in the back of the station wagon on long trips – no seatbelts or child seats. Now we get yelled at in the airport. I don’t feel safer,” the post concludes. If accurate, the new policy represents yet another pointless exercise of power that seems designed to achieve little else than harassing travelers and treating them like prisoners by aggressively demanding immediate subservience. As we reported yesterday, the TSA is now demanding the right to test drinks purchased by passengers after they have already passed through airport security. The new policy serves only to further inconvenience travelers who have already gone through humiliating grope downs and body scanners. In a subsequent response, the federal agency argued that the bizarre measuse was important because “unpredictable measure(s)” are neccessary to snare would be criminals and terrorists. Presumably, these “unpredictable measures” now also include barking degrading orders at travelers as if they were misbehaving middle school children on a class trip. As a TSA whistleblower told Infowars last month, far from just performing the role of screeners at the security gate, the TSA is now empowering its employees to fulfil all manner of invasive tasks. “We’re doing patrols in the parking lot with dogs, we’re even going as far out to the train station because the train station is connected to the airport here and we have guys walking around the train station, walking around the rental cars, we’re inspecting cars coming into the parking garage, I mean we’ve fully expanded – we’re no longer just at the gate and just at the security checkpoint,” the whistleblower said. We have contacted the TSA to ascertain whether the order for travelers to “freeze” on command was a one off incident, what its purpose was, and whether such behavior will now form part of the TSA’s security procedures. - Heathrow Responds To Big Freeze By Freezing Passengers

| Whistleblower: TSA Deliberately Hiring Psychopathic Criminals - Tuesday, June 26, 2012TSA supervisor reveals how bosses told him to hire people with violent tendencies Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Tuesday, June 26, 2012 A TSA supervisor turned whistleblower has revealed to the Alex Jones Show how the federal agency is deliberately directing its staff to hire people with criminal records who exhibit violent tendencies and psychopathic behavior.
Explaining how his job involved filing reports on other TSA screeners who didn’t follow procedure, “Rob” expressed his alarm at the fact that criminals were being hired who exhibited the behavior of “psycopaths.” “We have a program in the state of Rhode Island where we take prisoners who are out for non violent drug offenses and everything else – basically sociopaths – and we’re sending them to a ten day course and getting them out in uniform out checking people,” said the whistleblower. Rob added that people who seemed professional were disregarded in favor of applicants who had criminal records and displayed a tendency for megalomania and power trip behavior. “If they have a background and it’s something like violence or abusing authority we put them right in, we put them guys on the floor first day,” said Rob, adding he was also encouraged to hire Iraq war veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder. “It’s all about the power trip, it’s all about having people bug their eyes out at the public and getting the public conditioned to the fact that the police state is coming,” he added, noting how TSA screeners were directed to stick their chests out and “eyeball people.” As a recent report by Tennessee Congresswoman Marsha Blackburn highlighted, the fact that TSA agents are so routinely caught engaged in criminal behavior is by no means an aberration but stems “from TSA’s hiring practices and insufficient use of background checks.” This includes the TSA’s recruitment policy which, instead of representing an “intelligent risk-based organization,” actually fails to conduct criminal and credit background checks on many of its employees while advertising “for employment at the Washington Reagan National Airport on pizza boxes and on advertisements above pumps at discount gas stations in the D.C. area.” Last month it emerged that a Catholic priest who had been defrocked over allegations of child sex abuse was subsequetly hired by the TSA to work at Philadelphia International Airport. Rob also divulged how TSA screeners were being ordered by their supervisors to check bags of people arriving at the airport who were merely there to pick up passengers, adding how he was directed to search a diaper bag belonging to a woman who had come to pick up her husband. “We’re doing patrols in the parking lot with dogs, we’re even going as far out to the train station because the train station is connected to the airport here and we have guys walking around the train station, walking around the rental cars, we’re inspecting cars coming into the parking garage, I mean we’ve fully expanded – we’re no longer just at the gate and just at the security checkpoint,” he added. Rob also explained how he was part of a coalition of TSA agents working at the airport in question who refused to grope passengers in certain areas, but that supervisors were firing those who took this stance. During a subsequent private phone call with Alex Jones, the whistleblower said he had already been contacted by his bosses to be reprimanded over his on-air revelations. Given the fact that Rhode Island only has one major public airport, it’s easy to see how TSA superiors were able to discern Rob’s identity.
