| TSA Toddler Terror: Family Marched Of Plane; 18-Month-Old On No Fly List - Thursday, May 10, 2012Steve Watson
Infowars.com
May 10, 2012 TSA agents at Fort Lauderdale Airport ordered a family to get off a plane they had already boarded, saying that their eighteen-month-old child was on a no fly list as a terror suspect. The child’s parents said they believe they were flagged up and ordered to leave the JetBlue flight because they and their daughter are of Middle Eastern descent. “It’s absurd. It made no sense. Why would an 18-month-old child be on a no-fly list?” the girl’s father told ABC affiliate WPBF News. The parents, who wish to remain anonymous, are both US citizens, born and raised in New Jersey, which is where they were headed before being ejected. The family said that after they were “humiliated, embarrassed and picked on” they were marched off the plane, and ordered to stand in the terminal for half an hour by TSA agents. “We were put on display like a circus act because my wife wears a hijab.” the father said, referring to his wife’s traditional head scarf. The TSA agents then eventually said that the family could re-board the flight without offering further explanation as to what had occurred. The family declined the offer and left the airport, saying they felt too ashamed to get back on the plane after the incident. The parents say that even though they are US born citizens, they now fear that if their identities were revealed, their safety could be threatened because they have been associated with terrorists by the TSA. They plan to contact an attorney and possibly pursue legal action. When WPBF contacted JetBlue for an explanation they were told that it was a TSA issue. However, when the TSA were contacted they said they were not investigating the incident and that it was the airline’s responsibility. The secret government “no fly list” of suspected “terrorists” who are banned from flying to or within the United States more than doubled in 2011. The figures, revealed three months ago, highlighted the fact that the list now contains around 21,000 names, close to 11,000 more than it did just one year ago. The exponential growth in names added to the list is said to have been sparked by the failed underpants bombing incident on Christmas Eve 2009. An anonymous U.S. counterterrorism official told the AP that after the 2009 incident, a new standard was set meaning someone no longer has to be considered a threat only to aviation to be placed on the no-fly list. People who are considered a broader threat to domestic or international security can also be added, the official stated. The government has refused to reveal details of who is on the list and the reason they have been flagged. “The news that the list is growing tells us that more people’s rights are being violated,” said Nusrat Choudhury, a staff attorney working for the ACLU’s national security project. “It’s a secret list, and the government puts people on it without any explanation. Citizens have been stranded abroad.” In lawsuit against the government, the ACLU is representing American citizens who believe they have been put on the no fly list without explanation. Currently, those who submit a letter to Homeland Security asking to be removed from the list have no way of knowing if their request has been reviewed without attempting to board another flight, according to the ACLU. The ACLU also contends that huge numbers of Americans are opposed to the measures employed by the DHS and the TSA in the nations airports and train stations, but that many have not registered official complaints for fear of being placed on the watch list. The no-fly list and the CAPS II system used by airlines pales in comparison to the separate government master “terrorist watch list” that reportedly now has over one million names on it. Reports have confirmed that the watch list contains the names of thousands of innocent Americans, including children, lawyers and even a retired Air National Guard brigadier, now a commercial pilot for a major airline. In some cases credit reports have been used in calculating the risk score, while the list has also been used to target political activists opposing the death penalty and the Iraq war. Some, including former White House Chief of Staff, Rahm Emanuel have suggested restricting the constitutional rights of those placed on the list. We have previously highlighted the fact that a miniscule amount, less than 0.01% of Homeland Security cases are terrorism related. Once again we are reminded that the terrorist threat to America is vastly over hyped and is being used by a criminally controlled government as an excuse to police the world and foment a domestic police state to crush any dissent amongst the American people. The watch list represents a subversion of the first and fourth amendments, is inherently flawed and, it can be argued, is harmful to the security of the nation. The chairman of a House technology oversight subcommittee warned in 2008 that the database used to produce the government’s terror watch lists is “crippled by technical flaws,” and the system that eventually replaced it may be even worse. In a letter to the inspector general at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, Rep. Brad Miller (D-NC) warned that the upgrade “if actually deployed will leave our country more vulnerable than the existing yet flawed system in operation today.” Despite this and the fact that it is already far too expansive to be in any way effective, there have been calls to apply the watch list to Amtrak trains as well as checkpoints at subways, malls and sports stadiums. As we have consistently highlighted, restricting the movement of more innocent Americans and implementing more draconian police state measures will do nothing to increase security and serves only to foster a constant state of fear and unease. - Big Sis No-Fly List More Than Doubled In 2011

| Rap Video Glorifies TSA Groping in ‘Sexy’ Patdown Fantasy - Tuesday, May 08, 2012Aaron Dykes
Infowars.com
May 8, 2012 Sex, alcohol and wild, power grabbing TSA agents. A hip hop video from rapper Sean Paul plays out a fantasy celebrating the TSA’s sick policy of molesting law abiding passengers as a “sexy” patdown inspection between female passengers and agents, all while he watches sipping on a signature cognac. The song/chorus message “She doesn’t mind”, blatant propaganda in heavy rotation that has been seen on You Tube alone at least 58 million times, gives away the system’s behaviorism at work to sell submission– reassociating the invasive TSA patdown/porno-scanner ordeal the public is fed up with, and trying to instead connect it with a sexy-on-the-surface image of the government’s Big Brother society to the younger crowd, a sort of second rate James Bond: a license to grope, in the name of perverted power.
“She don’t mind at all,” sings Sean Paul, giving his own woman permission to be pimped-out an anonymous other, or others, as the entire TSA staff comes in to grope and grab when it is her time to step through the security gate, writes Altamese Osborne. The video’s director Evan Winter stated, “We’ve all been through security, we all know it starts to feel a little personal [...] We decided to take it a little ways extra and make it so that we get a little sexy with going through security.” And while it may be glamorized in over the top fashion here, it’s not far from the reality that has made TSA a controversial agency under fire. It seems they are trying to make the TSA’s real scandals & exploits acceptable to the public as they roll out security checkpoints on highways, bus and train stations, and prepare to invade your life. Despite statements from TSA claiming that no groping or “squeezing” is going on, the TSA has been caught “selectively” screening attractive passengers (like Baywatch star Donna D’Errico, pop icon Rihanna and plenty of ordinary women) in often very intimate secondary patdowns. Scandals have included sending women back again through the scanners to gawk at their features, commenting on sex toys on luggage inspection notes, exposing women’s breasts in checkpoint lines, trading photos of naked celebrity scans, forcing mothers to pump breast milk in a public bathroom, undressing grannies in private room patdowns, downloading child porn, selling sex in hotel rooms, and on and on.

| The TSA Is Still Groping Children In Airports - Thursday, April 26, 2012Agents coldly refer to kids as “suspects” and scream at parents who attempt to diffuse situations Steve Watson
Infowars.com
April 26, 2012
Two notable incidents this week indicate that despite a “change in policy” last year, the TSA is still conducting enhanced patdowns on children as young as four years old. At a Kansas airport, a four year old girl was called a “suspect” and ordered to undergo a full patdown by TSA officers after hugging her grandmother during the screening process. In a Facebook post, which has since been removed pending a formal complaint, the girl’s family noted that agents accused the child of potentially having a handgun in her possession when she ran to hug her grandmother during the screening process. The TSA agents then threatened to shut down the entire airport unless the “suspect” was subjected to a full patdown. According to the family’s account, the agents were shouting at the girl, ordering her to co-operate, causing her to start screaming and kicking at them. The TSA workers even attempted to take the girl away from her family and frisk her in a separate room. “…they didn’t explain anything and she did not know what was going on,” the girl’s grandmother said. “She saw people grabbing at her and raising their voices. To her, someone was trying to kidnap her or harm her in some way.” In a separate incident, at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport, the TSA forced a seven year old mentally handicapped girl to undergo an enhanced patdown because her use of crutches dictated that she could not walk through metal detectors. The girl’s parents attempted to alleviate her anxiety by asking the TSA agents to calmly introduce themselves and explain what they were doing. However, the agents would have none of it and instead “were exceptionally aggressive,” according to the girl’s father. After he began recording footage of the screening with his iPhone, one of the agents “started screaming at me and cursing me and threatening me,” he told The Daily. “They’re harassing people,” said the father, Dr. Joshua Frank. “This is totally misguided policy.” Added Mrs. Frank: “They still attack her like she’s Osama bin Laden. It’s not fair.” The family ended up missing their flight altogether because of the incident. The TSA has defended agents in both incidents, issuing almost identical statements saying that they followed the correct procedures. As we have previously reported, the TSA has revised its policy on patdowns of children on two separate occasions, yet the procedures have continued regardless. The two new incidents this week highlight the fact that until it is written into law to make the grope-downs illegal, there is no safety net against TSA tyranny. We cannot simply take the word of an agency that has repeatedly lied to the public about its actions over and over again. | 4 Year Old Girl Accused By TSA of Having Gun, Subjected to Full Body Pat Down - Tuesday, April 24, 2012Americans need to understand that the TSA is not there to ensure the safety of the flying public or to prevent terrorist attacks, but instead they are to intimidate and degrade Americans into submitting to the totalitarian regime, put into place by war criminal Bush and now terrorist Obama. Why would any parent put up with TSA Pedophiles rape and molest their children, is beyond belief. Wake up Americans, do something before your country is gone. Take justice into your own hands and stop this madness. If this type of thing continues unchallenged by the citizenry it will only continue to escalate and the TSA will be seen for what they are-the first step towards a type of American SS
"They who would give up an essential liberty for temporary security, deserve neither liberty or security." Benjamin Franklin

Hugo Gye Daily MailApril 24, 2012 Of all the many complaints about airport security and the TSA, one of the most common is that they make little distinction between plausible security threats and passengers unlikely to be doing anything wrong. And a recent incident in Wichita, Kansas has reinforced that argument, as a four-year-old girl was apparently subjected to a humiliating ordeal after she hugged her grandmother while she was waiting in line. The girl was accused of having a gun and declared a ‘high security threat’, while agents threatened to shut down the whole airport if she could not be calmed down. In her terror, Isabella tried to run away rather than face a full body pat-down, which unsurprisingly enraged the TSA officers further. One officer even told the girl's mother that the airport would have to be shut down and every flight cancelled if the four-year-old did not co-operate. They also apparently described the little girl as a 'high security threat'. As Isabella was taken into a side room for a pat-down, accompanied by her mother, she could not stop crying and refused to let the agents touch her. An officer repeatedly said she had 'seen a gun in a teddy bear' in the past, in an apparent attempt to justify the situation. Ms Brademeyer continued: 'The TSO loomed over my daughter, with an angry grimace on her face, and ordered her to stop crying. 'When my scared child could not do so, two TSA molesters called for backup saying, "The suspect is not cooperating." The suspect, of course, being a frightened child. They treated my daughter no better than if she had been a terrorist.' read more ... |
| YouTube Restricts Video Of Engineer Proving How Useless TSA Scanners Are - Wednesday, March 07, 2012Man walked through radiation firing machines with metal objects knowing he would not be stopped Steve Watson Prisonplanet.com March 7, 2012 Google/YouTube has placed restrictions on yet another video that exposes the fraudulent claims of the TSA and highlights how the federal agency’s security theatre is part of a wider social manipulation agenda. Engineer Jon Corbett of the popular blog TSA Out of Our Pants! posted a video yesterday that demonstrates how the TSA’s radiation firing body scanners can easily be bypassed. The video shows Corbett carrying a metal case through the scanner, away from his body in his side pocket. Corbett explains that because metallic objects appear as black on the image the scanners produce, the machines do not pick up such objects if they are obscured by the background, which is also black. Watch the video: http://www.youtube.com/verify_age?next_url=/watch%3Ffeature 3Dplayer_embedded%26v%3DolEoc_1ZkfA
Corbett has been rallying against the TSA for some time and has had several run ins with agents at airports. Corbett was also the first person in the country to sue the TSA for invasion of privacy. His case is still ongoing and is headed to the U.S. Supreme Court. “The scanners are now effectively worthless, as anyone can beat them with virtually no effort.” Corbett writes on his blog. “The TSA has been provided this video in advance of it being made public to give them an opportunity to turn off the scanners and revert to the metal detectors. I personally believe they now have no choice but to turn them off.” he adds. Within hours of the video being uploaded, blogs and news sites, including Yahoo News and the Mail Online had begun to pick up an the video, saying it was sure to go viral. Now, despite the fact that the video contains no nudity, violence, abuse or other explicit content, YouTube has placed it behind an age restriction wall, meaning anyone who wants to view it on YouTube has to login or sign up for an account and verify their age. “This video is not intended to teach anyone how to commit criminal acts, nor is intended to help “the terrorists” — if I could figure this out, I’m sure they’ve long figured it out, and by exposing it to the public, we now have an opportunity to correct it.” Corbett writes on his blog. This means that the video has been restricted for no reason other than the fact that it is critical of the TSA and the government. Corbett also explains in the video that multiple experts have already pointed out that the scanners can be easily bypassed and are next to useless at detecting explosive material and even metallic objects, meaning that standard metal detectors are more effective than the costly and potentially health threatening radiation firing scanners that are being rolled out in greater numbers across the country. The same type of censorship has previously been applied by YouTube to other videos that have been critical of the TSA. Last month, Mike Adams of Natural News produced an animated video that highlighted how the TSA is using invasive enhanced pat downs, even on children, purely as a show of power and even a form of punishment for those opting out of the body scanners. Within hours the video had been restricted by YouTube. read more ... |
| Could FBI’s New Definition of Rape Outlaw TSA Pat Downs? - Thursday, December 08, 2011New policy could serve as springboard for fresh legal challenge against federal agency Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
Thursday, December 8, 2011 The FBI’s new definition of what constitutes rape, set to be implemented next year, could ensnare TSA agents and outlaw pat downs because it defines penetration, “no matter how slight,” using any part of the body as a rape offense. “The FBI’s definition of “rape” is about to get a long-awaited update, for the first time since 1929,”reports the New York Daily News. The new definition, approved by the the FBI’s UCR subcommittee Advisory Policy Board back in October and set to be officially adopted by the FBI in 2012, states rape is, “penetration, no matter how slight, of the vagina or anus with any body part or object, or oral penetration by a sex organ of another person, without the consent of the victim.” Crucially, the new definition removes the word “forcible” from the language. Could the new definition of rape, which brings the FBI into line with guidelines already being used by law enforcement across the country, serve as a springboard for a new legal challenge to TSA pat downs, which in some cases have amounted to sexual molestation? There have been numerous documented cases wherein TSA agents have physically penetrated the vagina or anus of a traveler during the course of a pat down. As we reported last year, TSA screeners are now being trained to physically put their hands down fliers’ pants as part of the pat down procedure. The last major challenge to TSA authority came when the Texas legislature attempted to institute an invasive groping ban. The TSA responded by threatening to enforce a de facto no fly zone over Texas and the bill was ultimately shot down. Earlier this year, journalist Amy Alkon wrote on her blog of how a TSA worker physically penetrated her vagina over and over again during a search. “I sobbed even louder as the woman, FOUR TIMES, stuck the side of her gloved hand INTO my vagina, through my pants. Between my labia. She really got up there. Four times. Back right and left, and front right and left. In my vagina. Between my labia. I was shocked — utterly unprepared for how she got the side of her hand up there. It was government-sanctioned sexual assault,” wrote Alkon. Alkon screamed “you raped me” to the TSA agent following the molestation, but when she went public with the ordeal the TSA threatened her with defamation charges and a $500,000 settlement demand, ordering her to remove the blog post. An Ohio woman, blogger Erin Chase, also told Fox News last year of how a TSA agent touched her labia during a pat down at Dayton International Airport. Former Miss USA Susie Castillo also revealed how a TSA worker touched her vagina during a pat down at Dallas-Fort Worth airport back in April after she refused to go through a body scanner. The pat down controversy has erupted once again in recent days after three elderly women with medical problems claimed they were forced to undergo a strip-search at New York’s JFK International Airport.

| TSA worker in uniform flashes badge, brutally rapes woman - Wednesday, November 23, 2011Paul Joseph Watson Tuesday, November 22, 2011
Yet another example of a TSA agent engaging in rampant criminality and believing themselves to be above the law emerged yesterday, when 52-year-old TSA worker Harold Glen Rodman allegedly approached a woman in full uniform before flashing his badge and proceeding to brutally rape and sodomize her.
"Police arrested Rodman on Nov. 20. He is charged with aggravated sexual battery, object sexual penetration, forcible sodomy and abduction with intent to defile," reports ABC 7 News.
"Police said the victim reported that she and a friend were in the 10500 block of Winfield Loop in Manassas when the suspect approached them. The suspect flashed a badge and sexually assaulted the victim before fleeing on foot, police said."
The Transportation Security Administration confirmed that Rodman worked for the agency but refused to say where or in what capacity.
As we have documented, this certainly not the first time a TSA agent has abused their position of authority to wantonly break the law.
Earlier this year, a TSA agent in Connecticut was charged with harassment after he posed as a cop by flashing his badge at a woman in an attempt to intimidate her into driving faster.
This is by no means restricted to two isolated incidents. Every week brings a new TSA horror story. Given the epidemic of harassment, criminality and abuse that TSA agents have been caught engaging in both on the job and off-duty, it's not surprising that the rollout of an army of TSA agents to provide "security" at every level of American society, from train stations to bus terminals, from highways to high school proms, is stoking concerns that the federal agency is set to become the de facto "civilian national security force" that Barack Obama promised in his pre-election speech.
There's a whole army of TSA workers who think that because they are given a shiny badge and a blue uniform that makes them above the law and allows them to engage in criminal acts and sexual deviancy. That they think they can get away with intimidating the public into following their every order, even to the point of sexual assault, underscores the mindset of a nation fast sinking into an authoritarian police state.
What kind of training must the feds be giving TSA agents to produce such a prolific streak of criminality and abuse of power? Or on the other hand is it more to do with the fact that sexual deviants and criminals are attracted to a job that allows them to fondle and abuse women and children?
Either way, such stories illustrate what an odious and reprehensible agency the TSA has become and why it should be completely abolished, especially considering the fact that these state-hired goons are now roaming bus terminals, train stations and highways. If you think you can avoid this by not flying, think again.
The fact that scandal and criminal behavior involving TSA agents continually gets swept under the carpet while the establishment media ignores the clear evidence that this is an epidemic of abuse illustrates the reality that the TSA is designed to be an occupying force whose primary role is to oppress and abuse the American people.TSA Worker Rapes Woman - video |

| TSA Too Busy Searching Diapers Over Checking Passports, Flight Passes - Thursday, June 30, 2011Steve Watson | Nigerian man waltzes on and off LA bound flight from New York without valid ticket or passport. Steve Watson
Infowars.com
June 30, 2011 In the same week that the TSA came under renewed fire for forcing a cancer stricken elderly woman to remove her adult diaper comes news of a shocking security lapse. A Nigerian man was able to board and take a seat on a Virgin Airways flight from New York to Los Angeles without a passport or a valid boarding pass. The incident occurred last week at JFK airport as the man, Olajide Oluwaseun used an expired boarding pass in someone else’s name for a flight scheduled on the previous day. FBI investigators say that Noibi was only questioned after the flight was airborne when a flight attendant noticed that the seat he was sitting in should have been vacant.
The only ID he had with him was a University of Michigan identification card with his picture on it. Worse still, the man was then allowed to disembark the plane on arrival and leave without incident. Noibi then returned to LAX some days later and attempted to board a Delta flight to Atlanta, again with an expired boarding pass. Airport officials say they found a further ten expired boarding passes in his luggage, all with different names on them. When asked for clarification, the TSA issued the following statement: “Every passenger that passes through security checkpoints is subject to many layers of security including thorough physical screening at the checkpoint… TSA’s review of this matter indicates that the passenger went through screening.” The man has now been arrested and charged as a stowaway. The investigation is still ongoing. Of course, the last time a Nigerian man was able to board a plane without ID or a flight pass, it was because he was assisted by an unidentified well dressed man, according to witnesses. Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab then attempted to blow up his own underpants, an incident which has led directly to the accelerated rise in TSA tyranny throughout the nation’s airports. The latest incident represents yet another in a long list of concerning security lapses that seem to be increasing concurrently with more and more stories of ridiculous invasive security checks on wheelchair bound travelers, breastfeeding mothers, young children and even babies. TSA agents are now so busy groping and irradiating airline passengers that they are routinely missing the presence of knives, bombs and guns in both tests and live situations. Earlier this week ‘Raising Hope’ actor, Garret Dillahunt even tweeted that he had managed to walk right through a TSA checkpoint and on board a plane with a hunting knife. After months of stalling, The TSA also announced this week that it was allowing airports to once again apply to use private security personnel in place of the government agency. However, according to airport officials, the agency has simply altered the application process to make it even more difficult to replace the TSA. read more ... |

| Calls For TSA Chief’s Head As Agency Now Denies It Forced Removal Of Adult Diaper - Tuesday, June 28, 2011Steve Watson | Keith Olbermann wades in on diaper controversy.
Infowars.com
June 28, 2011 In comments betraying a new found freedom to express his real opinions once again, Keith Olbermann of all people is leading a charge to have TSA head John Pistole fired in the wake of a series of shocking incidents culminating in an elderly cancer sufferer being forced to remove an adult diaper by agents as part of security check. Naming John Pistole his “worst person in the world”, on his Monday Countdown show on Current, Olbermann relayed his thoughts on the incident: “She is in a wheelchair and after the TSA agents pat Ms. Reppert down and insist her daughter remove her mother’s adult diaper, which was used, the mother is stoic and cooperative.” Olbermann stated. “The daughter bursts into tears. So now the TSA agents have to frisk her, too, because her conduct is now deemed unusual. The daughter misses the flight and her 95-year-old mother has to travel alone.” “The TSA’s response? ‘We’re terribly sorry we went too far?’” Olbermann retorted. “Uh-uh. ‘In no instance would our officers ask a passenger to remove an adult diaper.’ The daughter says that’s a lie. The TSA still is refusing to acknowledge it did anything wrong. ‘We have reviewed the circumstances involved in the screening and determined that our officers acted professionally and according to proper procedure.” “Translation: Screw you, public, we can do whatever the hell we want,” Olbermann continued. “That attitude has only been growing in the last year since the feel-ups began at the airports and if it’s not going to change – the agency is really going to defend abusing 95-year-old leukemia patients on the incomprehensible premise that they might be suicide bombers, then this John Pistole, head of the TSA – he needs to be fired and we need to get a human being in there to do his job.” Olbermann concluded. Watch the video:
After it had defended the actions of the agents involved, noting that wheelchairs often spur pat-downs, the TSA subsequently claimed that security personnel “did not require this passenger to remove an adult diaper.” According to the Boston Globe, the TSA said this was something not made clear in the initial statement provided to CNN on Sunday. Mrs Weber maintains that the agents did indeed forced her to remove her mother’s adult diaper, noting that they “said they found something suspicious.” In further comments to the media, Mrs Weber stated: “If this is your procedure — which I do understand — I also feel that your procedure needs to be changed… My mother is very ill, she has a form of leukemia. She had a blood transfusion the week before, just to bolster up her strength for this travel.” “It’s something I couldn’t imagine happening on American soil,” Weber said. “Here is my mother, 95 years old, 105 pounds, barely able to stand, and then this.” Welcome to America, where everyone is a potential terrorist bomber, especially if they are wearing a diaper. Florida state Rep. Ritch Workman has vowed to look into the incident after state’s-rights group The Florida 10th Amendment Center brought it to his attention. Workman, who sponsored a 10th Amendment resolution at the 2010 Legislature, said, “I see the need for federal agencies to control access to interstate air traffic, although the TSA seems to have expanded its role without authorization.” read more ... |

| Elderly woman asked to remove adult diaper during TSA search - Monday, June 27, 2011LAUREN SAGE REINLIE News Herald June 26, 2011 A woman has filed a complaint with federal authorities over how her elderly mother was treated at Northwest Florida Regional Airport last weekend. Jean Weber of Destin filed a complaint with the Department of Homeland Security after her 95-year-old mother was detained and extensively searched last Saturday while trying to board a plane to fly to Michigan to be with family members during the final stages of her battle with leukemia. Her mother, who was in a wheelchair, was asked to remove an adult diaper in order to complete a pat-down search. “It’s something I couldn’t imagine happening on American soil,” Weber said Friday. “Here is my mother, 95 years old, 105 pounds, barely able to stand, and then this.” Full story here.
Alex Sundby CBS June 27, 2011 The Transportation Security Administration defended on Sunday the actions of its airport security officers at a northwest Florida airport after the agency came under criticism for requiring a 95-year-old woman to remove her adult diaper during a pat down. The incident took place June 18 at Northwest Florida Regional Airport near Pensacola, Fla., while Jean Weber of Destin, Fla., escorted her mother, who suffers from leukemia, to Michigan to live with family members before moving into an assisted living facility, CNN reports. “She had a blood transfusion the week before, just to bolster up her strength for this travel,” Weber told CNN. Weber didn’t identify her mother to the cable news network. Read entire article |
| TSA, FED's and the local government all working hand in hand to remove freedoms - Monday, June 27, 2011Steve Watson | Workers blame machines for “growing number” of cancers.Newly released internal government documents, obtained via the Freedom Of Information Act, reveal that the TSA, and specifically the head of the Department of Homeland Security, “publicly mischaracterized” the findings of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, in stating that NIST had positively confirmed the safety of full body scanners in tests.
The new language concedes the debate on the fundamental constitutional question at stake.
Thanks to the efforts of Speaker Joe Straus and Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst to sabotage a bill that would have specifically banned invasive TSA groping in Texas, the legislation has seemingly been replaced with a toothless resolution that does nothing to reign in the federal agency’s abuse of power and instead merely recommends that Congress takes up the issue at the national level. Paul Joseph Watson | Campaign seeks to pressure public servants into following will of the people.Texans outraged by repeated attempts on behalf of state representatives working in consort with the federal government to kill legislation that would ban invasive TSA groping are set to launch a ‘citizen filibuster’ that seeks to pressure public servants into following the will of the people.

| TSA Lies About Policy “Change” On Child Pat Downs - Thursday, June 23, 2011Steve Watson Infowars June 23, 2011 With much fanfare this week, TSA head John Pistole announced before the Senate that the agency is changing its policy to stop airport screeners intrusively searching young children. However, we heard almost the exact same announcement last November, yet pat-downs on children have continued regardless. At a meeting of the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee in Washington, Pistole told the members that TSA agents will be instructed to make “repeated efforts” to resolve security screenings without conducting pat downs on children younger than 10 years old. Pistole added that the policy change was spurred by the emergence of the video of 6-year old Anna Drexel, of Bowling Green, Ky., who was subjected to a full grope down by a TSA agent in early April. As we reported at the time, the girl’s parents were forced to watch on in disbelief after being warned by TSA agents not to make a scene or face trouble. During the hearing, Kentucky Senator Rand Paul had harsh words for Pistole about the TSA’s procedures: “This isn’t to say we don’t believe in safety procedures,” Paul said. “But I think I feel less safe when we’re doing these invasive exams on a 6-year-old. It makes me think that you’re clueless, that you think she’s going to attack our country, and that you’re not doing your research on the people who would attack our country.” Pistole responded by claiming that “terrorists around the world have used children as suicide bombers” and that children must be treated by TSA agents according to “risk based security assessments.” The Drexel incident represents just one among many others recently where children have been repeatedly touched in intimate areas by TSA agents in the name of security. In one case, the TSA defended the actions of two of it’s agents who were photographed conducting a full body pat down on an eight-month old baby at Kansas City International Airport, saying they were adhering to procedure. All of these incidents and more have caused a wave of public resentment directed toward the TSA. Therefore, according to Pistole, influencing the agency to “change” it’s policy. But hang on one minute here, haven’t we heard this before? Back in November 2010, in response to a flood of complaints following the introduction of the TSA’s “enhanced” pat-down procedure, which instructed agents to touch around breasts and genitals, Pistole announced that the agency had “eliminated pat-downs for children under 12″. “We’ve heard the concerns that have been expressed and agree that children under 12 should not receive that pat-down,” Pistole said on NBC’s Today Show. On November 17, Pistole testified to Congress that “children 12 and under are exempt from the enhanced pat-down”:
If that was true, why the need for this latest announcement? Pistole was flat out lying. Indeed, the only “change” to the TSA’s policy is that it now says it will “make every effort” to exempt children under 10, where as before it said all children under 12 were unequivocally exempt. This is why this week’s announcement will ultimately once again mean nothing. Until it is written into law to make TSA grope-downs illegal, there is no safety net against TSA tyranny. We cannot simply take the word of an agency that has repeatedly lied to the public about its actions over and over again. The mainstream media, of course, has uniformly failed to bring attention to this fact, instead packing their articles on the issue with talking points about Osama Bin Laden. Meanwhile in Texas, lawmakers acting to outlaw TSA pat-downs entirely have said that the policy “change” will not affect their efforts in any form. “That’s a step in the right direction,” said Rep. David Simpson, R-Longview, adding, however, that he still plans to go forward with his bill, which is scheduled to be considered by the House on Friday. “This legislation is going to protect people’s dignity, and it’s an effort to protect their freedom to travel.” Simpson said. In addition, a lawmaker in yet another state, Idaho, has expressed a desire to follow the lead of Texas and introduce legislation to make intrusive TSA searches a felony. | TSA Set To Take Legal Action Against Texas Groping Ban - Thursday, June 23, 2011Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars
Thursday, June 23, 2011 With a bill that would ban invasive TSA pat downs in Texas set to be heard by the state legislature on Friday, the federal agency has indicated that it will take legal action to prevent the law being implemented, indicating that the government could once again resort to threatening Texas with a blockade that would impose a de facto “no fly zone” over the state. The House version of SB 29, a bill that would punish any TSA agent who “touches the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of the other person, including touching through clothing,” with a year in jail or a $4,000 fine, was initially shot down last month despite passing the Texas House unanimously after the Justice Department resorted to threats of financial terrorism in resolving to impose a federal blockade to prevent flights operating out of Texas airports. The DoJ threat to impose a federal blockade against Texas has not been withdrawn, but Robert Mann Jr., president of R.W. Mann & Company, Inc., an airline industry consulting firm in Port Washington, New York, told Forbes that the threat was “not viable,” labeling the idea that the feds would shut down an entire state a “non-starter”. Following a gargantuan lobbying effort on behalf of pressure groups, Governor Rick Perry was forced to add the legislation to a special session earlier this week and the bill is set to be heard on Friday. State Senator Dan Patrick, the leading sponsor behind the bill, is already confident that the legislation has enough votes for passage. But although the bill looks like it will sail through, the TSA is determined to turn the vote into little more than a symbolic gesture, by promising to pursue legal action to derail Texas’ efforts to make TSA groping a felony. “We will carefully review the bill that the legislature brings forward,” the TSA announced in a statement. “Should a bill pass that limits the ability of TSA and its employees to perform its responsibilities and jeopardizes the safety of the public, we will take whatever legal action is appropriate to ensure travelers are safe when they fly from Texas or any other state.” The agency is expected to argue that the groping ban is a violation of the Supremacy Clause to the US Constitution, which according to TSA lawyers gives the federal government authority over the states. However, the Supremacy Clause merely states that the Constitution is supreme, not that the authority of the government is supreme. Indeed, if anything the Supremacy Clause works in favor of the anti-pat down bill because it reinforces the protections guaranteed by the fourth amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures. Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott’s office has written a letter to Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, who many blame for putting pressure on Texas Senators that led to the mothballing of the original bill, calling for language to be added to SB 29 specifying that the invasive pat down is only an offense if it is deemed “constitutionally unreasonable”. Abbott sees the addition of this amendment as a way of avoiding a constitutional fight with the feds, but others will merely see it as a watering down of the bill since the legislation already makes it clear that the search is an offense if it is not backed up by “probable cause,” in other words substantive evidence that a crime is about to be committed that provides reasonable grounds for the TSA to violate an individual’s 4th Amendment rights. Aside from all the constitutional minutia, the fact is that a police officer, an FBI agent, a park ranger, or anyone else in a position of authority cannot legally stick their hands down an individual’s pants without probable cause in any situation, so why should the TSA be any different? Meanwhile, lawmakers in Idaho are set to follow Texas’ lead by resurrecting their own legislation that would ban invasive pat downs in the state. “Rep. Phil Hart, R-Athol, told IdahoReporter.com said he may address search methods in the next legislative session, set to begin in January.” “I do plan on revisiting the issue,” said Hart, who previously attempted to push through a bill that would have limited the use of naked body scanners in the state last year. read more ... |
| TSA Now Storming Public Places 8,000 Times a Year - Monday, June 20, 2011Americans must to decide if, in the name of homeland security, they are willing to allow TSA operatives to storm public places in their communities with no warning, pat them down, and search their bags. And they better decide quickly Tara Servatius American Thinker
June 20, 2011 Americans must to decide if, in the name of homeland security, they are willing to allow TSA operatives to storm public places in their communities with no warning, pat them down, and search their bags. And they better decide quickly. Bus travelers were shocked when jackbooted TSA officers in black SWAT-style uniforms descended unannounced upon the TampaGreyhound bus station in April with local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and federal bureaucrats in tow. A news report by ABC Action News in Tampa showed passengers being given the signature pat downs Americans are used to watching the Transportation Security Administration screeners perform at our airports. Canine teams sniffed their bags and the buses they rode. Immigration officials hunted for large sums of cash as part of an anti-smuggling initiative. The TSA clearly intends for these out-of-nowhere swarms by its officers at community transit centers, bus stops and public events to become a routine and accepted part of American life. The TSA has conducted 8,000 of these security sweeps across the country in the past year alone, TSA chief John Pistole told a Senate committee June 14. They are part of its VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response) program, which targets public transit related places. All of which is enough to make you wonder if we are watching the formation of the “civilian national security force” President Obama called for on the campaign trail “that is just as powerful, just as strong and just as well funded” as the military. The VIPR swarm on Wednesday, the TSA’s largest so far, was such a shocking display of the agency’s power that it set the blogosphere abuzz. In a massive flex of muscle most people didn’t know the TSA had, the agency led dozens of federal and state law enforcement agencies in a VIPR exercise that covered three states and 5,000 square miles. According to the Marietta Times, the sweep used reconnaissance aircraft and “multiple airborne assets, including Blackhawk helicopters and fixed wing aircraft as well as waterborne and surface teams.” When did the TSA get this powerful? Last year, Pistole told USA Today he wanted to “take the TSA to the next level,” building it into a “national-security, counterterrorism organization, fully integrated into U.S. government efforts.” What few people realize is how far Pistole has already come in his quest. This is apparently what that next level looks like. More than 300 law enforcement and military personnel swept through a 100-mile stretch of the Ohio Valley alone, examining the area’s industrial infrastructure, the Charleston Gazette reported. Federal air marshals, the Army Corps of Engineers, the U.S. Coast Guard, the FBI, the Office of Homeland Security and two dozen other federal, state and local agencies teamed up to scour the state’s roads, bridges, water supply and transit centers under the TSA’s leadership. What is remarkable about these security swarms is that they don’t just involve federal, state and locallaw enforcement officials. The TSA brings in squads of bureaucrats from state and federal agencies as well, everything from transportation departments to departments of natural resources. The TSA had received no specific threats about the Tampa bus station before the April sweep, reporters were told. They were there “to sort of invent the wheel in advance in case we have to if there ever is specific intelligence requiring us to be here,” said Gary Milano with the Department of Homeland Security in an ABC News Action television report. “This way us and our partners are ready to move in at a moment’s notice.” Federal immigration officials from Customs and Border Patrol swept the station with the TSA, looking for “immigration violations, threats to national security” and “bulk cash smuggling.” (How the bulk cash smuggling investigation related to national security was never explained.) “We’ll be back,” Milano told reporters. “We won’t say when we’ll be back. This way the bad guys are on notice we’ll be back.” The TSA gave the same vague answers when asked about the three-state sweep this week. That sweep wasn’t in response to any specific security threat, either. The purpose was to “have a visible presence and let people know we’re out here,” Michael Cleveland, federal security director for TSA operations in West Virginia told the Gazette. “It can be a deterrent.” It might be — if Americans are willing to live this way. read more ... |

June 17, 2011 As the resurrected TSA anti-groping bill cleared the House Committee on Criminal Jurisprudence, and gathered enough support to pass both chambers, Texas state officials have recounted disturbing stories that highlight how the TSA is using forceful pat-downs as a form of “punishment” to those who opt out of the full body scanners. “Let me put this delicately. I was still feeling the effects of the pat-down as I sat in my seat from New Orleans to Houston, and then Houston to Austin.” Chairman of the Texas Public Utilities Commission Barry Smitherman told Fox 7 News. Watch video:
Smitherman described the groping as “aggressive” and recounted an admission by a TSA supervisor that he was being “punished” for opting out. Texas State Rep. Barbara Nash also told Fox 7 that a TSA agent “moved my legs apart and went up my legs, all the way up, and then she made me stand a different way where she could go all the way up the front., and then all the way up the back of my dress.” State Rep. David Simpson, who sponsored the original anti-groping bill, House bill 1937, noted “This is a sexual assault in any other activity. If that happened right now, it would be sexual assault.” Watch the video: HB 1937, the regular session bill banning TSA groping, cleared the House floor but was not taken up in the Senate following threats to effectively implement a no fly zone over the entirety of Texas by TSA officials and a federal judge. However, the bill was was refiled in the special session: Senate Bill 29, authored by Senator Dan Patrick, and House Bill 41 authored by Rep. David Simpson, as well as 112 co-sponsors (out of 150 Reps.) . HB 41 was cleared Unanimously by the House Criminal Jurisprudence Committee and the dignity of Texas travelers, including women and children, is now in the hands of Governor Rick Perry, who must call for the bill to be addressed on the House floor. Senator Patrick declared this week that he has gathered enough support, 18 out of 31 Senators, to successfully pass HB 41. In a letter to Perry, Patrick urged the Governor to consider the bill. “I have polled the members of the Senate on Senate Bill 29 [the Senate's companion to HB 41] in an effort to bring the TSA anti-groping bill back to the floor,” Patrick wrote. “As of today [Wednesday], I have the votes to pass it. I hope that with the support of Lieutenant Governor [David] Dewhurst and the coauthorship of more than one hundred State Representatives, this legislation will be added to the call of this special session.” Call Perry’s office TODAY! Wednesday, June 15, 2011 If you’re still living under the delusion that the TSA is just restricted to airports then think again. A joint VIPR “security exercise” involving military personnel has Transportation Security Administration workers covering 5,000 miles and three states, illustrating once again how the TSA is turning into a literal occupying army for domestic repression in America. The TSA, in alliance with a whole host of federal, state, local agencies as well as military personnel, is currently conducting a massive “security exercise” throughout Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia. “The participating teams are composed of a variety of TSA assets including federal air marshals, canine teams, inspectors and bomb appraisal officers. They will be joined by state and local law enforcement officials to supplement existing resources, provide detection and response capabilities. The exercise will utilize multiple airborne assets, including Blackhawk helicopters and fixed wing aircraft as well as waterborne and surface teams,” reports the Marietta Times. Although the exercise is couched in serious rhetoric about preparedness, it relates to “no specific threat” and the details are nebulous to say the least and seems to revolve around little else than testing out high-tech surveillance equipment and reminding Americans who their bosses are. “In addition to using three helicopters for aerial inspection, the exercise made use of the Ohio Highway Patrol’s camera-equipped Cessna Caravan, which is capable of transmitting close-up, detailed real-time images of objects on the ground taken from more than five miles away,” reports the Charleston Gazette. The exercise seems to be about little more than a show of force by the TSA in light of a massive resistance against their agenda, particularly in Texas where a recent bill that would have banned invasive TSA grope downs almost passed and is set to be up for debate again. Michael Cleveland, federal security director for TSA operations in West Virginia admitted as much when he said the event was about letting, “people know we’re out here.” As we have documented, TSA grope downs and body scans are now being rolled out on highways, street corners, train stations, bus depots, public buildings, at sports events, and even at local prom nights as part of the VIPR (Visible Intermodal Prevention and Response) takeover of the country. The TSA has also announced its intention to expand the VIPR program to include roadside inspections of commercial vehicles, setting up a network of internal checkpoints and rolling out security procedures already active in airports, bus terminals and subway stations to roads and highways across the United States. These internal checkpoints, run by Homeland Security, the Department of Transportation, and the TSA, involve trucks being scanned with backscatter x-ray devices in the name of “safety” and “counter terrorism”. Since the launch of the Department of Homeland Security’s “See Something, Say Something” program, the DHS has also released promotional material which depicts would-be TSA agents conducting searches at public events, including a Buccaneers football game. Homeland Security is also developing technology to be used at “security events” which purports to monitor “malintent” on behalf of an individual who passes through a checkpoint. Forget the airports, the TSA has already spread its tentacles to invade almost every public facet of American society. President Obama’s election campaign promise to create a domestic “security force,” that is “just as powerful, just as strong” as the US military is now coming to fruition as the TSA expands to turn American into a checkpoint-festooned hellhole where constant fearmongering about terror threats is the justification for the construction of a Sovietized police state.

| TSA Admits ‘Bad Judgment’ After Disabled Man Subjected to Airport Pat-Down - Saturday, June 11, 2011FoxNews.com | Detroit father said agents with the TSA singled out his special-needs son for a pat-down while the family was headed to Disney World. FoxNews.com
June 11, 2011 Detroit – A Detroit father said agents with the Transportation Security Administration singled out his special-needs son for a pat-down while the family was headed to Disney World, MyFoxDetroit.com reported, an incident that the TSA admitted was a “case of bad judgment.” David Mandy said agents at Detroit Metro Airport took his son Drew, 29, and asked him about the padding underneath his pants, which turned out to be adult diapers. Drew, who is severely mentally disabled, had trouble understanding the agents’ orders because his family said he has the mental capacity of a 2-year-old. When the father tried to intervene and explain Drew’s disability, he said the two agents said, “Please, sir, we know what we’re doing.” Read more |

But if you fly because it is more convenient than driving or taking a train or a bus, you’re encouraging the TSA to abuse the mentally disabled and molest six year olds. This will not stop until the airlines fear bankruptcy due to lost business. Millions of people must refuse to fly and look for other ways to travel. Faced with going out of business, the airlines will refuse to allow the feds to run their Gestapo humiliation program. If you continue to fly, you are to blame for the TSA abusing the mentally disabled, pregnant women, and children.

| Special Needs Son Harassed by TSA at Detroit Metropolitan Airport - Saturday, June 11, 2011I realize they’re trying to keep people safe, but come on, does he look like a terrorist?” said Dr. David Mandy. TARYN ASHER WJBK | myFOXDetroit.com
June 10, 2011 ROMULUS, Mich. (WJBK) – The Mandy family says they were on their way to the happiest place on earth (Disney), but had to go through hell to get there. “I realize they’re trying to keep people safe, but come on, does he look like a terrorist?” said Dr. David Mandy. The family was going through security when two TSAagents singled Drew Mandy out for a special pat down. Drew is severely mentally disabled. He’s 29, but his parents said he has the mental capacity of a two-year-old, which made the experience that followed at metro Detroit’s McNamera Terminal that much harder to deal with. “You have got to be kidding me. I honestly felt that those two agents did not know what they were doing,” Mandy told us. Dr. Mandy claimed they asked Drew to place his feet on the yellow shoe line, something he didn’t understand. They proceeded to pat his pants down, questioning the padding which was his adult diapers. When the agents asked Drew to take his hand and rub the front and back of his pants so they could swab it for explosives, his dad stepped in and tried to explain that Drew was mentally challenged. Terin Miller Wall St Journal
June 8, 2011 A former Transportation Security Administration supervisor at Newark International Airport was sentenced to 30 months in prison Tuesday for accepting bribes and kickbacks from a coworker who allegedly stole money regularly from passengers during security screenings. Michael Arato, 42 years old, of Ewing, N.J., had previously pleaded guilty on the charges. When Arato was the supervisor at a security checkpoint inside Newark’s Terminal B between September 2009 to October 2010, he allowed a subordinate to steal between $10,000 and $30,000 in cash from travelers, according to documents and statements made in court. In exchange, the subordinate would “kick up” a portion of the stolen money to Arato, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for New Jersey said. Video surveillance captured Arato accepting about $3,100 in bribes from the subordinate in the furtherance of the scheme. Arato also admitted he regularly stole from passengers traveling through his checkpoint. Full article here |

June 6, 2011 The TSA has responded to the release of a video that went viral last week showing a woman becoming very upset and screaming for help after being touched on her breasts by TSA agents in Phoenix. The video, shot by the woman’s son Ryan Miklus, also featured constant threats from TSA agents falsely claiming he was breaking the law by filming the ordeal. The agents also threatened to confiscate Mr Miklus’ luggage, even though he had been through the screening process. Watch the video:
Last week, Matt Drudge picked up our report on the incident, and linked it on the Drudge Report, sending it viral and making it the second most read news article on the internet last Thursday (June 2). This exposure has forced the TSA to respond to the incident on it’s official blog. The notorious “Blogger Bob” writes: TSA takes all allegations of improper screening seriously and investigates each claim to the fullest. After reviewing this passenger’s time at the checkpoint, we found that our security officers acted properly and neither the CCTV footage nor this YouTube video support any of the allegations levied. Real violations of our protocols are worth every ounce of our energy to investigate, but this alleged incident does not meet that threshold. This incident has also raised many questions about whether or not passengers can film at checkpoints. This topic is currently under review, but you can read this blog post on our current policy for photography at checkpoints.
The blog post the TSA links to explains that there is no law to prevent people from filming at TSA checkpoints, provided you are not interfering with the screening process. As Mr Miklus’ video clearly shows, he is standing away from the agents and is not impeding the TSA agents at all. The TSA official Blog, manned by “Blogger Bob”, has been consistently used by the agency to issue misleading and outright false information in an effort to legitimize the unconstitutional actions of the TSA.Ryan Miklus appeared on the Alex Jones show on Friday to discuss the incident in more detail. | The Crazies in the TSA Cult and how people want their god given rights back not to be molested - Friday, June 03, 2011Paul Joseph Watson | Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst has “change of heart,” sends HB 1937 to Rick Perry.Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars
June 3, 2011
Days after a top TSA official conceded that the agency would be forced to reconsider its policies in the aftermath of a nationwide backlash against invasive screening procedures, the agency was dealt another two huge blows yesterday with the news that the TSA budget would be slashed by $270 million, in addition to the return of a bill in Texas that would make grope-downs a felony. The Texas bill that would have made invasive TSA pat-downs in the state a felony, legislation that was nixed after the Justice Department issued a threat to shut down Texas airports and impose a federal blockade, has risen again like a phoenix from the flames. Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, the man responsible for turning Senators away from the bill which had looked set to pass having sailed through the House unanimously, has reversed his position and “asked Gov. Rick Perry to include the measure in a special session of the Texas legislature,” reports The Hill. Texas state Rep. David Simpson (R), one of the main backers of the bill, told visitors to his Facebook page that Dewhurst has had a “change of heart,” which may have something to do with the firestorm of criticism the Lt. Governor received after his actions, in addition to promises by Simpson and others to oppose Dewhurst’s future political aspirations in the state. “The Lt. Gov. sent a letter to Gov. Perry asking him to include the TSA bill HB 1937 in the special session!,” Simpson wrote on the website. “Please call the Governor and tell him you agree with Lt. Gov. Dewhurst!” There shouldn’t even be a debate as to whether or not TSA workers can stick their hands down your pants or fondle a woman’s breasts. Not even a police officer or an FBI agent can legally lay a hand on you unless it’s in the course of an arrest. Though welcomed, there isn’t even any need for a law to be passed in Texas, all state police have to do is enforce existing laws. As Steve Wagstaffe, the District Attorney in San Mateo County, told Alex Jones last year, merely touching someone against their will is a felony in California, just as it is in Texas and across the country. “If it is skin to skin, if someone were to take their hand and put it underneath somebody’s blouse and touch someone inappropriately and go skin to skin, that’s a felony, and if it’s done simply over the clothing, according to California law, that’s a misdemeanor,” said Wagstaffe. If police merely did their job and enforced existing laws by arresting TSA agents who molest Americans, whether that be in airports, at train stations, highways, bus terminals, prom nights or wherever else TSA workers are used, then there would be no need for new legislation. In a related story, the number of TSA screeners groping children and searching babies’ diapers at security checkpoints not just at airports, but also proms, highways, train stations and bus depots, is set to be cut by 10 per cent after the Republican-controlled House voted 219 to 204 to cut the Transportation Security Administration’s budget by $270 million, a move opposed by Democrats and union leaders. The cut was part of a homeland security budget bill for fiscal year 2012. The House also voted 218 to 205 to prevent the TSA from collective bargaining with its workers. Both amendments now move to the Senate. The deluge of negative press that the TSA has been forced to endure over the course of the last year is finally starting to cause cracks in the facade of the federal agency.
As we reported yesterday, TSA Field Operations Manager Scott Johnson said that the agency was considering changing its screening techniques during a meeting with lawmakers in Alaska.
Drudge Drives TSA Controversy To Viral Status
Much to the chagrin of the establishment media, Matt Drudge is still the King of Internet news
Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com
Friday, June 3, 2011 Much to the chagrin of the establishment media, Matt Drudge is still the king of Internet news, a title proven once again by Drudge’s ability to single-handedly drive the TSA controversy to the heights of viral success. When the New York Times reported that DrudgeReport.com “is now more powerful in driving news than the half-billion folks on Facebook,” it may have been done through gritted teeth. Many people have tried to dethrone Drudge from the top of the perch by word of mouth alone, claiming that he no longer holds sway in an increasingly populated news arena – and that many people have been proven wrong time and time again. The latest example is illustrated by this morning’s Alexa.com’s What’s Hot section, which ranks the most popular news stories that are generating the most traffic across the entire world wide web. Appearing second on the list behind only a Yahoo.com front page story (the other two entries are for software downloads), is our article from yesterday about a woman screaming after being molested by TSA agents at Sky Harbor International airport in Phoenix, AZ. This story has now received millions of readers thanks to Drudge’s influence in driving the issue to viral status.
How is the system attempting to fight back against the fact that Drudge has trail blazed a path for alternative media to seriously compete with corporate news? The answer comes in the third most popular news story on the Alexa list from yesterday, also linked by Drudge, which was Kurt Nimmo’s piece about a new law that would make embedding You Tube videos a felony with a 5-year jail sentence attached. Desperate to re-build the crumbling facade of the dominant mainstream, the establishment is determined to crush independent news sources through a myriad of different techniques – censorship, intimidation and dirty tricks being prime amongst them. Despite the fact that Prison Planet and Infowars stories are routinely linked by Drudge, Google News took the decision to de-list both websites from its aggregator content last year, even though Alex Jones himself is now recognized as a leading media personality in the United States. Google-owned You Tube has also repeatedly banned the Alex Jones Channel on the flimsiest of pretexts before being forced to restore it after a massive backlash. So what are they afraid of? The fact that like Drudge, Infowars and Prison Planet are already swallowing up audience share from big mainstream news websites. Infowars.com alone now gets more traffic than MSNBC.com, a multi-billion dollar news operation funded by General Electric and the military-industrial complex.
Much to the chagrin of the establishment media, Matt Drudge is still the king of Internet news, a title proven once again by Drudge’s ability to single-handedly drive the TSA controversy to the heights of viral success.
A former Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent at Orlando International Airport could spend a decade in jail after being accused of stealing from passengers’ luggage WFTVJune 3, 2011ORLANDO, Fla. — A former Transportation Security Administration (TSA) agent at Orlando International Airport could spend a decade in jail after being accused of stealing from passengers’ luggage. According to the arrest report, it happened in early March. WFTV was there when Iglesias left the federal courthouse in downtown Orlando on Thursday. “Do you have anything to say for yourself?” WFTV reporter Q McCray asked Iglesias. He refused to answer questions after turning himself in to U.S. Marshals on Thursday. He’s facing a grand theft charge. Full article here

Texas state Rep. David Simpson (R) said that Texas Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst reportedly asked Gov. Rick Perry to include the measure in a special session of the Texas legislature. Dewhurst reported asked lawmakers to withdraw the bill when federal officials threatened to cancel flights to Texas if it passed. June 3, 2011 EXCLUSIVE footage of Alex Jones’ powerful speech on the steps of the Texas Senate chamber, rebuking those who betrayed liberty and worked to kill the bill that would protect passengers from TSA groping.
On May 25th, 2011 Alex went to the Texas capitol to protest the sabotaging and attempted sinking of the anti-TSA bill HB 1937 which the Texas house unanimously voted in favor of. Alex Jones and crowd chant from the steps of the Senate chamber, which the media reported was audible inside the chamber and temporarily halted the passage of other bills. HB 1937 would make it a felony crime for a TSA employee to reach under clothing or touch the genitals of passengers it screens. The bill presents a serious challenge to the assumed authority of the TSA agency, so it is no wonder why the establishment moved swiftly to intimidate Texas lawmakers andthreaten a flight blockade to stifle to the legislation. Since the protest we’ve made progress. Supporters are trying to get the bill called to special session, as detailed by Kurt Nimmo in an article he wrote for infowars.com entitled ‘Texas Moves to Bring Back Anti-TSA Groping Bill‘. read more ... |

After a woman refused to go through a full body scanner she was pulled aside and made to undergo the pat down procedure. When the TSA agent touched the woman’s breasts, she broke down into tears and screamed for a police officer. When police officers arrived on the scene they led the woman away and told her that unless she would submit to the full pat down procedure she would not be able to fly. “Why won’t you help me? You’re a police officer why won’t you help me?” the woman asks in the video. All the while the woman’s son was filming the ordeal on his phone, having to constantly fend off threats from TSA agents falsely claiming he was breaking the law. The agents also threatened to confiscate the man’s luggage, even though he had been through the screening process. Watch the video:

TSA Caving To Pat Down Pressure? - Paul Joseph Watson | TSA manager tells Alaska Senator that agency is considering changing its policies.Paul Joseph Watson

Image: Flickr Commons Following pressure from lawmakers that resulted in the Department of Justice resorting to threats of federal blockades last week to stymie a bill in Texas that would have made TSA groping a felony, a top Transportation Security Administration official has indicated that the agency might be about to cave on its aggressive pat down procedures. During a roundtable session in Anchorage Alaska hosted by U.S. Sen. Mark Begich, D-Alaska, TSA Field Operations Manager Scott Johnson said the agency was “considering changes in its screening techniques,” reports the Associated Press. Instead of groping young children and searching babies’ diapers, the TSA is looking at treating passengers differently based on their potential risk, a policy that would “rank populations of air passengers as more or less potentially dangerous.” “There are probably people that we have to take a closer look at than others,” said Johnson. However, subjecting individuals deemed suitable for a “closer look” by the TSA to more aggressive screening may have little to do with stopping terrorists considering the fact that the TSA apparently judges the biggest threat to be journalists who criticized the agency and were then put on a watch list as a form of punishment. “This whole idea of risk assessment … trying to determine what’s high risk, what’s a low risk, how they manage that, I think was a good statement and a new policy that they have,” said Senator Begich, noting that body scanners which do not show intimate details of a person’s naked body are in the pipeline. However, worries about the radiation threat posed by such devices, an even bigger concern, were not addressed.
The round table session was organized by Republican State Rep. Sharon Cissna’s United States for Travel Freedom Caucus, a group that is pushing for legislation to be enacted across the country that would ban TSA molestation. Cissna, a 68-year-old cancer survivor who suffered molestation and abuse in her youth, made shock waves back in February when she refused to submit to a TSA grope-down and was subsequently prevented from flying from Seattle, Washington to her home in Alaska. “It’s a paradigm shift that has gone on here, where suddenly it’s all right to teach kids that it’s all right to have strangers touching them in the most personal places,” she said. Last week, the Department of Justice and the TSA used financial terrorism to nix HB 1937 in Texas, a bill that would have made it “A criminal act for security personnel to touch a person’s private areas without probable cause as a condition of travel or as a condition of entry into a public place,” shortly before the legislation looked to be on its way to passage in the Senate having passed the Texas House unanimously. The DOJ and Homeland Security intimidated lawmakers into dropping the bill after they threatened to shut down all the airports in Texas and prevent any commercial flights from operating out of or entering the state. Stock up with Fresh Food that lasts with eFoodsDirect (Ad) While any change in policy by the TSA should be welcomed, let’s not forget that following the national outcry at the end of last year against intrusive airport screening that was spearheaded by the Drudge Report, John Pistole’s promise that the TSA was looking at making the process “less intrusive” was never fulfilled, and if anything the grope-downs became more aggressive, with TSA goons directly sticking their hands down people’s pants. |

| Corporate Media Attacks Alex Jones, Defends TSA Perverts - Sunday, May 29, 2011Fort Worth op-ed writer supports the state and its pathological insistence it must grab the testicles of children. Kurt Nimmo

May 29, 2011
Following a successful rally on the capitol in Austin last week to protest a decision by lawmakers to back down on a bill to stop TSA molestation, apologists for a tyrannical state are coming out of the woodwork in defense of goons sticking their hands down the pants of six year old kids.
One such apologist is Bud Kennedy, who writes for the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. According to Kennedy, the protest was all about “showboat” Alex Jones and had nothing to do with perverts in blue latex gloves fondling the breasts of pregnant women. Kennedy is apparently unable to get his facts straight. He says Jones is a SiriusXM radio talk show host and that is how he raised awareness about this pivotal issue. In fact, Jones made his call to meet at the capitol in downtown Austin over local terrestrial radio, shortwave, micro-radio and the internet, where he dominates in the talk radio arena. But Kennedy’s inability to report reality is secondary. What’s really disgusting is his support for the state and its pathological insistence it must grab the testicles of children in order to supposedly stop terrorism by a shadowy group with links to intelligence agencies. For the real deal on the protest last week, see Jones’ report below. Kennedy’s not only alone in challenging critics of the TSA abusers. Gary Scharrer, writing for The Houston Chronicle, also attempted to make reasonable protest against federal tyranny out to be the ravings of crackpots. Here’s Kennedy’s article, posted on Saturday: Bud Kennedy Fort Worth Star-Telegram Crazy session of Texas Legislature just gets crazier As if there weren’t already enough showboats in the Texas Legislature, the radio talkers landed last week. First, bizarro satellite radio host Alex Jones led a madcap march on the Capitol. About 100 of Jones’ listeners descended on the Senate, calling senators “cowards” and “federal pimps” for not passing a bill to outlaw close pat-downs at airports. Tea Party Republicans somehow persuaded this Washington-bashing Legislature to pass a bill essentially making it a misdemeanor for airport security officers to pat anyone’s crotch or shirt. With the Senate poised to vote, San Antonio-based U.S. Attorney John Murphy warned lawmakers by letter Tuesday that the security agency would “cancel any flight or series of flights” without close searches. | National Security Crime Syndicate Reveals Secret Hand In Texas: Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst - Saturday, May 28, 2011Saman Mohammadi | This week the Texas House voted unanimously on a bill to make TSA body pat-downs a felony under the law. But the bill was prevented from passing the Senate because Texas’s Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst sneakily killed the bill and silenced the voice of the people of Texas and America. We are being lied to about issues of life and death, war and peace, freedom and slavery by our so called leaders.
May 28, 2011 This week the Texas House voted unanimously on a bill to make TSA body pat-downs a felony under the law. But the bill was prevented from passing the Senate because Texas’s Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst sneakily killed the bill and silenced the voice of the people of Texas and America.
By stabbing his colleagues and constituents in the back Dewhurst made known where his true allegiances lie: the Treasonous and Tyrannical Federal Government, the National Security Crime Syndicate, and the Obama Administration.
The National Security Crime Syndicate has an army of snakes and snoops across America’s 50 states who are willing to betray their constituents and advance the criminal interests of the powerful and traitorous Establishment in Washington. Dewhurst is one of the sleeper snakes, who is always ready to bite off the head of American Liberty at the first sign of any disturbance to the Establishment’s agenda for total control and domination of the American people. Dewhurst is a traitor and a master at lying to the American people and covering his tracks. Paul Joseph Watson wrote about Dewhurst’s shady background on May 26, 2011: Dewhurst is a creature of the federal government, having worked as a CIA agent and also served in the US State Department. He was also director of the state Task Force on Homeland Security. During his tenure in the CIA in the early 1970′s, Dewhurst helped the U.S. government violently overthrow democratically elected regimes in South America to plunder their oil and other resources, including the coup that helped neo-nazi Bolivian Gen. Hugo Banzer Suárez come to power. Banzer was aided by notorious Nazi Klaus Barbie, the “butcher of Lyon,” who escaped France after the end of World War 2 to enter Bolivia. Barbie, an expert in cruel and inhumane forms of torture for the purposes of interrogation, was a key CIA liaison throughout the years Dewhurst served in South America. When the Austin Chronicle asked Dewhurst whether he had enjoyed a drink with the “butcher of Lyon” at the US embassy bar, he responded, “I never comment on intelligence matters.”
When you read “intelligence” don’t think national security or defense. Remember that U.S. intelligence has been hijacked by traitors and turncoats who want to destroy America and put in place a global technofascist government. But Dewhurst and others of his ilk who are creeping around the people’s chambers like rats may find that establishing a regime of repression, surveillance, and terror in America and the Western world will not be as easy as they thought. People will not go along with Nazi body pat-downs, Soviet checkpoints, and Chinese gulags. The state of Texas is not going along with TSA tyranny. Texas is living up to its reputation as the state of renegades and patriots. Forget George Bush, Rick Perry and David Dewhurst. Texas is the state Sam Houston, and Dwight D. Eisenhower. Texas is also the state of Alex Jones. On the same day that Dewhurst killed the anti-tyranny bill and tried to smother the people’s voice in a cloud of smoke, Alex used his voice to amass the Infowar army around Austin, Texas to head down to the State Capitol. Hundreds of people responded to Alex’s battle call and showed up to protest the TSA’s invasive pat-down policies and the Texas Senate for cowering before state terrorists who disguise themselves as the public’s protectors against terrorism. There are many leaders in the 9/11 truth movement and the Western freedom movement, but Alex Jones is a lightning rod for action. There are very few men who are willing to shake things up and capable of rallying hundreds of Americans in a matter of hours to protest against the illegitimate, unaccountable, tyrannical, and treasonous federal government that has been hijacked by globalist oligarchs and state terrorists. The protest at the Texas State Capitol against the TSA and the Department of Justice for betraying the American people, killing democracy, and manhandling the Texas state legislature will be remembered as a historical moment. History happens when we less realize it. Great changes start slowly, but they have to begin somewhere at sometime by someone. The history books may read that the TSA fired the first shot in the second American revolution in Texas. If they do, then in the next paragraph it may also read that hundreds of vigilant and courageous Texans answered the call of liberty to defeat the TSA and did not shrivel up. Texans have my full support. The American people have my full support and admiration. The people of Canada, America, England, and the West face a common enemy to our liberties and security: our captured governments and top political leaders who are working in tandem with each other to set up a global technofascist government. They are using dishonorable and immoral means to fulfill their criminal and secret goals, including staging false flag terrorist attacks to scare us into giving up our God-given rights. It is not a conspiracy theory that we are all being lied to about issues of life and death, war and peace, freedom and slavery by our so called leaders. This epic betrayal and high treason can’t go on for much longer. Not all of us are mindless sheep and heartless cowards. Not all of us will go along with brainwashed government agents to the slaughterhouse of liberty. The TSA, Department of Justice, and Obama administration are in the wrong for violating the privacy of the American people and not respecting the Bill of Rights. These tyrants don’t like to be reminded that the Patriot (Traitor) Act was written in ink, and the U.S. Constitution was written in blood. People gave their lives and bodies to make America free and independent. America was created to limit government power and the bill of rights was written to place the government below the people in the social order. There can’t be a free America if the TSA is around. Mike Adams writes that the TSA “is doing to Americans today what the occupying British Army did to the American colonists before the Revolutionary War.” The 21st century tyrants must be taught the age old lesson: Don’t bite off more than you can chew, or risk throwing up all that you have gobbled up through force and fraud. It is outrageous and scandalous that people are allowing government crooks to grope their bodies and touch their children. The human body is a divine vessel. As Walt Whitman wrote, “If any thing is sacred the human body is sacred.” Government agents are not morally or lawfully allowed to invade your personal space without probable cause. The TSA should be abolished and crushed. “This is a rogue government agency,” says Adams, “that lusts for power, and it absolutely will not stop until it is running the secret police infrastructure in America that molests and extorts individuals and businesses, all under the false cover of “fighting terrorism.” The TSA, the federal government, and national security apparatchiks made it clear through their actions this week that they are the real terrorists and the real enemies of America who must be resisted and defeated.

Two injured US military veterans traveling to a ceremony to honor the lives of fallen friends who gave their lives to protect the rights enshrined in the Constitution were harassed by TSA thugs, with one of them having his crotch grabbed, according to David Bellow, an Army National Guardsman and a State Republican Executive Committeeman. “One of the wounded warriors, a friend of mine who personally told me what happened, has bullet fragments in his leg. The other wounded warrior has shrapnel in his face,” wrote Bellow on the Texas GOP Vote website. The TSA agents responded to the men having set off metal detectors by interrogating them about what they were hiding in their bodies. “What are you hiding in your face?” screamed one. “My friend told me that one TSA agent came up to him and asked what he was hiding in his leg, but before my friend could answer he said that the TSA agent grabbed him, without notice, right in the crotch area as if trying to find something hidden,” writes Bellow. When the TSA goon grabbed his crotch and didn’t let go, the veteran felt inclined to lash out violently but was somehow able to control his fury. This story is just one of hundreds if not thousands of examples that underscores the fact that low-grade TSA morons who have proven themselves prone to predatory, perverted and criminal behavior have no place in a free society. Airports need to act now by kicking out the TSA and replacing them with private security. But it’s not just airports that are being manned by this cadre of cretins – sports stadiums, prom nights, highways, bus terminals and train stations are all being patrolled by this literal occupying army that is turning America into a checkpoint-festooned police state. Efforts in Texas to pass a law that would have made TSA groping a felony, scuttled at the last minute by a threat of financial terrorism on behalf of the feds that would have imposed a no fly zone over the state, are now being replicated nationwide as the growing resistance movement against TSA tyranny accelerates. read more ... |
| Utah To Follow Texas Lead In TSA Grope-down Revolt - Friday, May 27, 2011Utah looks likely to be the next state to follow the example set by Texas in attempting to make TSA grope downs a felony.
Steve Watson Prisonplanet.com
May 27, 2011 Utah looks likely to be the next state to follow the example set by Texas in attempting to make TSA grope downs a felony. Rep. Carl Wimmer, R-Herriman has introduced a bill into the Utah House of Representatives that would ensure TSA agents would have to abide by the same Fourth Amendment limits that police do when performing searches on Americans. “It is a work in progress,” Wimmer told the Utah Daily Herald. “What it would do right now is simply say TSA agents are not exempt from the requirement of reasonable suspicion or probable cause to pat down a citizen.” Like the bill that was recently unanimously passed in the Texas House, Wimmer’s legislation would make it an offense to touch the private parts of the person on the receiving end of the pat-down. As we reported yesterday, the man who was instrumental in working with the federal government to sabotage the Texas bill was Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, a former CIA agent and establishment insider considered to be the wealthiest man in Texas politics. The bill stalled in the Texas Senate, after the Department of Justice sent a letter threatening to impose a no fly zone over Texas and shut down Texas airports. The warning was nothing short of a federal blockade and an act of financial terrorism. Rep. Wimmer, a long time champion of states rights, told the Utah Daily Herald that it is untrue that the federal government has supremacy over the state of Texas in the matter. “The absolute overbearing audacity of the federal government in threatening Texas while Texas is trying to protect their citizens should really offend any red-blooded American,” Wimmer said, adding that the issue has been transformed from solely a Fourth Amendment concern to an assault on the Tenth Amendment and states rights. As a former police officer, Wimmer is adamant that TSA agents should be held up to the same standards as law enforcement officers, and that law abiding citizens should not be subjected to personal searches without reason. “It does not feel like America when you are going through a TSA checkpoint at the airport,” Wimmer said. Wimmer’s bill will be considered and debated in the new year when the 2012 legislative session begins in Utah. Lawmakers in other states, including New Hampshire and California, have already looked into banning TSA gropedowns. A number of other lobby groups, state and local authorities around the country have also resolved to either block the TSA body scanners or kick the TSA out of airports altogether, including New Jersey, where Republican state Senator Mike Doherty has vowed to push for legislation that will ban both the scanners as well as invasive groping techniques. Should several more states follow the same example set by Texas, the TSA and the Justice Department will have a major job on their hands threatening half the country with no fly zones and convincing Americans that it is the prudent course of action. read more ... |
| Top 10 things the TSA could do if its power is not sensibly limited - Friday, May 27, 2011Mike Adams | This is a rogue government
NaturalNews
May 27, 2011 Let’s ask the commonsense question: If the TSA can run security checkpoints at not only airports but also local high schools, and if the TSA can reach down your pants and feel your genitals in complete violation of your Fourth Amendment rights, and if the TSA says it has the complete authority under the U.S. Constitution to do whatever it wants, then what are the limits on the TSA’s power? It’s not just an important question, it is THE question of freedom: What are the limits of government power?
TSA claims supreme power over Americans According to the TSA’s current explanations, there are no limits to its power. It can do whatever it wants. But America’s founding fathers, not surprisingly, strongly disagreed. In fact, they penned two documents that specifically defined strict limits to government power. Those two documents are, of course, the U.S. Constitution and its Bill of Rights. The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are, technically, anti-government documents. They spell out the limits of government in order to protect the freedoms of the People. Remember, these were documents that came out of a time when British soldiers would conduct house-to-house searches — looting homes and sexually assaulting women — without any legal justification whatsoever. The early American colonists were infuriated at this abuse of power, so they created the Fourth Amendment which specifically forbade searches of people or their private property without court-approved warrants that specifically named the things to be searched or seized. The Fourth Amendment, in other words, was specifically written to stop rogue governments from abusing their power and conducting illegal police operations against the People. It’s no stretch to say that the Fourth Amendment was written to halt almost exactly the kind of behavior now being pursued by the TSA — illegal bodily searches without cause or justification, without warrants and without any legal proceedings whatsoever. The TSA, in other words, is doing to Americans today what the occupying British Army did to the American colonists before the Revolutionary War. The TSA recognizes no law and no limits to its power It all makes you wonder: What are, exactly, the limits of the TSA’s power? If the TSA will not recognize the limits of government power set forth in the U.S. Constitution — nor the rights of the People enumerated in the Bill of Rights — then what set of written rules or guidelines provide any boundaries for the TSA? The answer is simple: There are no limits to the TSA’s power! If it simply ignores the Bill of Rights — and if the People do not assert their own rights in the face of a growing tyranny — then the TSA can do essentially whatever it wants. This is how tyranny works: tyrants keep expanding their power grabs until they are stopped (usually by force). That’s why today, I’ve outlined the top 10 things the TSA could do if its power is not limited. These are what’s probably next on the TSA’s wish list. And if America does not rise up against this outrageous tyranny and abuse of power, we will become victims of it. Here are ten things the TSA could do in America starting right now: Ten things the TSA could do in America 1) Conduct house to house searches without warrants or justification of any kind (and arrest people who resist). 2) Shut down your state’s highways, railroads and airports at any time, for any reason, without explanation or justification. 3) Conduct body cavity searches at polling stations. This could literally mean TSA agents reaching into your anus to see if they can find any “hanging chads” in there. 4) Search parking lots for cars with Ron Paul stickers, then impound the vehicles under suspicion of terrorism. 5) Begin carrying firearms and using them to enforce its agenda. Right now, TSA goons don’t carry guns, but before long they could be sticking them in your face while planting cocaine in your carry-on luggage just to have you arrested and molested in the back room. 6) Demand to install TSA representatives in local Sheriff’s offices and police departments. These would function as TSA spies who report on the activities of local law enforcement and keep them in line. It’s a classic Nazi tactic, also used throughout the KGB. 7) Announce a TSA fee collection mandate from air travelers, then shut down any airport that refused to comply. This would basically be a for-profit racketeering operation. Pay up or lose your airport. 8 ) Demand veto power over ALL state legislation involving security, then boycott states that refuse to comply. Yes, the TSA could start having a say in local politics and could even demand the power to veto local legislation it didn’t like (such as the recent attempt in Texas to criminalize the TSA’s obscene pat-downs). 9) Set up official TSA naked inspection rooms at airports, where TSA officials take travelers into the back room and demand they disrobe as a “security measure.” The TSA would effectively operate as a gang of serial molesters. 10) Visit local malls and sporting arenas and demand they pay TSA “protection fees” if they wish to keep their events safe from terrorists. This is classic mob behavior — a “protection racket” that extracts money from businesses if they don’t want to be bombed or burned down. The TSA has already started running bomb exercises in airports just to see how police might react (http://www.naturalnews.com/032458_T…). Don’t believe any of this can happen? Well go back in time a decade and ask yourself in 2001: Would you have believed that in 2011 the U.S. government would be reaching down your pants and feeling your genitals as a requirement for you to board an airplane? More importantly, for those who say this could never happen, I ask the crucial question: What would YOU do to stop it? Tyranny grows in power because people go along with it. Perhaps 90 percent of the sheeple in America would go right along with whatever outrageous and tyrannical schemes the TSA would come up with. The mainstream media would report it all as “business as usual,” too. Oh, the TSA is now molesting women in house-to-house searches? Well, it’s all to protect us from Al Qaeda, so it must be okay. The TSA is demanding cash fees from travelers at airport security checkpoints? Oh, it’s just another reasonable fee to protect us all from terrorists, people would reason. There seems to be nothing the TSA can do now that will awaken the sheeple of America who have been drugged, fluoridated and vaccinated into a state of near-total cognitive compliance. Stock up with Fresh Food that lasts with eFoodsDirect (Ad) So share this list, friends: Let your friends and social networkers know what’s coming soon if the TSA is not stopped. This is a rogue government agency that lusts for power, and it absolutely will not stop until it is running the secret police infrastructure in America that molests and extorts individuals and businesses, all under the false cover of “fighting terrorism.” read more ... |
| Texans Take to Capitol, Demand Representatives Resist TSA Tyranny - Thursday, May 26, 2011Paul Joseph Watson and Kurt Nimmo

Last night, Alex Jones went to the Texas State Capitol in Austin and joined a protest of citizens gathered to demand an end to TSA tyranny. On his nationally syndicated radio show, Alex urged all within a reasonable distance of the capitol to take part in the demonstration. More than 200 people did so. They implored their elected representatives to resist the federal government and its threat to shut down aviation in the state of Texas for daring to enact legislation to criminalize intrusive pat-downs currently conducted at airports. If allowed to continue this practice, federal government goons will be sticking their hands down the pants of citizens at malls, hotels, theme parks, and on streets across America. The TSA has now turned into a literal occupying army threatening to completely change the character of American society from a beacon of liberty to a checkpoint-riddled, “show us your papers” Sovietized hellhole. It is imperative that we not stand idly by while the federal government resorts to mafia-style threats of financial terrorism to crush the lawful and constitutional rights of local representatives to run their own state in the way they see fit. Appearing on C-SPAN’s “Washington Journal” on Wednesday prior to the Texas Senate killing a bill that would have criminalized intrusive pat-downs, Rep. Paul Broun of Georgia said he is undecided on the PATRIOT Act because it is focused on Americans, not official enemies. Broun is a member of the House Homeland Security Committee. During the interview he said the TSA is too politically correct when it selects passengers to molest at airports. “We have to identify those people — we do that through human intelligence, we do that by trying to get into the inner circle,” he said. “Focus upon those individuals, not on the general public. Unfortunately, I think the Department of Homeland Security has been focusing on the general public and have been afraid of political correctness.” “We’ve got to forget political correctness,” Broun added. “We’ve got to start focusing on those people who want to harm us as a nation.” The TSA and the Department of Homeland Security do not profile Arabs because they do not pose a threat, despite nearly a decade of propaganda to the contrary. Crazed gunmen at meet and greets and drug cartels in American cities are far more of a threat to the security of the American people. So are rogue cops dumping the wheelchair-bound on sidewalks and pumping 60 bullets into veterans. Mr. Broun and the political class in Washington are missing the point. TSA goons picking out old ladies and children to molest while ignoring folks in Arab garb has nothing to do with political correctness. It’s about training the American people to accept and submit to the state. If we will consent to agents of the state sticking their hands down our pants – and those of our children – we will accept just about anything, including black-clad militarized cops at the mall and on street corners barking orders like they do in third world dictatorships. The threat is not a handful of radicalized Muslims. It is the government and its desire to create a police state engineered to violently guarantee its monopoly on power.

‘…I regularly pass through Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International airport and as a hub for flights to the middle east, observe Arabs passing through security, which they do with ease, especially the women, who do not have to reveal their faces from behind their niqab, while I am a white British male and have to remove my baseball cap, if I’m wearing one, my shoes and belt and be subjected to an official with a security wand and sometimes a pat-down. With no criminal record, not even a speeding ticket, I just don’t understand the discrimination, for that is what it is. Maybe I should dress up in the full Burqa, then I could sail through security unmolested.’ read more |

The man who was instrumental in working with the federal government to sabotage a bill that would have made TSA grope downs a felony in the state of Texas was Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, a former CIA agent and establishment insider considered to be the wealthiest man in Texas politics. As we have documented, the anti-pat down bill was derailed in the Texas Senate having unanimously passed the House by 138-0 votes after the Department of Justice sent a letter threatening to impose a no fly zone over Texas and shut down Texas airports. The warning was nothing short of a federal blockade and an act of financial terrorism. But the federal assault was aided by a traitor from within the state, Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, who only served to amplify the threats made by the DOJ in communicating them to members of the Senate, convincing them them to cave in and forcing the hand of Senator Dan Patrick to withdraw the bill before it could be shot down permanently. “He came up with this elaborate political play to kill the bill without his fingerprints,” Sen. Patrick, R-Houston stated, adding, “His fingerprints are all over this.” “Someone who will undermine his members and someone who will not stand up to the federal government — you have to ask yourself is that the kind of person that we need in the U.S. Senate,” Patrick said, adding that Dewhurst “sideswiped” him on Tuesday night by turning members against the bill. Patrick is now planning to insert an amendment within the bill that will mandate the federal government comply within six months. However, some will merely see that as unnecessarily watering down the legislation. “I hear he’s thinking about running for governor,” Patrick said. “I hear he’s thinking about running for senator. In the last 24 hours, he’s given me some things to think about.”
Given the fact that Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst is undoubtedly an establishment insider it’s unsurprising that he played the role of Judas in protecting the agenda of the Obama administration over and above the will of his own legislators and the people of Texas. Dewhurst is a creature of the federal government, having worked as a CIA agent and also served in the US State Department. When the Austin Chronicle asked Dewhurst whether he had enjoyed a drink with the “butcher of Lyon” at the US embassy bar, he responded, “I never comment on intelligence matters.” So in Dewhurst we basically have a man who helped neo-nazis, as well as Nazi torture experts, overthrow legitimate governments in the 70′s now helping the Obama administration overthrow America in 2011, by protecting an army of TSA thugs who are being used to completely demolish constitutional rights. Following the recent raid on Osama Bin Laden’s alleged compound, Dewhurst hinted that he still moved very much within spook circles when he stated, “I can’t go into details, but the capabilities that the United States has developed over the years is nothing short of breath-taking.” “Little is known about Dewhurst. His life story is an impenetrable fog of obfuscation punctuated by tantalizing facts,” reports the Texas Observer. “This secrecy has extended from his military record to the sources of his wealth to his current financial conflicts. He has repeatedly gotten into trouble with the Texas Ethics Commission for overly vague financial filings. State elected officials are required to either disclose their finances or put all their assets in a blind trust. Until 2008, Dewhurst declined to do either, putting his money in a (nonblind) trust and declining to release information about it.” During his campaign for lieutenant governor in 2001, Dewhurst ran an ad featuring a German Luftwaffe officer standing in front of an American flag, somewhat appropriate given the fact that Dewhurst obviously believes Americans should be forced to ‘show their papers’ at checkpoints manned by TSA goons which are popping up all over the country just like people in Nazi Germany were also forced to endure checkpoints and strip-searches. read more ... |
| Rage Against The TSA: Protesters Storm Texas Capitol - Thursday, May 26, 2011Paul Joseph Watson Prison Planet.com
Thursday, May 26, 2011 Alex Jones’ spontaneous decision calling on Texans to protest the government’s egregious threat of a federal blockade if the Texas Senate passed an anti-TSA groping bill resulted in hundreds of protesters storming the Capitol in Austin yesterday afternoon.
As we reported yesterday, the TSA and the Department of Justice resorted to financial terrorism by threatening a federal blockade that would have closed down Texas airports if the Texas Senate had followed the House in unanimously passing a bill that would have made TSA groping in the state a felony. “There’s never a dull moment at the Texas Legislature. The House and Senate were going about their regular end-of-session business on Wednesday when loud screams could be heard coming from the rotunda. Outside the chambers, a group of mostly men and a few women were screaming, “Cri-mi-nal! Cri-mi-nal!” and “Treason! Treason!” reports the Texas Tribune. The quickly arranged demonstration was announced during Jones’ radio show just hours beforehand. Next time around, there would be 50,000 protesters in attendance, he promised. Media reaction to the event was mixed, with some accurately reporting the protest and others resorting to the usual brand of sneering arrogance we’ve come to expect from the corporate press. Despite the fact that the intimidation tactics of the federal government, which will surely backfire as a massive shot in the arm for the states’ rights movement, scuttled the anti-grope bill in Texas, there are numerous other states that are already debating or preparing to introduce similar bills. The feds cannot keep relying on mafia-like behavior to preserve the ability of their criminal army of minimum wage perverts to molest children, at some point down the line lawmakers will have the guts to stand up and say no, and at that point a wave of TSA resistance will sweep legislatures across the country. Watch more videos of the protest below.

May 26, 2011 Well, it’s true. There’s never a dull moment at the Texas Legislature. The House and Senate were going about their regular end-of-session business on Wednesday when loud screams could be heard coming from the rotunda. Outside the chambers, a group of mostly men and a few women were screaming, “Cri-mi-nal! Cri-mi-nal!” and “Treason! Treason!” It didn’t take long for reporters to locate the ringleader: Alex Jones, the controversial radio host and filmmaker who describes himself as a staunch constitutionalist. He is also a supporter of the 9/11 truther movement, which has accused the government of orchestrating the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. So who’s his beef with now? The federal Transportation Security Administration — and the Texas Senate. “Every one of [those senators] is an enemy of the Republic and the Republic of Texas!” he bellowed. On Tuesday night, the Senate pulled down the so-called TSA “groping” bill. HB 1937 would have allowed Texas to criminalize “invasive” airport security searches by federal TSA agents if they “intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly” touched the anus, breasts or genitals of travelers. The bill was expected to pass until the U.S. Department of Justice intervened and sent a letter to the state threatening to cancel flights and close airports statewide if the legislation became law. In response, several senators dropped their support.

| Powerful Bi-Partisan Caucus Prepares to Fight TSA - Wednesday, May 25, 2011Paul Joseph Watson | Resistance to unconstitutional grope-downs will not be defeated by DOJ threats of financial terrorism.
May 25, 2011 If the TSA and the federal government thought that their mafia-like elimination of the anti-grope down bill in Texas was the end of the line for resistance against the wholesale TSA takeover of society, they can think again. A nationwide caucus of powerful lawmakers is now activating in a bid to eviscerate the TSA power grab that has stripped Americans of their dignity and constitutional right to privacy.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FPdUrpDuedY&feature=player_embedded
As we reported earlier today, the Department of Justice and the TSA used financial terrorism to nix HB 1937 in Texas, a bill that would have made it “A criminal act for security personnel to touch a person’s private areas without probable cause as a condition of travel or as a condition of entry into a public place,” shortly before the legislation looked to be on its way to passage in the Senate having passed the Texas House unanimously. The DOJ and Homeland Security intimidated lawmakers into dropping the bill after they threatened to shut down all the airports in Texas and prevent any commercial flights from operating out of or entering the state, a brazenly tyrannical tactic that proves the federal government is acting more like a mafia criminal enterprise than a body that is supposed to represent the interests of the American people. Texas lawmaker David Simpson has compared the fight against the TSA to the revolutionary war with Mexico, warning that the federal government is trying to hammer down the final nail in the coffin of the Fourth Amendment. However, the TSA is about to be overwhelmed by a similar wave of resolutions that are already under debate or waiting to be introduced in numerous other states, thanks to the work of the United States for Travel Freedom Caucus headed up by State Rep. Sharon Cissna, R-Alaska. Cissna, a 68-year-old cancer survivor who suffered molestation and abuse in her youth, made shock waves back in February when she refused to submit to a TSA grope-down and was subsequently prevented from flying from Seattle, Washington to her home in Alaska. This incident kick-started a move to stop the TSA treating American citizens like “common criminals,” with the launch of a powerful bi-partisan caucus that already includes legislators from nine states, Alaska, Hawaii, Michigan, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas and Washington. “To get the attention of Congress, they hope to recruit at least 32 states in total. “Congress has made a terrible mistake by not finding out what is happening with the TSA. I told my story and people responded to my story, and through that experience, I learned how widespread and how big of a problem this is. This is a huge problem,” Cissna told the Hawaii Reporter. Cissna’s crusade is based on the fact that TSA security procedures have little to do with actual safety (machines that check for explosives without showing images of a person’s naked body are readily available), but are actually about subjecting Americans and especially children to ritual humiliation. “Parents will wisely not want their small children subjected to the scanners’ x-rays, so they opt for the pat-down,” said Cissna. “As children are touched in places they have been told to protect, they become traumatized. One six-year-old from Kentucky, subjected to a pat-down in New Orleans, started crying from humiliation. It was just heartbreaking. We should not be doing this to our kids.” Senate Bill 1150, which would render invasive grope downs unlawful in the state of Alaska, is up for debate in the 2012 session, as are numerous other bills and resolutions in the other states involved in the caucus, which held a live teleconference yesterday wherein legislators from the different states war gamed how they could get their bills passed and end the TSA takeover of society. “The caucus members also are looking to work with legislative membership groups such as the American Legislative Exchange Council and the National Council of State Legislatures to create model legislation for all states to consider,” writes Malia Zimmerman. The fight to crush the illegal DHS power grab which has been invested in an army of minimum wage morons, perverts and criminals who have been unleashed on the American traveling public is now in full swing. Lawmakers are determined to re-assert states’ rights and eventually abolish the TSA altogether, thereby eliminating a stain on the American conscience that represents everything the country has struggled to avoid becoming in its 235-year history. read more ... |

DOJ resorts to economic terrorism, lawmaker compares fight to revolutionary war against Mexico An astounding Department of Justice threat to cancel airline flights to and from Texas, in addition to underhanded lobbying by TSA representatives, has killed efforts in the state to pass HB 1937, a bill that would have made invasive pat downs by TSA agents a felony. HB 1937, a bill that would have made it “A criminal act for security personnel to touch a person’s private areas without probable cause as a condition of travel or as a condition of entry into a public place,” was headed for an imminent Senate vote in Texas having already passed the House unanimously 138-0, before the federal government stepped in to nix the legislation. In a letter sent to Texas lawmakers, including to Lt. Gov. David Dewhurst, Speaker Joe Straus, the House Clerk, and the Senate Secretary, U.S. Attorney John E. Murphy threatened to cripple the airline industry in the state if legislators did not back down. “If HR [sic] 1937 were enacted, the federal government would likely seek an emergency stay of the statute,” Murphy wrote. “Unless or until such a stay were granted, TSA would likely be required to cancel any flight or series of flights for which it could not ensure the safety of passengers and crew.” “We urge that you consider the ramifications of this bill before casting your vote,” Murphy added. The fact that Murphy can’t even get the name of the bill correct is almost as disconcerting as the rampant mafia-like attitude of the DOJ in using de facto economic terrorism to shoot down the legislation. Following a fiery debate in the Texas House last night, Senate sponsor Dan Patrick (R-Houston) pulled the bill, remarking that TSA representatives had been “lobbying” the Texas Senate in an effort to mothball the legislation. “I will pull HB 1937 down, but I will stand for Liberty in the state of Texas,” Patrick said. Patrick added that TSA officials had warned him passing the bill “could close down all the airports in Texas,” which he regarded as a ‘heavy handed threat’ by the federal government. The staff of Rep. David Simpson said the DOJ had “thrown down the gauntlet” in using such stark language to oppose the bill. “Either Texas backs off and continues to let government employees fondle innocent women, children and men as a condition of travel,” the staff wrote, “or the TSA [Transportation Safety Administration] has the authority to cancel flights or series of flights.” “… 97 percent of people who go though the nation’s airports do not go through these offensive searches. And yet, a United States Attorney warns that flights to Texas could be shut down because TSA would not be able to ensure the safety of passengers and crew if agents could not touch genitals. Someone must make a stand against the atrocities of our government agents …” In a point by point refutation of the DOJ letter, Simpson compared the battle against the TSA to the Texas revolutionary war against Mexico, writing, “Gentlemen, we find ourselves at such a watershed moment today. The federal government is attempting to deprive the citizens of Texas of their constitutional rights under the Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article 1, Section 9, of the Texas Constitution. If we do not stand up for our citizens in the face of this depravation of their personal rights and dignity, who will?” The fact that the Department of Justice and the TSA have resorted to threats of economic terrorism in addition to underhanded lobbying techniques again illustrates the fact that the federal government is increasingly behaving like a criminal enterprise with total disregard for the Constitution. The TSA’s initial response to HB 1937 was to claim that it could not become law because it violated Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2), a law that the TSA claimed “prevents states from regulating the federal government.” In reality, this was a complete fabrication. “The statement is false. Ignorance from the TSA is unlikely, so I’ll call a spade a spade. They’re lying. The supremacy clause says nothing of the sort,” reported Michael Boldin of the Tenth Amendment Center. Here’s the full text: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding. “So, in simple terms, what does the supremacy clause mean? Just what it says. The constitution is supreme. And any federal laws made in line with the constitution is supreme. Nothing more, nothing less,” writes Boldin. As we have documented, TSA grope downs and body scans are now being rolled out on highways, street corners, public buildings, at sports events, and even at local prom nights. Despite the fact that the federal government has resorted to thuggish intimidation tactics to kill the anti-grope down bill in Texas, this only marks the latest chapter in an epic states’ rights battle that has centered on the agenda of the TSA to become a literal occupying force in America, manning internal checkpoints that will litter the entire country. read more ... |

May 24, 2011 Alex Jones addresses the outrageous expansion of the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) into high schools to screen students going to prom and graduation, as well as other public places. Terrorists may strike anywhere, so security goons sticking their hands down your pants must be everywhere, or so the logic goes.
The temporary use of regular police to pat-down students a school in Santa Fe drew further attention to the order of a federal judge that TSA screeners must be present at key school functions. The school, already using a checkpoint, now must use TSA after a lawsuit was filed against other security personnel at the school who allegedly groped the bare legs of two sisters. This disgusting development is only one phase of the strategic “soft-target” security roll-out by TSA and Homeland Security, who tell us that bus and train stations, as well as sports stadiums, shopping malls, hotels and religious centers must now be monitored by TSA-like security checkpoints. read more ... |

May 24, 2011 While Texas pushes to outlaw TSA groping, EPIC files a lawsuit against Homeland Security for withholding documents about expanding the use of mobile body scanners into crowds of moving people. After the Texas House of Representatives unanimously passed “Restrain-the-TSA” legislation, which would make invasive pat-downs a crime at Texas airports, it seemed to inject a bit of sanity into arguments of what is reasonable and unreasonable to expect from the Fourth Amendment’s “right of the people to be secure in their persons . . . against unreasonable searches and seizures.” Being sexually assaulted for simply choosing to fly is unreasonable. The Texas legislation [PDF] proposes to charge TSA agents with a misdemeanor crime, face a $4,000 fine, and one year in jail for any airport inspection that ”touched the anus, sexual organ, buttocks, or breast of another person, including touching through clothing; or touched the other person in a manner that would be offensive to a reasonable person.” The Washington Times reported that nine other states are seeking similar legislation to defend our Constitution. “Simply traveling or having private parts is not probable cause” for the TSA to think travelers have committed an offense worthy of being groped or being “ogled” in virtual strip-searches via naked body scanners. | TSA Backs Down from Prom Night Grope - Monday, May 23, 2011Kurt Nimmo | Government searching students is now a well-established practice at public schools. Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
May 23, 2011 Last week it was announced that TSA goons would conduct a grope-down of students during prom night at a Santa Fe high school. The TSA promised to move from airports into the New Mexico high school after two girls said security personnel groped them and a federal judge ruled the TSA should conduct pat-downs at dances or graduations. See the KOAT video here. The judge’s ruling indicates the federal government and the TSA believe they should be conducting searches. The TSA has moved from airports to train and bus stations. TSA boss Napolitano has said she envisions the agency ultimately groping citizens at malls and hotels. In February, we reported that the TSA had announced its intention to expand the VIPR program to include roadside inspections of commercial vehicles, setting up a network of internal checkpoints and rolling out security procedures already active in airports, bus terminals and subway stations to roads and highways across the United States. Following the purported killing of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan, New York senator Charles Schumer called for no ride lists for Amtrak similar to the no fly lists currently used in the nation’s airports. Schumer issued his demand after the Pentagon supposedly gleaned information about terrorists attacks from Osama bin Laden’s home in Pakistan. The Department of Homeland Security sent an advisory to law enforcement officials around the country stating al-Qaeda discussed tampering with an unspecified U.S. rail track so that a train would fall off the track at a valley or a bridge. On Saturday night, the TSA did not conduct the searches at the Santa Fe high school as promised. Government searching students is now a well-established practice at public schools. Santa Fe superintendent Bobbie Gutierrez told KOAT News in Albuquerque that instead of TSA goons with blue latex gloves, the court allowed Santa Fe High School to use state police to search students.
On Friday, the Santa Fe school district announced the planned TSA-led grope-down. The TSA’s declaration that it will move its grope-down operation into not only malls and hotels, but also high schools, is part of the federal effort to acclimate the population to an ever increasing police state. read more ... |
| TSA morons conduct bomb drill in Minnesota airport, but don’t tell police - Thursday, May 19, 2011Nobody likes the TSA except the TSA itself. Mike Adams NaturalNews
May 19, 2011
With their guns draw and packing live ammo, police officers at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport surrounded a man smuggling a bomb in a carry-on bag. Although details are sketchy because the TSA is trying to downplay this incident, the cops were no doubt yelling at the man to hit the floor and surrender. Had this man acted in any sort of threatening-looking way, the cops would have certainly opened fire on him. This all took place at a TSA security checkpoint at the airport. There’s only one problem with it: The whole thing was a TSA security drill — but nobody informed the cops! (http://www.startribune.com/local/mi…) Gee, let’s stage a bomb drill but don’t tell the cops So here are the TSA morons, who behave as if they are cops even though they are not in any way sworn law enforcement officers, running their own bomb drill in an airport, surrounded by innocent members of the public. They send a guy into the TSA security checkpoint, at which point he probably screams out “I have a bomb!” or something similar. The airport cops, who are of course on the lookout for precisely this kind of threatening behavior, pull their pistols and hit their radios to bring in more cops. The result was a surrounding of the bomb carrier and a tense scene of law enforcement getting very, very close to letting loose with live fire in an international airport. I’m sure every beat cop and law enforcement professional reading this will agree with me on this point: These TSA goons are complete morons. You don’t run a bomb drill in a public airport without notifying the cops first! TSA endangers police officers Through their completely idiotic actions, they put the lives of both police officers and members of the public in great danger. The TSA actually engineered a situation that could have very easily resulted in a loss of life. Had the “bomber” made a sudden move, he could have easily been shot by a cop who would then, no doubt, be investigated for the killing and probably stripped of his badge and retirement merely for doing his job. This is yet another reason why the TSA is so dangerous. It is a rogue agency that runs around acting like law enforcement but has absolutely NO law enforcement training or skills. The TSA is a group of perverts, criminals, pornography distributors (http://www.prisonplanet.com/tsa-off…) and power-trip wannabe cops who suddenly and magically have been given the obscene power to reach down your pants and feel your genitals. If a Sheriff, a cop, or an FBI agent pulled that maneuver, they’d be fired from their job and probably brought up on criminal charges. But for some reason the TSA is allowed to pull this stunt every day, even though TSA agents are not sworn law enforcement officers! The TSA is a rogue agency that now threatens not just the safety of the public, but also the safety of legitimate law enforcement personnel. This is why the TSA must be stopped, and Texas is trying to do something about it by passing a law to criminalize the TSA’s actions (http://www.naturalnews.com/032401_T…). TSA’s actions are already crimes under federal law Technically, the TSA reaching down your pants is already a federal crime, it’s just that no one has yet been prosecuted for it. Jesse Ventura has a lawsuit pending against the TSA for sexual assault, but that has not been resolved yet (http://www.infowars.com/ventura-str…).TSA agents have been caught stealing items out of peoples’ luggage TSA agents have been caught stealing items out of peoples’ luggage (http://www.nj.com/news/index.ssf/20…) and (http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2004…), planting fake cocaine in their bags (http://www.naturalnews.com/030302_T…), feeling up infants (http://www.disinfo.com/2011/05/a-ba…) and now running bomb scares right in the middle of an international airport, with innocent people standing around and potentially in harm’s way. What’s next for this rogue agency? Are they going to run LIVE bomb drills and demand they start carrying their own pistols and rifles? You are watching the rise of the secret police The American people don’t get this yet, and the mainstream media is totally clueless about this, but what’s really happening right now is that we are watching the rise of the new Amerikan Secret Police. They are the TSA. They’re already expanding into train stations and stadiums. Soon, these government goons will be the people checking your papers at every street corner, lifting cash out of your wallet or feeling down the pants of young women just because they can. If we don’t stop the TSA right now, they will rise up to become the new Nazi criminals in America. We’ve seen it all before in history, and history is now repeating itself. This is the Nazi police state growing and expanding right before our very eyes. Remember, the TSA already claims it rules supreme over state law (http://www.infowars.com/tsa-respond…) and that the states have zero power to stop the TSA from reaching down your pants and molesting you and your children. Right now, there is absolutely nothing stopping the TSA from becoming the new secret police organization that conducts illegal searches and engaged in routine sexual molestation of innocent people, all while claiming it has the “supreme” right to do so under the U.S. Constitution! Incredible… Folks, if you’re not listening to Alex Jones on this topic (www.InfoWars.com), you’re not fully informed about the depth of the TSA tyranny. Alex pulls together an amazing spectrum of relevant facts from history that teach us how the TSA is becoming the new Nazis of Amerika. If we don’t stop these tyrants now, we are going to be overrun by these federal agents who will stop at nothing to expand their power. Was the TSA testing the police response? I wouldn’t be surprised if the TSA is already planning to fake a bomb incident in order to make itself seem more important. This drill in Minnesota may have actually been a way to test the police response to determine how much the TSA can get away with. All it will take is one TSA plot to set off a live bomb at some airport in America, and suddenly they will be granted the power to carry guns or conduct full-body cavity searches without any warrants or reasons whatsoever. We are just one engineered “terror event” away from the next expansion of TSA tyranny. You can bet the people who run this agency — who are already lawless tyrants with zero respect for the Fourth Amendment — are working on ways for them to take away more rights of the people, hire more enforcement agents and become even more powerful throughout American society. I pray we can stop these thugs before it turns to bloodshed. Because in the end, I know the American people will not tolerate tyranny for very long, and a public backlash could end up being quite bloody. To avoid that, we need to pass laws right now across all the U.S. states to outlaw the TSA and their criminal activities. Evict the TSA from our states immediately! Stay tuned to NaturalNews.com and InfoWars.com to learn more about the tyranny of the TSA. We will absolutely not stop reporting on this issue until the TSA is evicted from our states and prevented from abusing us any longer. The cops, by the way, are with us on this issue. Same with active and retired military. Nobody likes the TSA except the TSA itself. Even the media has to largely fabricate positive spin stories on this rogue agency to try to create the impression that people actually enjoy being treated like terrorists at the airport. Even the pilots are fed up with the whole thing. read more ... |
| Is Criminal Behavior a Prerequisite to Get a Job With the TSA? - Wednesday, May 18, 2011Paul Joseph Watson | Yet ANOTHER TSA goon caught stealing from a traveler. Why doesn’t Janet Napolitano’s TSA just start using prison inmates to conduct grope downs and naked porno scans of people traveling through US airports? It would save a lot of time and money, and it wouldn’t be a departure from the fact that TSA workers have worked hard to maintain their reputation as thieves, perverts and criminals.
May 18, 2011 Why doesn’t Janet Napolitano’s TSA just start using prison inmates to conduct grope downs and naked porno scans of people traveling through US airports? It would save a lot of time and money, and it wouldn’t be a departure from the fact that TSA workers have worked hard to maintain their reputation as thieves, perverts and criminals.
Yet another TSA agent has been caught engaging in criminal behavior. The regularity with which this occurs makes it look like committing felonies is a prerequisite to get a job in airport security. “A Transportation Security Administration officer at LAX has been arrested for stealing from a traveler’s suitcase,” reports KABC. “Ryan Driscoll, 31, was arrested on May 10 at Terminal 6. He faces a felony theft charge.” The case is the 14th in just the last three years (which the TSA admits to) of its workers stealing large amounts of cash and other valuables from airport travelers. Back in February, TSA agents Persad Coumar and Davon Webb were arrested for stealing $40,000 dollars from a check-in bag at John F. Kennedy Airport. They were later discovered to have stolen an additional $160,000 in valuables from people’s luggage, mostly laptops and jewelry. Just days prior to this case, TSA supervisor Michael Arato pleaded guilty in a federal court to multiple counts of theft, as well as admitting to taking bribes and kickbacks from another TSA worker to “look the other way”, while the agent he was supervising stole more money from travelers at Newark Liberty Airport. Arato stole up to $700 a day from passengers for a staggering eight years before he was caught. We’ve documented numerous examples where TSA agents have been caught committing crimes both on and off the job, from molesting children, to stealing, to kidnapping, to assault, to drug smuggling. The list of cases is growing to biblical proportions and gets larger with each passing day. The spoof call where a man pretended to be a sex predator while applying for a TSA job (he was treated seriously by the TSA staffer on the other end of the line), is starting to resemble less of a satire and more how the TSA does business. Instead of locking up thieves, sex perverts, rapists and pedophiles at great expense to the American taxpayer, the federal government should just put them straight into a uniform and have them fondling 6-year-old girls and searching baby’s diapers for poop bombs. Efforts by the Texas House of Representatives to make TSA grope downs a felony are not just about protecting our privacy, they’re about protecting us from a sub-human criminal underclass that has been given carte blanche by big government to unleash their predatory sexual and criminal fetishes on the traveling American public. | TSA Responds To Texas: Resistance is Futile - Tuesday, May 17, 2011Steve Watson | Agency perverts meaning of Constitutional protections in response to state’s new law against federal groping. The TSA has issued a laughable response to the news that the state of Texas has passed a bill to officially make it a misdemeanor to pat-down breasts, buttocks, or genitals. Steve Watson

The TSA has issued a laughable response to the news that the state of Texas has passed a bill to officially make it a misdemeanor to pat-down breasts, buttocks, or genitals. The Agency contends, via its blog, that Texas cannot do anything to restrict TSA procedures because, as a federal agency it is protected under the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution. “Blogger Bob”, the TSA’s propaganda mouthpiece, writes: “What’s our take on the Texas House of Representatives voting to ban the current TSA pat-down? Well, the Supremacy Clause of the U.S. Constitution (Article. VI. Clause 2) prevents states from regulating the federal government.”
How ridiculous it is for the TSA to cite the Constitution in its own defense! While citing one section, it is completely ignoring two others – namely the Fourth and Tenth Amendments. The Fourth Amendment protects “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches” without “probable cause”. As far as we can recollect, no where in the Constitution does it say that the federal government has the right to touch Americans’ private parts in the first instance. Therefore, under the Tenth, States have the right to pass their own laws against this abuse of power, because: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
The TSA’s contention that the Supremacy Clause bars states from regulating the federal government is a total lie. The Supremacy Clause states: This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof; and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of the United States, shall be the supreme law of the land; and the judges in every state shall be bound thereby, anything in the constitution or laws of any state to the contrary notwithstanding.
In other words, The constitution is the supreme law and any federal laws made in line with the constitution are supreme. No where does it say that states cannot regulate federal government. But why would we expect the TSA to understand the Constitution when it violates it every hour of every day? The Supremacy Clause, as with every other part of the Constitution, is there to protect against potential federal government abuses of power, not to effectively enable them as the TSA claims. The Constitution protects the rights of the people, not the rights of the federal government. In addition, there is no enumerated power in the Constitution that gives the federal government the authority to regulate local airports. Under the Tenth Amendment, airport operation falls under state jurisdiction. The TSA’s version of the US Constitution, like much of the federal government’s, is a complete perversion of it’s actual meaning. The TSA blog goes on to state: “We wish we lived in a world where you could just walk on a plane with no security screening, but that just isn’t the case unfortunately. Aviation security agencies worldwide have been using pat-downs long before TSA was created to prevent dangerous items from getting onto airplanes. The pat-down is a highly effective tool to resolve certain alarms and keep these dangerous items off of planes that could cause catastrophic damage.” Again, this is a pathetic attempt at justification of full on government groping. To claim that “Other countries did it first” is just plain weak. Other countries do not have a written constitution safeguarding the privacy rights of their citizens. And besides, specifically, what other countries governments are putting their hands inside people’s pants and literally touching their genitals? The Texas House of Representatives passed the legislation on Friday to prohibit “intrusive touching” when people are seeking access to public buildings and forms of transportation. The bill, sponsored by Republican House member David Simpson, outlaws public servants from “intentionally, knowingly or recklessly touching anyone’s anus, sexual organ, buttocks or breasts, including touching through clothing, and any manner of touching that would be offensive to a reasonable person.” Should the bill also pass the Senate and be signed into law, convicted TSA agents could face a $4,000 fine and up to one year in jail. Representative Simpson appeared on the Alex Jones Show Friday to discuss the bill:Texas, and in particular Austin, has been at the forefront of the revolt against the TSA since it began increasing its presence in airports some eighteen months ago. In December, Austin’s Airport Advisory Commission approved a resolution advising the city council to oppose airport body scanners and invasive body searches. The TSA has signaled its intention to install the scanners at Austin, but the date has continually been put back, with the agency saying it could now be as late as 2012 before the devices are activated. Meanwhile, in related news, the revolt against the TSA continues as a House Appropriations Subcommittee last week stripped $76 million out of the TSA budget for 2012. The funds had been designated for the purchase of 275 more naked body scanners. Chairman Jason Chaffetz (R-UT) said that the body scanners are “a nuisance. They’re slow. And they’re ineffective.”
