 The Police State on Familes

To better understand what RoadKill Radio with Terry O'Neil and Kari Simpson were talking about in other issues in the broadcast, I give you this for a better understanding, about Judges, Women Shelters, and what the global elite are pushing for the cause of feminism. and how women are being used for taxes by the elite, according to Rockefeller.

(1.)
Justice Alfred Stong has only the word of a convicted murderess

— statements made not in this courtroom but to police, psychiatrists, counsellors and esidents at a women’s shelter — that she was horribly mistreated, more than a year before she drowned the children. It was with a custody battle looming, one that she suspected she’d lose — and there was ample cause for her trepidation — that Elaine Campione made the ghastly decision to execute her children. She preferred them dead than awarded to her ex-husband and his parents. Mom guilty of killing two little daughters, yet the first three words of the article are - you guessed it - "An abusive husband..." Leo Campione was a victim, the father of two little murdered girls, killed by their mother’s hand. Leo Campione had pleaded with child welfare officials to remove those children from his estranged wife’s custody, terrified the youngsters might come to harm — fears that were sadly, gruesomely, realized when Elaine Campione took their lives. But on the day of Elaine’s reckoning, found guilty by a jury on two counts of first-degree murder, the judge in the case implicitly aimed his condemnation at . . . Leo. “It is more than disconcerting to think that if Ms Campione had not been so abused, so used and discarded as a person, her two daughters could still be alive.’’

The Stealing of Fathers and Men's property

Debtor's prison for dads, Every province has similar support-payment enforcement agencies. The FRO's Kafkaesque persecution of delinquent fathers is not unique to Ontario. These collection agencies are unaccountable, quasi-penal bodies. They hold powers to invade privacy without a warrant, and to impose criminal-level penalties for non-payment. But unlike defendants in criminal courts, FRO victims don't have the protections of due process.

Courts get a new way to discriminate against fathers. Ontario announced it will begin impounding cars of fathers who fall behind in their child support payments. What, are mere license suspensions not driving enough men to despair? Matt Gurney: Dysfunctional Ontario bureaucracy sets up fathers to fail

(3)
Battered woman defense

--- The battered woman defense is a defense used in court that the person accused of an assault / murder was suffering from battered person syndrome at the material time. Because the defense is most commonly used by women, it is usually characterized in court as battered woman syndrome or battered wife syndrome. There is currently no medical classification to support the existence of this "syndrome" in the sense used by lawyers.

Women Shelters

--- Billions have now been spent establishing shelters for battered women. Such shelters can presently be found in virtually all metropolitan areas. However, there are increasing questions about their effectiveness both in terms of cost, results, and credibility. We think few begrudge the money spent to provide a safe haven for women and children in distress. Since long before the sinking of H.M.S. Birkenhead, our society has put the safety of women and children first. Indeed, any society that is to survive must make the safety of pregnant women and children one of its first priorities. Today, despite every indication that crime in general is dropping, we are met with a barrage of propaganda indicating that domestic violence is an ever increasing problem. Factoids such as "One in four of American women reports that she has been physically abused by husband or boyfriend."

NOTE:  There are no shelters for fathers to take their children in order to remove them from an abusive spouse, which destroys the argument often used that shelters are about the protection of children. Furthermore, when men's groups have lobbied for funding in this area, they have been informed by BC government Ministers that "according to the Social Services Act (the act under which shelter funding is allocated) men are not persons" and government funding remains non-existant.

(5)

Feminism and why they get billions

--- Global Elite Rockefeller asked Russo what he thought women's liberation was about. Russo's response that he thought it was about the right to work and receive equal pay as men, just as they had won the right to vote, caused Rockefeller to laughingly retort, "You're an idiot! Let me tell you what that was about, we the Rockefeller's funded that, we funded women's lib, we're the one's who got all of the newspapers and television - the Rockefeller Foundation." Rockefeller told Russo of two primary reasons why the elite bankrolled women's lib, one because before women's lib the bankers couldn't tax half the population and two because it allowed them to get children in school at an earlier age, enabling them to be indoctrinated into accepting the state as the primary family, breaking up the traditional family model. This revelation dovetails previous admissions on behalf of feminist pioneer Gloria Steinem (pictured) that the CIA bankrolled Ms. Magazine as part of the same agenda of breaking up traditional family models.

(6)
Child Protection Racket
Every Family Court in America is guilty of profiteering from this criminal enterprise at the cost of the lives of countless Parents and Children. Using the courts to deprive people of their rights is one of the most serious crimes that can be committed.

STUDIES

(8)
The Parental Alienation Syndrome, so named by Dr. Richard Gardner, is a distinctive family response to divorce in which the child becomes aligned with one parent and preoccupied with unjustified and/or exaggerated denigration of the other, target parent. In severe cases, the child's once love-bonded relationship with rejected/target parent is destroyed. Testimony on Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS) in legal proceedings has sparked debate. This two-part article seeks to shed light on the debate by reviewing Gardner's work and that of others on PAS, integrating the concept of PAS with research on high conflict divorce and other related literature. The material is organized under topic headings such as parents who induce alienation, the child in PAS, the target/alienated parent, attorneys on PAS, and evaluation and intervention. Part 11 begins with the child in PAS. Case vignettes of moderate to severe PAS are presented in both parts, some of which illustrate the consequences for children and families when the system is successfully manipulated by the alienating parent, as well as some difficult but effective interventions implemented by the author, her husband Randy Rand, Ed.D., and other colleagues.

BC FATHERS Responce to the White Paper

Collective Submission for Justice

First introduced with 5 collective signatures to the Standing Senate Committee on Social Affairs, Science & Technology in January 1997, the COLLECTIVE SUBMISSION for SHARED PARENTING is the fruit of 7 daily meetings of people concerned for real Family Justice…

This is only part of the list of those who support change, real change to make the playing field truely equal

Now, the SIX STATEMENTS of the Collective Submission are approved with 118 family related signatures. This is not a petition. Those signatures are from people with experience & expertise relating to the family reality in Canada. A majority of the signatures are from members and/or staff and/or representatives of collectives involved either way with Families. The other signatures are mainly from people with direct experience relating to Broken Families & Family Law…

The signatures are from various groups: governmental & NGOs, mainstream & fringe, religious & secular, large & small, commercial & humanitarian, different ethnicities, different Faith, etc.

Although from various sources, the supporters of Shared Parenting & Mediation all agree that we need a legal & social structure that favors the presence of Both Parents & Extended Families in the Lives of Children. Family organizations that look at Families for all their members and that seek to get involved to favor the continuity of people’s belonging & involvement into their Families!

I, Réjean Bussières, have directed the 7 daily meetings, the completion of the Collective Submission & its delivery. I also collected all the signatures through meetings where the six statements were studied & questions were answered. About 3/4 of the people I met signed the Submission.

The Collective Submission, factual & scientific, proves the Public Support in favor of Shared Equal Parenting & Mediation in case of parental separation…

Truly Yours! In the Name of Family Justice! Faith-Hope-Love! Réjean Bussières

Collective Submission for Shared Parenting

- Enshrine the presumption of pro-equal alternating shared parenting, which includes joint custody, care and control, and guardianship.

- Implement a mandatory mediation program to enhance a non-adversarial divorce solution, and largely reduce the loading on the court system.

- Resolution of child custody, including awarding of sole custody, should only revert to the courts, when proven relevant criminal actions to the child, is evident by one or both parents.

- Remove all financial obligation by either of the parents to the other, by the concept of complete shared care and control of the children.

- Failing equal parenting, both parents costs of child raising and the income of both parents should be proportionally and equally considered in the financial settlement.

- Remove any increased and unaffordable financial burden to parents through new legal statuses. The current proposed plan is not financially neutral.

Adversarial process of the courts induces ongoing damage to all parties, parents, children, and extended families. A mandatory mediation program will enhance a non-adversarial divorce solution, and largely reduce the loading on the court system. Imbalance of power, such as one parent having sole custody, invalidates successful mediation, and often requires enforced access.

Within our suggested pro-equal alternating shared parenting, supported by mandatory mediation, financial obligation and human care and love for children will be filled by both parents and extended families. We will also be in harmony with the Charter of Rights.
