Census Can't Protect Your Private Information but will use government terrorism to make to Comply to Hand it Over

Hackers ‘steal entire 2011 census’ - Tuesday, June 21, 2011
The entire 2011 UK census database has been stolen by hackers and will be published online, it has been claimed.

London Telegraph
June 21, 2011

The entire 2011 UK census database has been stolen by hackers and will be published online, it has been claimed.

Ryan Cleary, an alleged member of the hacking group behind the claim, LulzSec, was arrested in Essex this morning by specialist cyber crime officers from Scotland Yard.

The 19-year-old was taken to a central London police station and remains in custody on suspicion of Computer Misuse Act and Fraud Act offences.

A “significant amount of material” was also seized from an address in Wickford, Essex.

The “pre-planned intelligence-led operation” in collaboration with the FBI followed claims online that the 2011 census database had been stolen and would be published in full.

We have blissfully obtained records of every single citizen who gave their records to the security-illiterate UK government for the 2011 census,” a posting purportedly by LulzSec said.

“We're keeping them under lock and key though... so don't worry about your privacy (...until we finish re-formatting them for release),” it added.

The posting was uploaded to the website Pastebin.com, which has previously been used by LulzSec to publicise its attacks. It said the database will be published via The Pirate Bay, a file sharing website.

LulzSec first emerged in May and mounted a series of Distributed Denial of Service and hacking attacks on high profile organisations. Sony, the CIA, the US Senate, the NHS, the Serious Organised Crime Agency and security companies linked to the FBI have all been targeted.

The Office of National Statistics said it was investigating the latest claims.

“We are aware of the suggestion that census data has been accessed. We are working with our security advisers and contractors to establish whether there is any substance to this,” it said.

“The 2011 Census places the highest priority on maintaining the security of personal data. At this stage we have no evidence to suggest that any such compromise has occurred.”

The US defence contractor Lockheed Martin, which collected the 2011 census data, was also preparing a statement. The compulsory national survey was carried out in march and gathered data including full names, dates of birth and addresses for everyone in the UK.

Graham Cluley, of the British computer security firm Sophos, said more evidence of a breach was required.

"I don't think we should believe someone has hacked UK census purely on basis of a post to PasteBin [the website used by LulzSec for its announcements]," he said.

The group claims to be acting purely for amusement."Lulz" is a derivative of LOL, the abbreviation for "laugh out loud" commonly used online.

On Tuesday affternoon LulzSec appeared to deny a link to Ryan Cleary on its Twitter account.

"Seems the glorious leader of LulzSec got arrested, it's all over now... wait... we're all still here!," it said.

It later also denied it had hacked into the census database.

"Not sure we claimed to hack the UK census or where that rumour started, but we assume it's because people are stupider than you and I," it said.

"Oh well, just because we want to waste government and local authority investigation time: we hacked every website in the world. Enjoy!

Domestic Government Terrorism and it's Policy on Citizen's

Here we have a federal government body who feels it can use Threats to coerce or intimidate people to do as their told, with the use of government terrorism...

Isn't it interesting that when it come to governments violence and their brand of terrorism, that they believe they can use whatever suits them in today's world, and exempt themselves on all levels, from lawful restriction based on a concept their describe as democracy? So what about Government policy' to justify acting unlawful and trying to remove an individual rights with the use of government sponcered terrorism. They create policies and regulations that if any individual were to follow would constitute criminal activity, in there infringement of fundamental individual rights.

As is, it is not "appropriate" for the government to threaten any Canadians with jail time or fines for failing to fill out the "survey" when asked.

We the people are not the governments slaves to comand, nor are the governments are master. They are accountable to all of the people for their actions. When they the Government want control over you, they love to use fear and your ignorance to scare you people into submission.

They interrogate people, and use jail threats to extort money, or information and even force us to acquire permission to do things that are completely lawful and peaceful for free people to do. Government officials even seem to take a gleeful satisfaction telling people they can be prosecuted, if they don't comply to the governments demands. As for their police state mentailty, it will not be tolerated!

Governments are growing increasingly more aggressive on it people, while they argue their goal is peace and safety.

The world community has struggled with creating a legal definition of terrorism, that is globally accepted. In the UN, as it was G.W. Bush who stated that terrorists and their allies are "those those that “believe the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the American Bill of Rights, and every charter of liberty ever written, are lies, to be burned and destroyed and forgotten.” Its a perfectly good definition, except it has one problem: All of our Constitutionally founded governments are terrorists by this definition.

The Canadian governments plan by placing the highly personal data of Canadians at risk of disclosure to US authorities who are already misusing data colectewd on it's own citizen's, and by oursourcing the Census software and hardware to Lockheed Martin (Canada) Corp, it becomes a real big problem. Despite the assurances of Statistics Canada that Lockheed Martin employees will not have direct custody of the actual Census data, we are far from reassured. If the United States Government, which is Lockheed Martin's biggest customer, tells LM that it wants the personal data of Canadians, Lockheed Martin, through it's Canadian subsidiary, would not defy a demand of the US Government.

Statistics Canada argues that Lockheed Martin is limited to "only" supplying the Census software and hardware. But computer software is highly technical and complex and can be rewritten for other proposes. Don't think a one moment, that Lockheed Martin to plant a "trojan horse" within the Census software, to secretly allow the CIA to tap into Canadian census data.

If this seems absurd, then let us remember that the US government is trying to force creators of encryption privacy software to build in a special tap to allow government access into private citizens' encrypted data--all in the name of the "war on terrorism". We are also talking about a country whose recent President, sworn to uphold the law and the Constitution, has admitted to authorizing illegal wiretaps. And a country which has demanded that Twitter (Facebook and others) hand over in secret, account information and personal messages of individuals.

As it is, these government officials in the video below seemed to take a gleeful satisfaction bringing up that people could be prosecuted, if they don't comply to the governments demands, they call policy's.

In recent months, friends of mine as well as some close business associates have partnered to form our own network of people in Canada that are concerned about this country’s role in the globalist’s agenda, and its
disregard for our "Charter of Liberty".

Take Census Canada and their claims, that they are just doing their job, hmmm....we all heard that before, all around the world, and in history with many tryants who push their personal wars, where governments use of force on it's citizen's, to get them to comply to their governments wishes. Their unlawful or threatened use of force, or violence against people, or even on their property, to coerce or intimidate people all bases, in the guise of having you removed to a government camp, jail, is often used to achieve political, religious, or ideological objectives, and are definitions that terrorism is a government well used psychological tactic: with the use of violence, threats, to intimidate or to coerce, especially for those political gains for their demanding tax payers monies, on non-combatant, peaceful citizen's, and freemen.

Sorry, Statistics Canada, but we Freemen believe, your privacy assurances are hollow and so are your secert oaths you take in order to gather information on people, which those government dedicated officals beleive they can strip us of our liberties is repundant in nature..

When you have Statistics Canada that is desperately trying to confine the issue solely to the question of data, confidentiality-or-not, because that issue is inconclusive--cannot be proven one way or the other. But we say the issues goes far beyond the privacy question, as it comes down to the government using their own brand of terrorism on it's citizen's. The other crucial issues, which StatsCan tries to avoid, are Lockheed Martin, deep integration, Canadian sovereignty, and job losses. Even if Statistics Canada could guarantee the privacy of personal census data, we believe the fact that the census software and hardware have been contracted out under NAFTA to a subsidiary of US weapons manufacturer Lockheed Martin is in itself an affront to Canadians.

    Census - Notice

Tracey turns her census into paper flowers for peace

    The Census Is Getting Personal

The most commonly accepted meaning of the word terrorism is any use of terror in the form of violence or threats meant to coerce an individual, group, or entity, in order to force those citizen's to act in a manner against their free will, in which any person or otherwise could not act unlawfully even when government force is used on them.

The world community has struggled with creating a legal definition of terrorism, that is globally now accepted In the United States, and Canada.

The eye-opening "truth movement" have proliferated the message whenever possible because every person that learns the truth will tell at least tell ten of their friends and acquaintances. Knowledge is power and when accompanied with wisdom and truth, there is no stronger message.

Any main characteristics of government that force acts or using threats that constitute terrorism!.

The definition of terrorism on peaceful citizen's further clarifies that these acts appear to be intended to intimidate or coerce civilians -- collectively - or to intimidate or coerce changes in public conduct, how they think when it comes to freedom, through the use of mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping, threat of prosecutions with jail time and huge fines.

Despite the governments legal definitions, terrorism means different things to different people.

Terrorism has been around for centuries, and used all though history by governments, from Roman times to Hitler, Stalin, Lenin, and all those others, although it's been defined or described differently throughout the years. Today, it amounts to just bullying used by governments with their police state mentality while being forced on citizen's to follow the government orders only on a grand scale, because these bullies have powerful weapons and so called laws they say are lawful, but are they?

    The Governments Real Job

Protecting individual liberty,” “is the purpose of all government.

As Individual liberty is the right to your life, the right to your property and the right to keep the fruits of your labor, and not to be treated like a criminal all because you will not follow the governments demands.”
With those simple sentences and a clear constitutional understanding of what they actually mean in regards to the federal government overreach, almost everything that the status quo fights to maintain is essentially negated. Is it any wonder the most inflammatory phrases are employed at every opportunity to derail the very idea of what freedom really is?

For far too long Canada is being dominated by Illegal American Political Wars on it's citizen's and for what, so our political leaders here in Canada can sell us their American brand of propaganda and police state and sell out all out our sovereign rights as a country, while removing our freedoms and rights with threats of prosecution for not following their demands and orders.

The history of the global elite's bloody rise to power and reveals how they have funded dictators and financed the bloodiest wars—creating order out of chaos to pave the way for the first true world empire.

*The elusive Bilderberg Group who showed up in Ottawa and Istanbul to document their secret summits, allowing you to witness global kingpins setting the world's agenda and instigating World War III, to the formation of the North America transportation control grid, which will end Canada & U.S. sovereignty forever. * Discover how the practitioners of the pseudo-science eugenics have taken control of governments worldwide as a means to carry out depopulation. * View the progress of the coming collapse of Canada & United States and the formation of the North American Union.

There is nothing more dangerous than terrorists in Governments, who believes that he/she can do and say whatever he/she likes, in order to have that control over people's lives.. Which is why they want people's information to keep track of those who don't or will not go along with their government demands and political agenda's for a New World Order.

Just Like there is also a great deal of evidence mounting and many people already believe that, just like 9/11 was orchestrated by the US government in order to further martial law and strip constitutional rights in that country, the Canadian government has orchestrated this event on people's freedoms for similar reasons.

Just as government shout that national security needs to be increased and new laws created, and no matter how unlawful they are, would be necessary to further the interests a police state -- all in the name of keeping us safe and knowing all our information to keep an eye on us.

So ask yourself who are the real terrorists in todays world, who want a one world global network, with everyone information given to the UN and the global elite to use and abuse as they want.

So who the hell do they think they are demanding our private information, or face their baseless government prosecution.
I am not the governments slave and they are not my master. As they need to be reminded of this remind of this fact.

As this is not the world I envisioned for my children to be part of.

Census jail threats not 'appropriate': As it is an act of terrorism to make outlaws out of people

Census jail threats not 'appropriate': Harper - Sunday, June 19, 2011

Last Updated: Monday, August 9, 2010 | 10:46 PM ET

    CBC News

Prime Minister Stephen Harper says it is not "appropriate" for the government to threaten Canadians with jail time or fines for failing to fill out the mandatory long-form census when asked to do so.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper responds to reporters' questions at the Vancouver Aquarium on Monday.

Prime Minister Stephen Harper responds to reporters' questions at the Vancouver Aquarium on Monday.(CBC)The comments marked the first time the prime minister has weighed in publicly on the Conservative government's decision to scrap the mandatory long census form and replace it with a voluntary survey.

    Is a Canadian Police state?

Speaking to reporters Monday after a funding announcement at the Vancouver Aquarium, Harper said he understands some Canadians are reluctant to give "detailed personal information" sought after by the government.

"I know some people think the appropriate way to deal with that is through prosecuting those individuals with fines and jail terms," he said. "This government will not do that."

Instead, the prime minister said the government will work with the public to get co-operation on providing the information.

Statisticians, religious groups, as well as some provinces and municipalities have joined a growing chorus of groups decrying the government's move to cancel the mandatory long survey, saying it will lower the quality of data gathered by the census and hinder policy-makers' decisions.

Opposition parties have accused the Conservatives of manufacturing a crisis, citing the fact that no one has ever been sent to jail for refusing to fill out the mandatory form.

Last month, Munir Sheikh, the former head of Statistics Canada, told the industry committee he resigned because he took issue with media reports quoting Industry Minister Tony Clement suggesting the agency was supporting the government's move to end the mandatory survey.

Take back our god given rights and take back our freedoms

Sheikh told MPs that "no statistician in the world" would agree that a voluntary survey could serve as a substitute for a mandatory census.
