The Bilderberg Group, Bilderberg conference, or Bilderberg Club is an "off the record" meeting of around 130 transatlantic political and military leaders, business and banking executives, royalty and other power elites. It has been meeting annually since 1954; its influence on postwar history arguably eclipses that of the G8 conference. There is an official website [1], but participants attend Bilderberg in a private, non-official capacity, and the group does not publically release records of its meetings.

Following our exposé of potential Republican presidential candidate Rick Perry’s globalist leanings, several neo-con news outlets reacted with a mixture of contempt, fury and in one case, outright frothing idiocy, by claiming that Alex Jones and Infowars were fully paid-up propagandists for the Obama 2012 re-election campaign.

In our story, which was picked up by the powerhouse Drudge Report website on Monday, we documented how Governor Perry is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. While spewing rhetoric about Tea Party principles, secession and shooting coyotes, Perry simultaneously worked to sell off Texas’ infrastructure to foreign companies and offered enthusiastic support for the NAFTA Superhighway, a key component of the move towards a North American Union, part of the one world government dream of the Bilderberg Group who graciously invited Perry to their elitist confab in 2007.

Perry also aggressively promoted the Rockefeller Foundation-backed HPV vaccination campaign in Texas despite numerous health warnings that have since proven accurate after numerous deaths and injuries caused by the vaccine. In mandating young girls to take the vaccine with an executive order, Perry drew praise from top Democrats but was scorned by members of his own party in Texas.

After pressure groups forced an about-turn, similar to Perry’s hand being forced with the TSA grope-down bill, the Governor had to abandon his previous support for turning Texas into a sanctuary state for illegal aliens. For the numerous neo-con blogs that accused us of inventing the fact that Perry supported sanctuary cities, watch this 2003 clip of Mexican President Vicente Fox publicly thanking Rick Perry for signing legislation that would give illegal aliens from Mexico free instate tuition at the Texas state college of their choice.

Lest we forget that Perry was also chairman of Al Gore’s campaign in Texas for the 1988 Democratic presidential primaries – his conservative principles shining through once again.

In revealing Perry to be a globalist posing as a down-home conservative, we rankled a lot of neo-cons who have bought into the myth that Perry is a genuine Tea Party-style all American, a man who offers a genuine alternative to Obama.

However, by far the most hilarious response came from Tom McGregor of the Dallas Blog, who assertively accused this writer and Infowars in general of being a fully paid-up Obama propaganda front bankrolled to invent “conspiracy theories” about Rick Perry in order to derail his presumptive presidential campaign by preventing Tea Party supporters from voting for him in the Republican primaries.

Claiming that Obama had used part of his $1 billion dollar campaign war chest to “finance creative methods to attack GOP presidential contenders,” by characterizing Perry as a “so-called puppet of a leftist globalist community that is intent on one world government,” McGregor went on to write that our article was an “Obama-instigated conspiracy theory” written by myself, who McGregor labeled, “Obama’s conspiracy theorist writer, Mr. Watson”.

McGregor concludes his piece by giving Obama credit for “taking a creative approach to attacking his opponents,” by funding the likes of Infowars to go after Perry.

This is easily the funniest and yet most lame hit piece we have ever had the pleasure to respond to.

A brief perusal of the Dallas Blog website confirms that it is little more than an advert for Perry’s presumptive presidential campaign, carrying several positive stories about the Governor.

McGregor’s confident assertion that I am a paid propagandist working for the Obama election campaign was somewhat contradicted 48 hours later when I wrote a piece calling Obama a “murderer” and a baby killer for overseeing an unconstitutional war in Libya that recently led to the deaths of five toddlers, images of which were graphically displayed in a disturbing video that I embedded in the article.

Some people might think directly labeling Obama a baby killer was a tad too strong, but I don’t think anyone could have taken it as evidence that Obama is paying me to bolster his campaign to recapture the Oval Office in 2012.

Likewise, Alex Jones’ devotion to Obama has slipped on occasion, particularly when he devoted an entire 2 hour documentary to exposing how the President was a puppet of Wall Street and Goldman Sachs in The Obama Deception, a movie that received 9 million views on just one You Tube channel and reportedly led to Jones being placed on a White House “hit list,” which ranked “25 enemies Obama wants to silence”.

Another rough patch in Jones’ relationship with Obama coincided with Jones launching a nationwide poster campaign depicting the President as the Joker character from Batman, a project started to “awaken the people about Obama’s agenda”, and to get “Democrats and Obamanoids going ballistic,” for which Jones was denounced as a racist by the establishment media, who called for people putting up the posters to be arrested.

Perhaps Obama just isn’t paying us enough – our relationship has been rocky to say the least.

All joking aside, one explanation for McGregor’s eagerness to spout baseless propaganda might be the fact that he is also the editor at the English edition of the Chinese government owned publication, China Radio International. So while accusing others of being in the pay of government propaganda ministries, McGregor himself is working for Communist Chinese state media.

The unrepentant fallaciousness of McGregor’s hit piece almost makes it look like a satire, but the article is genuine.

While accusing us of inventing “conspiracy theories” about Perry that are in fact manifestly provable and documented, myopic neo-cons who have thrown their weight behind Perry’s carefully cultivated yet deceptive image as a grass-roots conservative by smearing his opponents with their own gratuitous conspiracy theories, have revealed themselves to be the most gullible and naive bunch of all.

Every indication suggests that Bilderberg-approved Texas Governor Rick Perry is set to become the frontrunner in the Republican race to challenge Barack Obama for the presidency, illustrating once again how a shady, secretive and undemocratic global elite holds the reigns of true power while Americans are distracted by the delusional notion that they have a genuine choice in 2012.

“Perry has said he will announce his decision soon. One member of his campaign team said he was closer than ever to joining the race and he was testing the prospects in the early caucus and primary states of Iowa, New Hampshire, Nevada and South Carolina. If he does stand, Republicans at the New Orleans conference predicted he would become the frontrunner of a so-far uninspiring field,” reports the London Guardian.

Texas Governor Perry, a protégé of Karl Rove, is very good at acting like a down-home populist, but that’s all it is – an act. Perry is George W. Bush 2.0.

While spewing Tea Party-style rhetoric about secession, shooting coyotes and courting the favor of Christian evangelicals, behind closed doors Perry has been quietly selling out Texas to globalist interests, auctioning off highways to foreign companies to turn them into profit-driven toll roads.

“Speculation that Perry is the Bilderberg group’s ace card was prompted by the current political climate, which can largely be gleaned from the fact that Perry is a longtime, unwavering supporter of the NAFTA Superhighway and related infrastructure projects,” wrote AFP’s Jim Tucker earlier this month. “These pave the way for the Bilderberg-supported North American Union (NAU) proposal that would merge the U.S., Canada and Mexico.”

Perry has also given enthusiastic support to former Mexican President Vicente Fox’s efforts to turn Texas into a sanctuary state for illegal immigrants. He also aggressively promoted the Rockefeller Foundation-backed HPV vaccination campaign in Texas that has led to deaths worldwide. David Rockefeller is a prominent Bilderberger, attending each annual meeting without fail.

Perry attended the June 2007 Bilderberg conference in Istanbul, Turkey, and in doing so violated the Logan Act, a United States federal law that forbids unauthorized citizens from negotiating with foreign governments.

Look beyond the rhetoric and study what Perry has actually done in his role as Governor – he’s the ultimate globalist – his every action illustrates how he’s the diametric opposite to the image of the Tea Party populist that he attempts to portray. That’s why he’s the perfect pick for the globalists, someone who can suck in the trust of the American people only to stab them in the back upon becoming president, just as Obama did before him.

Bilderberg has proven its kingmaker role time and time again not just in US politics but worldwide. Bill Clinton was a little-known Governor of Arkansas before he attended a Bilderberg meeting in 1991 and went on to become President a year later. Similarly, British Prime Minister Tony Blair attended Bilderberg before his election in 1997. According to Euro Weekly News, Maria Dolores De Cospedal’s attendance at Bilderberg 2011 in St. Moritz Switzerland also “augurs a victory in Spain’s next general election” for her Partido Popular party.

Obama himself was reportedly vetted by Bilderberg when he infamously disappeared to a secret location with Hillary Clinton in June 2008 in Northern Virginia, at precisely the same time and location the Bilderberg Group were convening in Chantilly. Bilderberg luminary James A. Johnson was also responsible for selecting Obama’s running mate Joe Biden, having also previously selected John Edwards as John Kerry’s right hand man in 2004 after Edwards had impressed Bilderberg elitists Henry Kissinger and David Rockefeller with a speech he gave at the globalist confab in Italy that year.

In a comparatively weak GOP field, the establishment cannot take any chances in allowing Ron Paul to gain momentum as the only candidate who has a real chance of defeating Barack Obama.

As polls have shown, out of the Republican candidates, only Ron Paul has a realistic hope of success in a hypothetical run off against Obama – the other candidates are equally unpopular as the President.

Despite the fact that Mitt Romney has been anointed by the establishment as the Republican favorite, a May CNN poll found that he would lose by 11 points if he got the nomination and went head to head with Obama, whereas Paul only trails the President by 7 points.

Bilderberg’s continual influence in picking US presidents and potential vice-presidents again serves up a reminder that the real power structure steering the planet goes beyond teleprompter-reading puppet presidents and rests in the hands of multi-generational globalists, central banking moguls and the CEO’s of the world’s biggest corporations, all of whom routinely attend the Bilderberg Group confab every year.

The ‘Foundations’ of the Bilderberg Group

The Bilderberg Group, formed in 1954, was founded in the Netherlands as a secretive meeting held once a year, drawing roughly 130 of the political-financial-military-academic-media elites from North America and Western Europe as “an informal network of influential people who could consult each other privately and confidentially.”[2] Regular participants include the CEOs or Chairman of some of the largest corporations in the world, oil companies such as Royal Dutch Shell, British Petroleum, and Total SA, as well as various European monarchs, international bankers such as David Rockefeller, major politicians, presidents, prime ministers, and central bankers of the world.[3] The Bilderberg Group acts as a “secretive global think-tank,” with an original intent to “to link governments and economies in Europe and North America amid the Cold War.”[4]

In the early 1950s, top European elites worked with selected American elites to form the Bilderberg Group in an effort to bring together the most influential people from both sides of the Atlantic to advance the cause of ‘Atlanticism’ and ‘globalism.’ The list of attendees were the usual suspects: top politicians, international businessmen, bankers, leaders of think tanks and foundations, top academics and university leaders, diplomats, media moguls, military officials, and Bilderberg also included several heads of state, monarchs, as well as senior intelligence officials, including top officials of the CIA, which was the main financier for the first meeting in 1954.[5]

The European founders of the Bilderberg Group included Joseph Retinger and Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. Prince Bernhard had, incidentally, been a member of the Nazi Party until 1934, three years prior to his marrying the Dutch Queen Juliana, and had also worked for the German industrial giant, I.G. Farben, the maker of Zyklon B, the gas used in concentration camps.[6] On the American side, those who were most prominent in the formation of the Bilderberg Group were David Rockefeller, Dean Rusk (a top official with the Council on Foreign Relations who was then the head of the Rockefeller Foundation), Joseph Johnson (another Council leader who was head of the Carnegie Endowment), and John J. McCloy (a top Council leader who became Chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank in 1953 and was also Chairman of the Board of the Ford Foundation).[7]

The fact that the major American foundations – Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Ford – were so pivotal in the origins of the Bilderberg Group is not a mere coincidence. The foundations have, since their founding at the beginning of the 20th century, been the central institutions in constructing consensus among elites, and creating consent to power. They are, in short, the engines of social engineering: both for elite circles specifically, and society as a whole, more generally. As Professor of Education Robert F. Arnove wrote in his book Philanthropy and Cultural Imperialism:

Foundations like Carnegie, Rockefeller, and Ford have a corrosive influence on a democratic society; they represent relatively unregulated and unaccountable concentrations of power and wealth which buy talent, promote causes, and, in effect, establish an agenda of what merits society’s attention. They serve as “cooling-out” agencies, delaying and preventing more radical, structural change. They help maintain an economic and political order, international in scope, which benefits the ruling-class interests of philanthropists and philanthropoids – a system which… has worked against the interests of minorities, the working class, and Third World peoples.[8]

These foundations had been central in promoting the ideology of ‘globalism’ that laid the groundwork for organizations such as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Bilderberg Group to exist. The Rockefeller Foundation, in particular, supported several organizations that promoted a ‘liberal internationalist’ philosophy, the aim of which:

was to support a foreign policy within a new world order that was to feature the United States as the leading power – a programme defined by the Rockefeller Foundation as ‘disinterested’, ‘objective’ and even ‘non-political’… The construction of a new internationalist consensus required the conscious, targeted funding of individuals and organizations who questioned and undermined the supporters of the ‘old order’ while simultaneously promoting the ‘new’.[9]

The major foundations funded and created not only policy-oriented institutes such as think tanks, but they were also pivotal in the organization and construction of universities and education itself, in particular, the study of ‘international relations.’[10] The influence of foundations over education and universities and thus, ‘knowledge’ itself, is unparalleled. As noted in the book, Philanthropy and Cultural Imperialism:

The power of the foundation is not that of dictating what will be studied. Its power consists in defining professional and intellectual parameters, in determining who will receive support to study what subjects in what settings. And the foundation’s power resides in suggesting certain types of activities it favors and is willing to support. As [political theorist and economist Harold] Laski noted, “the foundations do not control, simply because, in the direct and simple sense of the word, there is no need for them to do so. They have only to indicate the immediate direction of their minds for the whole university world to discover that it always meant to gravitate to that angle of the intellectual compass.”[11]

The major philanthropic foundations created by America’s ‘robber baron’ industrialists and bankers were established not to benefit mankind, as was their stated purpose, but to benefit the bankers and industrialist elites in order to engage in social engineering. Through banks, these powerful families controlled the global economy; through think tanks, they manage the political and foreign policy establishments; and through foundations, they engineer society itself according to their own designs and interests. Through these foundations, elites have come to shape the processes, ideas and institutions of education, thus ensuring their continued hegemony over society through the production and control of knowledge. The educational institutions train future elites for government, economics, sciences, and other professional environments, as well as producing the academics that make up the principle component of think tanks, such as the Bilderberg Group.

Foundations effectively “blur boundaries” between the public and private sectors, while simultaneously effecting the separation of such areas in the study of social sciences. This boundary erosion between public and private spheres “adds feudal elements to our purported democracy, yet it has not been resisted, protested, or even noted much by political elites or social scientists.”[12] Zbigniew Brzezinski, foreign policy strategist, former director of the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg member and co-founder with David Rockefeller of the Trilateral Commission, wrote that the blurring of boundaries “serves United States world dominance”:

As the imitation of American ways gradually pervades the world, it creates a more congenial setting for the exercise of the indirect and seemingly consensual American hegemony. And as in the case of the domestic American system, that hegemony involves a complex structure of interlocking institutions and procedures, designed to generate consensus and obscure asymmetries in power and influence.[13]

In 1915, a Congressional investigation into the power of philanthropic foundations took place, named the Walsh Commission, which warned that, “the power of wealth could overwhelm democratic culture and politics.”[14] The Final Report of the Walsh Commission “suggested that foundations would be more likely to pursue their own ideology in society than social objectivity.”[15] In this context, we can come to understand the evolution of the Bilderberg Group as an international think tank aimed at constructing consensus and entrenching ideology among the elite.

At their first meeting, Bilderbergers covered the following broad areas, which remained focal points of discussion for successive meetings: Communism and the Soviet Union; Dependent areas and peoples overseas; Economic policies and problems; and European integration and the European Defense Community.[16]

Nearly every single American participant in the Bilderberg meetings was also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Among the notable American members of the Bilderberg Group in its early years were David Rockefeller, Dean Rusk, John J. McCloy, George McGhee, George Ball, Walt Whitman Rostow, McGeorge Bundy, Arthur Dean, and Paul Nitze. As Political Scientist Stephen Gill wrote, “Prominent in the American section were the network of Rockefeller interests.”[17]

Certainly, while Rothschild interests have remained in the Bilderberg Group, as evidenced by Edmond de Rothschild having been a member of the Steering Committee, and Franco Bernabe, Vice Chairman of Rothschild Europe being a current Steering Committee member,[18] the Rockefeller interests seem to be most dominant. Not only is David Rockefeller sitting as the single individual of the Member Advisory Group of the Steering Committee, but close Rockefeller confidantes have long served on the Steering Committee and been affiliated with the organization, such as: Sharon Percy Rockefeller; George Ball, a long-time leader in the Council on Foreign Relations, who was Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs in the Kennedy and Johnson administrations; Henry Kissinger, long-time Rockefeller aide and American imperial strategist; Zbigniew Brzezinski, who co-founded the Trilateral Commission with David Rockefeller; Joseph E. Johnson, former U.S. State Department official and President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace; John J. McCloy, former Chairman the Council on Foreign Relations (superceded by David Rockefeller), former Assistant Secretary of War, Chairman of Chase Manhattan Bank (where he was superceded by David Rockefeller), former Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation, Chairman of the Ford Foundation, and President of the World Bank; and James Wolfensohn, former President of the World Bank and Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation.

One current Steering Committee member, who is representative of not only a continuation of Rockefeller interests, but also of the continuing influence and role of the major foundations is Jessica T. Matthews. She is President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, who had served on the National Security Council under Zbigniew Brzezinski, was a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations (at which David Rockefeller remains as Honorary Chairman), is a member of the Trilateral Commission, is a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation, and has served on the boards of the Brookings Institution, the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Joyce Foundation.

Bilderberg and the European Union

Joseph Retinger, one of the founders of the Bilderberg Group, was also one of the original architects of the European Common Market and a leading intellectual champion of European integration. In 1946, he told the Royal Institute of International Affairs (the British counterpart and sister organization of the Council on Foreign Relations), that Europe needed to create a federal union and for European countries to “relinquish part of their sovereignty.” Retinger was a founder of the European Movement (EM), a lobbying organization dedicated to creating a federal Europe. Retinger secured financial support for the European Movement from powerful US financial interests such as the Council on Foreign Relations and the Rockefellers.[19] Important to note is that following World War II, the CFR’s main finances came from the Carnegie Corporation, Ford Foundation and most especially, the Rockefeller Foundation.[20]

Apart from Retinger, the founder of the Bilderberg Group and the European Movement, another ideological founder of European integration was Jean Monnet, who founded the Action Committee for a United States of Europe (ACUE), an organization dedicated to promoting European integration, and he was also the major promoter and first president of the European Coal and Steel Community (ECSC), the precursor to the European Common Market.[21]

Declassified documents (released in 2001) showed that “the US intelligence community ran a campaign in the Fifties and Sixties to build momentum for a united Europe. It funded and directed the European federalist movement.”[22] The documents revealed that, “America was working aggressively behind the scenes to push Britain into a European state. One memorandum, dated July 26, 1950, gives instructions for a campaign to promote a fully-fledged European parliament. It is signed by Gen William J Donovan, head of the American wartime Office of Strategic Services, precursor of the CIA.” Further, “Washington’s main tool for shaping the European agenda was the American Committee for a United Europe, created in 1948. The chairman was Donovan, ostensibly a private lawyer by then,” and “the vice-chairman was Allen Dulles, the CIA director in the Fifties. The board included Walter Bedell Smith, the CIA’s first director, and a roster of ex-OSS figures and officials who moved in and out of the CIA. The documents show that ACUE financed the European Movement, the most important federalist organisation in the post-war years.” Interestingly, “the leaders of the European Movement – Retinger, the visionary Robert Schuman and the former Belgian prime minister Paul-Henri Spaak – were all treated as hired hands by their American sponsors. The US role was handled as a covert operation. ACUE’s funding came from the Ford and Rockefeller foundations as well as business groups with close ties to the US government.”[23]

The European Coal and Steel Community was formed in 1951, and signed by France, West Germany, Italy, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Newly released documents from the 1955 Bilderberg meeting show that a main topic of discussion was “European Unity,” and that “the discussion affirmed complete support for the idea of integration and unification from the representatives of all the six nations of the Coal and Steel Community present at the conference.” Further, “A European speaker expressed concern about the need to achieve a common currency, and indicated that in his view this necessarily implied the creation of a central political authority.” Interestingly, “a United States participant confirmed that the United States had not weakened in its enthusiastic support for the idea of integration, although there was considerable diffidence in America as to how this enthusiasm should be manifested. Another United States participant urged his European friends to go ahead with the unification of Europe with less emphasis upon ideological considerations and, above all, to be practical and work fast.”[24] Thus, at the 1955 Bilderberg Group meeting, they set as a primary agenda, the creation of a European common market.[25]

In 1957, two years later, the Treaty of Rome was signed, which created the European Economic Community (EEC), also known as the European Community. Over the decades, various other treaties were signed, and more countries joined the European Community. In 1992, the Maastricht Treaty was signed, which created the European Union and led to the creation of the Euro. The European Monetary Institute was created in 1994, the European Central Bank was founded in 1998, and the Euro was launched in 1999. Etienne Davignon, Chairman of the Bilderberg Group and former EU Commissioner, revealed in March of 2009 that the Euro was debated and planned at Bilderberg conferences.[26]

The European Constitution (renamed the Lisbon Treaty) was a move towards creating a European superstate, creating an EU foreign minister, and with it, coordinated foreign policy, with the EU taking over the seat of Britain on the UN Security Council, representing all EU member states, forcing the nations to “actively and unreservedly” follow an EU foreign policy; set out the framework to create an EU defence policy, as an appendage to or separate from NATO; the creation of a European Justice system, with the EU defining “minimum standards in defining offences and setting sentences,” and creates common asylum and immigration policy; and it would also hand over to the EU the power to “ensure co-ordination of economic and employment policies”; and EU law would supercede all law of the member states, thus making the member nations relative to mere provinces within a centralized federal government system.[27]

The Constitution was largely written up by Valéry Giscard d’Estaing, former President of the French Republic from 1974 to 1981. Giscard d’Estaing also happens to be a member of the Bidlerberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and is also a close friend of Henry Kissinger, having co-authored papers with him.

The Treaty, passed in 2009, created the position of President of the European Council, who represents the EU on the world stage and leads the Council, which determines the political direction of the EU. The first President of the European Council is Herman Van Rompuy, former Prime Minister of Belgium. On November 12, 2009, a small Bilderberg meeting took place, hosted by Viscount Etienne Davignon (Chairman of the Bilderberg Group), and including “international policymakers and industrialists,” among them, Henry Kissinger. Herman Von Rompuy “attended the Bilderberg session to audition for the European job, calling for a new system of levies to fund the EU and replace the perennial EU budget battles.”[28] Following his selection as President, Van Rompuy gave a speech in which he stated, “We are going through exceptionally difficult times: the financial crisis and its dramatic impact on employment and budgets, the climate crisis which threatens our very survival; a period of anxiety, uncertainty, and lack of confidence. Yet, these problems can be overcome by a joint effort in and between our countries. 2009 is also the first year of global governance with the establishment of the G20 in the middle of the financial crisis; the climate conference in Copenhagen is another step towards the global management of our planet.”[29]

As indicated from leaks of the recent 2011 Bilderberg meeting in Switzerland, the euro-zone is in a major crisis, and Bilderberg members are struggling to keep the house of glass from shattering to pieces. One major subject discussed at this year’s meeting, according to Bilderberg investigative journalist, Daniel Estulin (who reportedly has inside sources in the meetings who leak information, which has proved quite accurate in the past), the Bilderberg meeting discussed the situation of Greece, which is likely to only get worse, with another bailout on the horizon, continuing social unrest, and a possible abandonment of the euro. The problems of Greece, Ireland and the wider global economy as a whole were featured in this year’s discussions.[30] Representatives from Greece this year included George Papaconstantinou, the Greek Minister of Finance, among several bankers and businessmen.[31]

Among the EU power players attending this years meeting was the first President of the European Council, Herman van Rompuy, who was appointed as President following an invitation to a private Bilderberg meeting in November of 2009, at which he gave a speech advocating for EU-wide taxes, allowing the EU to not rely exclusively upon its member nations, but have its “own resources.”[32] Van Rompuy, who previously stated that, “2009 is also the first year of global governance,” is no surprise guest at Bilderberg. Other key EU officials who attended this year’s meeting were Joaquín Almunia, a Vice President of the European Commission; Frans van Daele, Chief of Staff to European Council President Van Rompuy; Neelie Kroes, a Vice President of the European Commission; and of course, Jean-Claude Trichet, President of the European Central Bank.[33]

As with each meeting, there is the official list of participants, and then there are those participants who attend, but whose names are not listed in any official release. At this year’s meeting, some reports indicate that attendees whose names were not listed included NATO Secretary-General Anders Rasmussen, which is not surprising considering that the NATO Secretary-General has generally been present at every meeting; Jose Luis Zapatero, Spanish Prime Minister; Angela Merkel, German Chancellor; Bill Gates, Co-Chairman of Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and former Microsoft CEO; and Robert Gates, the outgoing U.S. Secretary of Defense.[34] The Guardian also reported that these “unofficial guests” were spotted at the conference or had their attendance ‘leaked’.[35] Angela Merkel has reportedly attended meetings in the past, which would make her current attendance less than surprising.[36]

At the recent meeting, EU officials were discussing the need for the EU to undertake a “massive power grab” in the face of the massive economic crisis facing Europe and indeed the world. Without such a power grab, the euro and indeed the Union itself would likely collapse; a scenario anathema to everything the Bilderberg group has tried to achieve in its 57-year history. The aim, put simply, would be to have the EU police itself and the nations of the Union, with the ability to punish nations for not following the rules, and as one Bilderberger reportedly stated at the meeting, “What we are heading towards a form of real economic government.”[37] Now while this statement cannot be independently verified, there is much documentation within the public record that several of the European attendees at the meeting could have easily made such a statement.

Prior to the meeting, European Central Bank President, Jean-Claude Trichet, “said governments should consider setting up a finance ministry for the 17-nation currency region as the bloc struggles to contain a region-wide sovereign debt crisis.” Trichet asked: “Would it be too bold, in the economic field, with a single market, a single currency and a single central bank, to envisage a ministry of finance of the union?” Further in line with this thought, and with the ideas laid out in the Bilderberg meeting in favour of a ‘power grab’, Trichet said he supports “giving the European Union powers to veto the budget measures of countries that go ‘harmfully astray,’ though that would require a change to EU Treaties.” Such a finance ministry would, according to Trichet, “exert direct responsibilities in at least three domains”:

They would include “first, the surveillance of both fiscal policies and competitiveness policies” and “direct responsibilities” for countries in fiscal distress, he said. It would also carry out “all the typical responsibilities of the executive branches as regards the union’s integrated financial sector, so as to accompany the full integration of financial services, and third, the representation of the union confederation in international financial institutions.”[38]

Last year, Belgian Prime Minister Yves Leterme endorsed such an idea of a ‘European Economic Government’ when he stated:

The idea of strengthened economic government has been put on the table and will make progress. In the end, the European Debt Agency or something like it will become a reality. I’m convinced of this. It’s about Europe’s financial stability and it’s not an ideological debate about federalism. I myself am a federalist. But more integration and deeper integration are simply logical consequences of having a single currency.[39]

This is of course, not surprising, considering that Leterme’s predecessor is Herman van Rompuy, the current Bilderberg participant and EU President, a strong-headed advocate of an ‘economic government’ and ‘global governance.’ The plans for an ‘economic government’ require the strong commitment of both France and Germany, which may explain Merkel’s reported appearance at Bilderberg. In March of 2010, the German and French governments released a draft outline that would “strengthen financial policy coordination in the EU.” The plan, seen by German publication Der Spiegel, “calls for increased monitoring of individual member states’ competitiveness so that action can be taken early on should problems emerge.” Luxembourg Prime Minister Jean-Claude Juncker stated in response to the plan, “We need a European economic government in the sense of strengthened coordination of economic policy within the euro zone.”[40] In December of 2010, German Finance Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble stated that, “In 10 years we will have a structure that corresponds much stronger to what one describes as political union.”[41]

As reported by the German press in early 2011, Germany and France were split on several aspects of such an ‘economic government.’ However, as Merkel stated, “We have obviously been discussing the issue of an economic government for a long time,” and that, “What we are currently envisioning goes yet another step in this direction.” Yet, the differences between the two approaches are mainly as follows:

France would prefer to see the European Council, which comprises the heads of state and government of the EU’s member states, turned into a kind of economic government. Since only euro-zone member countries would be involved initially, French Finance Minister [and past Bilderberg participant] Christine Lagarde has dubbed the project “16 plus.”

The Germans are focused on completely different things. Their preference would be to see the current rescue fund replaced by the so-called European Stability Mechanism in 2013. According to this arrangement, in return for any help, cash-strapped countries would have to subject themselves to a strict cost-cutting regimen.[42]

Mario Draghi is the current President of the Bank of Italy, as well as a board member of the Bank for International Settlements – the BIS (the central bank to the world’s central banks). In an interview posted on the website of the BIS in March of 2010, Mario Draghi stated that in response to the Greek crisis, “In the euro area we need a stronger economic governance providing for more coordinated structural reforms and more discipline.”[43] Mario Draghi also attended the 2009 conference of the Bilderberg Group.[44] Perhaps unsurprisingly, Mario Draghi has been backed by the euro-area finance ministers to be the successor to Jean-Claude Trichet at the European Central Bank, who is due to step down in October of 2011.[45]

Certainly, the objective of a ‘European economic government’ will continue throughout the coming years, especially as the economic crisis continues. As Dominique Strauss-Kahn, outgoing Managing Director of the IMF and long-time Bilderberg participant stated, “crisis is an opportunity.”[46] Bilderberg, while not omnipotent by any means, will do all in its ability to prevent the collapse of the euro or the ending of the European Union. Bilderberg has, after all, from its very beginning, made ‘European integration’ one of its central objectives. In an official biography of Bilderberg-founder and long-time Chairman Prince Bernhard, the Bilderberg Group was credited as “the birthplace of the European Community.”[47]

Regime Change at the IMF?

Christine Lagarde, the French Finance Minister who has been pivotal in the process towards drafting and proposing a ‘European economic government’, is also considered the front-runner for the job of Managing Director of the IMF. The Managing Director of the IMF is always in attendance at Bilderberg meetings, except for this year, considering outgoing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn is facing sexual assault charges in New York; yet, the top job is usually set aside for those who have been invited to at least one meeting of the Bilderberg Group. While the race has yet to finish, perhaps it is noteworthy that Christine Lagarde attended a Bilderberg meeting in 2009.[48] Could this make her the supreme choice, or is there a surprise in the near future?

A Place for China in the New World Order?

Investigative journalist Daniel Estulin’s report of inside sources in this year’s meeting indicated a rather extensive discussion on the role of China, which is hardly surprising, considering this has been a central topic of discussion in meetings for a number of years. China emerged in discussions on Pakistan, as China has become increasingly Pakistan’s closest economic and strategic ally, a trend that is continuing as America continues to spread the Afghan war into neighbouring Pakistan. China is also a major player in Africa, threatening the West’s stranglehold over the continent, in particular through the World Bank and IMF. Most importantly, however, and not unrelated to its role in Pakistan and Africa, China has become the greatest economic competitor for the United States in the world, and as the IMF even admitted recently, its economy is expected to surpass that of the United States by 2016. Bilderberg paid attention to this issue not simply as a financial-economic consideration, but as a massive geopolitical transition in the world: “the biggest story of our time.”[49]

What made the discussion on China at this year’s meeting unique was that it actually included two attendees from China for the first time ever. The two guests were Huang Yiping, a prominent economics professor at Peking University (China’s Harvard), and Fu Ying, China’s Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs.[50] This is especially unusual and telling of the importance of the discussion at hand, considering that Bilderberg is exclusively a European and North American (Atlantic) organization, and in the past, when Bilderberg memebers David Rockefeller and Zbigniew Brzezinski suggested Japan be allowed to join in 1972, the European rejected the proposition, and instead the Trilateral Commission was formed in 1973 to integrate the elites of Western Europe, North America, and Japan. The Trilateral Commission eventually expanded the Japanese section of the group into a ‘Pacific Asian Group’ in 2000 to include not only Japan, but South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, and Thailand.

In 2009 the G20 was endowed with the task of ‘managing’ the global economic crisis – to include the ‘emerging’ economic giants, notably China and India – and as Bilderberg member Jean-Claude Trichet stated, this marked “the emergence of the G20 as the prime group for global economic governance.”[51] That same year the newly-appointed European Union President Herman van Rompuy declared to be “the first year of global governance.” No surprise then, that also in 2009, China and India were invited as official members of the Trilateral Commission.[52] This indicates a growing role for India and especially China in global affairs, and participation in Bilderberg meetings emphasizes the aim to not alienate China from the established institutions, ideologies and systems of global power, but to more fully integrate China within that system. The aim of the global elite, perhaps best represented by Bilderberg, is not to allow for the collapse of the American empire and the rise of a new one; rather, it is to manage the collapse of American hegemony into an entirely new system of global governance. This ‘big idea’ is not possible without the participation of China, and thus, as Bilderberg has long been saturated with the ideology of ‘global governance,’ it cannot be seen as too surprising to see China invited. Perhaps the surprise should be that it simply took this long.

Is Bilderberg Building a Global Government?

Jon Ronson wrote an article for the Guardian paper in which he managed to interview key members of the Bilderberg Group for an exposé on the organization, attempting to dismantle the “conspiracy theories” surrounding the secrecy of the meetings. However, through his interviews, important information regarding the social importance of the group continued to emerge. Ronson attempted to contact David Rockefeller, but only managed to reach his press secretary who told Ronson that the “conspiracy theories” about Rockefeller and “global think-tanks such as Bilderberg in general” left David Rockefeller “thoroughly fed up.” According to his press secretary, “Mr. Rockefeller’s conclusion was that this was a battle between rational and irrational thought. Rational people favoured globalisation. Irrational people preferred nationalism.”[53]

While dismissing “conspiracy theories” that Bilderberg “runs the world,” Ronson did explain that the Bilderberg members he interviewed admitted, “that international affairs had, from time to time, been influenced by these sessions.” As Denis Healey, a 30-year member of the Steering Committee, himself pointedly explained:

To say we were striving for a one-world government is exaggerated, but not wholly unfair. Those of us in Bilderberg felt we couldn’t go on forever fighting one another for nothing and killing people and rendering millions homeless. So we felt that a single community throughout the world would be a good thing… Bilderberg is a way of bringing together politicians, industrialists, financiers and journalists. Politics should involve people who aren’t politicians. We make a point of getting along younger politicians who are obviously rising, to bring them together with financiers and industrialists who offer them wise words. It increases the chance of having a sensible global policy.[54]

Will Hutton, the former Editor of the Observer, who had been invited to Bilderberg meetings in the past, once famously referred to the group as “the high priests of globalization.”[55] Hutton has said that “people take part in these networks in order to influence the way the world works,” and to create, as he put it, “the international common sense” of policy. The Chairman of the Bilderberg Group, Viscount Etienne Davignon, stated that, “I don’t think (we are) a global ruling class because I don’t think a global ruling class exists. I simply think it’s people who have influence interested to speak to other people who have influence.”[56]

G. William Domhoff is a professor of Psychology and Sociology at the University of California, Santa Cruz, and has written about the Bilderberg Group. In an interview, he discounted the notion that the study of such groups is relegated to the realm of conspiracy theory, and instead explained that he studies “how elites strive to develop consensus, which is through such publicly observable organizations as corporate boards and the policy-planning network, which can be studied in detail, and which are reported on in the media in at least a halfway accurate manner.”[57]

Bilderbergers have long been advocates of global governance and ‘global government,’ and ‘crisis’ is always an excellent means through which to advance their agendas. Just as the Greek crisis has stepped up calls for the formation of a ‘European economic government,’ an idea which has been sought out for much longer than Greece has been in crisis, so too is the global economic crisis an excuse to advance the cause of ‘global economic governance.’ Outgoing Managing Director of the IMF, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, stated in May of 2010 that, “crisis is an opportunity,” and he called for “a new global currency issued by a global central bank, with robust governance and institutional features,” and that the “global central bank could also serve as a lender of last resort.” However, he stated, “I fear we are still very far from that level of global collaboration.”[58] Unless, of course, the world continues to descend into economic and financial ruin, as any astute economic observer would likely warn is taking place.

Following the April 2009 G20 summit, “plans were announced for implementing the creation of a new global currency to replace the US dollar’s role as the world reserve currency.” Point 19 of the communiqué released by the G20 at the end of the Summit stated, “We have agreed to support a general SDR allocation which will inject $250bn (£170bn) into the world economy and increase global liquidity.” SDRs, or Special Drawing Rights, are “a synthetic paper currency issued by the International Monetary Fund.” As the Telegraph reported, “the G20 leaders have activated the IMF’s power to create money and begin global ‘quantitative easing’. In doing so, they are putting a de facto world currency into play. It is outside the control of any sovereign body.”[59] The Washington Post reported that the IMF is poised to transform “into a veritable United Nations for the global economy”:

It would have vastly expanded authority to act as a global banker to governments rich and poor. And with more flexibility to effectively print its own money, it would have the ability to inject liquidity into global markets in a way once limited to major central banks, including the U.S. Federal Reserve… the IMF is all but certain to take a central role in managing the world economy. As a result, Washington is poised to become the power center for global financial policy, much as the United Nations has long made New York the world center for diplomacy.[60]

While the IMF is pushed to the forefront of the global currency agenda, the Bank for International Settlements (BIS) remains as the true authority in terms of ‘global governance’ overall. As the IMF’s magazine, Finance and Development, stated in 2009, “the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), established in 1930, is the central and the oldest focal point for coordination of global governance arrangements.”[61] Jean-Claude Trichet, President of the European Central Bank (ECB) and long-time Bilderberg participant, gave a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations in April of 2010 in which he explained that, “the significant transformation of global governance that we are engineering today is illustrated by three examples”:

First, the emergence of the G20 as the prime group for global economic governance at the level of ministers, governors and heads of state or government. Second, the establishment of the Global Economy Meeting of central bank governors under the auspices of the BIS as the prime group for the governance of central bank cooperation. And third, the extension of Financial Stability Board membership to include all the systemic emerging market economies.[62]

In concluding his speech, Trichet emphasized that, “global governance is of the essence to improve decisively the resilience of the global financial system.”[63] The following month, Trichet spoke at the Bank of Korea, where he said, “central bank cooperation is part of a more general trend that is reshaping global governance, and which has been spurred by the global financial crisis,” and that, “it is therefore not surprising that the crisis has led to even better recognition of their increased economic importance and need for full integration into global governance.” Once again, Trichet identified the BIS and its “various fora” – such as the Global Economy Meeting and the Financial Stability Board – as the “main channel” for central bank cooperation.[64]

Rockefeller’s Dream

David Rockefeller celebrated his 96th birthday during last weekend’s Bilderberg meeting, and is one of if not the only remaining original founders of the group in 1954. If the Bilderberg Group represents the “high priests of globalization,” then David Rockefeller is the ‘Pope’.

James Wolfensohn represents the importance of the Rockefellers to not only America, but to the whole process of globalization. James D. Wolfensohn, an Australian national, was President of the World Bank from 1995-2005, and has since founded and leads his private firm, Wolfensohn & Company, LLC. He has also been a long-time Steering Committee member of the Bilderberg Group, and has served as an Honorary Trustee of the Brookings Institution, a major American think tank, as well as a Trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Wolfensohn’s father, Hyman, was employed by James Armand de Rothschild of the Rothschild banking dynasty, after whom James was named. His father taught him how to “cultivate mentors, friends and contacts of influence.”[65] Wolfensohn rose quickly through the financial world, and as his father had lived in service to the Rothschild’s – the dominant family of the 19th century – James Wolfensohn lived in service to the Rockefellers, arguably the dominant family of the 20th century. On the event of David Rockefeller’s 90th birthday, James Wolfensohn, speaking at the Council on Foreign Relations, stated:

[T]he person who had perhaps the greatest influence on my life professionally in this country, and I’m very happy to say personally there afterwards, is David Rockefeller, who first met me at the Harvard Business School in 1957 or ‘58… [At the beginning of the 20th century] as we looked at the world, a family, the Rockefeller family, decided that the issues were not just national for the United States, were not just related to the rich countries. And where, extraordinarily and amazingly, David’s grandfather set up the Rockefeller Foundation, the purpose of which was to take a global view.

… So the Rockefeller family, in this last 100 years, has contributed in a way that is quite extraordinary to the development in that period and has given ample focus to the issues of development with which I have been associated. In fact, it’s fair to say that there has been no other single family influence greater than the Rockefeller’s in the whole issue of globalization and in the whole issue of addressing the questions which, in some ways, are still before us today. And for that David, we’re deeply grateful to you and for your own contribution in carrying these forward in the way that you did.[66]

David Rockefeller has been even less humble (but perhaps more honest) in his assertion of his family’s and his own personal role in shaping the world. In his 2002 book, Memoirs, David Rockefeller wrote:

For more than a century ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents such as my encounter with Castro to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as ‘internationalists’ and of conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure–one world, if you will. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it.[67]

As if this admission was not quite enough, at a 1991 meeting of the Bilderberg group, David Rockefeller was quoted as saying:

We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.[68]

So, happy 96th birthday, Mr. David Rockefeller! But I am sorry to say (or perhaps not so sorry) that while the mainstream media have “respected their promises of discretion,” the new media – the alternative media – have not. As you said yourself, “It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years,” it seems that the “lights of publicity” are now descending upon your “plan for the world,” making it all the more difficult to come to pass. Indeed, “the world is more sophisticated,” but not because the world is ‘ready’ for your plan, but because the world is getting ready to reject it. While national sovereignty certainly has problems and is hardly something I would consider ‘ideal’, the “supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers” is about the worst scenario one could imagine. So as a birthday present to you, Mr. Rockefeller, I promise (and I am sure that I am speaking for a great many more than simply myself) that I will continue to expose your “plans for the world,” so that your dream – and our nightmare – will never become a reality. The light will shine, and in due time, the people will be ready to follow its path.

The corporate media reported on Wednesday that the CIA is building a secret air base in the Middle East to use for armed drone attacks on al-Qaeda in Yemen, a full-tilt expansion of the manufactured war from the Middle East into the Arab Maghreb of Africa. This follows news reports that al-Qaeda has moved into a provincial capital in Yemen’s southeast and has warned government officials to leave or face retaliation, according to the New York Times.

The move by al-Qaeda in Yemen and news of the CIA plan to escalate the drone war into Africa follows by several days word that the elite plan to expand the fabricated war on terror. Last week in St. Moritz, Switzerland, inside sources at the Bilderberg meeting revealed that the globalists are working to spread the war throughout the region.

The elite want a “big bloody war in the Middle East, which will involve every country except Israel, which is being protected,” veteran Bilderberg hunter Jim Tucker told Alex Jones on June 9. A large war, he noted, will work toward the effort by the elite to drive up oil prices and put further economic pressure on a dwindling middle class in America.

In another development pointing toward expanded war, on Thursday the Pentagon moved warships on the Mediterrenean coast of Syria.

Oil prices are currently falling. Brent crude and U.S. oil prices dropped sharply from a five-week high on Wednesday but are projected to go up significantly in the long term. Instability in the Middle East will ultimately drive prices much higher. Chief Financial Officer of Rio de Janeiro-based Petrobras Brasileiro, Almir Barbassa, reflected industry predictions when he said in March that the conflict in Libya and the so-called “Arab Spring” will push prices higher.

According to Bilderberg insiders, escalating gas and oil prices will ultimately move the American people into a position of supporting wars in the Middle East where much of the world’s oil is produced.

Despite this prediction, on Wednesday a bipartisan group of House members announced they are filing a lawsuit against Obama for his illegal and unconstitutional end-run around Congress when he approved U.S military action against Libya. “With regard to the war in Libya, we believe that the law was violated. We have asked the courts to move to protect the American people from the results of these illegal policies,” said Rep. Dennis Kucinich, an Ohio Democrat.

House Speaker John A. Boehner warned President Obama on Tuesday that unless he gets authorization from Congress for his military deployment in Libya, he will be in violation of the War Powers Resolution.

Bilderberg insiders revealed last week that the global elite are concerned about mounting congressional opposition to endless wars and they fear steps may be taken to roll back military action in the region. The CIA plan to expand the war into Yemen and ultimately into Somalia and Africa reveal a brazen attempt to buck the growing trend against unconstitutional military acts by Congress. The elite are determined to act before they are hamstrung by lawmakers and the American people.

Ignoring the mounting chorus of opposition, the Pentagon and the Obama administration are stepping up military activity against Yemen-based al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, “considered the most immediate terror threat to America,” according to the Associated Press. “There have been consistent reports of connections between AQAP in Yemen and al-Shabab across the Gulf of Aden in Somalia. And those could deepen if the Yemeni government loses more control of its coastal regions,” the AP reported on Wednesday.

In addition to the expansion of the war on terror – and the debilitating effect it continues to have on the U.S. and global economy – Tucker’s mole revealed last week that the elite are worried about the alternative media and its growing impact on the corporate media’s script-read pro-war propaganda.

The global elite realize they must muzzle the alternative media and force the American people back into the corporate media propaganda circuit if they are going to dampen resistance to their plan to gain order of chaos through war and also take down the economy and move to impose a globalist economic scheme with a global currency and high-tech authoritarian police state.

The current corporate media obsession with hacking is part of a propaganda effort to convince Americans that an unregulated or internet not controlled and supervised by government is a threat to modern civilization with its power grids and infrastructure networks. The shadowy and mysterious groups LulzSec and Anonymous are at the forefront of this effort to frighten the American people, most who do not understand that such “hacker collectives” do not really pose a serious threat to corporate and government networks, at least not those with adequate security measures in place.

The emerging trend is to restrict internet access under the aegis of copyright law. Last month the new EU Intellectual Property Rights Strategy endorsed a policy of holding ISPs liable for piracy, thus forcing them to punish users without the involvement of a judge or jury. Spain, Ireland and the UK have recently decided to tackle piracy with access restrictions.

In the United States, the “Combating Online Infringement and Counterfeits Act” would empower the Department of Justice to shut down, or block access to, websites found to be “dedicated to infringing activities.” The DOJ has already done this numerous times. In late May, the DOJ moved from shuttering copyright infringing piracy sites to shutting down gambling sites. This precedent leaves the door open for the government to close down other sites not associated with criminal or perceived criminal activity.

In February, the government closed down several websites for linking to copyrighted material, thus establishing a dangerous precedent. The company, Rojadirecta, filed a complaint in U.S. District Court in New York, claiming that the government was violating the First Amendment, citing a number of previous cases where material was seized without justification.

The PROTECT IP Act introduced in Congress will codify domain seizures, ISP blockades, search engine censorship, and other heavy-handed government acts under the excuse of preventing copyright infringement. How long before the government claims linking to news articles and other information is behavior “dedicated to infringing activities”and begins the process of shuttering alternative media websites? The ambiguity of the bill may frighten off ISPs and hosting services from providing services to any business that may be determined by a government bureaucrat to break copyright law.

The bill would also deny search engine access and online credit card and payment services to websites the government claims are “rogue” and criminal.

PROTECT IP is currently aimed at foreign websites, but the emerging trend is one that will eventually adversely impact all internet activity.

A raft of cybersecurity legislation is designed to treat offending websites as terrorist enterprises. In late May, the Pentagon announced that computer intrusions from abroad are from now on to be considered acts of war against the United States and will be answered with conventional military force.

The Pentagon established a new command last year, headed by Gen. Keith B. Alexander, director of the NSA, to consolidate military network security and attack efforts. Alexander told the Washington Post last November that the new outfit wants maneuvering room to mount what he called “the full spectrum” of operations in cyberspace.

Not incidentally, activist websites such as Anonymous are considered at the forefront of the cyber terrorist threat against the United States. The mysterious hackers at LulzSec have claimed responsibly for attacking various sites, including the U.S. Senate, game maker Bethesda Software (producer of such titles as Brink, Doom, and Quake), Sony BMG, security firm Unveillance, Nintendo, and the Atlanta chapter of FBI affiliate InfraGard.

“LulzSec, or people just like them, are the future of Net hacking. And it’s going to get really nasty out there before it gets any better — if it gets better,” claims InfoWorld.

Nobody really knows who LulzSec is. It is, however, rather suspicious that the group has increased its hacking activities during a period when a number of cybersecurity bills are marching through Congress.

Last week Attorney General Eric Holder said cybersecurity is one the top priorities for the Justice Department. “I’m proud to report that this work is — and it will remain — a top priority not only for me personally, but for our nation’s Department of Justice, and for this administration at the Cabinet level,” said the nation’s top cop.

Slowly but surely, the government, at the behest of the ruling elite who met last week in Switzerland, are tightening the noose around the internet and will soon make the medium untenable for alternative media.

High on their list is the ability to wage destructive and endless war for profit and to gain order out of chaos – currently among recalcitrant Muslims in the Middle East – and further the economic deterioration now well underway, all of it without the pesky interference of alternative media that will ultimately be characterized as LulzSec terrorists and moved to the Pentagon’s ever growing target list.

The Bilderberg Group’s plan to rescue the eurozone and preserve future plans for a global currency is in tatters, as the Greek debt crisis spirals out of control and the return of national currencies to replace the euro becomes a real possibility.

Bilderberg were successful in achieving their objective of saving the single currency from collapse following last year’s conference in Spain, but their efforts this year appear to be in vain, with economic analysts increasingly predicting the demise of the euro and a return to national monetary sovereignty.

Writing in the Financial Times, economist Nouriel Roubini predicts that the eurozone is heading for a break up, forecasting a return to national currencies and the death of the euro following a period of five years.

“The way to restore competitiveness and growth for members on the periphery, said Roubini, would be to abandon the euro, restore their national currencies, and “achieve a massive nominal and real depreciation.” While some may doubt the prospect of countries abandoning the euro, such as scenario “may not be so far-fetched five years from now, especially if some of the periphery economies stagnate.”

The European Central Bank’s exposure to struggling European economies could send the ECB into bankruptcy, especially if Greece defaults on its debt which many see as a likely scenario. According to ratings agency Moody’s, “Greece is 50% likely to default on or restructure its debts in the next five years.”

As the official Bilderberg Meetings website reported last week, one of the key topics of discussion at this year’s conference in St. Moritz was, “The Euro and Challenges for the European Union,” a typically euphemistic title that serves to downplay the reality of the fact that these were no less than crisis talks aimed at salvaging the great European Project that Bilderberg itself formulated in the 1950′s. Indeed, Bilderberg-chairman Étienne Davignon bragged last year that the single currency was a brainchild of Bilderberg.

The real tone of the discussion at this year’s meeting in St. Moritiz can be better judged by another FT piece written by Bilderberg attendee and Harvard Professor Kenneth Rogoff, who revealed how elitists are deeply concerned that a “eurozone collapse” will derail the wider agenda for multi-regional currencies and eventually a global currency.

“The euro experiment has also brought us to a crossroads in the whole international monetary system,” he wrote. “Will our grandchildren inherit a world with a huge number of national currencies, or a very small number of multi-country currencies?”

Veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker, whose moles inside the conference routinely relay accurate information, also told the Alex Jones Show, “They’re afraid of the Euro going down and afraid the Euro will simply disappear,” which is probably why Angela Merkel was summoned to the elite confab. As the eurozone’s strongest economy, the fate of the single currency rests largely on Germany.

The fact that the Bilderberg Group’s best efforts to rescue the eurozone and the single currency appear to be failing suggests that increased awareness of their motives, brought about by the tireless work of the dedicated activists who had Bilderberg running scared at last week’s conference in St. Moritz, is making it harder and harder for the globalists to push through their agenda unopposed, which can only be a good thing for freedom and national sovereignty in the long run.

Following the annual Bilderberg meeting in St. Moritz Switzerland this weekend, a prominent attendee to the elitist gathering has been entered into the race to become the IMF head at the eleventh hour.

Bank of Israel Governor Stanley Fischer, an insider favourite of Bilderberg and multiple time attendee, announced his intention to bid to become the replacement managing director of the IMF, taking the position previously held by Dominique Strauss-Kahn, himself a former Bilderberg attendee.

Fischer, a dual US/Israeli citizen, entered into the race on Saturday, the day after the official close of nominations on Friday. However, due to an investigation into a major cyber attack on the IMF, the process was delayed and Fischer’s entry was accepted.

Fischer, pictured above (center) with perennial Bilderberg attendee and former World Bank head James Wofensohn, was World Bank chief economist from 1988 to 1990, and the IMF’s No. 2 official for seven years, including during the Asia financial crisis of 1997 and 1998. Fischer is also a former Vice-Chairman of Citigroup.

Fischer is also a member of The Council on Foreign Relations and The Trilateral Commission.

As we reported last week, the Swiss media devoted front page headlines to the fact that the position of IMF head was high on the agenda of the Bilderberg meeting, with some reports suggesting that the successful candidate would be chosen outright by the Bilderberg group.

A three way race is now in place between Fischer, Mexican central banker Agustín Carstens and French Finance Minister Christine Lagarde.

Lagarde is thought to still be the clear favourite, however, there is a doubt over her candidacy owing to a pending investigation in France into her alleged abuse of authority, in a multi-million-euro business dispute.

Carstens, who has been backed by a dozen Latin countries for the job, is also a top-level insider. He is a Mexican economist who has held high-level positions at the Banco de México, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, and Bank of International Settlements.

All three candidates fit the mold for the globalist position, they have all espoused orthodox neoliberal economic philosophies, ensuring the status quo will be maintained no matter who takes the role.

Given that fact that the Director General of the World Trade Organization, the President of the European Central Bank, and the President of The World Bank were all in attendance at this year’s Bilderberg confab, along with representatives from every major bank in the world and the heads of finance from several major countries, there can be no doubt that the IMF position would have been a key discussion topic.

Bilderberg has previously proven its kingmaker power, with several heads of state having attended meetings before they rose to power, when they were relatively unheard of politicians.

Most recently, the President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, was selected for the role just days after he attended an exclusive Bilderberg Group dinner meeting. The decision was seen as a baffling one at the time by those who did not make the connection, owing to the fact that Van Rompuy had a virtually non existent international profile.

The Bilderbergers are not a secret society, insists Andrew Kakabadse, a professor at Cranfield University School of Management. The meeting is just a get-together of bankers and business magnates who understand how capitalism works and are trying to help.

Henry Kissinger, Bill Clinton, Prince Charles, Peter Mandelson, George Osborne, Tony Blair, Eric Schmidt – these are merely interesting people who were sent invitations. It’s basically nothing more than rich people saying nice things to each other, Kakabadse explains.

Nothing to see here. Please move along.

On other hand, the professor says when royalty rubs elbows with Wall Street and former presidents, wars are prevented and crises “smoothed out.”

If you believe any of this, I have a bridge for sale.

It is interesting that Bloomberg feels compelled to explain away Bilderberg. In the past, they would simply ignore the annual meeting.

Now they describe Kissinger and Rockefeller as somewhat boring folks who prevent wars and financial crises.

The Associated Press has cobbled together a brief report on the Bilderberg meeting in St. Moritz Switzerland.

The report was released at approximately 2.30pm BST, just one hour after the Bildeberg meeting officially ended.

The only other mainstream media coverage in the US of this year’s huge meeting consisted of one CNBC article and a three paragraph sophomoric blog in the Baltimore Sun.

The group operates under Chatham House rules, meaning no media is invited to cover the event other than a select few media guests of the elite delegates.

Following several reports that male prostitutes were being transported to a location near the Suvretta Hotel at which Bilderberg members are stationed in St. Moritz, members of the elitist confab were subsequently photographed leaving the luxury El Paradiso compound and walking back to the hotel.

Indications that male prostitutes were being provided for Bilderberg members began to stir last night following our conversation with a source who worked behind the bar in a hotel five minutes drive down the road from the Suvretta.

Although extremely reluctant to provide details at first, the source, a young homosexual man in his 20′s, admitted to us that he was being flown by helicopter in the morning to the El Paradiso resort to service a group of important people. The El Paradiso is a luxury getaway that brags on its website about how it provides all manner of pampering services to its clients. It is located about 10 minutes drive up the narrow mountain road from the Suvretta Hotel.

As the conversation progressed, the individual made it clear that the job was not just bar work or waiting on tables.

The source told us that he was being paid huge amounts of money for the job and that he had been hired for similar roles before by rich people. The man discussed how on the last such occasion he was given a full body search before he entered the building, was put in a white robe and then body searched again. A beer bottle opener that also contained a tiny penknife was confiscated before he was allowed to enter.

Independent of our source, other journalists, including Charlie Skelton of the Guardian, discovered that Bilderberg members were planning to visit El Paradiso, and rumors of male prostitutes continued to circulate.

At around 1:30pm this afternoon, myself, Aaron Dykes, Alexander Benesch of Infokreig and We Are Change Birmingham’s Jon Scobie, attempted to locate El Paradiso, driving up treacherous narrow mountain roads. On our way we were followed and stopped by the Swiss police twice, firstly being told to leave the area and then again for entering a restricted area. We were fined 100 swiss francs for the infraction.

Although the area around El Paradiso was crawling with police, we were able to get a shot of the building from a distance.

A few hours later, Bilderberg members, including Peter Mandelson, were later seen leaving El Paradiso and making their way back via cable cars to the Suvretta hotel which is down the mountain. Numerous photos of Bilderberg members as they were walking back into the hotel were captured and we hope to have them soon.

As the New York Post reported, during the 2004 Bohemian Grove get-together, which counts amongst its members many of the same individuals who attend Bilderberg, gay porn star Chad Savage was sent in to “service” the elite moguls there.

BREAKING: Bilderberg 2011 Attendees List

Texas Governor Rick Perry is dipping his toes into the 2012 presidential race, coincidentally, as the Bilderberg conference convenes in St. Moritz, Switzerland. Bilderberg, notorious kingmakers in the U.S. and Europe, tapped Perry in 2007, inviting him to the conference meeting in Istanbul and presumably vetting him for higher office. Has his moment now arrived?

With a GOP primary field weak in viable-but-malleable globalist candidates, Perry may well prove to be a rising star. Current U.S. media is buzzing with speculation of his imminent entry. Bilderberg have long worked to own both horses in each cycle of U.S. presidential races. Bill Clinton, an obscure governor when he attended Bilderberg in 1991 before his 1992 presidential run, is a prime example of a candidate selected and run by Bilderberg. Bilderberg is also responsible for selecting British Prime Ministers Tony Blair and David Cameron.

Gov. Rick Perry has been building his credentials as a pseudo-Tea Party leader and supposed proponent of succession, so he may prove to be a marketable product to the grassroots populists rebelling against the establishment GOP. In reality, of course, he is another pawn. His own rise in politics in the mid-80s came at the hands of one Karl Rove, known alternately as “Bush’s Brain,” who convinced Perry to flip from Democrat to Republican. Perry became George W. Bush’s Lt. Governor, rising to Governor once Bush the Younger gained the White House in 2000. He is now the longest serving governor in office.

Weeks ago, Perry’s office discussed the possibility of his entering the GOP primary at the end of the Texas legislative session. Now fresh rumors about his entering the race coincide with the end of the regular session. His speculative run is buoyed by the news that his top political aide David Carney has just quit the Gingrich campaign, which has fallen flat. Carney and related aides are considered key to Perry’s campaign viability. CBS News writes that Perry is “serious” about a run, but “There was no way Perry would run for president without his top political consultant, Dave Carney… Unfortunately for Perry, both of those guys were working on Gingrich 2012… Now, Gingrich’s entire team has up and quit. And all of a sudden Carney/Johnson are available. And Rick Perry is for real.”

The June 9-12 conference is well-timed for Bilderberg’s influence in the GOP primary, with potential voters still undecided and no clear frontrunner yet established.

Veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker wrote last week about Perry’s likely entry into the 2012 field, pointing out that he may be Bilderberg’s “Ace in the Hole” as backlash against typical GOP candidates has given little promise for other establishment candidates. Tucker writes:

Perry has repeatedly denied that he is running for president, but several campaigns have been put forth to draft the three term Texas governor. In addition, Perry keeps pushing himself as a Bilderberg wild card. At Republican events, he has described the type of nominee the GOP needs (like himself) without naming himself.

Bilderberg, true to form, wants the U.S. recession to continue throughout 2012 and for oil prices to remain high and increase further. This could make Obama a one-term president. But at this point it appears Bilderberg’s “other horse” is headed for the stable, to be groomed as their ace in the hole.

Tucker identified Perry as a likely presidential contender back in 2007. President Barack Obama reportedly attended Bilderberg in Chantilly, Virginia in 2008, alongside Hillary Clinton, whom he had just dominated in the primary. Undoubtedly, he gained approval and backing during their shadowy meeting. Bilderberg regular James A. Johnson admittedly led the search for Obama’s running mate in 2008, vetting potential VPs.

Perry could now prove to be a strong challenger to Obama in 2012.

NATO Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen is at the 2011 Bilderberg summit in St. Moritz Switzerland to discuss expanding the war on Libya and turning the conflict into a “bloody” affair despite the fact that the United States’ involvement in the bombardment has already cost nearly a billion dollars.

Even as President Obama commits US forces to a 4th front in Yemen, the bombardment of Libya is costing American taxpayers $2 million dollars a day. According to a leaked Department of Defense memo, “The cost of the U.S. campaign in Libya is set to exceed the $750 million Pentagon estimate set out in March,” reports the Daily Mail.

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show live from near the location of the elitist summit, veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker said that the Bilderberg elite were “determined” to expand the war in Libya, and wanted to turn it into a “bloody” conflict which would involve every major world power aside from Israel.

As Tucker previously reported from his inside sources, Bilderberg are petrified at the increasing resistance to the attack on Libya from within the US Congress.

We personally photographed NATO chief Anders Rasmussen as he arrived at the conference in St. Moritz yesterday afternoon. He doesn’t appear on the official Bilderberg attendee list but it is common that many members request their name not be included on the roster.

Regarding the economic picture, Tucker said that his sources inside Bilderberg were telling him that the elitists are planning to prolong the recession through 2012 and drive up oil prices even further as a means of forcing Americans to accept bloody warfare in the Middle East and North Africa.

As was later reported by Swiss newspapers, it emerged yesterday that the official start of the Bilderberg conference had to be delayed by a day because members were not able to fly their helicopters and private jets through heavy rain storms and the low lying cloud cover that has blanketed St. Moritz over the last few days. Less than half of the attendees had arrived at the Suvretta Hotel by early evening on Thursday.

Tucker related how several individuals within the Swiss federal government were enraged at Bilderberg’s “invasion of their sovereignty”.

Swiss media coverage of the conference has been plentiful, much to the chagrin of Bilderberg.

A similar theme from last year’s meeting in Spain has also emerged once again, with Bilderberg members furious at the increasing amount of protesters and media coverage that they are receiving.

“They’ve now asked Rupert Murdoch, biggest owner of newspapers throughout the world, to try to talk the major newspapers in Europe out of covering Bilderberg,” said Tucker, but he added that the effort had largely been a failure due to the large amount of coverage being afforded to the confab by the Swiss media.

Tucker said the Bilderbergers had expressed “great anger that the commoners are forcing this coverage and forcing these headlines.”

A massive protest against Bilderberg is set to take place on Saturday at noon outside the Suvretta Hotel involving both Socialist and conservative Swiss People’s Party activists.

The corporate media is rife was rumors that the current Secretary of State will leave her post next year and honcho the World Bank.



A source said Obama supports Clinton’s appointment. According to the Guardian, there was no suggestion that Obama has formally agreed to nominate her for the post, which would require approval by the 187 member countries of the World Bank.

Reuters reported yesterday that sources close to Clinton said she would be ready to make a move to the World Bank should the Bank’s current president, Robert Zoellick, leave at the end of his term, in the middle of 2012.

Clinton’s spokesman, Philippe Reines, denied the claim. “Story is 100% untrue. Reuters is wrong,” Reines told the Washington Post.

The World Bank and the IMF are loan sharking operations for the globalists. They also serve as mechanisms to impose “structural adjustments” on developing nations and allow unfettered foreign investment, increasing exports, suppressing wages, cutting social services such as health care and education — the whole neoliberal palette. National currencies are usually devalued and food subsidies cut. Both organizations work as wrecking balls on the third world and fatten the coffers of the bankers.“While the U.S. press is apt to portray the IMF and World Bank as selfless Good Samaritans, the reality is that these 50 year-old institutions function more like global loan sharks. As the 2011 Bilderberg meeting kicks off in St. Moritz Switzerland, syndicated radio host Alex Jones is calling on all activists worldwide to descend on the site of the secretive confab and stage a massive protest against the criminal elite that have wrecked the global economy, plunged the United States into another unaffordable war in Libya and are now scheming to start yet another war and hike oil prices to levels where Americans will be paying $7 dollars a gallon for gas.

Jim Tucker: Libya War and Wider Middle East Conflict On Bilderberg Agenda

Tucker said the NATO action against Libya heads the Bilderberg agenda. The globalists want to create a “big bloody war” in the region, Tucker explained. High oil prices and exorbitant prices reflected at the pump will be used to gain the support of the commoners for continued military action in the Middle East.

On Wednesday, it was reported that the U.S. has intensified a “secret campaign” of air strikes in Yemen, thus intensifying tensions in the region.

Tucker also said the elite are outraged by the patriot movement and the alternative media’s coverage of the Bilderberg meetings and the release of information by moles and insiders. He said the elite attempted to get media magnate Rupert Murdoch to convince The Guardian in the United Kingdom and the Irish Times to scale back their reportage on the Bilderbergers, but he was unable to do so.

Tucker’s sources also said the Bilderbergers are stunned the presence of demonstrators and alternative media. This outrage will undoubtedly increase on Saturday when demonstrators arrive following Alex Jones’ call for a protest against the globalists and their agenda.

Prior to Jim Tucker’s interview, Alex talked with Prison Planet.com journalist Paul Joseph Watson who reported that a Bilderberg member taken ill was given the red carpet treatment at the St. Moritz airport earlier today.

The incident was witnessed by We Are Change Birmingham, a British affiliate of the activist group founded in New York.

Additional flights were diverted to Zurich due to cloud cover and weather conditions. It is approximately a two and a half hour drive from the largest city in Switzerland to the resort town.

Arrivals have been reduced to a trickle. As noted earlier, our team has spied the arrival of the leading neocon and former assistant Secretary of Defense, Richard Perle, and possibly Microsoft founder Bill Gates.

Danish politician and current NATO boss Anders Fogh Rasmussen was also spotted. The presence of Rasmussen at the meeting lends credence to Tucker’s assertion that NATO’s campaign against Libya figures prominently on the globalist agenda.

A secretive cabal of some of the world’s most influential people known as the Bilderberg group will be meeting from June 9 to the 12th in St. Moritz, Switzerland — but this year, more attention than usual is being afforded to the gathering in the world press.

The shadowy organization — made up of about 120 central bankers, top CEOs, academics, European royalty, big bankers, high-ranking politicians and even representatives of the establishment media — has been getting together once a year since the mid-1950s. The group of “leading citizens,” as attendees are described on the group’s purported official website, gets its name from the Bilderberg Hotel in Holland where the first meeting was held in 1954.

Until recently, almost the entire international media establishment maintained an apparent information blackout of the yearly gatherings. Despite the fact that representatives of some of the world’s largest news outlets are always present at the conference, the vast majority of event coverage has generally come from the alternative press.

The rise of the Internet and widespread media choice, however, appear to have had a major effect. This year, the Bilderberg conference is attracting far more scrutiny than past gatherings — in line with a steady trend over the last few years of increasing awareness surrounding the affair.

Several major media outlets around the world have already picked up the story. And news of the gathering is expected to continue making headlines in the coming days as the conference kicks off Thursday. Some of the mainstream press coverage thus far, however, has focused primarily on downplaying the meeting’s importance and painting its critics in a negative light.

In a June 8 BBC article, the government-funded media outlet attempted to ridicule concerns about the Bilderberg meeting and the massive power wielded by attendees. Citing various authors, the state reporter desperately tried to link critics of the secretive meetings to “anti-Semitism,” a psychological feeling of alienation or powerlessness, and even belief in a world “governed by alien, reptilian shape shifters” expounded by a former sports journalist named David Icke.

“In fact, many conspiracy theories surrounding cabals hint at an anti-Semitic worldview,” the BBC Bilderberg piece claimed, citing the discredited Protocols of the Elders of Zion. Eventually the article quotes one expert who acknowledges that there could be some kernel of truth to Bilderberg theories about power-hungry conspirators out to rule the planet — and that there is indeed a “very strong move” to erect a one-world government.

It is that time of the year again, when the Bilderberg group meet to commit treason against humanity, democracy, and freedom. These Wolves of the West are converging to discuss just about everything related to your world such as how to manage the global economy, who to select to head the IMF, whether to raise gas prices or not, what to do with Greece and other collapsing EU nations, and if a world war should be started this year or the next.

If the Western plutocratic elite had a Mount Olympus, Bilderberg would be it. This year they are meeting in St. Moritz, Switzerland from June 9 – June 12.

They like to play god with nations and influence world events to their favor because they believe they have a monopoly in wisdom. What they care about is not saving the planet and helping people, but gaining more power to control humanity and history.

Due to the exposure brought by alternative media, the Bilderberg group stopped enjoying the media blackout it once had. David Rockefeller said during the 1991 Bilderberg meeting held in Baden, Germany:

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, The New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost forty years.”

It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. Now that the cat is out of the bag, mass media have no choice but to report these meetings which, after all, include the world’s most powerful businessmen, politicians and intellectuals. However, instead of accurately reporting the activities of the event (i.e. the attendees, the topics discussed, etc.) the only articles referring to the meeting are condescending, borderline insulting, disinfo pieces such as this one from the BBC. The overall tone of the article screams out “non-objective propaganda”. Compare this article with the “25 Rules of Disinformation” described in this article and judge for yourself.

The control of the US, and of global politics, by the wealthiest families of the planet is exercised in a powerful, profound and clandestine manner. This control began in Europe and has a continuity that can be traced back to the time when the bankers discovered it was more profitable to give loans to governments than to needy individuals.

These banking families and their subservient beneficiaries have come to own most major businesses over the two centuries during which they have secretly and increasingly organised themselves as controllers of governments worldwide and as arbiters of war and peace.

Unless we understand this we will be unable to understand the real reasons for the two world wars and the impending Third World War, a war that is almost certain to begin as a consequence of the US attempt to seize and control Central Asia. The only way out is for the US to back off – something the people of the US and the world want, but the elite does not.

The US is a country controlled through the privately owned Federal Reserve, which in turn is controlled by the handful of banking families that established it by deception in the first place.

In his interesting book The Secret Team, Col. Fletcher Prouty, briefing officer of the US President from 1955-63, narrates a remarkable incident in which Winston Churchill made a most revealing utterance during World War II: “On this particular night there had been a heavy raid on Rotterdam. He sat there, meditating, and then, as if to himself, he said, ‘Unrestricted submarine warfare, unrestricted air bombing – this is total war.’ He continued sitting there, gazing at a large map, and then said, ‘Time and the Ocean and some guiding star and High Cabal have made us what we are’.”

Prouty further states: “This was a most memorable scene and a revelation of reality that is infrequent, at best. If for the great Winston Churchill, there is a ‘High Cabal’ that has made us what we are, our definition is complete. Who could know better than Churchill himself during the darkest days of World War II, that there exists, beyond doubt, an international High Cabal? This was true then. It is true today, especially in these times of the One World Order. This all-powerful group has remained superior because it had learned the value of anonymity.” This “High Cabal” is the “One World Cabal” of today, also called the elite by various writers.
The High Cabal and What They Control

The elite owns the media, banks, defence and oil industry. In his book Who’s Who of the Elite Robert Gaylon Ross Sr. states: “It is my opinion that they own the US military, NATO, the Secret Service, the CIA, the Supreme Court, and many of the lower courts. They appear to control, either directly or indirectly, most of the state, county, and local law enforcement agencies.”

The elite is intent on conquering the world through the use of the abilities of the people of the United States. It was as far back as 1774 that Amschel Mayer Rothschild stated at a gathering of the twelve richest men of Prussia in Frankfurt: “Wars should be directed so that the nations on both sides should be further in our debt.” He further enunciated at the same meeting: “Panics and financial depressions would ultimately result in World Government, a new order of one world government.”

The elite owns numerous “think tanks” that work for expanding, consolidating and perpetuating its hold on the globe. The Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), the Bilderberg Group, the Trilateral Commission, and many other similar organisations are all funded by the elite and work for it. These think tanks publish journals, such as Foreign Affairs, in which these imperialist and anti-mankind ideas are edified as publications, and then, if need be, expanded in the form of books that are given wide publicity.

Zbigniew Brzezinski and Henry Kissinger et al, as well as the neo-con “thinkers,” owe their positions and good living standards to the largesse of the elite. This is an important point that must be kept in full view at all times. These thinkers and writers are on the payroll of the elite and work for them. In case someone has any doubts about such a statement, it might help to read the following quotes from Professor Peter Dale Scott’s comprehensively researched book The Road to 9/11 – Wealth, Empire, and the Future of America (University of California Press, 2007):
…Bundy’s Harvard protégé Kissinger was named to be national security adviser after having chaired an important “study group” at the Council on Foreign Relations. As a former assistant to Nelson Rockefeller, Kissinger had been paid by Rockefeller to write a book on limited warfare for the CFR. He had also campaigned hard in Rockefeller’s losing campaign for the Presidential nomination in 1968. Thus Rockefeller and the CFR might have been excluded from control of the Republican Party, but not from the Republican White House. (Page 22)

The following quote from page 38 of the book is also very revealing:
The Kissinger-Rockefeller relationship was complex and certainly intense. As investigative reporter Jim Hougan wrote: “Kissinger, married to a former Rockefeller aide, owner of a Georgetown mansion whose purchase was enabled only by Rockefeller gifts and loans, was always a protégé of his patron Nelson Rockefeller, even when he wasn’t directly employed by him.”

Professor Scott adds:
Nixon’s and Kissinger’s arrival in the White House in 1969 coincided with David Rockefeller’s becoming CEO of Chase Manhattan Bank. The Nixon-Kissinger foreign policy of detente was highly congruous with Rockefeller’s push to internationalise Chase Manhattan banking operations. Thus in 1973 Chase Manhattan became the first American bank to open an office in Moscow. A few months later, thanks to an invitation arranged by Kissinger, Rockefeller became the first US banker to talk with Chinese Communist leaders in Beijing.

How They Manipulate Public Opinion

In addition to these strategic “think tanks” the elite has set up a chain of research institutes devoted to manipulating public opinion in a manner the elite desires. As pointed out by John Coleman in his eye opening book The Tavistock Institute on Human Relations – Shaping the Moral, Spiritual, Cultural, Political and Economic Decline of the United States of America, it was in 1913 that an institute was established at Wellington House, London for manipulation of public opinion. According to Coleman:
The modern science of mass manipulation was born at Wellington House London, the lusty infant being midwifed by Lord Northcliffe and Lord Rothmere. The British monarchy, Lord Rothschild, and the Rockefellers were responsible for funding the venture… the purpose of those at Wellington House was to effect a change in the opinions of British people who were adamantly opposed to war with Germany, a formidable task that was accomplished by “opinion making” through polling. The staff consisted of Arnold Toynbee, a future director of studies at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (RIIA), Lord Northcliffe, and the Americans, Walter Lippmann and Edward Bernays. Lord Northcliffe was related to the Rothschilds through marriage.

Bernays was a nephew of Sigmund Freud, a fact never mentioned, and developed the technique of “engineering consent.” When Sigmund Freud moved to Britain he also, secretly, became associated with this institute through the Tavistock Institute. According to Coleman, Bernays “pioneered the use of psychology and other social sciences to shape and form public opinion so that the public thought such manufactured opinions were their own.”

The Tavistock Institute has a 6 billion dollar fund and 400 subsidiary organisations are under its control along with 3,000 think tanks, mostly in the USA. The Stanford Research Institute, the Hoover Institute, the Aspen Institute of Colorado, and many others, devoted to manipulation of US as well as global public opinion, are Tavistock offshoots. This helps explain why the US public, by and large, is so mesmerised as to be unable to see things clearly and to react.

Bilderberg researcher Daniel Estulin quotes from Mary Scobey’s book To Nurture Humanness a statement attributed to Professor Raymond Houghton, that the CFR has been clear for a very long time that “absolute behaviour control is imminent… without mankind’s self realisation that a crisis is at hand.”

Also keep in mind that currently 80% of US electronic and print media is owned by only six large corporations. This development has taken place in the past two decades. These corporations are elite owned. It is almost impossible for anyone who is acquainted with what is going on at the global level to watch, even for a few minutes, the distortions, lies and fabrications, incessantly pouring out of this media, a propaganda and brainwashing organ of the elite.

Once your picture is clear it is also easy to notice the criminal silence of the media on crimes being perpetrated against humanity at the behest of the elite. How many people know that the cancer rates in Fallujah, Iraq are higher than those in Hiroshima and Nagasaki because of the use of depleted uranium, and maybe other secret nuclear devices, by US forces? Fallujah was punished for its heroic resistance against the American forces.
The Importance of Eurasia

Why is the US in Central Asia? In order to understand this, one has to look at the writings of the stooges of the elite – Brzezinski, Kissinger, Samuel P Huntington, and their likes. It is important to note that members of these elite paid think tanks publish books as part of a strategy to give respectability to subsequent illegal, immoral and predatory actions that are to be taken at the behest of the elite. The views are not necessarily their own – they are the views of the think tanks. These stooges formulate and pronounce policies and plans at the behest of their masters, through bodies like the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderberg Group, etc.

In his infinitely arrogant book The Grand Chessboard, published in 1997, Brzezinski spelled out the philosophy behind the current US military eruption. He starts by quoting the well-known views of the British geographer Sir Halford J Mackinder (1861–1947), another worker for the elite. Mackinder was a member of the ‘Coefficients Dining Club’ established by members of the Fabian Society in 1902. The continuity of the policies of the elite is indicated by the fact Brzezinski starts from Mackinder’s thesis first propounded in 1904: “Who rules East Europe commands the Heartland: Who rules the Heartland commands the World-Island: who commands the World-Island commands the world.”

Brzezinski argues that for the first time in human history a non-Eurasian power has become preeminent and it must hold sway over the Eurasian continent if it is to remain the preeminent global power: “For America the chief geopolitical prize is Eurasia… About 75 percent of the world’s people live in Eurasia… Eurasia accounts for about 60 percent of the world’s GNP and about three fourths of the world’s known energy resources.”

It is not just the geostrategic location of this region – it is also its wealth, “both in its enterprises and beneath its soil,” that holds such attraction for the elite whose greed for money, and lust for power, remain insatiable, as if there was a sickness afflicting it.

Brzezinski writes: “But it is on the globe’s most important playing field – Eurasia – that a potential rival to America might at some point arise. This focusing on the key players and properly assessing the terrain has to be a point of departure for the formulation of American geostrategy for the long-term management of America’s Eurasian geopolitical interests.”

These lines were published in 1997. Millions of people have died in the past two decades and millions have been rendered homeless in this region but it remains a “playing” field for Brzezinski and his likes! In his book Brzezinski has drawn two very interesting maps – one of these has the caption The Global Zone of Percolating Violence (page 53) and the other (page 124) is captioned The Eurasian Balkans. The first of these encircles a region which includes the following countries: Sudan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Syria, Iraq, Iran, all Central Asian states, Afghanistan, Pakistan and parts of Russia as well as India. The second one has two circles, an inner circle and a wider circle – the outer circle encloses the same countries as in the first map but the inner circle covers Iran, Afghanistan, eastern Turkey and the former Soviet Republics in Central Asia.

“This huge region, torn by volatile hatreds and surrounded by competing powerful neighbours, is likely to be a major battlefield…” writes Brzezinski. He further writes: “A possible challenge to American primacy from Islamic fundamentalism could be part of the problem of this unstable region.” These lines were written at a time when this kind of fundamentalism was not a problem – subsequently the US manipulated things and chose to make it one by its provocative and deceptive tactics. According to its strategic thinkers, the US might face a serious challenge from a coalition of China, Russia and Iran and must do whatever it can to prevent such a coalition from forming.

For Brzezinski, “terrorism” – a Tavistock-type concept – is just a well planned and well thought out strategy, a lie and a deception, to provide cover for a military presence in the Central Eurasian region and elsewhere. It is being used to keep the US public in a state of fear, to keep Russia in a state of insecurity about further breakup (the US has trained and supported Chechen fighters, “terrorists,” throughout) and to justify presence of US troops in and around Central Asia.
The Concocted War on Terrorism

Terrorism provides justification for transforming the United States into a police state. According to the Washington Post of 20 & 21 December 2010, the US now has 4,058 anti-terrorism organisations! These are certainly not meant for those so-called terrorists who operate in Central Asia – the number far exceeds the number of so-called terrorists in the entire world. Unbridled domestic spying by US agencies is now a fact of life and the US public, as always, has accepted this because of the collusion of media and Tavistock type institutes owned by the elite.

The US historian Howard Zinn puts it very well: “The so-called war on terrorism is not only a war against innocent people in other countries, but also a war on the people of the United States: a war on our liberties, a war on our standard of living. The wealth of the country is being stolen from the people and handed over to the superrich. The lives of our young are being stolen. And the thieves are in the White House.” Actually the thieves control the White House and have been doing so for a very long time.

In his outstanding book Crossing the Rubicon, Michael Ruppert points out that much of the violence in the Central Asian region as well as in Pakistan, which has been encircled in two maps in Brzezinski’s book, was “initiated by the US proxies.” “Given that these maps were published a full four years before the first plane hit the World Trade Centre, they would fall in a category of evidence I learned about at LAPD [Los Angeles Police Department]. We called them ‘clues’.” This means that the eruption of US militarism after 9/11, and the event itself, were part of a pre-planned and coherent strategy of global domination in which the people of the US were also “conquered” through totalitarian legislation carried out in the wake of 9/11.

As Brzezinski puts it:
America is too democratic at home to be autocratic abroad. This limits the use of America’s power, especially its capacity for military intimidation. Never before has a popular democracy attained international supremacy. But the pursuit of power is not a goal that commands popular passion, except in conditions of a sudden threat or challenge to the public’s sense of domestic well-being… The economic self-denial (that is, defence spending) and the human sacrifice (casualties even among professional soldiers) required in the effort are uncongenial to democratic instincts. Democracy is inimical to imperial mobilisation.

Certainly post 9/11 legislation, the extraordinary expansion of agencies and surveillance of the US public is a cause of great satisfaction for the elite – the US can hardly be called a democracy now. As reported by the Washington Post, the National Security Agency intercepts over 1.7 billion emails, phone calls and other communications every day and stores them. No wonder Bush called 9/11 “a great opportunity” and Rumsfeld saw it analogous to World War II to “refashion the world.”

In order to achieve the objectives of the elite, the US destroyed Yugoslavia while Russia stood by mesmerised and impotent, carried out regime changes in Central Asia, set up military bases in East Europe and Central Asia, and staged highly provocative military exercises testing Russia’s and China’s will. It set up a military base in Kyrgyzstan that has a 500 mile or so border with China. When the Chinese protested recent naval exercises with South Korea were too close to Chinese territory, a US spokesman responded: “Those determinations are made by us, and us alone… Where we exercise, when we exercise, with whom and how, with what assets and so forth are determinations that are made by the United States Navy, by the Department of Defence, by the United States government.” As journalist Rick Rozoff notes: “There is no way such confrontational, arrogant and vulgar language was not understood at its proper value in Beijing.”

The US has acquired bases in Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, and the Czech Republic – and set up the largest military base ever built in the region, Camp Bondsteel, in Kosovo. According to a report in the Russian Kommersant newspaper on 3 March 2011, a four-phase plan for deployment of a US missile system in Europe is to be fully implemented by the end of 2020. The US is also busy setting up bilateral military ties in Russia’s backyard with Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and is pursuing the goal of a “Greater Central Asia” from Afghanistan right up to the Middle East, a great corridor from where the oil, gas, and great mineral wealth of this region will flow to the coffers of the US elite, at bloody expense to the local people.

As remarked by the Indian career diplomat M.K. Bhadrakumar: “The time is not far off before they begin to sense that ‘the war on terror’ is providing a convenient rubric under which the US is incrementally securing for itself a permanent abode in the highlands of Hindu Kush, the Pamirs, Central Asian steppes and the Caucasus that form the strategic hub overlooking Russia, China, India and Iran.” The scene for a great war involving the great powers of the time – US, Russia and China – is now set, by design of the elite. It is just a matter of time.

Time and again the US elite has taken its good people into great wars through documented and proven deceptions – the sinking of the Lusitania during World War I, Pearl Harbour in World War II, and so on. The elite considers us “human garbage” – a term first used by the French in Indo-China. It is also generating a good deal of “human garbage” in the US. A World Bank report points out that in 2005, 28 million Americans were “insecure” – in 2007 the number had risen to 46 million! One in every five Americans is faced with the possibility of becoming “destitute” – 38 million people receive food coupons!

Michael Ruppert laments:
My country is dead. Its people have surrendered to tyranny and in so doing, they have become tyranny’s primary support group; its base; its defender. Every day they offer their endorsement of tyranny by banking in its banks and spending their borrowed money with the corporations that run it. The great Neocon strategy of George H.W. Bush has triumphed. Convince the America people that they can’t live without the ‘good things’, then sit back and watch as they endorse the progressively more outrageous crimes you commit as you throw them bones with ever less meat on them. All the while lock them into debt. Destroy the middle class, the only political base that need be feared. Make them accept, because of their shared guilt, ever-more repressive police state measures. Do whatever you want.

A global economic system erected on inhuman and predatory values, where a few possess more wealth than the billions of hungry put together, will end, but the end will be painful and bloody. It is a system in which the elite thrives on war and widespread human misery, on death and destruction by design. As Einstein said, “I do not know how the Third World War will be fought, but I can tell you what they will use in the Fourth – sticks and stones!”

Typical powderpuff piece is easily debunked with facts about secretive elite group

An influential Swiss daily newspaper has today awarded front page coverage to stories on this week’s secretive elite Bilderberg meeting.

The German-language daily Basler Zeitung has published a report (translation) on the meeting, which begins this Thursday at Silvretta House, a luxury hotel in St. Moritz, a mountain town in Switzerland.

As is usually the case with the mainstream media, however, the piece attempts to play down Bilderberg as merely a high powered talking shop, with no real influence on the world stage.

The piece states that anyone who suggests Bilderberg is manipulating events for their own nefarious ends is searching for “a sense of security” in a chaotic world.

The piece makes the argument that the banking elite never saw the financial collapse coming, thus proving that they could not possibly be secretly pulling any strings behind the curtain.

It concludes by suggesting that it is “inappropriate” and even “dangerous” to suggest that there is any form of conspiracy behind the Bilderberg group.

“…therein lies the real purpose of such meetings: It’s not about the secret government to deny the world, but about the mutual exchange is happening out there as to understand better.” the piece states.

It reads as if it had been written by the Bilderberg’s propaganda arm itself.

Merely on the face of it the claim that Bilderberg does not have an influence on policy is patently ridiculous. This would be akin to claiming that a four-day gathering of 200 MLB officials would have no impact on the future of baseball. Despite the fact that many politicians shunned Bilderberg last year because of the group’s increasing notoriety as a furtive and insidious front for anti-democratic elitists, just take a look at the list of powerful individuals who did attend. 

The List of 2010 criminals

Editor comment: This is the official participant list direct from Bilderberg. We have to remember that many participants request that their names not be added, as we covered in 2008 when Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama attended the Bilderberg meeting in Chantilly Virginia under a cloak of secrecy, so there are likely to be more attendees who were not included on the list.

The fact that Bilderberg has gone from attempting to hide the very existence of their meetings to now being forced to issue an official participant list shows how far we have come in bringing their activities to light.



Top CEO’s like Bill Gates of Microsoft and Eric Schmidt of Google, top bankers like Marcus Agius of Barclays and Peter Sutherland of Goldman Sachs, don’t meet with national Presidents, Prime Ministers, big newspaper owners, members of the European Parliament and officials in the U.S. government to talk about tiddlywinks. They don’t get together for four days and surround themselves with a security ring of steel to discuss the weather or American Idol – they’re at Bilderberg to come to a consensus and then to implement it in their respective spheres of influence.

Indeed, this very fact was confirmed last year by former NATO Secretary-General and Bilderberg member Willy Claes, who noted that after the meeting a summary report is compiled and “The participants are then obviously considered to use this report in setting their policies in the environments in which they affect.”

In reality, Bilderberg sets the global consensus for the agenda that is subsequently implemented in the host countries of the Bilderberg members, a process that holds even more power than signing an individual treaty. Bilderberg sets the consensus for a whole gamut of policy areas, from oil, to the environment, to wars, to the economy.

This is manifestly evident in the policies that have later come to pass after being formulated at Bilderberg.

Furthermore, we have highlighted how Bilderberg is active in choosing presidents and their running mates, prime ministers, and leaders of the European Union. We have also highlighted how Bilderberg was a key initiator of the single European currency, which was only fully adopted 8 years ago.

The idea that Bilderberg and the global elite had no inkling that the financial collapse of 2008 was imminent can be easily debunked with reference to the fact that information leaked from the 2006 Bilderberg meeting in Ottawa, Canada, suggested the group knew exactly what lay ahead, specifically the formation of a bubble in the housing market that was destined to burst big time.

Veteran Bilderberg reporter Jim Tucker reported on June 19, 2006, that “Bilderberg expects interest rates to rise and many Americans to lose their homes in the months ahead.”

Timothy Geithner, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, predicted rising interest rates and difficulties for families that have obtained adjustable rate mortgages, or “variable” interest rates. Many are likely to lose their homes as rising home mortgage rates add hundreds of dollars to their monthly payments, he said. While most listened solemnly and some expressed concern, one was heard to say, “stupid Americans deserve their fate.”

We were able to predict the economic collapse with precision, simply by repeating what the elite were saying behind closed doors.

The downturn was followed, of course, by a prolonged and ongoing faux solution of predatory globalism and a rewriting of the financial international order.

In 2009, inside information leaked from the Bilderberg meeting in Greece, revealed that the elite were intent on fostering a false picture of economic recovery, suckering investors into ploughing their money back into the stock market again, knowing full well that a second downturn lay ahead.

This is EXACTLY what is happening right now as we begin to enter a double dip recession.

Bilderberg was of course founded by Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, a virulent Nazi.

While any right minded person would find it “inappropriate” and “dangerous” that former Nazis are meeting in secret with heads of state, leading politicians and CEOs of major global corporations on a yearly basis, the Swiss newspaper Basler Zeitung seems to think the opposite is true and that to even make these suggestions is where the real danger lies.

In a separate article, the Swiss newspaper today confirms that Doris Leuthard, one of Switzerland’s highest ranking politicians will attend this weekend’s meeting. Leuthard is a Federal Councillor, one of seven members of the executive council which constitutes the federal government of Switzerland and serves as the Swiss collective head of state.

The report notes that Swiss President Micheline Calmy-Rey will “remain far from the secret meeting”.

Harvard Professor reveals globalists are panic-stricken about Greece debt default threat to survival of single currency

A top Bilderberg member has revealed that globalists are panic-stricken about a potential eurozone crisis caused by a Greek debt default that could precipitate the collapse of the Euro and also derail the wider agenda for multi-regional currency unions and eventually a global currency system.

Appearing on the Alex Jones Show yesterday, veteran Bilderberg sleuth Jim Tucker said that the Euro will again be the subject of crisis talks at this years globalist confab in San Moritz, Switzerland, with power brokers desperate to rescue the single currency from a collapse that numerous financial analysts see on the horizon.

“They’re afraid of the Euro going down and afraid the Euro will simply disappear,” said Tucker, noting that several European countries’ intention to abandon nuclear power after the Fukushima disaster could cause a crisis for the single currency.

During last year’s Bilderberg conference in Sitges Spain, when the Euro was in free fall following the austerity riots in Greece, globalists were panicked that the single currency could face a total collapse.

Although the Euro has made significant gains against the crumbling US dollar over the past year, many financial analysts are still predicting that the single currency faces a massive crisis that will threaten its very existence. Indeed, just last month representatives of the European Commission held an emergency crisis meeting following reports that Greece was considering exiting the eurozone and creating its own currency.

The European Central Bank’s exposure to struggling European economies could send the ECB into bankruptcy, especially if Greece defaults on its debt which many see as a likely scenario. According to ratings agency Moody’s, “Greece is 50% likely to default on or restructure its debts in the next five years.”

Writing in the Financial Times, which is routinely represented at Bilderberg though refuses to report on the meeting, Bilderberg member and Harvard Professor Kenneth Rogoff reveals how elitists are deeply concerned that a “eurozone collapse” will derail the wider agenda for multi-regional currencies like the Amero, which would act as a unified currency under the North American Union.

“The euro experiment has also brought us to a crossroads in the whole international monetary system,” writes Rogoff. “Will our grandchildren inherit a world with a huge number of national currencies, or a very small number of multi-country currencies?”

Bilderberg are so protective of the Euro because it is a powerful symbolic pillar of their agenda for global government. The Euro was also a brainchild of the Bilderberg Group itself, with Bilderberg-chairman Étienne Davignon admitting last year that the single currency was formulated by Bilderberg in the 1990′s.

Indeed, The foundations for the EU and ultimately the Euro single currency were laid by the secretive Bilderberg Group in the mid-1950’s. Bilderberg’s own leaked documents prove that the agenda to create a European common market and a single currency was formulated by Bilderberg in 1955.

As we first reported in 2003, a BBC investigative team were allowed to access Bilderberg files which confirmed that the EU and the Euro were the brainchild of Bilderberg.

Tucker also said that the globalists were intent on prolonging the recession until at least 2012 and also keeping gas prices high. They have resolved to level the globe economically, not by raising up poorer countries to western standards but lowering the standard of living in richer nations.

Tucker also noted how a theme that became apparent during the last two conferences has reared it head again, with Bilderberg furious at the fact that they are meeting more and more resistance from an increasing number of demonstrators and independent journalists throwing a spotlight on their get-togethers.

As we reported last year, an astounding exchange between two Bilderberg members overheard by London Guardian journalist Charlie Skelton revealed that the elitists saw people with income as “a threat” to their agenda, as they decried the fact that protesters could actually afford to travel to the different countries in which they meet every year.
